Ranking the Astrological Houses

In Astrology, Houses govern each area of our lives : our home/family life, our career milestones/overall achievements, our values, our one-to-one Relationships, etc. Personally, I think some Houses are cooler than other ones, and in this post I’ll go over why.

1. The 8th House : This House is all about the possessions you share with loved ones, the possessions people share with you, intimacy, self-exploration (the occult), and tragic moments. This house rules over the taboo aspects of being a human being—things people aren’t comfortable with sharing or exposing, unless we truly let you in. When we encounter something that breaks us, we are forced to rebuild ourselves, and rise from the ashes—as dramatic as that sounds. Through this we re-evaluate our psyche. Without a doubt, the coolest and most important house.

2. The 12th House : Coming after the 11th house—our place in society—the 12th house is where we disconnect from the collective; this is where we disconnect from JUST being a Human being, and instead we connect with ALL beings. In this house, you learn that your Spirit is limitless—whether its through isolation, existentialism, or your dreams. Its a beautiful and underrated house.

3. The 11th House : The 10th House is what we build for ourselves, and what we achieve, and the 11th House is what we bring to the table on a wider-scale; really, this is our place in Society—or whatever you perceive as a Collective. I think this is also a stronger fame indicator compared to the 10th House, since it deals with large amounts of people/audiences/society/how many people you actually reached.

4. The 9th House : This is where we start taking more serious Mental Journeys. The 8th House is everything taboo; its rules over “touchy” subjects and our overall vulnerability. After we go through “hell”, we gain answers, wisdom, and belief systems. And rather than being focused on immediate interactions/environments, we start to travel outside of our comfort zones and explore—which expands our knowledge and perceptions.

5. The 2nd House : What do we equip ourselves with? What items do we value? For me, the 2nd house is definitely one of the more important Houses, because what you value dictates your whole life and how controlled you are by society (ex : Religion, Money). This is also what we gather for ourselves and how Wealthy we are. For most people, this will show our finances. Its a cool lil house.

6. The 10th House : 9th House is our answers and beliefs, and the 10th House is what we build and achieve with these answers. What is your legacy? What structure did you build for yourself? What is your greatest achievement/accomplishments? In my opinion, this house isn’t THAT strong of a fame indicator as the 11th House; it just deals with your own milestones, regardless of how many people know about it or not.

7. The 5th House : This is the most care-free house in Astrology; this area in our lives rules over entertainment and pleasure. Pleasure can range from Artistic Hobbies, Flings, Dating, Light-hearted Romance, etc. This part of the chart can indicate Children/and or having Children.

8. The 3rd House : Our baby steps; This house deals with immediate interactions/environments : Siblings, Neighborhood, School, and writing and communication in general. Like the 5H, this can indicate what type of Hobbies we get into.

9. The 6th House : Pretty underrated, as it can show you what type of daily routine, activities you’ll be getting into, and what problems we’ll deal with—health, work, errands, etc; its generally what speed you live your life at. This is also an underrated fame indicator (ex : Kurt Cobain had his 11th House Ruler in the 6th House; his artistic routines helped him with gaining attention and an audience).

10. The 4th House : The House of Privacy and Family. This house can show us our Home life and Family;the people and places you feel the most comfortable with. Having Mars in this House ain’t easy, so its lower in this ranking.

11. The 1st House : The Ascendant is the most important part of our charts, since its the most personal and specific placement—its calculated based off of what time you were born. It can give us our Chart Ruler and our physical features. The Ascendant/1H also shows us the relationship we have with ourselves. I have Chiron in this house, so its second to last.

12. The 7th House : Opposing the 1H, this is how we deal with other people—could be one-on-one relationships, partnerships, relatability, and sometimes, the public. If you have any “bad” placements in the 7H, it can indicate enemies/and or rivals; people you have a hard time getting a long with. In this house, you become conscious of differences you have with people. You’re looking at another person and saying “okay, lets make this happen”. Having Saturn in this house sucks, so its last place.

