Didn’t take much to pull you out of retirement huh? Btw, you didn’t get a scoop - another blog best you to it. Also, you took a huge leap assuming Sam was flying with someone. His buddy Marina flew in today - possible he could have been picking her up and therefore didn’t have luggage? They have spent NYE together in the past, you know. you are a self-proclaimed truther - maybe do a little research before you suggest you know he’s with “a broad”? Thirsty, thirsty. Rest your eyes!

Didn't take much for you to crawl out of the woodwork to spew hate huh? Btw, I didn't say I got the scoop, I said this was a NEW pic of Sam--and I didn't see any blog beat me to it. Even BellaOutlander on IG, who gets everything right away, and many others, posted AFTER me. So, I was def one of the first blogs to post the new pic of Sam with a fan at Glasgow airport. Also, I NEVER said Sam was flying with anyone. I said he could be flying OUT of Glasgow go be with a lady friend because he has done that for New Year's Eve on more than one occasion. That's not me taking "a huge leap," that's me going on proven past behavior aka facts. Yes, I saw that his friend, Marina Campbell flew into Glasgow yesterday. Would Sam himself go to the airport to pick her up? At this stage in his career, I would think he would have sent a car service to pick her up. But who knows, Sam is down to earth, and a good friend, so he may have picked her up. The jury is still out on that one. Marina has since posted pics on her IG hanging out in Glasgow. It looks like she's with a group of friends...let's see if any pics come out of Sam being among them. As for them spending New Year's Eve together in the past, I don't think that's happened very often. On January 3, 2022, Marina posted from a Chargers American football game in Los Angeles with Sam and Alex, so I guess they could have spent that New Year's together. I've been here almost 10 years, and I don't remember that happening very often though. They've definitely hung out together a lot: worked out together, traveled together, climbed munros together, but I don't remember many New Year's Eve together, but it could have happened. And maybe this year, Sam felt like staying in Glasgow, and they'll hang out for New Year's Eve. No sweat off my back. Whatever Sam wants to do and whoever he wants to do it with is fine by me...and always has been. As for my play on words he's going abroad to be with a broad, it was OBVIOUSLY a joke, tongue-in-cheek, haha. Anon, maybe if you pulled the stick out of your ass, you might find a sense of humor. Bitter, bitter. Rest up, bitch! I'm here for the duration...

asuka ask game? pick your favorite one

ok so i do enjoy asuka guiltygear but i have been thinking REALLY hard about asuka tekken as of late so we're talking about her today

also this took me WAY too long to post i apologize but it Is out here so yaaaay

favorite thing about them:

ok so legally i have to mention asuka's tekken 8 design because motherfucker WHAT were they thinking with that one. what the fuck was the inspiration. but i love it so much i cannot lie

other than that, i really enjoy her rivalry with lili and how moderately insane that bit has gotten, and i like how they've kept her a character who is a) defensively focused in her gameplay even among the generally aggressive play of t8, and b) has a generally down-to-earth feel to her despite. Everything. happening in tekken

least favorite thing about them:

so i was actually talking to a friend about this recently and she explained my feelings really well, its like. asuka feels like the protagonist of another story that isnt being told.

it feels like she has so much stuff that COULD be a really interesting plot focus for her but it just. hasnt been? like everything between her and feng COULD be so neat but its just been sort of...by the wayside for the past few games in favor of keeping up with the mishimas (new sitcom there btw)

idt i’m doing a “on the grid: monaco e-prix” because i have no free time whatsoever but what i can say about it was:

- lit race, had fun and so did my beginner friends

- jeandre are two french coded bitches but i like them still; sam bird is an angel on earth and super nice; norman nato was also amazing and stopped to take a pic w me after he was already done w signing; both lucas digrassi and sergio sette camara were also great to us (well, we are brazilians after all). in particular, i had the opportunity to interact w sergio on friday and he remembered me on saturday, it was great; nick cassidy was amazing to a friend and took a picture w her - i was too embarrassed bc of some personal context so i didn’t participate in it but i feel like if i had i would have been able to talk to him for a bit in fact. shame.

- btw, some funny moments: on friday buemi smuggled two ppl without credentials to his garage and security stood silently around but didn’t approach further when they realised everyone was shaking hands and talking to them at envision. that’s bc they were CLEARLY his parents, his dad in particular is buemi w white hair; we saw sam do some social media work while outside the boxes, at some point he fake waved to fans so that pics could be taken of that moment; a friend of mine tried to call andre to take a picture w us because i told her he was my fave out of the all the drivers and he said “oh, i’ll be right back and do it.” it was lunch break. he’d only be back, if he even would, in an hour. he really “we are checking”ded my friend dkdhsksh.

- italian guys by my side cried when the maserati crashed. then they claimed mitch evans was robbed bc of the second SC, i said nick was lucky and they got lowkey mad fkdhsjbs (they asked me who i was supporting on that race, i said nick (bc of reasons) and they said “oh, between nick and mitch we’re gonna go w mitch”)

anyway all in all a great experience, it was tiresome but tbh very good to have all the sessions in one day and things were super well organised in our view. if anyone ever wishes to go to a race in monte-carlo but doesn’t have 1k euros to spend on f1 tickets, i HIGHLY recommend spending only 30 on fe tickets instead and staying at nice or another city close (although nice is probably the best to go as the train to monaco gets super crowded so if you want to get in from any other station between nice and monaco you basically won’t be able to). food has been also cheaper than in paris and days have been super productive in here, i’ve already walked through practically all of old nice and spent the afternoon yday at the beach in menton and then had dinner looking at the sea at villefranche sur mer. all in all a good, hard earned break!

haunted experience WAS so fun omg it was super elaborate...it was like on this big outdoor park/complex/event space + divided into 4 different sections where u essentially followed these hiking trails through the woods, but each section had a different theme w all these scary sets + props + lights etc. & scare actors in full costume + makeup jumping out + shouting + trying 2 scare u...i've been 2 similarly elaborate haunted houses before but never an outdoor one where ur on hiking trails (outdoor-wise i've only ever been 2 haunted corn mazes...which i will be doing at the end of the month <3). hope ur doing well as well + enjoying ur own halloween celebrations movie marathons + parties sound v fun <3

OKAY SO I WANNA TALK ABT TWO MORE OF MY STEVEN UNIVERSE OCS BECAUSE OHHH MY GOD I LOVE THEM SM

So basically their names are Goldstone and Fire Quartz right

And I remember that when I was watching it for the first time I realized that bismuths are made to build things right. Like that’s what I got from it and it made me think like are there gems on Homeworld that are actually made to create weapons?

And that’s how Goldstone was formed!!

They’re around the same height as a pearl, they’re pretty thin so they look kind of similar but they also aren’t quite as thin because yk they’re making weapons all day

There’s also two types (there might be more but I’ve only actually seen just goldstone and blue goldstone irl so) and the one I made is the blue goldstone type so her colour scheme is basically this

BUT ANYWAYS

So basically Goldstone met the Crystal Gems around the middle of the war, when she was sent to Earth to see if she could collect any new materials for more weapons and met Bismuth

Obviously Bismuth expected like hostility (and she was prepared to fight) but Goldstone was pretty chill, she didn’t even really like Homeworld that much but hadn’t had the chance to meet the Crystal Gems before this and the two ended up bonding over both creating weapons

So Pearl showed up after a while and was surprised to see some random Homeworld gem just talking to Bismuth calmly, and she was even more shocked when Goldstone introduced herself kindly and said she’d always thought Pearl was pretty cool

So she ended up secretly joining the Crystal Gems and became a spy of sorts, gaining a little bit of info on Homeworld and when they planned to attack and heading back to Earth to ‘collect more materials’ when really she was just telling the Crystal Gems whatever she knew abt the next attack

She honestly wasn’t too stressed about living like this, and while she wasn’t too attached to many members of the Crystal Gems (minus Bismuth, Pearl, Garnet, and maybe Rose) she definitely liked them a lot more than Homeworld

She knew how to fight and at some point had to bubble a few gems who found out about this, but she never shattered them and they were eventually let out, but they were the only ones who ever found out

But then Bismuth was bubbled, and everything went downhill very quickly

Obviously she was very upset about Bismuth’s disappearance, and by that point she actually had a few other goldstones who came with her to earth to get materials which she wasn’t too happy about because that meant that she couldn’t interact with the Crystal Gems while she was there. But at some point they all got caught in a battle and obviously she couldn’t fight in it (seeing as she’d be shattered if she fought against Homeworld but she’d be seen as a traitor if she fought against the Crystal Gems) so she ended up just sneaking away at the first chance she got, which is how she met Fire Quartz.

