SURPRISE SURPRISE

With an aggravated sigh, Bakugo ran a hand through his hair and stuffed his phone in his jacket pocket. He’d made it to the restaurant and he would have ditched it if he didn’t know his mother was more than likely already inside. With a glare, he made his way into the building. 20 minutes later, Y/n was huffing as she stopped in front of the blind date location. The woman was originally going to be on time, but the train had stalled. In lieu of letting Izuku know, she kept it to herself in hopes of the date ending prematurely. With a dejected sigh, she made her way inside. “Welcome!” The hostess greeted, her smile fake and cheery. “Hello. I’m here for a reservation under Midoriya.” She mumbled. The hostess’s eyes widened in shock, before clouding in jealousy. “Follow me.” She muttered, her tone sickeningly sweet. Making their way into the restaurant, Y/n let out a whistle at how fancy everything looked. Moments later, the hostess stopped in front of her table, and Y/n was surprised to see her boss sitting in front of the empty seat. “Katsuki?” The blonde in question, looked up from the menu, his eyes widening in surprise at the sight of Y/n. “Enjoy your evening.” The hostess sniffed, turning to trudge away. She and the waitresses that were gossiping in the back would be devastated to know the gorgeous man was taken. “What are you doing here?” He asked, standing to pull out Y/n’s chair. “Izuku cheated on family game night and conned me into a blind date.” She huffed, as Katsuki took his seat. Reaching for the wine, he poured her a glass and watched as she took a tentative sip. “What are you doing here?” The blonde scoffed, taking a sip of his own glass and sighed. “He called in his favor. Said he wanted me to go on a blind date.” Y/n hummed, eyes scanning the restaurant again. She spotted a woman with hair similar to Katsuki’s in the corner near the kitchen. “I see your mother is here to make sure you don’t run.” She giggled as Katsuki’s shoulder’s sagged further. “You don’t have to stay, honestly, I don’t even want to-” “I don’t mind.” Y/n interrupted, grabbing the menu in front of her. “I’ve never been here before and if Izuku is paying, I want to make it hurt.” She stated, grinning as the blonde in front of her laughed. Katsuki couldn’t help the smile spreading across his face, even if he wanted to.

BLIND DATE SET UP

-Y/n has ignored every chance Izuku has tried to use to bring up the fact that she took a picture of Katsuki’s hands and uploaded it to her profile. Thankfully, Bakugo gave her some juicy blackmail and Izuku knows EXACTLY what she’s referring to. Family game night gets really intense in the group. It’s only allowed once a month considering something bad always happens. The next one is coming up here shortly and Izuku wants both his friend groups to play.

-Izuku did in fact cheat the last time around. He usually almost always loses. Because he won, Y/n has to do something and that something is a blind date. Izuku has terrible taste and he’s set Y/n up on a blind date a few times before. Katsuki owes Izuku one favor. He’s owed him one favor for most their life. Izuku has yet to cash it in because he’s been saving it.

-Everyone else thinks Izuku should hold on to it, but the man is DETERMINED. Izuku has already informed Mitsuki that Katsuki has a blind date, just in case the other man really tries not to show up. Thankfully, Izuku decided to stay home for the day <3 Everyone things Izuku setting up Bakugo and Y/n is a bad idea, but they also kind of want to see how things really pan out. Enji really does love Y/n to pieces, and she can usually talk him down. However, Touya is on thin ice from the last time he got into an incident and they’re not sure Enji will give in this time around. ( He totally will)
