(Y/n) sighed deeply walking into her trailer after another long day of filming. Her character is a half Talokan half-human. She is also the love interest of Namor. Currently, (Y/n) character had been kidnapped by Queen Ramonda after Namor took Shuri. Today was the battle scene of Namor invading Wakanda to retrieve his lover and kill Ramonda. Before (Y/n) could throw herself on the bed a knock came from thr door. She groaned and turned around, "Yes?" She asked opening the door. It wasn't surprising to see Tenoch standing there still in his 'Shame shorts' as he called them. Something (Y/n) found too adorable. His eyes soften.

"Am I bothering you?"

"No! Not at all! Please come on in. You shouldn't have even knocked, Tenoch!" She giggled and moved aside allowing him entrance. Since their first meeting (Y/n) had fallen in love with Tenoch Huerta Mejía. He was overall a sweet guy, caring, kind, and adorable. (Y/n) had it bad for Tenoch. Even the fans noticed how close the two are. People instantly took to many different social media platforms to spread their rumors.

They do not talk about this. It was embarrassing to (Y/n) since she wished it was true. But no way Tenoch felt the same way. "I thought we could run over our lines?" His sweet accented voice snapped her back to reality.

Xan a comenzado jump'éel k'atun! (No, I'm fine, my love. I will do no such thing. Take me home now. This needs to end. You have also started a war!"

Tenoch shaped his head no. "Ka' ba'ax tu beetajo'ob, Wakanda caerá ( After what they did, Wakanda will fall)." The male hesitated for a moment before leaning in to kiss (Y/n). She gasped and kissed back almost instantly. Her body is now pressed against Tenoch, their kiss more passionate than either thoughts it could be. Also I was thinking since you mentioned Cyprus to be hispanic, and I think you also mentioned that he speaks spanish . I thought of these scenario:

Word Count: 625 words (I think, idk, didn’t count)

TLDR: just read the title, man xD

-Lucifer be talking with MC’s relatives, eating his pan con cafésito; probably telling them about how much his pendejo brothers don’t let him sleep at night. But also, he unintentionally brags about them cuz he loves them so damn much.

-Mammon be gambling with some of the drunk tiós; probably playin Lotería or somthn. He’s gonna lose, of course, and they’re gonna trash talk him but he speaks fluent Spanish so he’s gonna tire himself out and have nothing left. He’s gonna have to ask your abuelita for some dinero.

-Leviathan is playing video games with the primos who like anime, then he’s gonna realize interaction with people is a pain and he’s gonna lock himself in the room where someone’s baby is randomly sleeping.

-Satan tried learning some Spanish before coming to the party, but then he realized Lucifer is fluent af, now he tryna hunt Luci down with the piñata bat, jejeje. Then he’s gonna get drunk with the cool primos… drunk to the point where he’ll be fluent by morning.

-Asmodeus be dancing to Shakira and Daddy Yankee, and probably get concerning stares from your religious abuela telling you he needs el amor de Cristo. He probably gonna flirty with the tiás and brag about you being his amor. (he just learned how to say “te amo,” and he tryna find you… he drunk too)

-Beelzebub ate eveything he ate the pozole, y los tácitos, y los tamales, y las pupusas, y las empanadas… el come de todo. El taquero is probably tired of seeing him and he keeps asking the relatives what each food is called and how to make it.

-Belphegor tomando siestas con el bebe y con Levi porque interaction is painful. Actually, he was with Beel earlier, and he takes note of the food Beel eats so both of them can find the recipes when they get home… if they actually do go home…

-Diavolo talks to all the relatives, like all of them, he says goodbye to all of them when it’s time to leave too. He probably is the drunk tío. Also, he speaks fluent Spanish. He probably plays games with the family and plays with los primitos too. Lord Diavolo doesn’t exist anymore; he’s Señor Diavolo now.

-Barbatos be helping in the kitchen making the food that the family is gonna eat (Beel too). Family be impressed, he makes some good ass food and knows damn well that Dia is gonna demand Hispanic human food to be served at RAD. He’s got the hands that perfectly shape las tortillas, people be impressed. (Also, he says sí mi Señor cuz mega lul)

-Luke is playing with los primitos, he got on the jumper, hit the piñata, and he had some pan dulce con leche. Then he got tired, and he be laying, stomach down on the couch or some random room waiting to leave. (Luke was the baby in that room btw jeje)

-Simeon also be helping the the kitchen, making the sweet stuff and preparing the coffee. 100% got along with your religious abuela; oradon y hablaron a sus vidas porque Simeon es un abuelo también. Your family loves him the most, probably, next to Luci and Barb.