Fire Quartz had been part of a group who had come to Earth to stage an attack on the Crystal Gems, and she’d been fighting beside Blue Flower Agate (an off-colour who was #1 often tested on by Blue Diamond and #2 also not an agate at all, she just called herself that because she had no clue what exactly she was, I’ll make another post on her eventually but she was mentioned in the post abt Kiwi) before the other gem had disappeared. The two of them had actually been pretty good friends, since neither wanted to fight at all but they were both being forced to.

She ran away from the fight soon after Blue Flower Agate disappeared, and ended up accidentally going in the same direction as Goldstone, which is how she saw the gem attacking her. She didn’t know what side Goldstone was on, but she really hated the gem attacking her so she took the chance to fight her and ended up getting herself poofed in the fight, which led to Goldstone poofing + bubbling the other gem and bringing Fire Quartz to a safer place so she could wait for her to reform

So Fire reformed and was instantly shocked at just how pretty Goldstone was, and that was how a little crush on her formed. They talked for a while, and ended up really liking each other. So they agreed to meet up more often, and that exact place became their meetup spot.

That went on for a couple hundred years, since both came to Earth pretty frequently (and even when nobody else was going there, Fire would sometimes steal a ship and sneak off to Earth herself), up until the night that they planned to run away from all of this.

Both were tired of the fights (because Fire hated fighting against the group Goldstone was part of, and Goldstone couldn’t even fight without being found out by Homeworld) and decided to plan a night to finally run away from the war. They wouldn’t be on opposite sides anymore, and they wouldn’t have to worry about being caught during their meetups.

So eventually the night they planned to run away came along, and Goldstone was actually a little hesitant right before. After all, she wouldn’t be around the Crystal Gems anymore, and if they ever found Bismuth, she wouldn’t get to see her.

But she shook off these fears, because she couldn’t live without Fire. They met up that night, and finally managed to run away, and they never looked back.

At some point, though, Goldstone had one last thing to do on Homeworld; she had a few weapons there that she didn’t want to leave behind, so she and Fire ended up taking one last trip there so that she could collect her best weapons.

That was where they were when the corruption blast hit.

They got back to Earth just after it, and Goldstone landed them far from where she knew the Crystal Gems’ base was. They decided to settle near a little town, which turned into going from town to town, trying to find places to settle permanently.

They ended up staying in a little flower field for a long time, building their own small place to live in it and finally being able to just enjoy life together.

Eventually, though, around the time Rose met Greg, they discovered a little coffee shop in a nearby town. They were both surprised at the cozy atmosphere and the kind humans inside, and, after talking about it for a few weeks, decided it could be fun to open their own. After all, it wasn’t like they had anything else to worry about now.

So, they both ended up getting advice from the owner of that coffee shop. How to open one, how to afford to keep it open, how to attract customers, etc. After that, they had another conversation about whether they should do this or not, and eventually decided that they would.

So they opened their own coffee shop, close to a different town, and it was nice. They kept that place open for years, and eventually they knew their regulars by name. At the same time, they were still very much in love, and eventually adopted a little grey tabby cat together.

At some point, they found out about Beach City. They thought it looked nice, and they’d been looking for a change of scenery for a while. However, what they didn’t know was that, while they packed up their things and closed their coffee shop to move locations, Steven had already fixed things with the diamonds and the Crystal Gems were working on plans for Little Homeworld. Oh, yeah, and Bismuth was back.

So they opened their new coffee shop just outside of Beach City; like, literally right outside of it. They got a few frequent customers from Beach City, and some from the next town over, but eventually word spread to Steven that two gems had opened a coffee shop nearby, and he decided to head over there with Pearl, Amethyst, Garnet, and Bismuth.

Goldstone wasn’t actually behind the counter when they walked in; she was in the back while Fire was waiting for any possible customers, since it was a slow day and Goldstone had wanted a quick break. As soon as she walked out from the back, though, she was shocked to see Bismuth standing by the counter, talking to Fire.

The two had a heartfelt reunion, and Bismuth became a regular at their coffee shop. Eventually, they met Lapis and Peridot, and I like to think there was this one time when they fused for the first time ever and their fusion panicked and went to Garnet for help since neither had ever fused with anyone before and didn’t know how to unfuse, somehow.

Anyways I love them very much they are my sillies and I just AGAHGAHAGAHHH

Can I have a sisterly advice? I have been hurt a lot by my ex boyfriend he was toxic and he ruined my self esteem badly, I ended it because it took a toll on my mental health and I was okay with the breakup and lived my life normally until he started dating his Co worker who is like 8 years older than him and 10 years older than me ( I'm 24 BTW) she kept messaging me and harassing me telling me how happy he is with her and I was okay with it until she sent me a pic of a lingerie set he bought her allegedly lol she sent me a pic from a website not an actual picture and I confronted her to get lost but she keeps telling everyone I overreacted and that's because I feel scorned that he moved on and that I'm jealous of her, it's been six months Cammy and all I think of is that I don't want him back if he was the last man on earth but I spend all my time thinking of hurting her and him the way they did to me and I just want to stop thinking of them but I can't what should I do?.

Also I have never been lucky in love, and I mean never I jump from a guy to guy to help me get over the one before him and after this breakup I decided to take time and focus on myself but I just feel like true love is nothing but a myth

I had a dream, where I was in my house, and someone took something from me. And ya know, the dream is similar to the time where thor’s hammer got stolen. Because a bigass blue thing, took my hammer of power or something, idk, and locked me in a room. Cuz Im apparently grounded or something. I sure as hell aint imprisoned. I just cant get the hammer back, “to dangerous for kids” apparently. Anyway I try to get it back, but everytime that I fail, it gets reseted. Like a game. And im the only one who knows. How frustrating. Anyways at one point I get fed up and didn’t try to get the hammer, but I fail, and I was like “FUCK THIS”, and climbed up the ledge of a window. And my big blue babysitter is like “What are you doing??” “Im gonna kill myself.” But then like I dont. Because I dont know what will happen if I do. And what a waste of life if I actually die. So I just climb in, and I make a deal with my Big and Blue sitter, and was like “Okay, fine, I wont take my hammer to school. Fine. But can I atleast take the stuff from my bag? The bag where the hammer is? “ And he was like “fine.” And I took my stuff, a coin that produced a copy of itself every 9 days, gold (idk why but i apparently had like gold bars, comical ones), and one other thing. I forgot. But I remember being sad, because I cant bring my ship that can fold up neatly into my pocket to school. I was very sad over it.  

Anywayz I end up in school, and there was apparently a quizbee going on. And apparently everyone in this school is magical. Ya know, elves, fairies, wizards, witches. The do. And it was a bunch of subjects like, Math, Science, History, etc.  a round of 4 questions. difficult ones. Our group won the Math section. I joined in on Science cuz I love me some science. And I lost. Anyways I leave because I have something to do apparently, and then what followed is weird. I go to the sci lab becuz idk Imma say goodbye to all the test tubes I failed. And there was a bunch of elves gathered around the fridge. I ask whassup, they say a serial killer is on the loose and they are decapitating hands of their victims as trophies and then putting them in the science lab fridge.  What then followed is a blur of me doing battle against an army, leveling up, now I have a sword that can turn into whatever I want, and if I turn it into a bow and draw the string, an arrow made of energy will appear. Anyways the elves see my awesome level up, and decides to join in the battle, and we won.   So I went back to school, and they gave me the hands of the killed elves, and I was like “What the fuck do you want me to do???” i was very disgusted by the severed hands. becuase. they. were. severed. hands. And they were like “You can restore them back to like,” And I was like “gross but okay, I guess” and they dumped the load of hands into my arms, and while trying now to internally gag, I restore them back to life, in a ball of light. 

