What Clique they would belong to if they were in Bully(2006)
A/N: because I wanna play this game on stream and have been watching old videos about it <3 also there’s no real emo clique but all the emo goth kids are in a specific clique that you will see very soon
Tw: mentions of bullying, cursing, some maybe nsfw stuff
Bc: idk like 5 each?
Stardew Masterlist
Sebastian
Okay see this is what I was talking about
There is no EMO clique in this game
Like the closest thing is the Townies so he’s going to that clique
Is you don’t know what the townies are they are the high schoolers that don’t go to Bullworth Academy and half of them look alt
The reasoning is Sebastian is too cool to be with the nerds
But he’s not cool enough to be in like the others
Like he isn’t preppy at all
He isnt a bully bc he’s antisocial and would rather just not talk to anyone
He isn’t a jock at ALL
If I had to put him with any of the ones at school he would be with the greasers but in reality he doesn’t fit in with them other than like his love of motercycles
Shane
Okay so he would definitely be in the jocks
He literally was a gridball star
He is an athletic man who has just let himself go
In high school his depression was not as bad or it didn’t even exist at that point
So dude would be with the jocks, laughing at nerds and being the captain of the football team
Sam
He doesn’t fit in any of the cliques unfortunately
Just like his bestie (guess where Abby is gonna go)
So townie he goes
He’s too nice to be in the jocks or bullies
He’s way too cool for the nerds
And dude is not a greaser
So oof townie he has to beeeeeeeeee
Elliott
King of the preppies
Again he gives me pretentious vibes which match with the preppies really well
Would think he’s better than you
And is a rich kid
It literally just makes sense
Harvey
Nerds
Dude is a doctor with a special interest in planes
Definitely in the nerd clique
But I don’t think he would be bullied as much because the girls in different cliques think he’s cute
So they’d be like “hehe Harvey can you help me with my homework? I promise to make it worth it”
And he’s like “yeah sure!!” And absolutely ignores their flirting attempts because he’s oblivious
Alex
Jocks
I mean what else would he be in?
If Shane is the captain of the team Alex would be the quarterback (are they different things? Idk?)
Like actually the most popular guy in school
If I have to pick a second clique for him it would be bullies
Haley
Preppies
Like rich blonde girl that’s pretty? Duh
While I do think she bullied people in high school
She’s too bougie to be in the bullies clique they’re too ghetto for her
And I’m pretty sure it’s the preppy girls who are cheerleaders which she definitely is
Captain of the cheerleading team by the way
Penny
Nerds
But like Harvey all the guys like her (in a very bad kind of way they wanna corrupt her)
So she doesn’t get bullied often
Can always be seen in the library reading
Is actually really pretty and the preppy girls hate her because she gets a lot of attention especially bc she’s a redhead
Emily
Only one to be non cliquey
She doesn’t fit in ANYWHERE
And that’s a blessing and a curse for her
Since her sister is a prep she isn’t bullied relentlessly
But she also doesn’t have a group of people to fall back on
But people in multiple cliques like her
She’s like popular but not popular if you know what I mean
Like if someone tries to bully her a random jock would be like
“Yo thaTS Emily she’s cool leave her alone”
Leah
Unfortunately for her she would be a preppy girl
Because this is high school we’re talking about
And Leah was a normie before she ran away to become an artist
So she would be in the preps and would HATE IT
Severely dislikes Haley and wants to fight her
Never hangs out with them unless it’s to keep up appearances or on campus so she isn’t kicked out and bullied
Maru
Nerds
Literally gets bullied everyday because why tf are you so socially unaware?
Also she isn’t hot enough (unfortunately) to escape the bullying
The guys that like her like her because she’s ethnically exotic to them
She’s popular among the nerds though because of her smarts
Literally could lead them if she wanted to
Abigail
Drumroll pleaseeeeeee
She’s a townie what else is new?
Alt girl who is too cool for the uncool kids and too weird for the cool kids
If she had to have a second clique I think she would want to be around the greasers
Simply because I think high school Abby wouldn’t wanna be associated with the nerds
Like does she like the same stuff they do?
