My favourite thing about the book nerd scions (Urianger, G'raha, Y'shtola) is that literally none of them are capable of maintaining a properly organized collection of books. It's always stacks on stacks of books piled along any free surface they can manage.
disasters. all of them.

Stole some visuals from the Alice: Asylum design bible that I read on occasion while crying into a pint of ice cream.

Headcanoning that when Will was a bitty child, he’d sometimes storm out of the house over some injustice his parents committed like siding with his sisters or enforcing bedtime even though Raina next door is also his age and they get to go to bed later why not him—! In any case, Nel and Derrig never worried when Will fumed out the door because he was always, most definitely at Orym’s place, sniffling at Alma’s table and rage-eating his way through freshly baked muffins and biscuits.
Orym’s just glad for the impromptu playdate.

it is embarrasing how lost i got during the hedge maze rendezvous part. like, restart-the-section-6-times kind of embarrassing. but i guess it makes for fun doodles!
worry not, pabel, your man is on his way (he's just a little bit bad with directions).

Part II
Invited under false pretenses, Sally pays a visit to a world-famous 'bots engineer, but his chateau of ghastly souls hides something far more sinister in, "Death at the End of the Rainbow" (with special guest stars Vince Nelson as Dr. Leo Carrallas, and Frank Welker in dual roles as Crantz & Sterns)
(View Part I)
Welcome to the Chateau of Dr. Carrallas...
The Hedge Maze
Dr. Carrallas: Is she in place? ... Good. Start the system.
Roy G Biv, a wireless info-node communication system between Bots for purposes only nefarious. As Sally makes her way through Carrallas' hedge maze, she's quickly alerted to the Bots' presence. And just as quickly, Sally begins to fight off waves of bots at every turn and dead end. When one sees her, it alerts all the others on the info-node system to the location.
Lost deep within the maze, and with bots incessantly scouring for her whereabouts, Sally meets Crantz and Sterns, two old CommBots who have been hiding in the maze since their inception. The friendly bots seek Sally's help from the twisted Carrallas. Sally has the bots push their processing limit and work in tandem to override their Communications Modulators to disrupt Roy G Biv's signal, thus shutting the interconnected bots down, causing them to wander the maze aimlessly. As for a way out, Crantz and Sterns have the maze memorized after years of living in it and the only way out, is the way you came in.
As Dr. Carrallas reads in his study, blissfully unaware of the communication breakdown going on around him, Crantz and Sterns use the new trick Sally taught them to tap into an old PatrolBot inside the chateau, a model that was discontinued due to its proclivity for violence and abuse. Dr. Carrallas was last heard to say, "When I am in my study, I am not to be bothered, you fool!" And this was last face he saw.
Sweet ride outta here.