-Solomon speaks fluent Spanish… cuz there’s a spell that makes him do that. He talked to some relatives, he probably scared your religious abuela con la brujería. Simeon and Barb kept him out of the kitchen. He’s just vibin tbh, probably sitting with you as you watch your demon/angel harem interact with your familia.

(long post about purgatory and meta and rp)

sigh one thing ive been thinking is that it feels a bit unfair to see so many people complaining or doomposting over how purgatory affects the overarching qsmp rp story or how it ~interrupted arcs~ or is ~disturbing current storylines~ or ~narratively unsatisfying~ like. Sure. its a bit abrupt and most players were caught off guard because lore-wise it stems from the federation which means none of them were told about anything beforehand

but... its only been three days. maybe we could have a little faith? like idk ill be soooooo out there rn and say that maybe the admins did this now for a reason. maybe itll make sense later on. we already see lore repercussions with elquackity and his motives and all the nods to the eggs.

theres fair criticism to be made (when done respectfully) if youre mainly here for the roleplay but i feel like we sometimes need to remind ourselves that the qsmp storytelling is a VERY ambitious project. lmao. imagine being the writing team and trying to wrangle 20+ characters with distinct points of view and journeys on an ever-changing story because of the very nature of live rp. its practically IMPOSSIBLE to tie up every loose end neatly and at this point i dont think we should expect that. keeping up momentum with all plotlines must also be pretty hard, cc's schedules and outside factors like server programming and building and mod tweaking and all those meta elements considered and so on and so on

i DO also want the story to move forward and be cohesive and make sense in a satisfactory way. like i really do!!!!!!! but i try to understand that thats not ALL the qsmp is about. from the start quackity said the server wouldn't be exclusive to the rp aspect. it sure is that way right now, but thats because most of the active members are VERY passionate about roleplaying. thats a good thing! they have fun and its fun to watch and the experience is mostly good for everyone because it corresponds to their expectations to an extent

the thing about purgatory is that i feel like its a lot more meta than most people doomposting realize. it ties into the story, sure, but to me it feels like the sudden switch in environment and vibes and stakes isnt actually catered to the rp and thats FINE. like thats not what it exists for and thats fineeeeeee

pac for one has said he appreciates the event for the change of pace, though its very hard (lol), because regular qsmp was starting to feel a bit stale to him and he was kind of running out of things to do. THATS A GREAT THING! managing player engagement like that is awesome and sometimes necessary. YES, purgatory caters to a very different playstyle than what we're used to -- and thats one of its strenghts.

a lot of hispanic creators have also felt this!!!! roier, rivers and carre most prominently have been VERY excited about this event because its similar in format to a lot of spanish speaking events like mc extremo and such. a lot of these players are also not particularly interested in rp-ing and had not been logging on very often prior to purgatory.

even roleplay regulars like tubbo, fit and bbh have shown interest in purgatory for the competitive nature of the setting!!! thats cool too!!!! something different, new possibilities to play around with. thats what the events should be about. kudos to the admins and dev teams for attempting it in such a big scale. their effort shows and all the mechanics weve seen are really fucking cool

i love the roleplay!!!!!! its one of my favorite parts of the qsmp!!!!!! but its not ALL there is and it shouldnt be! non rp-oriented creators are also part of the project and deserve to have a little fun too -- not to mention a big chunk of the hispanic fan community that has blown up twitter with support bc what we have rn is similar to events they already love!!!!!!! im glad to see so many of them get excited again!!!!!!

at the end of the day, qsmp is a LONG long term project, and purgatory ends in two weeks. by the time its over, we can all choose to engage with it as we wish. it can be a big filler episode in your mind, if you want. it can be just for fun..... otherwise, if its not fun, your regularly scheduled qsmp will be back soon anyway :3 its fine to not like it, its fine to have something negative to say about it if properly tagged and not like. crazy entitled or blown out of proportion for what this situation is.

i just hope we can all manage our online experiences accordingly and avoid making things less enjoyable for each other. this is supposed to be fun

This takes place like 5 years after the movie btw

“Frankie, come on, we’re waiting!” you shouted upstairs, wondering whatever the fuck was taking your husband so goddamn long to come down. It was a beautiful mid May afternoon, a golden light outside bathed the street and hinted at dawn. Carmen was waiting too, she was your adopted daughter that you and Frankie loved to pieces. She was a lively girl from Mexico whose parents couldn’t make it. It was just giving a child who had lost hope at having parental love being adopted and given a second chance at a family, it made everything even more endearing. You had adopted her when she was 1, now she was 5 and she obviously had to socialize and make friends, and the park was the perfect place to do so.

