In today's fast-paced world, many individuals find themselves taking on multiple roles and responsibilities to make ends meet or pursue their passions. One such challenging scenario is working two full-time jobs simultaneously. As an educational assistant during the day and a distant energy healer by night, my life has become an intricate balancing act that requires dedication, time management, and unwavering passion. In this blog post, I will take you through the journey of navigating both worlds and shedding light on the unique experiences and challenges it brings. 1. A Day in the Life as an Educational Assistant: My daytime job as an educational assistant provides me with opportunities to make a positive impact on students' lives. From assisting teachers in lesson planning to supporting students with special needs, every day presents new challenges and rewards. Building rapport with students, making sure their needs are met, fostering a nurturing environment, and ensuring their academic success are at the core of my role. 2. Transitioning into the World of Energy Healing: As daylight fades away, I embark on my second full-time job – distant energy healing. This realm allows me to tap into the spiritual energies that connect us all and offer healing from afar. Through various practices like Reiki or meditation, I channel positive vibes towards those seeking solace or relief from physical ailments or emotional distress. Being able to help others heal is immensely gratifying. 3. Challenges Faced: Balancing two full-time jobs comes with its share of hurdles. Time management becomes crucial when trying to excel in both professions without compromising quality or personal well-being. Fatigue can set in after long days at work followed by late-night healing sessions; self-care becomes paramount for maintaining productivity and avoiding burnout. 4. Benefits of Dual Roles: Despite the challenges, there are numerous benefits to embracing dual roles in different fields. Firstly, both jobs provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment, allowing me to make a difference in the lives of others through education and healing. Secondly, having diverse professional experiences broadens my perspectives and enhances personal growth. Lastly, financial stability is another significant advantage of working multiple jobs. 5. The Importance of Boundaries: Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial when juggling two full-time jobs. Establishing boundaries helps prevent exhaustion and ensures sufficient time for personal life, relationships, and self-care activities. Prioritizing rest, setting realistic expectations, and seeking support from loved ones are essential components in managing this delicate equilibrium. 6. Finding Inspiration in Both Roles: Interestingly, my educational assistant job often influences my distant energy healing practice and vice versa. Witnessing the resilience and determination of students at school inspires me to bring that same strength into my healing sessions. Similarly, the empathy cultivated as an energy healer fosters a deeper understanding of students' needs during my day job. Working two full-time jobs as an educational assistant by day and a distant energy healer by night may seem challenging on paper; however, it provides unique opportunities for personal growth, fulfillment, and making a positive impact in people's lives. Successfully navigating this juggling act requires effective time management, strong boundaries, self-care practices, and unwavering passion for both professions. Embracing these challenges with dedication allows me to experience the joys that come with dual roles while continuously growing personally and professionally. Remember: No matter how busy life gets or how many roles we take on, following our passions can lead us down unexpected paths towards personal fulfillment and success!

Rebuilding Love and Trust: An Unconventional Journey Towards Happiness #ShortStory #fiction
Calmly perusing the shops for new Christmas attire just days before the holiday, Eliel enters a luxurious store. There, he unexpectedly encounters his ex, Kaila, whose eyes reveal a mix of nostalgia and disdain as they lock gazes. “Hello, Eliel, it’s been a long time,” Kaila says, attempting to conceal any hint of betrayal in her voice. “What brings you here?” Eliel responds with a composed…

I personally think its disgusting of what she posted yet again its all about her and she the reason why micheal keeps trending 4th day oh please he was trending for days before she came in the picture. And for someone who has no career and basically living off her parter who works so hard and been ill with virus the last few days and haven't been able to perform and she post this. Taking the credit for something that has nothing to do with her. He very grateful that she keep him grounded what that suppose to mean ? He was doing better before she came in the picture since he been with her his career have been slowed a little and she probably the reason for it
What do u say ?
Oh, boy. I saw this a little while ago, and all I could think was that the bar is so low at this point--like halfway between the fourth and fifth circles of Hell--and this still somehow falls short.
I know there has been a lot of talk about the t-shirt Anna is wearing (which was a gift from a fan at the stage door of Nye), but for me, the t-shirt is the least concerning part of all this. It's a reference to a quote from Staged (it's the title of a season 1 episode, in fact), and I am sure Michael found it funny. The only problem is that without the context of why it's a joke, it actually just isn't that funny. And it sets the stage for everything else that is happening.
Which brings me to the caption she wrote, which was what primarily caught my attention. The reason Michael is currently trending on Twitter (X, whatever we're calling it) is because of the overwhelmingly positive response to The Assembly, which aired last Friday night. He is receiving a tremendous amount of praise for being on the show, how he spoke to the interviewers, and the respectful and joyous atmosphere that was cultivated on the show. And rather than allude to any of that--not to mention Michael being sick recently, or the trip they went on to Disneyland Paris--Anna made Michael trending on Twitter about her.
That is what stands out to me the most. The idea of "keeping him grounded" that is coming across more like kicking someone when he is already down. That he somehow needs that, and that she would have us believe he is "grateful" to her for, what...comparing him to a loud bird? Repeatedly making fun of his looks and interests without a shred of respect or affection behind it? I'm also confused by the implication (and the irony) that Michael somehow has a large ego that needs to be kept in check when she is the one coming across as self-involved in this Insta story. So, yes. I'm at a bit of loss here.
I just keep thinking of the things she could have said instead. How she could have uplifted Michael, wished him well on returning to the stage tonight after several days' absence, said how she was glad to have spent time with him or taken care of him while he was ill. Just something that would give him a reason to hold his head high. But I guess it might just be easier to convince herself/everyone else that he is smiling if his head is hanging down instead.
I am just glad Michael is out performing again tonight and getting to be on stage and do the thing he truly loves to do. But those are my thoughts, and I'd be glad to hear from my followers about what you think, regardless of whether you agree or disagree...