And I went back to school, The quizbee is still happening, and like blah blah, I get bored, I leave. And there was a classmate who was selling sweet gulaman. and Jughead from Archie comics is classmate. And me and Jughead are like, “It’s 35 usd, but it’s 75lbs,” “Yes, but we can get a 8oz gulaman for 20php back in the quizhall.” and I was like “Yes but you forget one crucial thing. This is brown gulaman. The gulaman they serve in the quiz hall is buko pandan. “ At which point, we buy the comically large cup of gulaman for 35 usd.  Anyways, at one point, my dead grandfather participates in the quiz bee, but ducks out before it started and it delayed, and he ran away. I met the girl who is going to be my grandfather’s group’s opponent. And she’s crying because she was so excited for this, and this is like a plot point, an arc for her character is she was like an anime character, this would be the final arc, the arc right before she acheivs her dreams. And I was like “Oh balls, I need to find my gramps.” 

And I find him in my grandmother’s house, my childhood home, and he was kinda looking at a picture. Idk what the pic was, but if there’s anything I know about the pics in my grandma’s house is that it’s all family. Pics of me, my brother, their anniversary, the pics of their wedding and the weddings of all their kids. So....  And I was like “Grandpa’s come on, you gotta compete!” and he kinda looks at me solemny and I realize he’s delaying the inevitable. And he says goodbye, and he vanishes. And when I come back to the quizhall, they crying girl, who is an elf btw, says she won, because the other team is disqualified, and she is still crying.  then there is a part where hiccup and astrid are exploring, and they find a hand, and they give it to me, and I was like “WHAT ON FUCKING EARTH-” and they were like, bring it back to life. and I was like sure. And I brought it back into like, egg form. And now hiccup and astrid has like a mx-breed dragon child. Part httyd dragon, Part Bakunawa (Filipino ) dragon. 

And then I was back in school, the quizbee is over and we are doing P.E and coach is testing our powers, “kick that ball as hard as you can.” And I did, and it kinda looked like it didnt go far, “I thought you had more in you.” Coach said, and I was like, Yeah me too, I had a power up and all. Then my classmate says, that’s not my ball, that’s his. And I was like, where the fuck’s mine? And apparently it traveled the world.  Then there was a part where my classmates took me to the study hall and we studied and the chairs floated. that was cool.

okay so idk if you watched/are planning on watching falcon and winter soldier but i watched the first episode the other day and they were speaking french (just a few seconds) and I UNDERSTOOD SOME WORDS DLDJDJ and i was so proud of myself. i‘ve only ever learned french with duolingo lol (i only do like 5 mins a day and that‘s why i was so surprised that i understood some of it!!). and yeah apart from latin i feel like italian, german, french and english are all similar in a sense.. i mean obviously they‘re completely different languages but for example there are some grammatical constructions in french that i think i wouldn‘t understand if i only spoke english? so when i translate those things into english you can‘t directly translate them bc you say things differently, but when i translate them into german then it makes more sense to me. idk that‘s something i noticed so i feel like if you already know multiple languages it‘s easier to learn another language compared to if you only know one language and are trying to learn a second one. even if the languages aren‘t similar then i think you get the hang of it easier.

ikd slsjsjs also i don‘t want you to think that i‘m a linguistic genius or anything lmfao, like i‘m only fluent in english and german and i‘m just a wannabe (ew that word) polyglot sksj (yes i had to google polyglot— i do think learning ancient greek would be super cool tho? like imagine studying latin AND ancient greek, whew). and honestly i don‘t think i‘ll ever be fluent in another language bc i don‘t plan on living anywhere other than germany or possibly england and i‘m not dedicated enough to properly learn any other languages esp if i don‘t have anyone to speak the language with. but i still try my best and i just love language/languages as a whole so yeah i‘m happy & just learning as much as i can dkdjh🥰

all RIGHT. spoilers for the 100 past this point! also i’m gonna go ahead and preface this with a warning about racism, and also that a lot of this is based off stan twitter, but like. they aren’t Wrong.

oh, also, i’m gonna go ahead and drop my stan twitter: i rarely make original posts, but, ya know. it’s a jumble of content. feel free to follow if u want.

also! there’s this whole thread of hiatus drama, if you want a fuller picture than what i’m giving you.

so a quick, general sum-up of some plot that goes into this Whole situation: the sixth season of t100 took place on a different planet, after t100 spent ~5 seasons on earth, so this introduced new characters and also the concept of interplanetary travel. in the season six finale, hope (the daughter of a character, diyoza, who was still pregnant with hope, because ~time travel~) stepped through what’s called “the anomaly,” says “i’m sorry,” and stabs octavia, dissipating her into green mist. bellamy, octavia’s brother (who has had Issues and a Lot of storylines centering around octavia, which is a whole other topic of conversation (ft. bellamy’s storylines centering around white women (bob morley, who plays bellamy, is half-filipino) octavia’s treatment by fandom vs bellamy’s, and you can probably tell which side i’m on by how loudly i screamed “YEEEEEESSSSSSS” when bellamy said “you’re my sister, but you’re not my responsibility anymore” after SIX SEASON of—okay you see, i’m getting off topic) 

anyway, the season closer was that octavia went through the anomaly, which (this is important!) a fair amount of the main characters saw (gabriel, hope, echo, and bellamy, namely) bellamy, in that same season closer, was running through the woods alone, yelling for octavia. season ending. good hook!

and then.... nothing.

seriously. the hiatus between season six and season seven of the hundred (the LAST season of the show, EVER!) there was next to no promotional material. no bts pics, no tweets from cast/crew, nada. nothing. which stirred up quite a bit of complaint in the fandom—one, it’s the last season, can we not have some promotion, and two, it’s the last season, and there’s no promotion by cast/crew/the cw, why is this happening?

seriously. the season seven teaser clip that got aired between episodes on the cw was released before the trailer. it became a meme, how long we were waiting for the trailer. like it was... what, 19, 20 days before the season aired, and all we had was like a stitched-together character poster?

there was also some drama throughout the hiatus, ft. the fandom getting on the news for not getting content in the hiatus, jessica harmon (who plays a guest role, nylah, and whose brother plays murphy) getting snappy at fans on twitter for asking for promotion, and isaiah washington, who played thelonious jaha (a character that died in s5) telling a minor (and also going into their dms!) that he’d call the fbi on them, good times, the 100 fandom is a Disaster and i live a nightmare every day

and then. the trailer drops.

which starts “where is bellamy?” like. people. were SEARCHING for bellamy. people were trying to be optimistic, but rapidly people were also coming to, like, the worst conclusions. however as always t100 fandom did have some jokes, so like, ya know

people were looking forward to other promo: the poster, and also, there’s this tradition of countdown bts photos for the show, and since bob and eliza (who plays clarke, the female lead) just got married, people had high hopes! 

and then came the poster (which had no bellamy, or characters at all) and then the OFFICIAL poster (which had characters, but still no bellamy) which started the hashtag #whereisbellamyblake, because, seriously, he’s the male lead and it’s the last season. also bonus screengrab of this from jroth (the lead writer’s) mom’s twitter lmao

so people rightfully had questions: the excuse that was being given was that including bellamy would be “spoilery,” except, like, it’s a poster? and the only shot of him in the trailer was him being dragged along the ground despite the fact that he was the thumbnail for the trailer? like, okay, which led to some twitter meltdowns, and some more, and again people were fearing the worst, because like, see lexa, jason has a BAD track record when it comes to fan-favorite ships. people were HEATED, people were RANTING, it was a MESS

also. the edited posters were pretty funny, okay, then bob and eliza, bless them, dropped some a+ twitter content, and things calmed down a bit

and then, countdown days started. usually, the order goes bob on one more day, and eliza on show day. except this year? eliza was one more day. which. people were going nuts. because it was a tradition! and keeping BOB out of a behind the scenes where there weren’t any spoilers? it just seemed unprofessional—especially damning, given jason’s past history with ricky whittle, who played lincoln, and was bullied off the set. people were worried that, one, this was affecting bob’s storyline, and two, well. remember that thing about fan-favorite ships? here’s a whole thread of that, btw. and a video of ricky whittle, here.