“Okay okay I’m coming” he said as he hurried down the stairs, looking at you when he stopped, “We ready?” he asked, “Yup” you replied and Frankie walked over to you and gave you a peck on the lips, I’m so sorry for taking so long…” you smiled at the gesture, Carmen just made that disgusted face that children make when they see their parents kiss. You walked out onto the street, Carmen ahead of you, wanting to get to the park already as you and Frankie took in the late spring beauty, flowers on the sidewalk with beautiful flowering trees, sometimes you wondered what you had done that life had been kind to you in the past years, after Frankie failed his mission in Colombia it seems like life had some mercy on you two.

You held Frankie’s hand and looked at him, despite you having been married for years, you still found him the most beautiful man in the world, his eyes, his nose, his stubble, you were in love with this man. You stared back and smiled at each other as he squeezed your hand tighter. You arrived at the park and sat on a bench close to the playground, “Okay Carmen, you can go now, have fun” Frankie smiled at her, “Bye dad!” she said as she went off to play. “You’re an amazing dad” Frankie smiled, complimenting you, “You too” was all you could say, “And a great husband…” he said as he smiled and laid his head on your shoulder, you smiled and kissed the tip of his nose, it was your own little gesture between the two of you. Frankie’s happiness was over the roof, you knew how much of a family man he was and an evening at the park with his husband and his daughter was amazing, even if it seemed something so mundane.. he liked that, he liked everyday things, he liked little moments. You kept an eye on Carmen so that she wouldn’t get into trouble. She was playing in the sandbox with some other kids, making castles and with some cars some other children had brought, your hands were still intertwined with Frankie’s. You sat in a comfortable silence. Carmen played tag with the kids when they got tired of the sandbox as you and Frankie talked about many things, money, reminded each other that you loved the other, and gave each other little kisses. When the sun started to go down and some kids started to leave, you and Frankie stood up to go home. “Carmen, time to go home!” you shouted, she pulled an angry face as she said goodbye to her new friends as she ran over to you two, “Did you have a good time?” Frankie asked her, “Yes! I made friends!” she replied happily, you smiled at your husband, you were proud of your daughter.

The trip home was filled with conversations and laughter in the dim evening light, it was all so beautiful and so perfect. As you arrived at the front door of your house, you warmed up a bath for Carmen and decided to split tasks with Frankie, “I’ll bathe Carmen, you make dinner?” he asked you,

“Yeah” you smiled and turned around,

“Querido” he stopped you, your heart fluttered at the name as your husband roped you in for a kiss in the lips, kind of long but not suggestively, “This was one of the best evenings in my life” he smiled at you, “Mine too, te quiero, hermoso…” “Yo más” he said as he kissed your neck, “Okay okay, we can do this later, let’s take care of Carmen first” you said with a chuckle, Frankie smiled and laughed as he went into the bathroom and you went to the kitchen.

Y'know what fuck you. Hispanic Junpei propaganda on P3R day

His parents moved to Japan when he was young. His father is Latino while his mother is Japanese, and takes on her surname rather than his dad's due to him feeling ashamed about him (see: his social link)

I think I saw somewhere that he played guitar but I. Can't find anything on it so HC that he can play guitar pretty well and he plays songs in Spanish mostly. (I am so sad this isn't canon btw EDIT: HE DOES!!!!! ITS CANON and he deserve[s] to serenade Chidori*)

He listens to songs in Spanish, as well as English and (obviously) Japanese. I feel like he'd like reggaetón in the early stages of his character arc IM SORRY... He'd listen to other stuff once he grows out of that tho (around the time he stops making "Ladies Man" his Whole entire personality sry mi rey you were so annoying). He'd listen to Cuarteto de Nos or Miranda probably, maybe some old Spanish rock too like Soda Stereo or just random one-off popular songs. Even if he doesn't like his dad, his music taste is Fire

[* building off of the two HCs, he sings Spanish songs to Chidori at some point! He sings whatever song he thinks off and it unfortunately ends up being all the silly ones. Ataque de las chicas cocodrilo (hombres g) for example. Look it up it's so dumb <3 love it]

He can understand Spanish pretty well! He grew up speaking both languages, and know a tiny bit of English from watching American movies and music. He struggles a little writing Spanish tho since Japanese kanji and the Latin alphabet are Very Different and confuses the two at times. Ta bien rey tqm

He doesn't have a particular preference for a particular culture, and doesn't really care. He can eat a good pollo chuco and go to get a beef bowl at the mall no problem.

He doesn't talk about his heritage much though, since the topic never comes up in conversation and he doesn't think it's too relevant. Probably drops it in a dad way – random story in the middle of a conversation that shocks everyone in SEES and they're all like YOU HUH???? – and proceeds to tell more stories since he realises that "wait being mixed is COOL actually!?" Yes it is.