"We won't confirm it, but we won't hide it either." - BounPrem
So, I was minding my own business when this interview of Boun and Prem casually talking about their cottagecore retirement plans of beekeeping and raising vegetables in the countryside attacked me without provocation.

paramedic/EMT dick is so good omg :o i hadn’t thought about that one
i have seen social worker dick which also felt really appropriate (also love that for jason) but!!! EMT actually feels like it works better to me???
thank u for putting that thought in my head~
ahhhhhhh!! i am so ecstatic i could put the thought of emt/paramedic!dick in your head hehehehe
paramedic!dick is so special to me<3 it very much i think hits what dick needs and wants out of his civilian life but also directly influences his vigilantism too
my main three takeaways are these:
it's a highly rewarding but deeply traumatizing career and it scratches his innate need to help people without violence & fear
it's a little bit more training than a police officer but i think covers a field of knowledge dick knows but doesn't know intimately like he does criminal justice or law. it would also benefit his "night" job to be more equipped to handle traumatic injuries
ems schedules are chaotic and all over the place especially if the garage is down a paramedic or ALS provider or just overall understaffed but the overall structure of it would be good for dick (if he can balance his work-vigilantism life healthily, depending on how you write him)

I saw that you worked as an editor; do you have any advice about burnout and work-life balance for those kinds of creative-at-the-whim-of-corporate jobs? I feel like all the joy of creativity has been sucked out of me and I have to freelance to get by, which doesn't help.
Ah my dear sweet child. I DO work as an editor. And when I was an editor in the book publishing industry I too had to freelance to get by. Not to mention the burnout, which frankly is a hazard of an industry that seems to prize martyrdom and overworking.
Frankly, it took getting laid off at the start of COVID for me to realize I could use my skills in a more highly compensated company with a better work-life balance. I wrote about that here:
I Lost My Job and It Might Be the Best Worst Thing That’s Ever Happened to Me
My Career Transition Succeeded When I Gave Fewer Fucks, Made More Friends, and Had More Fun
Creative fields are especially prone to burnout. The corporate side of things preys on our creativity and belief in the mission. The result is inadequate compensation and unreasonable work expectations.
Everything we have to say about how to recover from burnout is in our brand new Burnout Workshop, which you can learn more about here:
The Burnout Workshop
Good luck, honey. I'm rooting for you.
Did we just help you out? Tip us!

Mini Career Reading!!! PAC-
Todays question???:
What does your ideal work/life balance look like or Your ideal situation and job style??
(Using Tarot Cards, but interpreted with with my system. Please lemme know if this showed you something in the poll at the end. 🥰)
Pick a number between 1-4. You can also watch all four groups if you wish. Don’t overthink it or get overwhelmed!!
Disclaimer: This is for your viewing purposes only, this is not intended to tell you what to do and all decisions for your life are your own!!!
Group 1-
Your ideal balance looks like you always being ready in a way that seems lucky… “Build it and they will come” kinda thing. You would do well where you can work on something at your own pace and then when the timing is right you launch, share, sell… whatever this is.
The key to keep in mind is to not build it without sharing… build with something in mind. If you build it for you, then congrats… you have it… lol If you want others to partake and give something in return, build with others in mind. What do people need now or in the future that you can offer a solution to?
As this is something that takes time to build up without income, finding a way to begin while in another phase might be necessary. Unless you have savings and wish to go that route.
Group 2-
Your balance seems to look like waiting for something to build with or for. You would do well in a situation where you build what other people want based on like custom orders? You seem to do well with the input and request part. People seem to be important to your role. You want to feel like a part of what they need. You want to use your skills.
I think the key to balance here would be to not forget yourself as well. Set expectations for what you will and won’t do and don’t give away things just to be a part of it. Independence seems to be a need here or even as a team. Be where you have complete freedom to say no.
It could be a good idea to experiment with things without signing big contracts or getting a new job. You seem to be in an easy to influence position even if it is your best your ideal. Go slow.
Group 3-
Adventure, absolute freedom in an area you know a little about where you get to explore. Something where you get to follow the pull… wherever it may lead. It seems there may be a need for quite a bit of activity as well but not in a constant way. Not sports or something, but maybe like hiking into caves that nobody has ever heard of… (an example for reference). Surviving in ways that others wouldn’t care to… like a trip that takes a month and is super exhausting but you love every bit of it. The imbalance of your balance 😂
The thing is that you may have to build this avenue yourself. Perhaps in the way of being an online personality or it may be that you have to fit into the mold of a company for this role. Which makes sense considering. For example something like acting… it doesn’t mean you are gonna be doing something you don’t like. This is your ideal so it’s a compromise that makes sense to you.
This could be something you start right now if you wanted. It would need planning and things of the sort but it seems like you could find ways to work it in through doses at least.
Group 4-
You seem to already have knowledge about something that you could put out there that would put you in your ideal place. It has to deal with a change that you know about. It could be something you went through that you can tell others about, or something that needs to change that you have the answer to.
The key here is to understand who you are building it for and to make sure it isn’t about you so much as how it can help them. Tell people what you learned in a way that can help them. Or tell people about what needs to change in a way that doesn’t blacklist you from their minds so to speak…
This may take some time to build but the most important part is the way it’s done!
Thank you so much for reading!!! I truly hope this helped! Please lemme know what you thought with a poll click 🥰😊