Yes
But she would go feral if anyone tried to bully her
The greasers are the right amount of cool for her
Not bully enough that it makes her uncomfy but like they aren’t really bullied by anyone other than the preppies (literally the outsiders)

A moment alone (Sam X Farmer)
A/N: My old blog got deactivated and this is a draft I had saved on my laptop and really wanted to get this out, hope you all enjoy - B
"I'm glad you're finally doing this" Leah puts down her glass and leans towards me, so I can hear her over the loud music "me too! Everyone seems to be having fun!" I look around, some people are dancing, others are talking in huddles and Sam was leaning on the wall behind me, our eyes catch and he waves, I wave back and then turn back to Leah, she raises an eyebrow "you gonna make a move? My cabin is pretty packed right now, you definitely have an excuse to get close" I roll my eyes "Leah, we've talked about this he has a thing with Penny" she looks over to the dining room where Penny is in deep conversation with Abigail, my gaze follows hers and she says "well if that's the case why isn't he stood with her and stood there" she quickly has a look over my shoulder "staring at you?" I tilt my head, confused I quiz "wait, he's still staring?" she nods, then with furrowed brows looks over again "looks like he has something to say" then a look of embarrassment flashes across her face and quietly says "Oh I looked too long! He's now coming over!" I find myself standing up straighter and as I feel his presence behind me Leah states "I'm going to get a drink" she rushes off, leaving me and Sam alone I can't help but look at her discarded drink she had put down earlier.
"Hey"
I gulp, why does this man make me so nervous? Why does it feel like I'm in school again with a stupid childish crush? "Hey" he smiles and then is seemingly distracted by the song changing, a pop punk song sounds throughout the cabin, bouncing off the walls. I turn to the speakers to see Leah standing next to them, she flashes me a wink before resuming a conversation with Eliot. I suddenly feel warm hands clasp around mine and turn back to Sam, who is dancing "this is my favourite song, you have to join me" I laugh and start moving my body with his, imitating the way he's moving. He pulls me over closer to the centre of the room where a cluster of other dancers have gathered, his soft hands leave mine as he gets more and more into dancing, I really can't keep my eyes off him he looks so at peace and is clearly having fun, it warms my heart to see. While staring I accidentally bump into Emily who's next to me, I turn to quickly apologise to her and then Sam leans into my ear "want to go outside? I'm boiling" I'm not, but the idea of being alone with him doesn't sound bad. I nod and weave through the crowd behind him as we make our way to the front door.
I close the door behind me as we step outside, he looks into my eyes and sighs "how are you?" I nod "yeah I'm good! I'm just glad Leah finally did all this" I gesture to her cabin "getting everyone together for a party is a really good idea you know?" he nods ever so slightly and I can see him struggle to make eye contact with me "yeah no its good" well this feels...awkward. Sam usually talks my ear off and conversation flows but now its stagnated, she shakes his head and laughs through his nose "ok not my most subtle work" I furrow my brows "what do you mean?" he avoids eye contact and then meets my eyes again "well I've been wanting to talk to you all night, clearly I couldn't even wait for my favourite song to finish, we weren't even dancing for that long, I wasn't even hot and when we get out here I can't even do small talk" he's now mumbling and not even saying a whole lot so I interrupt him "are you ok?" he stops and for a moment everything is still, I can see him struggling to speak, so I give him the time as I stay silent and lean against the wall as I wait "I-" he clears his throat "when I'm hanging out with you I feel like it's never enough time, I want to be hanging with you all the time, while you're doing your farm duties or you're in the mines or you're fishing and I hate fishing!" I laugh, not knowing where this is going, he doesn't notice this and continues "and I've been trying to figure out why I feel that way, I love Seb and Abi and Penny but I don't find myself feeling that way about them as much as I do with you" He must of been holding his breath in as he exhales loudly
"and I think I really like you"
My eyes widen as what he just said hits me, I have so much to say but one question sticks out to me more than anything else "wait, I thought you had a thing with Penny?" He tilts his head "what? No, Penny's great but I've never seen her in that way" I feel like an idiot, why didn't I ask that sooner, I've had feelings for him for this long and I stopped myself from saying anything because of something that's not even true, Leah will find that hilarious. "I- I genuinely thought that was the case, I stopped myself from telling you that I like you because of that" his eyes widen "wait you like me too?" I nod and joke "and you like me?!" we both laugh and as we quiet down we meet each others eyes, I find my gaze dropping down to his lips and back up at his eyes only to see him looking at mine. He steps forward, a soft gaze meeting my eyes, my breath quickens as he gets closer and closer to me until I'm trapped between him and the cabin wall, he voices drops "can I-?" he trails off so I finish "kiss me?" he nods and then I do, he leans in and his lips touch mine, all of my senses are taken over by him, I can smell his aftershave, I can hear his soft breathing, I can feel his skin against mine. Feeling impatient I snake my hand around the back of his neck and pull him in even closer, his body now even closer to mine. The kiss gets more and more passionate as I part my lips and feel his tongue enter my mouth, our breathing gets heavier and heavier before he pulls away and sighs "I have been waiting for that" I giggle "so have I" I look down to his lips, up his eyes and down to his lips again.