Jungkook's Birth Chart Analysis

His Sun, Mercury, and NN in Virgo tell me he is a strategic, intelligent guy! He is hardworking but can be quite critical when it comes to money. His Mercury and Sun at 8 degrees of Scorpio makes him a magnetic person and can give him Scorpio-like qualities too. NN at 19 degrees shows he can be successful, but he needs to work hard and can indicate being destined in the arts too. Plus, mercury in the 2nd house can also give him a fantastic singing voice!

Moon, Rising and Asteroid Apollo in Leo's tight conjunction damn he is a performer indeed. I'm getting the pours of his emotion into his work as well. His Leo Rising makes sense. He is an attention magnet. He has a huge fanbase and can attract fame easily.

Venus in Libra makes so much sense istg. Again as I said, he is a magnetic person. He draws people in. And the 16 degrees of Cancer show he is a talented guy.

Jupiter is in the 7th house. Idk about his romantic life, but the 7th house can represent contracts and such. It may explain why he has a lot of brand deals and sponsorships with companies.

Uranus in the 6th house shows a change in his work environment. BTS's massive Western success must have changed his day-to-day life, obviously.

I wanted to also emphasize his Scorpio 4th house. Jungkook has been a trainee since he was 13/12, and it must have been a transformative time for him. Chiron shows it must be an emotional time for him (He has a song called "My Time" singing about him losing his childhood)

Saturn is in the 9th house!! 9th house rules travel, media, etc. Saturn rules limitations, time, discipline, etc. It took 3 years/4 years for BTS to enter the Western market, and it must have taken a lot of strength and determination.

MC in Aries. I thought he had a Taurus MC, but I can see Aries. He is seen as a leader, trailblazer, and fire type of passion for his work and job. 27 degrees is a successful degree, so he will have success with his career too.

Lastly, his Asteroid fama is in the 12th house. Also rules foreign lands and music as well. You don't need much of an explanation for this one...

4th house is all about family life, childhood, home, stability.

Having Sun in 4th house, while he may be an Aquarius, because his Sun is in the 4th house, he could be a bit more introverted/shy. But still hold the charisma Aquarius Suns have.

Home and family likely mean a great deal to him. He could be very in touch with his intuition (if aspects are harmonious and depending on transits). Very sentimental and nostalgic.

Likely has a very close bond to his mother. Prefers to maybe keep a lot to himself, more on the reserved side and only trusts a selected few. He can instantly make others feel comfortable.

Has a special connection to "home" in whatever way that word can mean to him. He could have trouble leaving the past behind and can be highly sensitive to people's emotions as well as their own.

-the moon is very important when it comes to fame because traditionally it rules the people and public. It’s how people emotionally connect with you. This is how parasocial relationships with celebs begins because you feel emotionally connected to that person for whatever the reason. The Moon rules over memory, this is what people will remember you for as well.

Example : Harry Styles has a Libra Moon. Libra rules over close relationships and a lot of his fan base feel like they’re in a relationship with him some way or they are deeply invested in his relationships lol. (Don’t come for me harry fans😅)

It is absolutely fascinating to see that Marilyn had these placements in her chart. Chiron’s presence in the 10th house shows that she had to rely solely on herself for parenting and may have felt unwarranted guilt over her father leaving the family. This contributed to her never experiencing a normal childhood and being burdened with an excessive amount of responsibility at a very young age. Her struggles and troubles were evident to the public (the 10th house). The 10th house looks at the 4th house where her Saturn lies the planet of restriction, lessons and struggles in the 4th house the house of home family and the mother which offers insight into her home life and parents. Unfortunately, marilyn’s mother was mentally unstable and struggled with alcoholism, leading to her being institutionalized and unable to provide a stable home environment for Marilyn. As a result, Marilyn never felt safe in her home and lacked a consistent parental figure to rely on. Finally, Pluto in the 12th house, Pluto is the planet of transformation, destruction and rebirth, having this intense planet in this house was really difficult for her she struggled with her mental health all her life this Pluto placement in the 12th house indicated that she had to be put in a foster care because she had no one to take care of her. She had to bear an unreasonable amount of responsibility from a very young age.