Also, stealing this from @mimikiwi77's post, he calls Yukari "Yuka-tan" BC of the Yucatan Peninsula that's all gn America have fun with your persona 3 reloads and your akeshuakes

I think the 2 things about the pepito situation ppl are bothered the most by are 1. If pepito is always gonna be like he was yesterday, this means yet ANOTHER of roier's intended RPs are gonna be left unfinished and 2. The fact that pepito left a sign *in english* and his bed right by the egg hospital (where everyone will see it), when pepito is the only egg with all mexican parents, so if roier doesnt feel like continuing that roleplay (like yesterday) it just means pepito is probably get 'adopted' by non-hispanics and we're gonna be left with nothing yet again (we already lost the second most active hispanic member to a nuclear bomb. why are we still here, just to suffer)

Yeahhhh and I was watching back clips and Pepito was just nasty to qRoier, even like properly insulting him, and we’ve NEVER had an egg actually really do that. Chayanne didn’t like Quackity that much, but he never really tried to hurt him or insult him or anything. Not to his face. We’ve never had an egg go against a character’s rp this heavily, we’ve never had an egg avoid their parent this much, we’ve never had an egg try and like? Leave??

Like you said, Roier legit abandoned yesterday’s roleplay because Pepito’s admin wouldn’t cooperate with him or go with the rp he was trying to put down. And now Pepito’s left a sign in English seemingly in hopes of getting adopted by one of the “nicer” parents on the island, who’s gonna end up being one of the English-speaking members probably or qEtoiles or somebody that just isn’t Roier despite almost a week being dedicated to Roier’s clear established rp of slowly getting attached to Pepito and loving him and finding someone to care about in the darkness. But that’s basically been abandoned at this point because the admin clearly didn’t try keeping up with Pepito’s established lore from when Ricardão was playing him and the admin kinda went and did their own thing while fighting off any kind of affection Roier even tried showing him and insulting Roier when he tried being like “ooooh, this isn’t Pepito, it’s someone possessing Pepito!!!”

Like? It’s just weird and I feel so bad for Hispanic fans having to deal with this stuff because I know I’m missing a lot as someone who doesn’t know a ton of Spanish but who tries watching the streams anyway

i love q!roier and roier so much, i love his roleplay so much too.

his character looks so silly and clueless but has a really complex story on the island, even if he doesn’t talk about it too much is so subtle how that affects his personality and perception of some islanders and events, now, roier makes everything more slow when it comes to lore and i find that really interesting; he likes to plan a idea of lore and start building that without guion and expecting what, at the moment, he can introduce to make more deep his story, bringing little details he remember since day one of qsmp because that’s another strong thing he has, being so into qsmp and not just in english but spanish, big part of the lore started with the hispanics ccs too and he was part of every single one of them, so when it comes to fill some part of the qsmp lore, he’s a perfect person for that; discovering two cucuruchos, meeting q!luzu in his ia version, the q!quackity plan against eggs, the betrayal of q!spreen and q!quackity, even that is part of q!quackity principal lore too.

now, as a someone who consume his streams everyday (i’m not gonna get deep into this because is one of my favorite streamers so is pretty clear my adoration for him and his streams), is really funny to watch how in random moments he decides to do a lore dump or comment something that maybe someone else didn’t remember and change all the perspective, damn, i still kicking with my feet when he has a whole breakdown on purgatory and motive everyone to change rules, when it comes to killing he never judges the person but what are their reasons to kill, even as a psychologist in qsmp he understands a lot of characters like q!missa with his issues with chay, q!maxo’s depression, q!slime trauma with juana, even q!willy weak point with spiders.

now listen, maybe i’m missing a lot of details of his lore because is too long, but my point is how he is pretty clear with his character and likes to make lore not so often but that doesn’t affect his way to play on qsmp, all his lore feels natural and nothing is canon until he decides to share that with us or even the others islanders, with him everything can be a plot twist. my favorite “debut” of roier into roleplay is the abueloier incident, that wasn’t prepare and i still feel how q!roier felt, even being mean to q!quackity bringing his past, i felt the anger and sadness, keeping himself away of others and showing that if he follows his feelings, maybe something bad would happen.

is so cool making theories of his character and respect roier’s choices of what we can take or not, he uses places to make a following story too; since purgatory, just two times he was on q!cellbit’s castle and for two reasons, taking a picture of the wall, maybe expecting to make q!cellbit angry when he come back and checking if richas was there, now, he just stays on his own castle, full of old memories with a new son, deciding to finish what he left after making another life, he decides to sleep outside with pepito or in the place he built for bobby, jumping from the tallest part expecting what? death? he even said to pepito how he can die after losing two lifes but he can’t even after purgatory, he was jealous of that?

so yeah, that’s why i love q!roier and roier’s roleplaying.