"I'm going to ask something"
"Hmm?"
"Want to spend the night at mine?"
He laughs "and what would we be doing?"
"whatever we feel like doing?"
"sounds great"

Featuring: Dresses with pockets
<3
Amelia both loved and hated dressing up. Her hair was always uncooperative and her makeup was never even. The flower dance was no different. She decided this year to keep it simple. She was already wearing the new dress she and Emily had been working on and had already applied some basic makeup.
She huffed as she examined herself in the mirror, ensuring she was good to go, knowing the walk itself would take some time.
Quickly, she pinned some of her hair in an attempt at something different from her day-to-day, knowing she'd probably take it out by the time the dance even started.
She started out the door, waving a quick goodbye to Loaf before making her way south toward the forest.
She was able to fit her phone in the pocket on one side and her small pouch of coins in the other.
Emily is a genius for the pockets.
Emily was honestly a genius with sewing in general. They took Amelia's measurements one time and Emily made the entire dress and it fit Amelia perfectly. Amelia couldn't wait to see her and show her how nice it turned out.
Elliott crossed her mind more than once. She thought about asking him to dance this year if she could gather the courage. She couldn't even begin to imagine actually doing so. If she remembered correctly, he looked incredible in his suit to the point where it flustered her. He had been her friend since day one and he took to admitting she inspired him. Once, he referred to her as his muse and she feared her heart might explode.
Elliott was an incredibly attractive man, which made it all the more difficult when she started liking him. She couldn't help but think he was so far beyond her league.
Her smile shone brightly as she approached the small bridge to the dance area, greeting Evelyn and George as she crossed.
“You look lovely, dear,” Evelyn commented with a light touch to Amelia's shoulder. Evelyn hadn't been very subtle about her disapproval when it came to Amelia's tattoos, but she eventually understood that even if Amelia wanted to change them (she didn't), she couldn't.
George gave a small hum in either a hello or agreement, clearly miserable being out here.
“Thank you, Evelyn. The flowers are gorgeous,” Amelia looked around before her gaze came back to the older couple, “you've truly outdone yourself.”
The woman gave a bright smile and waved her off, “many years of practice. Thank you! Now, go on and don't let us keep you from the party!”
Amelia gave her thanks and walked into the large area, looking around curiously. Everyone seemed to look so nice, even if Sam, Sebastian, and Abigail looked miserable. Amelia was worried she was late with how many people were already there.
She gave a few hellos on her way to the snack table, pouring herself a cup of punch.
She felt a nudge on her side, looking over at Pam, who was laughing to herself, “hey, kid. I put a little extra something in the punch.”
Amelia opened her mouth to say something, but closed it, not wanting to start that issue. Instead, she gave a half-hearted laugh before giving Lewis a heads-up to make another bowl for the children.
She didn't switch hers out, though. She might as well take the courage where she can get it.
She turned and smiled brightly as she saw Leah, waving at her from a table along the side. Amelia beamed, making her way over.
“Thank Yoba. I thought I was going to wander aimlessly forever,” Amelia teased as the woman pulled her in for a tight hug.
“Never!” Leah laughed, stepping back and looking Amelia over, “Em did a really great job! Then again I'm sure that you could pull off a burlap sack.”
Amelia shook her head, feigning shock, “you mean I could have worn a burlap sack? Damn!”
Leah rolled her eyes before leaning on the table, tall enough to do so while standing, “I definitely think Elliott will be happy with the dress,” Leah teased, heat growing in Amelia’s face before she added on, “or the sack.”
“Leah!”
Leah held her hands up in surrender, still laughing, “I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself,” she took a deep breath, looking around at everyone, “speaking of El,”
“Leah.”
“Have you asked him to dance?”
Amelia felt her cheeks still burning as she stole glances at the entrance to the field far more often than she'd like to admit. She shot Leah a look, making her groan.