Neptune conjuncts her ascendant— Lilith in the 1st house

This placement could help explain the public’s obsession with her and could be a driving factor behind the media’s portrayal of her as nothing but a beauty queen/sex symbol, often neglecting other qualities and talents. Since Neptune could indicate illusion, it’s possible that the way people idolized Marilyn was more based on a fantasy and imagination than reality— merely a projection of her but not the real her. Unfortunately, this skewed depiction of her is the cause of the public’s objectification of her which was deeply dehumanizing and debilitating for her mental health. Lilith in the 1st house might have felt to her like that her deepest wounds, insecurities and shame were crystal clear to her and were things that she might have been aware of constantly all the while being unmercifully sexualized by the media. She is naturally alluring that is what these placements essentially convey.

Mars in pisces

This particular placement is another placement that furthermore made the media and the public objectify her. The Piscean influence in her chart highlights certain characteristics such as a tendency to repress anger which may led to her depression as reported by the close people around her that she would stay in bed & eat, that she wouldn’t shower for days and that her bed would contain food crumbs from all the times she ate on her bed without having the physical and mental strength to clean the room due to her depression. She had a perceived sense of victimhood she felt defeated by the media and the terrors of her past haunting her. Another angle of the illusion that this Piscean placement shows is people’s perception of her, the way they viewed her as a sex symbol despite her stating that she hates sex.

Moon square Saturn

Having her moon in the 7th house squaring her Saturn in the 4th house shows how she tried to fill the void that was caused by her early childhood traumas by clinging onto the men that she was involved with. She might have looked for love in those men but also for her identity. She was an intelligent woman and she was enamored by her husband Arthur Miller who was a playwright who happened to be the first man in her life to validate her intelligence and took her and her hunger for knowledge seriously. Another man who happened to meet her and spend time with her stated that her whole life was a search for identity and that her sexual persona was a complete lie.

The Astrology of : Drake

For the 2010s, everyone can agree that one of the biggest artist of that decade was Drake. Being raised in Toronto, and coming from a family that had musical talent in it—his Uncle, Larry Graham, is a legendary funk bassist; his Father, Dennis Graham, is a multi-instrumentalist, who played in Jerry Lee Lewis’ band—he would obviously be inspired to do music too (theres videos of Drake rapping along to songs when he was 9). And showing his talent in more avenues, he starred on Degrassi in his teens, before he started solely focusing on music.

Luckily, I found his birth certificate online, and the time was 2:31am, so we have an official chart to work with.

🦁Leo Rising 29° : Our Rising sign can pin-point physical characteristics, or the natural energy we let out. Leo risings are generally known as attention-grabbing, as they are ruled by the Sun—ego, source of self-esteem, and interest.

29° (IN LEOOO) : Leo degrees can tell us something that we might get attention for and this degree is made stronger if it sits in Leo and on the Rising sign; its a huge fame indicator and is the explanation of his celebrity status. You could be known for your looks, or you could treat yourself in a way that gets noticed.

♏️🗣️Chart Ruler (Sun) in 3H : 3H is all about interactions—whether it’s through people, writing, or literacy. And when Jupiter is in rX, it can feel like we have too much or too little of something—depending on the aspects. This could probably give us some insight into how Drake sees relationships and romance, as through his music we hear a lot of different names and stories about his relationships. There’s many times where Drake tries to come off as a “scary” guy and flex his mob ties that he has within Toronto.

👑Sun conjunct Pluto : This is also a huge fame indicator; Pluto is a powerful, generational (everyone in your generation has the same Pluto sign) planet, while the Sun is our interests and ego. With this placement, especially if the Sun is your chart ruler, you could find power and influence just by being yourself and having fun. Drake has superstar type-fame, where just by shouting someone out or giving them a feature , he can make their whole career.