Surprise meet up

a/n: I had a dream where I was Quackity's classmate and we walked around the city together, my friends tried to forced me to "confess my love for him and he completely ignore me. So I ended up daydreaming about this

Creating a community is a complicated work, working your ass off and somedays feeling like is not enough hurts more than one wants to admit, but your hard work allowed you to make friends and acquaintances along the way, and fortunally for you one of those is Quackity, an energetic Mexican boy who seems to want to kiss any man who walks in front of him.

Your friendship started in a Minecraft server called Squidcraft Games where you were teammates and had the mission to finish the different task the "God's" gave the participants, and you two bonded with your dramatics

"I need a priest to confess some things I regret" you screamed looking at your ceiling, fake crying

"Wait wait, let me" the man fixed his mic and added reverberation to his voice "I'm her for you, tell me all your sins" he giggled and tried to read the spamming chat

"FATHER! I've been naughty" you shifted looking at his character "I was the one who tried to push Rubius so he would die first when we were in the chainsaws" your fake tears entertained

"Eeehhh" the norwegian protested, everyone ready for the drama "You disgusting rat!" the man punched your character while you tried to escape and Quackity following

"Don't worry, child. I would also do it, old first" Quackity cackled, starting a fight with the older man.

Since then you two spend good times playing with the other streamers every other day he decided to show up. The warmth the mexican radiated helped you considering him a close friend, so when you had the opportunity to travel to L.A you were so excited to finally meet him.

Luzu helped you, since you never knew if he was in the state, having the man to not raise suspicion was amazing, so that's how you two came up with a plan. Luzu was going to invite Quackity to a coffee shop because he needed to give him something and somewhere along the way you would come up to the man pretending to be a fan and ask for a photo and see if he would be able to recognize you.

Quackity wasn't really excited about going to a public place, he barely slept the night before, but the spanish man told him he must go or he would haunt his soul for eternity. The coffee shop was beautiful, there were little to no customers, an old couple, a group of teenagers, two friends gossiping near the window and Luzu sat on the opposite side

"Luzu, friend"

"Beanie duo meeting" the older man hugged him and sat back, but before Quackity was able to sit he was stopped

"Excuse me, Are you famous mexican streamer Quackity? Can I take a picture with you?" botched english reached his ears and he turned around and started apologizing

"Sorry, maybe later, I'm kinda busy" he umcorfortably apologized, his eyes almost close thanks to his 'I'm sorry' smile

"¿No te vas a sacar una foto con tú fan N°1? Se me cayó un ídolo" [You wont' take a picture with me? You are no longer my idol] he looked at you, truly looked at you and his surprised face made Luzu and you laugh at the man who hugged you, the happy smile he had was unforgettable.

Lana (Luzu's wife) recorded the meet up and after the friends stopped hugging she sat next to Luzu, who was laughing at Quackity

Jackson Storm HCs because why tf not? :0

- My Storm is 5,9! Native American/Hispanic mixed! The Native comes from his mom and the Hispanic comes from his father.

- He is Gay and Demisexual (not too open on to the idea of relationships due to his trust issues)

- He has autism (pretty sure this is almost canon)

- He has OCD and tends to love being as clean as possible. Dirty environments make him stressed/irritable/and depressed.

- His first ever video game he played was Super Mario Cart (the first ever one)

- He spends most of his free time playing video games or talking to Ray and Gale about other racers (we love a gossip queen)

- He doesn't really care for anime, he's more of a cartoon series watcher (Regular Show, South Park, Family Guy)

- He has an older sister who he doesn't see much since she's in another state, but they text often!!

- His mother used to be a racer as well, until he was 7, she died in a fatal crash.

- This caused him to not want to be a racer, until picked up by Biggs. Then moving onto IGNTR.

- His father was a POS, never treated Storm well and often belittled him, hence his projection and rejection to others.

- His favorite smell is Lavendar, and he loves to burn incense when playing video games.

- Music. Helps. Him. Cope. This man listens to SO much music. During work outs, gaming, sleeping, anything.

- His hair was once short but he grew it out and dyed some of it blue, often putting it up into a bun.

- He actually really admires the other veteran racers (it's the projection and fear of rejection)

- He used to watch a couple of Doc Hudson's races, especially since the one time his mom raced against him.

- He hates massive amounts of attention, which is why he doesn't interact with his fans. It's not that he hates them, he just hates the crowds of people and all of the eyes on him.

- The first person he came out too was Gale, who is like a second mother to him.

- He's not very experienced in love. He had a secret high school boyfriend named Kolby, but they broke up after Storm had to move.