“Ames. If you don't ask him, you won't know. I keep telling you,” Leah put her hands on Amelia's shoulders, “he is definitely into you.”
Amelia frowned, sighing, “and if he isn't? Then I look like a fool and he–”
Amelia caught sight of Elliott at the entrance as he politely declined to buy anything from Pierre. Leah must have noticed, following her gaze to the man, a grin growing over her face.
Amelia's mind had gone completely blank and it seemed like she had forgotten how to breathe. Elliott looked nice every day, of course, but today, he wore a white suit, and although it was the same as every other suit here, he looked incredible. It was perfectly tailored, likely also Emily’s doing, and brought out every perfect feature the man had.
“Breathe, Ames. Don't need you dying before you can even ask him,” Leah nudged her, bringing her back to reality.
“You didn't tell me that he looked this amazing in a suit,” Amelia hummed before shooting a glare at Leah, who laughed aloud, “that's just a fact. Sure I'm biased but it's unreal.”
Leah shook her head as she waved at Elliott. He gave a bright smile as he played off his own double take at Amelia. Leah looked at her, who stood completely oblivious.
Leah hugged Elliott as he approached, a quiet laugh escaping his lips, “well hello, Leah,” he pats her back, returning the small hug before he met Amelia's gaze, “and hello, Amelia.”
She couldn't help but smile, “hey, El.”
“You look lovely,” Elliott started before looking over at Leah as well, “you both do.”
“We always look lovely, sir,” Leah teased before smiling briefly at Amelia, “you certainly look nice though, right Ames?”
Amelia was caught off guard, but smiled, “yeah, you really do.”
Leah was clearly already growing impatient with the other woman, “So, El, who are you dancing with this year?”
He arched an eyebrow, not seeing the look Amelia shot her, “no one at present. Why? Are you asking?”
Leah’s lip curled in playful disgust, “with you?” she furrowed her brow, “not my type, Romeo.”
He laughed and shook his head, “I take no offense to any of that other than being called Romeo. I'm hardly that… impulsive.”
Amelia laughed, taking another drink of her punch as Leah met her eyes.
“Find someone fast then, not-Romeo,” Leah commented before starting toward the punch bowl, “I'll be back in a bit!”
Amelia's eyes widened a bit, cursing her best friend as she left.
“I always feel like she's part of some maniacal plan when she acts like this,” Elliott joked, leaning casually on the table. Amelia laughed, shaking her head.
“El, somehow I don't think you're wrong,” she raised the cup to her lips once more before noticing he was looking down at her. She felt her face flush as she caught his eye, “do I have something on my face?” she touched her cheek, fingers cold against the burning skin.
He smiled as if suppressing laughter at a thought, “not at all. Just admiring your dress. You truly do look lovely.”
She cursed the blush rising in her cheeks, about to comment before he added, “pink is also a lovely color on you.”
She furrowed her brow, looking down at her dress before it occurred to her that he was commenting on her blush.
She frowned, placing her cup on the table, “I can't help it. You come in here like an Adonis and start complimenting me,” his brows rose as she continued, “not to mention I blush if someone so much as likes my shoes. So don't pick on me,” she teased, turning to look out over the vast expanse of people and the dance floor.
It was a long moment before he answered, his tone amused, “like an Adonis, huh?”
She felt her cheeks burning again, trying to will it away. She did say that, didn't she?
“El, you know you look good. It's not like a secret.”
“Strange how it surprises me then,” he hummed, looking straight out over the people, taking in everyone, “and what about you?”
“Hmm?” she glanced up at him, trying to read his face, “I don't think I'm an adonis if that's what you're asking.”
He laughed aloud then, the sound sending a flood of butterflies through her being, “no, I'm asking who you will be dancing with.”
“Oh, uh…” she bit her lower lips, giving a slight shrug as she turned her gaze forward again, not meeting his eye, “no one. Just watching this year.”
“Well, that's just not acceptable. Perhaps we can change that.”
She laughed quietly, “I'm sorry?”
He looked down at her, who had finally looked up at him. He gave a warm smile before arching an eyebrow, curious as to if she actually didn't understand.
“I'm asking you to dance with me, Amelia,” his smile grew when he saw the pink rise over her cheeks.
“Oh,” she smiled, nudging him with her shoulder, “I guess I’d be alright with that.”