it is a genuine fear of a lot of the fandom that jason will, in all his pettiness, not give in to bellarke. which is kind of nutty, given that it’s the core relationship of the show, and he himself had said that he’d been foreshadowing it. bellamy and clarke are literally “the head and the heart” of the show.

there’s a lot of subsequent drama; the fact that apparently they’re pushing through clarke/gaia (even though there was ??? no previous evidence of this??) still no bellamy for four episodes (seriously, it took clarke, like, two episodes to even cotton onto the fact that he was missing at all)  a lot of criticism of jason (he’s shamed shipping and also, lmao, is trying to push through a spinoff?) and just. Yeah. 

i’m really burnt out when it comes to the 100 fandom; i’ve unfollowed a lot of the t100-centric tumblrs i used to follow, once the show is over i’m gonna unfollow a lot of the twitters and just, yeah. i care about bob and eliza, and i care about bellarke, but the fandom wears me out and the unprofessionalism of a lot of what’s gone down has kind of just? made me lose interest? they’re recycling storylines (esp centering around octavia and bellamy) and continuity doesn’t seem to really be a priority. i just... yeah. i mostly care about bellarke and the fact that i bond a lot with one of my real-life friends through this show. if bellarke doesn’t happen, i’m gonna be like Really... disappointed, mad, irritated? like. imagine. it’s literally So Easy. the actors got married, ffs, you’ve gotten in trouble for ending two ships via very tragic death (in the same season, even!) like how is this Not Clicking

dracula ep 2 - observations

ahhh! the scene is set and i cannot wait for more agatha 

so we open up onto dracula’s castle? i think 

dracula and my beloved aggie are in a room together

wait so are they buddies now? drac’s not trying to eat her or anything, which i find suspicious

there’s a chess game going on with some symbolism i am too tired to grasp

drac starts telling agatha about the voyage he made to england 

scene changes to a ship and the captain having a nightmare about a dismembered hand? idk

now we meet a passenger, dr sharma who’s looking at a body or something

it’s the “grave the children complained about” ??? i’m getting lucy vibes 

the coffin/body is 70 yrs old but there’s fresh scratches on the lid! i wonder where this is going 

ew a very gross body rises out of the coffin 

scene change! we meet a dead guy, piotr

his mum/sister/relative is saying he was going to be a sailor but he died before he could, and there’s this very suspicious guy sweeping in a doorway and listening to the conversation

but then a nun closes the door and locks him in his room

and then the lady relative is told by the priest to stab w/ a stake piotr and she does. wise move, ma’am

this is all taking place close to a shipyard/dock 

oooh suspicious guy is going to the ship and impersonating piotr! interesting 

so it’s established that the one-handed guy from the nightmare the captain had is coming back on the ship. apparently it was the captain’s fault he lost his hand, but the nice one-handed guy is making a joke out of it and it’s all very friendly, but it still haunts our cap i guess

lord and lady ruthven are coming aboard the ship. they just got married, and it’s all very exciting 

the lord jokes about “making it a long voyage” (wink wink) to cap (comedic genius right here) and then this guy who introduced him is like “oh, it will be” we’ve got so many suspicious characters already, i feel so blessed!!

okay - i’ll call the guy who’s pretending to be piotr fake piotr to avoid confusion and i’ll call the other suspicious guy (i think he’s lord and lady ruthven’s servant/secretary? he’s got pretty nice clothes, idk) bob 

there’s an old guy who approaches fake piotr like “are you as inexperienced as you look? are you scared?” and he’s like well yeah and the other guy goes “me too.” ???? that’s reassuring!! 

ah the doctor (i forget his name) and his daughter are boarding 

dracula boards openly as himself because THAT’S a good idea 

agatha, of course, echoes my thoughts and drac’s like “what do you think i would’ve done, lie around in a box for 4 weeks?” uh, yeah, you’re a fucking vamipre

anyway, back to the ship. fake piotr is about to enter a room (no. 9) but this crewmember comes up to him and goes nah you can’t go in there these passengers are sick (he sounds like he’s lying) and fake piotr is like okay thanks i won’t do that then 

there’s fucking flies EVERYWHERE on this ship jesus 

like i get they’re undead and it’s symbolic and suspenseful or whatever but it’s also fucking GROSS

anyway drac comes up to the crewmember, who for some reason is listening at the door of no. 9, and says some creepy stuff to him (turns out he’s from bavaria. this may be relevant later?)

so fake piotr is from romania and he’s boring the handless guy with his “story” - the handless guy points out that it sounds SUPER fucking fake. anyway time for dinner!

so now they show the fancy dining room and lord whatever is there w/ bob (his name’s adisa, actually) and adisa’s like ooh this wine isn’t good i don’t like it and then they argue whatever and the doctor interjects 

OH MY GOD! adisa and the lord are together! the lord’s like you know this marriage is a necessary evil and adisa’s like yeah but it hurts. :,( i feel him man

drac introduces himself to the old lady, bla bla, and then he drinks this crewman’s blood and like absorbs his mannerisms (and his german)

god this is boring i want more of my tragic gay love story 

turns out drac and the old lady (who is a duchess) danced together on her 18th birthday? okay? i don’t care where’s adisa 

and that’s the night the duchess’s mother disappeared. great. 

now drac drinks the old lady’s blood

there’s a fog around the ship... it seems to be following them... how mysterious...

okay now drac is creeping out fake pietro by telling him a gross story because he was looking in a barrel? I DON’T CARE WHERE IS ADISA

ahh finally adisa’s back. so dorabella (the gay lord’s wife) is tired (and everyone else is like OOHhoo i wonder why) but drac seems to be on to them. uh oh

honestly other than agatha adisa and the lord are the only characters i actually want to have a happy ending 

okay everyone’s asleep but doc, and he’s having flashbacks or whatever to that body from before 

he gives his sleeping daughter (who’s mute + deaf, btw, forgot to mention that) a touching little monologue abt how there’s monsters in this world and he’ll protect her (that sounds sarcastic but it actually is sweet) 

lady whatever (gay’s wife) goes out on deck in the night, for a walk, but meets dracula out there 

he’s kinda flirting/talking w/ her outside but she’s obviously in love with her husband, unfortunately

m’lady reveals she’s going to america

dracula shows her the water in a barrel or something? but refers to it as a mirror? he shows her a pic of her and her husband in the reflection and goes “i thought i’d show you a picture of what might have been,” or something dramatic like that 

the doctor’s daughter starts bleeding from her face in her bed, and she wakes up

turns out the blood is from the lady and is dripping through the ship’s deck! 

doc’s daughter goes up to investigate and sees drac drinking the lady’s blood

well of course now drac is threatening her >:(

like i feel bad for dorabella but i want adisa to be happy. i’m very conflicted

they’re going to search for the murderer now 

DRACULA IS SO OBVIOUSLY THE CULPRIT OH MY GOD. he keeps saying the most suspicious things and nobody cares

okay now drac is saying that they should search cabin no. 9? which only the captain has access to, for some reason, and he’s super anxious to not let anyone else in?

there’s a bunch of flies in cabin no. 9. great, more death

it’s established that there is actually another person in cabin 9, the mates hear breathing or something

drac: “ah, but you’re a scientist.” doctor: “yes, i was, at the university of calcutta. are you a scientist yourself?” “no, but i have an appetite for it.”

this guy gets injured because of the fog or something 

dracula is like addicted to blood, and he can’t stand the sight of it or something

dracula goes a little batshit (! get it???) and they see it! and then the doctor’s daughter (who you will recall i ALWAYS had faith in) comes in and makes the sign of the cross and drac’s repulsed

IS THE DAY SAVED? no, there’s 30 minutes left in the episode

IN CONCLUSION: the next episode had better be fucking good. I mean it, Gatiss. The ending was insane (i had to rewatch it to make sure i wasn’t hallucinating) and honestly? This REEKS of season 4 sherlock (or whichever season it was when everything went to shit). If they make this some kind of ridiculous future au i WILL die. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Disneyland || Tom Holland

a/n: i have another imagine in mind but not sure how to start it. but i’ve had this one in my mind for like a year and @ashisbaeee​ & @mlt2000​ , without knowing, helped me get out of my writers block so this one is for you ladies <3 btw i’ve never been to disneyland so if anything is remotely off, i’m so sorry! and holy shit i did not expect this to be this long

summary: You’ve been talking about going to Disneyland for a while now and no one would go with you except for Tom. The normal day turns into a semi date.