- Storms love language is Acts of Service. He'll often clean or cook dinner.

- He had a grandmother that he bonded with from his fathers side who taught him special Spanish recipes!

- When he gets excited about something he'll stare at it in awhe for a good few minutes before making a happy speaking sound.

- I've spoken about this before but he's a cross dresser! Loves to wear make-up, heels, dresses, skirts, etc!

- He's a pretty fit guy, not super buff but he does have muscle and wearing fitted dresses really shows off his body type.

- HE LOVES CATS!! Cat person till the day he dies.

Hazbin Hotel Thoughts : Foils 6

Masterpost here

On that one, I've been honored to receive a request. Which, despite my best attempts at playing it off with coolness and apathy, brightened up my day like nobody's business. Even my cynism shut up. Well played, @phoenixlionme, well-played. I see your dastardly plan is working.

So as per said request, we'll be perusing Vaggie VS Lute as foils, with maybe a sidedash of Charlie VS Vaggie as well, and sprinkled over with the teams Charlie & Vaggie VS Lute & Adam.

Starting with the beginning, both Vaggie and Lute are angels, both were in the Exorcist ranks, with quite the similar haircut and haircolor - white, short-cut in a straight bob, and both were under Adam's command, and noticed by him : Lute is clearly Adam's bestie of sorts (given the lot of fistbumps, also they're always seen together, and while she calls him "Sir", that little smile he has to her at the end implies the friendship is genuine) at the very least - while Vaggie was noted by Adam to be "one of my top girls", and so skilled at skewering people apparently that he named her "after the best thing ever". Sadly, it wasn't "lasagna".

However, their paths diverge completely the moment then-Exorcist Vaggie spares a demon child (a kid from Cannibal Town) and the two find out : Lute is even the one to personally mutilate Vaggie, ripping out one eye and her wings (by hand for the last one instead of with angel steel) while Adam takes her halo, making her a Fallen angel by definition. Even as an angel, Vaggie showed compassion, despite an apparently very high kill-score, while Lute is a complete zealot fanatic hellbent (...hah) on killing every demon she can - she has sheer, pure hatred for them, and is very bigoted towards them : her comment on Charlie and Vaggie's love being "vile and blasphemous" ? While it does echo homophobia, it's also, from Lute's POV, an angel in love with a demon. Miss Monochromatic over there is discriminating in either case, be it on gender or species, if not both. And a hypocrite to boot : angels don't make mistakes and shouldn't be killed by demons ? They literally left Vaggie to die in Hell, either by her injuries or getting offed by a demon at her weakest state.

Also, how in the hell didn't they manage to clock in that their own weapons can harm themselves at that moment ? Lute literally slashed and tore Vaggie's eye out with her goddamn angel steeled SWORD, and it didn't grew back. Boy when smarts rained upon the world these guys were the only ones with an umbrella.

But Vaggie ? From the get-go, she's more open-minded, and while her flinching at Charlie's glowing red eyes in the shadow - which all but spells "demon" - was out of fear and having just been hurt, yet immediately accepted her compassion and kindness (and even more, given their body languages at that moment. Awww). Her having been an Exorcist might have been more out of a sense of duty and thinking protecting Heavenbound souls against Hell was her job, instead of Lute who does it out of absolute zealotry and Adam doing that for shit and giggles. It's possible that (warning, speculating here) Lute might have been the very first Exorcist, or at least in the first wave of them, given her golden eyes - like Adam, who's the first human soul in Heaven but has been confirmed human, I mean, duh - while Vaggie might have been a more recent arrival and given her supposed backstory, might also have been an ascended human : she is Hispanic (supposedly Salvadoran) and speaks Spanish both in the pilot and in Ep 5 when the Loan Sharks attack the Hotel, also hinted by the afterlife-grey skin she and another Hispanic character, Carmilla, sport. Which would mean that as a human, she had more sympathy for others than a possibly-born angel, Lute.

Vaggie meets Charlie, and from then on, is heavily implied to be the sole person in Hell at that moment that actually took Charlie's ideas about redemption seriously. She just has been disgraced, Fallen (a common point with Lucifer), but seeing the Princess of Hell having plans and devotion to save her own people, the ones Vaggie used to participate in killing every year ? While there might be guilt and a will to pay back the favor attached to this, she genuinely believed in and supported Charlie's project, even playing bodyguard, advisor, and manager, as well as being her partner and girlfriend. She's Charlie's steady support at her side, just like Lute is Adam's : both teams genuinely care about each other, but unlike Lute who lets Adam be his fratbro cretin self, Charlie and Vaggie both communicate, exchange (well, on almost everything), on equal grounds. Which is why Vaggie not telling Charlie her secret deeply hurt the latter, and to boot, given that absolutely NO ONE gave Vaggie any shit for having been an angel or an Exorcist as demonstrated in Ep 7 (the worst they do is mocking her chest-size), Charlie's feelings are quite founded : Miss Understanding and all that. Not to invalidate Vaggie's either, she must not have been proud of what she did, and needed time.