He put his hands over his heart, a pout playing at his expression, “you wound me, Amelia. Don't sound so excited.”
She rolled her eyes and shook her head, “maybe this is how I show excitement.
He laughed again, that beautiful melody.
“I've seen you on several occasions far more excited.”
“Maybe this is just maximum excitement,” she teased, the microphone coming to life with minor feedback.
“It's time for the long-awaited flower dance! Grab your partners and get ready,” Lewis called, yelling despite there being a microphone.
Elliott offered his arm, Amelia wasting no time in taking it as they walked to the dance floor. She caught sight of Leah almost choking on a tortilla chip as she spotted the two, looking genuinely shocked.
Amelia and Elliott took their places across from one another, this being the most annoying part of the dance. Though the longer she took imagining his hand on her waist and her hand in his, the more she realized it was actually about to happen.
They met eyes as he, and the rest of the men, danced closer before bowing in exchange for a curtsy. He stepped in and took her into his arms, effortlessly dancing in their small space. She met his eyes once more during the dance, his smile faltering for just a second, though she noticed.
The dance came to an end and people started to clear the floor. They made their way back toward the table. She barely heard his voice when he commented, “could you look at me for just a moment?”
Once they got to the table, she turned and looked up at him, her breath catching at the look he gave her. It was like he had just figured out some complicated issue and was marveling at the solution. But there was also a certain fear she didn't often see in his eyes. She looked over his features, worried that something was wrong. Was he leaving the valley? Did he notice that she had feelings and he had to turn her down?
“You are very pretty, Amelia.”
Amelia laughed, the sound nervous and breathy, “I'm sorry, I'm what?”
“You're very pretty,” he tucked his finger under her chin, meeting her eyes with a decisive smile, “I’d even say beautiful.”
Before she had a chance to respond, he leaned down and pressed his lips to hers, his free hand falling to her waist as she stood shocked for a moment. She felt him falter for a moment, concerned for her lack of response. Before he could pull back, she reached up and touched his face, her other hand resting over his lapel. It was a long few seconds before they couldn't help but smile, their foreheads resting against one another.
“I'd call you handsome,” she breathed, “but we already know I think you're an Adonis.”
He laughed quietly before pressing his lips to hers in one more too-short kiss, cut off by an excited yell from Leah, “I honestly was not sure if the whole leaving you two alone thing would work, but damn!”
Elliott kept his arm around Amelia, her heart beating hard and fast, “and I got a picture!”
Amelia laughed aloud, giving their friend a look, “you just take pictures of people kissing now?”
“I do when it's obvious that my two best friends who do nothing but drool over each other finally do.”
Amelia frowned. Elliott did not need to know how much she liked him. But.. He liked her too?
“I'm going to leave you lovebirds alone,” Leah grinned as she walked back over to see Emily.
“You drooled over me then?” she teased, relishing the feeling of his arm around her waist.
“I'm still not certain that this is real,” he joked, pressing a kiss to the top of her head, “this is the thing of old romance novels. Just… Being around you brings me so much inspiration. It's like…” he paused, looking down and meeting her gaze, “you're my muse.”
She laughed, leaning her head into his chest, “I promise I'm very real. I don't know if I could be your muse, that's so much bigger than me. Besides, the women in those books–”
“--couldn't hold a candle to you, Amelia. I truly believe that you are my muse,” he paused, smiling as she wrapped her arms around him in a hug, “I suppose this is when I invite you for a long walk on the beach, hm?”
She laughed, breathing him in. He smelled of the sea, yes, but his smell reminded her of when it rains and she would curl up by the fire with a new book. It just felt like comfort. Like home.
“Only if there will be stars filling the entire sky,” she teased, “I could bring some wine.”
He smiled, “most romantic date Pelican Town has ever seen.”