You were so excited to be a part of the Spider-man ffh cast and the press tour was your favorite part. You traveled to places you never thought you’d visit and some even became your favorite places. You were really excited to be heading to LA though because you realized you guys would have a day off and you were really hoping to visit Disneyland! You’ve only been to Disney World so you thought it’d be a good change of scenery for you.

Tom, Zendaya, Jacob, Jake and you all just got done the last interview of the day and were slightly tired. You all headed back to your hotel, got changed and showered and collectively decided to just hang out in your room for the rest of the night. Jake decided to just go to sleep though because he was that tired. 

Once you finished your shower, you texted them in the group chat and told them they could come to the room. About 5 minutes later, you heard a knock on the door. You thought it was going to be all three of them but just Tom was standing there. “Hey! Where’s Z and Jacob?” you asked, but you honestly didn’t mind that it was just Tom. You had a major crush on him but you figured he would just reject you so you just kept your feelings to yourself. He gave you a hurt puppy dog face and said “Wow I guess I’m not enough!” you both laughed but he told you they’d be there soon. You left the latch open on the door so that Jacob and Zendaya could just walk in

He walked in and immediately just laid down on your bed. You had a room with two beds so you didn’t mind. You started walking to the other bed and Tom looked at you confused. “What the fuck, you're just gonna leave me here by myself?” You and Tom cuddled before so it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. You laughed and walked over to your bed and laid down next to Tom. He placed his arm over your stomach and you used your nails to scratch his arm softly and your other hand to play with his hair. He loved when you did that.

Two minutes after you guys laid down, you heard the door open and Jacob and Zendaya walked in. They’ve seen you and Tom cuddle before so you didn’t think they’d feel weird about it but when they saw you, they just stared with smirks. “Didn’t mean to interupt anything .” Jacob said. You flipped them off and Tom called Jacob a dick. They laughed and went to the other bed.

You hesitated before speaking but decided to finally speak up. “So guys i have an idea for tomorrow. I think we should all go to Disneyland! It’d be so much fun and I’ve never been!” Zendaya took a bit to answer “Count me out, I’m gonna just relax all day.” “Yeah me too, I’m so tired.” Jacob said. You thought you were about to be alone until Tom spoke “I’m in, sounds like it’d be fun.” You were shocked and happy at the same time. “Really you’ll go with me?” You said excitedly. Tom nodded and you hugged him so fast and so tight that he started to laugh. Zendaya laughed “Should we leave you guys alone?” You let go of Tom and said “Actually you all should leave me alone, I wanna go to bed.” They all got up and went to their rooms and right before you fell asleep Tom texted you “Can’t wait for tomorrow (:” you smiled at your phone just thinking about the fact that you would have alone time with Tom in the happiest place on Earth. “Me too(: now get some sleep, I’m waking you up early tomorrow(;” You texted back. You immediately put your phone down and instantly fell asleep.

Your alarm went off at 7 am and you almost hit the snooze button but shot up so fast when you remembered today you were going to Disneyland. You texted Tom to make sure he was awake and quickly got in the shower. You decided to wear a simple Mickey shirt and shorts paired with your rose gold ears. As soon as you got out, you checked your phone and were thankful to see a text from Tom that read “just got out of the shower, i’ll be at your room in 5 minutes.” as soon as you read it, you heard a knock on the door. It was Tom and you weren’t close to being ready. “Fuck, I’m coming.” you opened the door and he scolded you for not being ready. “Calm down just give me 10 minutes.” you smiled. He walked in and sat down on your bed. All you had to do left was fix your hair and do a little makeup. You were doing your makeup in the bathroom and as you finished, Tom walked in and looked at you. You could tell he wanted to say something so you just looked at him and said “What?” He smiled at you with that amazing smile that just gets you every time. “You know you don’t need makeup, you’re beautiful without it.” You smiled, not expecting that at all. “Thanks but it’s a little late for that I just got done. Let’s get going.” With that he stepped aside so you can get out of the bathroom. You grabbed your ears and made your way out of the door with Tom followng closely behind. 

You guys decided to uber. It was just easier. In the uber, you guys discussed what fast passes to get and where to eat. You settled on getting fast passes for Peter Pan’s Flight, Splash Mountain and Space Mountain and decided to make reservations at Blue Bayou. You were too excited and Tom could tell, but he thought it was adorable. When you guys pulled up, your excitement came out so much more and Tom just laughed. You guys bought your tickets ahead of time so it was a real time saver. Once you got in you were in aw and Tom just watched and took a picture of you without you knowing. You couldn’t believe you were finally there! “Lets get our fast passes now and hit some rides!” You grabbed Tom’s hand and walked quickly to get your fast passes. They were all separated which gave you enough time to do rides in between. The first thing you wanted to do was the Matterhorn Bobsleds seeing as you’ve never been on it. Tom complied and you walked in that direction. Along the way of course were fans who were dying to get pictures with you guys and you agreed but after a little you both decided to just stick to getting to rides. You of course said hi to fans but didn’t take any pictures because you wanted to get as much in as possible.

As the day went by, you two were havng a blast and you didn’t think it was possible but you started liking Tom so much more. During lunch and while waiting in lines, you guys got really in depth with each other and you both shared things with each other that no one else knew. There were a few times when you were walking that your hands brushed up against each other, but you thought nothing of it. You guys were waiting in line for Haunted Mansion when you noticed it was already 8:15 so you figured you’d go get a good spot after you got off the ride for the fireworks. You yawned a little and Tom noticed. “You tired?” You hesitated before answering because you didn’t want to admit you were actually getting tired but you finally nodded. He patted on his chest, signaling for you to put your head there if you wanted, it was something you guys would often do on set. You walked over to him, wrapped your arms around his waist and rested your head. He had one arm around your waist and one playing with your hair. 

You started to drift off until it was your guys turn to get on the ride. You guys entered the little room that was in the beginning of the ride. As soon as you found a place to stand, Tom stood behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist. This was something you weren’t used to but you also didn’t mind it. You rested your head on his chest and placed your hands over his. He opened his hands so that you guys could start holding hands. No one was taking pictures of you guys so you were taking full advantage of the situation. The narrator started speaking on the ride and suddenly so did Tom. “I have one more thing I want to tell you that no one knows.” He whispered. You were looking at the portraits in the room but you suddenly gave Tom your full attention. “Of course there’s always my way...” said the narrator. Tom leaned in to kiss you right as the lights went off for that split second, but to you it felt like forever. When he pulled away, he smiled down at you and finally said it. “I really like you. I’ve been keeping that from you since the day I met you. I’m sorry I shouldn’t have kissed you without telling you first it’s just that--” you placed your hand behind his head and kissed him again. He was shocked at first but went with it. This time the kiss lasted for like 30 seconds. When you pulled away, you smiled at him and spoke, “I like you too dummy, and have since the day we first met on set as well. I can’t believe we both waited that long.” You both laughed before you were both ushered out of the room to go towards the ride. When you got on, he immediately put his arm around you and put a finger under your chin so that you were facing him and you guys made out for a good amount of the ride. When you guys got off the ride Tom pulled his phone out and you noticed you were his background. It was the pic he took of you earlier. “When did you make that your background?” you said with a slight chuckle. “Right after I took it. I needed a beautiful background and this one fits the description.” You smiled and kissed him with so much passion you could barely breathe. Safe to say Haunted Mansion was your new favorite Disney ride and that your first Disneyland visit was the best day and not your last Disney day with Tom, or any day for that matter.