But funnily enough, they both act as the hype-woman to someone with proefficiency in singing : Charlie is known to randomly burst into song and literally uses that to pitch her Hotel (also per lore her mother's singing empowers demonkind), Adam is a flat-out rocker that mentions also playing in a band. However Lute acts like a stern, stone-faced groupie enabling Adam's worst traits and relishing in living them too, while Vaggie is more of a safety net for Charlie and will tell her what she thinks is doing wrong ("Life isn't a musical hon." Jokes on you sweetheart, the show you live in pretty much is.), and actually be there as an equal and partner, a crutch, a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear when Charlie needs it (Ep 5 when she calls Lucifer for help), which Charlie is more than happy to reciprocate (Ep 3 when Vaggie feels bad about her trust exercise failing). Their reprise of "More Than Anything" pretty much spells it out.

Lute and Vaggie also play the sterner, more down to earth one to their respective partner's sillier personality. An interesting thing is that Vaggie also knows how to accept mercy, and kindness, having picked herself up with Charlie's help three years ago, and steadfastly been on her side ever since. Lute however reacts to mercy with total disgust, and her answer is to literally tell her assailant to finish her off, or ripping her arm out in an attempt to fight back. Adam when shown mercy has a full blown tantrum about how better he is than anyone. I mean, true, Lucifer and Vaggie both spared them to 1 : hammer the nail down (Lucifer : "How does mercy taste you little bitch ?" Vaggie : "Live and remember it's only because I've let you.") and 2 : because someone else intervened in Lucifer's case (Charlie : "Wow, dad. He's had enough.") but fact is, it's two people - funnily enough fallen angels - on the supposedly wrong side of the cosmic existential afterlife elevator doing it to actual angels. I repeat, ANGELS. From Heaven. Seriously these guys couldn't pour water out of a boot even with the instructions glued to the heel.

Lute shows what Vaggie could have been if she had let the murderous tendencies get to her - both are surprisingly quick to resort to violence, but Vaggie does it out of wariness and annoyance, and a will to protect her loved ones. Lute is flat-out self-righteous and bloodthirsty. Lute could've been Vaggie in a less toxic and holier-than-thou environment. Vaggie has always been humble from the start, seemingly taking no pleasure in the annual killings, and saw it as a duty in a different way than Lute : possibly without hatred, and without all-consuming rage and want for violence. They're both utterly loyal to their loved ones, but Lute is the darker side of that loyalty - letting it happen, enjoying the carnage. They have lots of qualities and flaws that makes them mirrors to each other.

On Charlie VS Vaggie, it's kinda obvious, but hey, might as well while we're at it : one is the dreamer, the other the down to earth one. Charlie is very energetic, highly dynamic, basically a big friendly dog in the shape of a demonic young woman acting like a Disney princess with the very wrong kind of kingdom, also a literal fire user and affiliated to fire in general. But her usual anger is restrained, colder (especially in Ep 7 at Vaggie), with semi-controlled bursts : she may turn into her demon form, but it takes a LOT to make her pass on the actual offensive - Valentino is lucky Angel was there to deviate it, and even when Pentious got vaporized, Charlie may have entered her demon form, and skewered Adam's shoulder with her pitchfork, but she's still holding back, as seen when she transforms her arm further to protect her dad from Adam's sneak punch. Vaggie on her side is calmer, sterner, pragmatic, more no-nonsense though she does know how to have fun ("this is gonna be your whole day !" [clap]), yet is more hot-blooded and quicker to anger (given the shenanigans around her, I'm not blaming her). It's also amusing to see them in combat (cute as they are) : Vaggie wields the spear, the more powerful Charlie wields the shield - up to when she decides some KFC rejects should get hurt for killing her friends and that's when she pulls out the pitchfork.

Vaggie has also sharper features in her design (the eye, the chin, the nose and facial structure, her hair is mostly sharp angles) while Charlie's are rounder (down to the bubble braid), despite being respectively angel and demon. Lute and Adam in their uniforms look more demonic than both of them, to boot, with their masks on. This also shows how they complete each other very well, underscoring how their personalities are a nice match, but also how much work they both put in their relationship - they are actively seen talking to each other, exchanging ideas, telling what happens (again, mostly) and most of all caring about each other, both in a giving and a taking way, mutually. Is it any wonder they're one of the sweetest and most functional couples in Hell ? (We have Ozzie & Fizz and Millie & Moxxie on the same list, so, yeah).