📈🏡📉Uranus in the 4H : Uranus is the planet that brings unexpected situations, while the 4th House is family, roots, and privacy. In May of 2018, during a beef with Pusha-T, it was revealed that Drake had an unplanned baby.

Background: NI-KI (니키) is a Japanese singer under BELIF+. He participated in the survival show "I-LAND" and was chosen as one of the final seven members of the group. He debuted as the maknae of ENHYPEN on November 30, 2020.

I saw a tiktoker (anneta.x) talk about Niki's potential rising sign, and she suggested he a Leo Rising. Personally, I don't see him as a Leo Rising but as a Pisces Rising and here's why!

So this is Niki's chart without any birthtime:

So he has a Sag Sun and Pluto. His Sun is at 17 degrees which is an indicator of fame in astrology and his Pluto is at 24 degrees (Pisces degree, represents music and beauty) If he were a Pisces rising, he would have those planets in the 10th house. In another video, it was guessing his rising and the first card that came up was the 10th house. So I'm getting that he must care a lot about his job and image and has Capricorn-like qualities (he always gets told he's mature for his age by his mother members). His Pluto makes sense, considering that he moved to Korea from Japan at 13 years old, and that must have been a transformative part of his career.

His Venus and Chiron are in Capricorn, so those in the 11th house make sense. Venus at 27 degrees is a big indicator of success from beauty and music and it being in the house of material gains makes more sense. Also, 11th house represents groups, fanbases and the internet. His Chiron there shows he must have suffered some hurt online or from fans too, it's at 0 degrees so it must have been transformative for him.

He has Uranus and Moon in Pisces. If he were to be a Pisces rising, he would most likely be in his first house of appearance and personality. Appearance wise he gives MAJOR Pisces vibes! He has an extremely unique face I've never seen before that looks so mesmerizing! His moon there also gives him softness to his face too, and from what I've seen he looks like his mom quite a bit. Uranus at 7 degrees (Libra) can also represent music as Uranus rules over art, music, and creativity so does Libra.

Jupiter and Mercury in Scorpio would be in his ninth house of communication, media and travelling. Jupiter in the ninth house shows he will have success abroad. Its at 9 degrees (Sag!), so he will be fortunate abroad. With his mercury ik this is random, but he has such a deep voice bro 😭 it's also calm too with the 26 degrees there.

Saturn in Leo in his sixth house shows being famous in his day-to-day life. His Saturn shows he will have restrictions at work, and he must be a hard worker. 11 degrees is also an internet fame degree!

Now I haven't reviewed every single placement, but all those can give a good indication that he is a Pisces rising. Here is a chart of a rough estimated time I got (sorry I couldn't get his Jupiter in the 9th house lmfao just ignore that segment :))

He likes people who are responsible. They need to have plans and goals for themselves and a healthy lifestyle.

He needs space from them from time to time, so someone who is independent will suit him well

Having that said, once he sees that his partner is responsible, it will give him even more reason to take care of them

He is a natural provider, but doesn’t want to give and give to those that only want to take, so when they prove that they don’t need him, it will make him want them more

Venus/Mars - 4th House

With both his Venus and Mars being in the 4th house, this means his relationships are fairly private and he likes to keep it that way

He doesn’t like people in his business, so naturally he wouldn’t like the idea of a partner that would overshare details about their partnership, is always sharing pictures of them online, partakes in PDA frequently, or anything else that would let others feel a part of the relationship

Venus Persona

I thought the above into wasn’t enough, so I took a little peak at his Venus Persona chart. Now, I’m not overly educated when it comes to persona charts, but I did pick up a few things, nonetheless.

Communication is something that is very important to him

His Mars is in Virgo again, so basically everything I said above in the Mars section, but like...x2