  During the ride home Hae didn’t say a word. He looked deep in thought and you didn’t know what to say to him. That night he asked you to sleep in his room just in case that thing comes back. You did feel more calm and comfortable in a room with a locking window and a brother to keep you safe. You were so relaxed that the next day you woke up later than usual.

  Breakfast was the same, nothing to serious. You went to study in your room, but the door was constantly open and your brother would check on you a few time in an hour. After the sun started setting around 5, you got up and started thinking what to wear. It was almost time for the unexpected and sudden date you had. 

  There was this cute winter dress that you loved so much. You paired it up with thick leggings and high-heel boots.It felt warm and comfortable. Fixing your hair a bit and putting the tiniest amount of makeup, you took a look in the mirror. 

  You were happy, your face was shining bright.In a way it felt like there was some kind of meaning now to your life.It wasn’t just living and studying. You were excited for once. You were going out with someone interesting and kind, you wanted to enjoy this time and remember it for the next 100 or more years. As long as the memory lasted.

  There was a small knock on the door frame, when you saw your mother leaning on it. Her arms were crossed in front of her chest and she was looking at you with loving eyes.

“You look amazing sweetie.Going out I presume ?” 

“Yes. I think it’s a date...” you mumbled the last part as you looked down at the floor.Your mother pushed herself off the wood and reached out to fix the lose strand of hair trying to run from the elastic. 

“You think?”

“Well, he said it’s a date, but I didn’t mean it like that.” you moved side to side a bit uneasy as this was new to you

“If he said it’s a date than it is.Don’t worry about it, just enjoy it.” you turned towards your mother and asked her how you looked “I told you already. No matter what you do ,or what you wear ,you will be beautiful in my eyes. Even if you weren’t who you are, you will still be the prettiest person.” 

  You ran downstairs to get your boots on. Tightening the coat belt, you took a deep breath.

“Have fun honey.” your mom smiled at you “Oh and...” you looked at her waiting for the end of the sentence “Make sure you have as much fun as you want. Moments like this one don’t last long for us, but the memories we build are always going to be a part of who we are. Enjoy yourself.”

 “I will mom.” you waved to her and ran our of the door. The plan was to catch the bus and go to the cafe. But you were surprised when a car stopped next to you.The window rolled down slowly and a boy stepped out. The moon popped out from behind a lonely cloud and illuminated his face. In a way he was reflecting the light around himself, making it look like he was glowing.

“Kihyun?” you were a bit shocked “Why are you here?”

“Well it’s pretty dark outside and I thought I should come pic you up. “ he walked over to you and opened the door, making sure you were sitting comfortably in the car, before jumping in the driver’s seat “ Truth be told I didn’t want you to walk alone at night.Especially when you look this good. That color suits you very well.” you blushed unintentionally and flashed him back a smile 

“Thank you.I was going for a warm look.It’s absolutely cold outside and usually I am warm only home.” you placed the seat belt on and Kihyun drove off.

  In the meantime your mom had already locked the door. Your dad walked passed her and stopped in his tracks, his head moved side to side before he spoke.

“Why do I smell the faint sent of a corpse?” he looked at your mother with a raised eyebrow 

“Don’t look at me like that, there is meat in the fridge.” she slapped his shoulder, when your brother walked down the stairs, hearing the conversation 

“Corpse?” he grabbed some milk from the fridge and sat on the table, pouring out some in a glass “Speaking of potential corpses, where is Y/N?” Hae looked around but you were nowhere to be seen

“She went out.”your mom giggled to herself.Your brother’s eyes squinted and he crooked his head to the side, focusing on your mother.

“With who?” 

“On a walk.”

“Mom” Hae was focused on her “We have been over this so many times.Why try to lie in the first place?”

“Ok,ok. Your sister is on a date with someone, but I don’t know who he is.” she shrugged, lifting her arms in front of herself in a defensive position.

“Date!?”Both your brother and dad almost jumped out of the house, through the roof

“Fuck!” Hae cussed out as he ran to get his stuff “That rotting son of a bitch came all the way here! So he was the one who busted in her room!”

“Hae what are you talking about?” your mom started panicking a bit after her son’s reaction “You know the boy?”

“Yeah, I know that ass and he is in deep shit when I find him.I will send him 5 feet under ground where he came from!” 

“Will you tell us what is going on?” your dad jumped in the conversation as the air was getting tense around the room

“Hae sit down and calm yourself. What is going on!”the table shook after your mother hit it with all her force. Hae stopped running around and decided that it was best to tell the truth from what you told him.

 The car ride with Kihyun was very pleasant. You were making small talk when a sudden silence hit the atmosphere. Looking outside the window you saw the same poster as the one on your way home from the supermarket.

“They still have them up?”you asked out-loud and that peeked Kihyun’s interest 

“Them?” he asked

“Oh, I was talking to myself, sorry about that.”

“No no. I am actually curious now.”

“Well lately there have been these sightings of some creature ,that apparently hurts people and all that jazz. I was just surprised that the posters the media put up of the this story are still hanging on the trees and buildings. “ you said looking at the night sky

“Do you believe in them?” Kihyun was staring at the road, but this question was pretty serious to him

“Do I believe in the media about this story?Yeah I do, all kinds of creatures exist in the world and most just want to live away from the public’s eye. Do I believe it hurts people? I do believe it could be harming them, but then again I haven’t seen it myself and i don’t know the full story.”

  Kihyun was staying quiet, listening closely to your words and thoughts. 

“Humans haven’t exactly proven themselves as the calm and peaceful type of creatures.They bully their own kind and even in literature try to kill or exile them as far away as possible-.”

“You know that most eat people right?” he cut you off 

“Yes, we are talking about mythology and stories, but have any of the people saying these things actually talked with a creature of the particular kind?No.Plus that there are supermarkets these day.If they wanted meat or blood you can find it online too. We don’t live in the old days anymore, where you had to go to the forest and hunt during the night so you wouldn’t be seen.”

“You are saying that if the creature wanted a particular organ, it can go to a butcher shop?” his voice was higher than usual since he was particularly shocked by your words and way of thinking.

“Well I mean yeah.It’s easy and it’s clean work.Livers, hearts, brains all those things are super easy to buy, since they are a delicacy to a lot of humans.” you were talking and talking when the car suddenly stopped. Your eye’s landed on the parking lot you were at today with your brother.

  Kihyun leaned onto the steering wheel and began laughing his heart out. You didn’t know how to react ,so you just waited for him to calm down. It took some time but he ended up relaxing. 

“You are an interesting one indeed.I haven’t met anyone like you before in both my lives.” he leaned slowly towards you and for a moment you were expecting a kiss, when he unclasped your seat-belt. 

  You panicked because of your thought and rushed out of the car, making him smile since he knew what you were expecting. In his own way he was actually enjoying teasing you.

  The cafe was still open but there weren’t many people inside. You walked in and the orange haired boy greeted you two.

“Wonho, bring out the cake I made an hour ago.It should be chilled enough.” the boy swiftly stepped inside the kitchen and disappeared from your view. You found a nice cozy place next to the window and sat there.Looking outside you got lost into the moon the same way Kihyun didn’t notice his eyes focusing onto you. It felt strange to him. He would usually have many dates in a week, but this was the first time he couldn’t look away. 

  Your hair reminded him of the many days he had seen during his life, your face reminded him of the bright sun he used to hide from in the past ,in fear of burning. For a split second he didn’t mind turning into ashes if he had to. During the years he has spent on this earth he had seen many beautiful flowers ,that withered in his arms in one night, leaving their life force with him. Yet this was the first time he didn’t want to harm such a beautiful creature. Kihyun was worried that if he even so as touched you, you would crumble in his hands.Maybe, he thought, if you sat in the moon light you would grow more and stay longer with him. 

  “Kihyun. Kihyun!” Wonho patted his friend’s shoulder

“Uh?” he looked up at the strong boy with eyes lost in a far away place

“I...I brought the cake you asked for.” Wonho couldn’t speak clearly, confused as to what was happening in front of his eyes. 

“Thanks, put the rest back in the fridge or it will melt.”

