Alright you guys I need help. My best friend has adhd and I don't know how to help her out because we have a lot of college app which is making her anxious and I can't think like her because most my idea are pretty neurotypical so sometimes they work and other times they don't.

(she hasn't been officially diagnosed because her parents don't believe in mental illnesses. they are typical brown parents so to say.)

so I just got to class and i normally get to school at about 845-850 and I sit with my friends at breakfast.

Today Jamie starts saying "trigger warning" and I don't say anything, I'm just like "ok?" and he lifts up his sleeve and there's cuts going all the way up to his elbow on his forearm. The only thing I was able to say was "holy shit dude" that's it and we all just kinda moved on and he pulled his sleeve back down.

I want to help them, I really do, I just need some help doing it. Please DM me or just offer some advice if you can or just spread it if possible.