Okay okay so I will be recasting most of the main characters. Like @annymation, Chris Pine is still Magnifico because he’s literally Magnifico, and I don’t really have a problem with any of the seven teens’ voices.

So here we go!

Asha is voiced by Cynthia Ervo!

I really like Ariana’s voice, it’s very much what someone would associate with the 3D Disney princesses. However, TFS!Asha has a completely different personality than most Disney princesses, and I want her voice to match that. She has a very strong singing conviction, and it’s different voice representation! Plus, Cynthia has HUGE vocal range, it’s seriously amazing, and honestly fits exactly how TFS!Asha is

And as a bonus, Cynthia was in Disney before!

Cielo is voiced by Anthony Ramos!

I first found out about Anthony because of Hamilton, and I’ve loved him in everything since. Literally every character he plays or voices is similar to Cielo! Particularly his roles in In the Heights and Bad Guys, he sings in both too!

Anthony is just so funny and goofy, and has SUCH STRONG flirtatious vibes EXACTLY how I imagine Cielo to be with Asha

Seriously, Chris Pine really loved his role, you can tell. “This is the Thanks I Get” didn’t fit his voice in the honeyed way it’s perfect in, and I’ll forever be mad at Disney for that. Chris is good in slow, emotional songs, which is why his villain song in my rewrite will be perfect for him

Amaya is voiced by Carolina Gaitán

So I’m still not really sure about this one. Amaya in TFS is Egyptian-Hispanic and I didn’t really know a lot of singers outside of Broadway tbh, but Carolina is such a great one! She voices Pepa in Encanto and it’s a shame we didn’t get to hear much of her singing voice (besides that small bit in “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”) because she’s such a great singer! I’m not 100% sure of her voice, but I do think it fits and that it will grow on me. I also haven’t had the chance to draw Amaya as much as I’d like to, so I feel like once I do I’ll be able to picture her more.

Valentino is voiced by Ravi Cabot-Conyers

Now, Valentino doesn't have any significant singing roles in my AU, but he does still speak. And I love, love Alan and know he has done amazing things for Disney, so I want to find him a voice in The Fallen Star too, but Ravi also voiced this little cutie

And yes, it's another Encanto voice, but Ravi was so adorable and amazing and it would be funny to have his dichotomy with the deep-voiced Asha

As a Brazilian,your "Luke Castellan hugs a lot" headcanon instantly made me think "Latino",lol. Of course,people with all sorts of personalities exist all over the world,but many Brazilians have to be warned about cultural differences related to physical affection when travelling to other countries - including the USA. I don't know how Argentinians are when it comes to this specific thing,tho. Plus,his name is a bit too different for him to be a typical White Anglo Saxon Protestant,lol. I didn't imagine canon!Luke(that's only the books,I don't like the show - the main trio actors were spot on,but even they were underused,and show!Luke in particular annoyed me. Nothing against Charlie in general,he just doesn't give Luke vibes IMO) being Latino at all,but this might be a slight AU where he's from LatAm(not necessarily Brazil,lol. In fact,I feel like his surname fits better as a hispanic dude).

As for his being a white blue-eyed blond,Luke would fit right in Southern Brazil,lol. Plus,he might be from Argentina or Uruguay.

I love Luke, and I love headcanoning characters as sudamericanos, so by all means, let's take Luke too

Castellan? Pff he's Castellani, his (probably Italian) family arrived in Sudamérica in the 1890s and they wrote the name wrong in the migration office (it happened to the ancestors of at least three people I know, I'm not making shit up)

He played fútbol on the street as a child, hugsa lot, overfeeding people is his love language, has a very ironic sense of humour, and greets people by kissing them on the cheek (loves it when the yanquis make weird faces about this)

He's taught Thalia and Annabeth Spanish/Portuguese while on the run (and at camp, too, in the latter's case), and taught them all about 80s rock

The real reason he joined Kronos is because he experienced a peanut butter and jelly sandwich once and thought only miserable, uncaring gods would allow such a culinary atrocity

And above all, he mutters "wed-nes-die" when writing "Wednesday"

As for Charlie as Luke.. I don’t think it was his fault as much as Disney making characters bland bc otherwise they’d be “too problematic” (Disney has a history of ruining perfectly unethical characters). I mean, Luke’s motives are noble, he wants a better future for people like him, but he does a bunch of nasty stuff to get there, and Disney will fuck that up so badly it will make me cringe. But at the end of the day, Charlie’s given a script he has to follow, so I’m not sure whether he could have book!Luke vibes or not 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