“Sure.”he was about to leave, when he turned towards his friend again “Weren’t you going to take her to that place?” he was hinting at something you weren’t understanding, but obviously Kihyun did ,as the look in his eyes changed.”You have to, it’s been too long.” Wonho emphasized on the time aspect. 

  There was a moment of silence before Kihyun looked at your shining eyes.His hand rubbed his chest, grabbing onto the talisman necklace. 

“Kihyun?” his name echoed in the empty cafe

“We can go there next time. It’s too cold, she might catch a cold.”

“A cold? When is next time then?” the orange haired boy became a bit aggressive, there was anger in his voice mixed in with worry 

“Is something wrong?” you finally broke your silence. Wonho was about to say something, but Kihyun’s words cut him off fast and pretty rude.

“Everything is fine. We were just arguing about something.” he looked at his friend noticing the concern “You can go now.”

“Fine,” turning his back on you two, he placed the empty tray under his arm “Just keep in mind that the cafe is empty, no one is here.” and he left

“Don’t mind him, he has always been like that. Bites hard like a dog.” he passed over the fork and encouraged you to try the cake “I know that it sounds a bit strange, but it kind of reminded me of you.Sweet and smooth like the cream.” he leaned onto his hand waiting for you to say your judgment.

  The cake was really good. Not too sweet, nor to bitter it was the perfect balance between textures and flavor. Pulling the fork away from your face, the corners of your lips curved up into a smile. Your pearly teeth peeked from under your lipstick and you turned to face Kihyun.

“It’s super good!” it was so tasty that you couldn’t describe it

“Is that so?” he smiled back at you “ Have more, I made if for you actually.”

  You didn’t hesitate to take another bite and another one, you just couldn’t stop yourself. While you were enjoying yourself, in the distance you were being watched by Wonho. 

“I just don’t know what is happening!” the boy sighed ”This is out of character for him.”

“Calm down Wonho.” a tall and well build man placed his hand on the boy’s shoulder “It’s strange to me too, but do you have it in you to stop this?”

“Shownu is right.”Jooheon was standing in the darkness observing with everyone “ He looks...happy.”

“He does, but for how long?It’s been days since he last ate anything.” Wonho hit his hand onto the table almost spilling the glass of water

“We all have a choice here.” another boy spoke out “ We can A/ let him enjoy this and watch as he slowly dies, or B/ we can intervene saving him and watch him live his life is sorrow and pain. Which one do you chose?”

“We have been through a lot of things together as a family, we can deal with this too.” Wonho said 

“ It’s because we are a family that we can’t do this. What proof do you have he won’t tear that talisman and jump in the sunlight, or starve himself after we quote on quote save him?” Shownu was the oldest in this group and the wisest. 

“Wonho.”Jooheon tapped him on the back “Deep down you know Shownu is right.I know how you feel, it pains me too.But let’s just let it happen.” 

“Fuck!” the boy yelled out turning his back on the whole lovely scene. What a mess happened just by one fateful meeting.

So with heavy hearts, Kaidan, Wrex and I slogged back to the Normandy, eager to do good in the universe, to save others, serve the rules-following Alliance and do no harm to those whom I will come to care about deeply in the future. 

Oh, hey Hackett!  What?  There’s a base under seige on the Earth’s Moon, and you need me to handle it?  Definitely just a VI going haywire?  Good to know the Alliance wouldn’t do any illegal AI development.  I’ll take care of this pesky VI who is definitely not gaining sentience nor whom will I ever interact with again, no problem!

Time to head to the Sol System!

The only thing on G’loot Praktaw Mars is a few small prothean ruins archeology teams?  Boring! Why would anyone ever go there?

So we ran in there, easily took out one set of rockets, then had to... somewhat tediously shoot eight power couplings.  

Well that’s slightly annoying, weird way to protect the power couplings but whateves, Alliance techs.

One down, two to go.  

Two down and... what?  Oh because just what this mission needed was more tedious shooting.

I really wanna know how these things are supposed to work.  At least the textures and lights look good.

Anyway.  Remember how I said there were one or two fights when I did the game on Insanity made me want to ragequit and I had to do them many, many times?

This is one of them.  The 3rd base on the moon.  Bane of my existence.

The near-complete lack of cover as soon as you run into that room combined with them very easily getting to flank you and shoot rockets at you close up is nothing but a deathtrap.

Technically, I shouldn’t have this quest yet, since it’s the high-paragon exclusive mission, but well, I’m here now, so why not.

Trying hard NOT to kill civilians is always a bit iffy.

I... only had to reload once, and I’m pretty sure that the one civvy that was killed wasn’t my fault the first time, though.

Also, this place has some pretty great loot once you’re done.

Sadly, this mission is bugged, and imports will always think that this mission ended in a bloodbath.  

From the wiki:  Due to a bug, when creating the correct flags for the Mass Effect save, the file is flagged as stating that the Sirta Foundation never recovered from the attack and will likely be shutting down regardless of decisions.This bug is not fixable by editing the save file.

As far as I can tell, ME1Re doesn’t fix this.  Luckily, it doesn’t have much of a bearing on the future.

SpiderMan Noir Headcanons

S F W:

- he gets very flustered very easily, but he's good at hiding it. for instance, of you say something to compliment him he'll just blush up and cross his arms, quietly thanking you for the compliment and seeming like he doesn't care much. but under that mask his face is bright red and his mind is racing

- since he has such bad eyesight (he's near sighted) he can really barely see without his glasses, so he ends up getting very nervous when he can't find them in the morning. like his eyesight is so bad that if he tries to look at something without the mask it's just a blur of mixed colors and light and he can't make out anything

- this causes him to actually have lenses specifically for his eye type in his mask, rather than having a pear of bulky glasses underneath. it's more tactical that way (can't punch nazis if you can't see em)

- he doesn't actually take a lot of time to do his hair in the morning, surprisingly. while his hair isn't extremely neat and he takes pride in how cleanly cut it is, he ends up not having the time to actually do it. he's either rushing out or the door to work or rushing to stop some crime that's been happening that requires urgent assistance. this also means that he barely ever eats breakfast, and when he does he ends up just stuffing it in his face before running out of the door

- with an s/o I'd imagine he'd try to regulate this so he can eat breakfast with them in the morning, but that almost never happens and he ends up coming home nearly exhausted and ends up just eating dinner with them instead

- on the rare occasion he does get to spend some quality time with them though, he makes the most of it by giving them ALOT of affection. quite honestly he appreciates them, even though he thinks he doesn't do a good job of showing it sometimes. he's young but he's always busy 

- normally peter’s a pretty clean guy, and so if he's on a patrol he doesn't exactly get hurt a lot, but he's not invincible. most of the time he ends up coming home at 3:00 am with his side bleeding or some of his clothes ripped, resulting in you having to haul out of bed to stitch him up. honestly you should have a medical degree by now from how many times he's come home needing stitches

- since his timeline takes place during WWII, it's safe to assume that he's nearly an expert on being conservative. no, I don't mean conservative as in run-of-the-mill dude in the southern hills, I mean conservative as in repairing nearly everything. seriously, he doesn't want to have to spend money on new clothes and so he just resorts to repairing everything

- this means that socks, shirts, even things that have just grown old with time are usually mended up and fixed in no time, earning him nearly expert stitching skills. he's even sewed a few things! (even though he ended up forgetting about them entirely and denying he ever made them once you'd find them)

- idk where I found the pic, but I saw this art of noir smoking and I was like 👀 interesting do you mind if I take that concept dear sir/ma’am/unspecified-gender-person (actually wait i found it  https://mobile.twitter.com/kookirani/status/1082319828247994369)

-  yeah, he smokes, I know that's craaaaazy

- it's mostly a coping mechanism, in all honesty. on the contrary he wouldn't know that its kinda dangerous though, since smoking was deemed as dangerous in the late 1950s and WWII took place during the late 1930s-1940s. so yeah, to him it's totally normal (a lil bit of facts there for y'all)

- a lot of the time you'll be able to find him standing on the balcony with a cigarette between his lips, his shirt off for the bandages and other things to get some air as he tries to ease into his own comfortability and think over what he could've done better over the past patrol. it's almost like an assessment of sorts

- speaking of not having shirts on, he's about 5″10 and has a sorta muscular build. obviously his shoulders a broad, and so he really look so like a grown ass man with his deep voice to accompany his aesthetic. he's got a lot of scars as well from previous accidents, such as one on his lower torso from being stabbed while breaking up a street fight and one on his knee where he accidentally flew into a wall. but while he may seem rough and hardened on the exterior, he's got a few weaknesses that prove that he's really just a kid wearing a suit (he's 19 btw)

- on an angst level, he's too compassionate for his own good. for instance, he doesn't kill, but finds it right in his mind to offer redemption to his opponents while still defending the weak and helpless, just as he once was. while he's not a complete pushover obviously he does help people a lot out of the mask. people are struggling during these times, and the women and families that need his help are still out there and around him (it's WWII, shits not great)

- this means that he frequently fixes things for neighbors when they can't afford a repairman, comforts kids who lost their mothers in the crowded streets of Queens, defends minorities both with and without the mask, and so on and so forth. overall he's just a nice guy with a strong sense of justice, and doesn't mind to occasional scrape or so on his knees if it means protecting the people he cares about without even meeting

- peter ends up getting a little...reckless because of this though

- when that's said, that's means that he will literally jump in front of a bullet for anyone. even if it gets him hurt. he's selfless, and a lot of the time he's hurt because of it. but telling him that he can't possibly save everyone is pointless

- “"So what? I should stop trying just because I can't help everyone? That means helping no one gets the same results. I'm not gonna watch people drop like flies cause I can't save the world.”

- yeah angsty as fuck, but he means it. his words come out harsh, but he tries to apologize for being so rough

- “"I'm sorry, I just...” He'd pause. “"I can't watch it anymore. I'm not a bystander. I won't be a bystander.”

- and with that he'll pull you into a hug and just hold onto you tightly, almost as if you'll fade away and leave him if he doesn't

- you're part of him, and you might be on earth of the only things keeping him safe. you're the representation of the good he protects, and god help him I feel he ever fails at something to simple

- anyway that's enough angst let's talk about LIVING with him :3

- it's the little moments that mean the most to him, in all honesty. he doesn't even need you to be the domestic one really, since he views you both as a team rather than husband and housewife

- he usually does most of the cleaning and cooking though I'd imagine since Aunt May taught him to clean up after himself and respect his and everyone else’s space. you going out and getting groceries or just cleaning the clothes for him is enough, so if you're one to typically work around the house more often and take the time to make sure everything's is perfect, he'll partially thank heaven they sent you to him and feel a lot like he's slacking on his part

- he likes to pamper you, give you gifts. expect a bouquet of flowers almost every Friday when he comes home, his smile wide on his face as he professes his love to you through a bunch of cheesy one-liners

- but he also likes to be taken care of and pampered himself, although he never admits it. once again anything small makes him happy, so if you go all out he literally can't stop thanking you. washing his hair, cooking for him, making him things, he loves everything, and appreciates the thought behind it

- to be honest I'm sure he's not really attracted to a certain body type in particular, it's your kindness that infatuated him. generally polite, kindof shy people just make him that much more enamoured, but he likes someone with a good head on their shoulders and a strong sense of justice and morality just as much (if not more)

- if you were a crime fighter, peter would be absolutely enamoured with you. he knows you can hold up your own better this way, and that you don't really need that much protection. he prefers to work alone, but if he has to work as a partner with anyone it'd be you and ONLY you. no third wheels

- but this comes with a downside; peter gets extremely worried when you get injured. he knows better than anyone that it's really just part of the job, but his heart can't help but stammer a little when he sees a bloody lip and bruises all over. you bet your ass he’ll take care of whoever hurt you asap if you haven't yourself

- you hurt his s/o your ass is grass m8

- he also doesn't get really jealous, but if someone is hitting on you he feels not worthy enough or just angry in general

- he usually needs a lot of reassurance, maybe a hug or a kiss after he gets particularly emotionally exhausted. he likes to sit in silence a lot, either thinking or just watching you as you do chores around the house or watch tv. he loves you a lot, and he could watch you just absentmindedly talk about your day or your friends for hours

- really random btw, but this dude can sing. he doesn't think it really necessary so he doesn't outwardly flaunt it, but when he's listening to a song he likes it's easy to catch him humming along to the tune or singing the chorus. it's deep, breathy, right on the verge of raspy almost, and his eyes seem calm when he does

- usually he really only listens to jazz and swing, so you can listen to him using his voice perfectly when the singer over the radio hits a particularly complicated note. if you catch him in the act though he'll immediately blush up, his whole face turning red as he stutters out something to say

- you'd take his hand, grinning, asking him he'd want to dance with you as you smile up at him widely. he agrees, letting his body press to yours as you slow dance around the kitchen, living room, etc. his head will drop to your shoulder, inhaling your scent as he sings softly to you and sways gently from side to side, sharing a moment of wordless emotion that you both understand, share, and relish in. he’ll kiss you, letting his hands fall to your waist loosely to grip you as yours to his shoulders in a sort of grounding gesture. and so you dance, sharing a quiet waltz as lovers in the comfort of your modest home

- all in all, he loves you, too much to where you'd ever imagine. he's not exactly the most sensual, yeah, but that doesn't mean he won't try. you mean the world to him, and he'll go through hell and back just to keep that smile on your face and those eyes bright

LAMBDA’s name is a real world COORDINATE?!

Hahaha, looks like I managed to get distracted again from writing the posts I was originally planning, but here we go.

So @vobomon and @juniper- were recently discussing how the lambda farm’s name didn’t fit the pattern of Roman references, since it’s a Greek letter. Intrigued, I decided to go on wikipedia and read up on general lambda knowledge.

Then something caught my eye (although note that this is listed for lowercase lambda, and the manga uses upper case):

Ooooho, didn't lambda's name have some "random" numbers after it, that were never explained or referenced, anywhere?

So Lambda-7214, huh? But why would this be a coordinate, it could be just a coincidence, right? It's not like these authors have used a coordinate system before...

RIIIGHT, WEIRD COINCIDENCES WE ARE HAVING HERE...

So could lambda fit into the manga's coordinate system, and just denote it's location in the demon world? But so far we have only seen coordinates starting with A, B and D, so there is no evidence of lambda fitting there at all...

So who named lambda again? Well, either the 5 royal demon families, or maybe those HUMANS heavily invested in its research, the Ratris.

So if humans named it, could they have used our human coordinates instead? Aaah, but maybe this is stretching it too far! If only there was any HINT that lambda is related to a location on OUR EARTH... hmmm, how about I share with you some pics I have took of my volume 6 inner covers... for no reason at all.

OOOOOOOH if that isn't a GLOBE with lambda plastered right on top of it, and then cartographic maps suurounding them, almost like it was a CLUE to something...

(btw I hope you have noticed that the globe is turned so it's centred on the SEA again, just like in my Seven Walls theory, where I predict that the demon world is in the deep sea somewhere)

So I thought, well, wouldn't it be fun to look at some locations on google earth, based on 7214 coordinates? Well, I have looked at quite a few possibilities, since we don't know if these coordinates are meant to be E or W, and N or S longitude and latitude values.

Stuff like the North Sea, with a shallow water depth didn't seem likely to me

Nor did just off the coast of India

But there was one combo that got me excited:

Not only did I think: weird, huh, that's the same name as Carol, I also realised that this was just South of the MARIANA TRENCH and the sea of Devil /Dragon's triangle that I have discussed in my Seven Walls theory

So then I thought, how about I google the coordinates of the Mariana Trench, and I got this:

Huuuuh, so maaaaaybe there is a connection after all? Just like I suspected in my previous theory post? Or would it be too far a stretch? Technically you can take the lambda-7214 numbers, and construct the Mariana trench's coordinates... Perhaps one of the 1s was just taken out not to repeat.

Hmmm, I might be reading into things here, but those volume covers sure make me find the whole lambda-7214 thing FISHY. (heh)

I wonder if we will ever find out.