ok i GOTTA ask but why do you hate penny 💔💔i am genuinely curious
i ramp up my hate more than i should. like, i dont hate her as much as i do clint or lewis, but shes def my least favorite bachelorette.
ive always found her to be boring in the overused “shy girl” kind of trope, or the “tryhard nice girl” ig. in reality it just simmers down to shes stupidly boring.
like, i hate shane cuz hes an ass, but his story is the most flourished ive seen amongst the spouse choices. and hes a great character. i dont favor harvey as a spouse, but he had a dream and aspiration before becoming a doctor, and thats something to his name. abigails adventurous and overcomes her fear of going into the mines, sam matures, elliotts charming, haley matures, emilys sporadic and interesting, leahs strong willed and funny, marus sweet (still boring, but i like her cuz i too like science and strawberries), so on so forth.
its not just penny, either. like, i find sebastian to be overrated because hes also a little boring. yeah, hes good with boundaries, and yeah hes the typical emo boy everyone loves, but other than feeling free on the farm, hes kinda got no plot to him.
and im not saying every single person and character has to have this huge revelation and turning point to be a good character or be likeable. no, not at all. pennys likeable because shes kind and sebastian is likeable because hes probably really relatable to half the people who play sdv (even i relate to him to an extent). hell, elliott doesnt really have a change in character other than him publishing a novel, but hes a little dorky and has a dream hes trying to achieve. sebastian wants to move to the city, which is a dream, but its still like. a boring one, almost? even then, that puts him above penny, which as far as im concerned (ive only romanced her once, and it was to get the group ten heart scene with the bachelorettes) all she has to her name is “im sweet and good with kids.” shes a great, simple, basic character if youre looking for the “nice girl” trope, but shes still boring.
i dont HATE penny, right, like not as much as clint or lewis, but i do find her to be incredibly overrated for such a boring character. when put against the other spouses, penny just falls flat. i know thats saying a lot when harveys literally right there, but i assure you hes also one of my least favorite spouses, too. i like art of penny, and i like ramping up her personality to be more than shy and nice, where occasionally she does friendly banter with sam and his friends, or is some sort of in touch with internet culture while not pursuing it, but i just dont like canon penny. i find her really boring. shes a great spouse for someone who wants a simple person in their gameplay, but ive just never really pursued her because i find her lacking.
while i would bring up her two heart event with george, calling her ableist for moving him w/o his permission, i feel as though thatd be wrong. penny’s nice enough to change her ways, and im willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on this once. she “helps” goerge, and depending on how you answer, she apologizes to goerge. (of course, you lose friendship points with her, but a lot of people dont respond to criticism nicely. hell, i dont respond to it great either). im not saying what she did was right. no, it wasnt. but i hope penny would be mature enough to learn and change from that, which is why i feel the 2 heart event is a bit of a weak claim.
tl;dr: i acknowledge pennys great for different people, but ive found her boring for my liking.
i hope this explains it well, or at least to your liking! i tried not to sound rude, because my intent is not malicious. im sorry if it comes off that way. sorry for any typos/confusing grammar as i do not proofread. like. ever.

What a Jurassic Mess
Chapter One
"And what if a dinosaur escapes?! It's hard enough knowing Claire works and lives there full time! Now we're sending all of our kids there." Emily huffed a laugh as her and Alice fit the last bag into the van. Alice simply smirked, rolling her eyes as she shut the trunk.
"I'll get the 2nd pair of twins, you try to calm worrywort."
"He worries because he cares, plus Jurassic World didn't have a good start when Hammond first brought the idea up." Emily said, shooing her oldest back into the house. She walked towards her husband, smiling and chuckling softly. "Sweetheart, relax, my sister is running Jurassic World. She wouldn't agree to take our kids there if it wasn't safe." Jack sighed looking away from her and to Simon and his friends and then Zach who was with his girlfriend.
"I know I'm just," he sighs, turning back to her "I'm worried something unplanned will happen and mess things up."
"You trust me?"
"Always, without question."
"Good, because I trust my sister. You kids will be safe and have a great time before coming back for Christmas."
"I'll only be gone till the 23rd. We're going to visit my Aunt, haven't seen her in seven years." Simon said looking at his dad with a fond smile. Nick glanced between father and son before voicing the question that had been on the tip of his tongue for a while.
"And why is your dad panicking over it?" Simon laughed ruffling his hair, as he looked back to his friends. "Let's just say if something goes wrong where Aunt Claire works and lives it'll be dangerous. He's the only one worried though, anyway I'll see you guys when I get back! Enjoy the game without me." Simon says as Gray runs up to them. He grabs Simon's hand tugging him towards the van with a bright smile.
"Come on Si! I don't want to be late!" Simon laughs, pulling his hand away and wrapping an arm around his shoulder.
"Alright alright I'm coming mini-me!" Gray huffs a laugh before pulling away and rushing back to the van. "See you guys when I get back!"
"Have fun Si! Text me if you meet any cute girls!" Nick called, causing Abby to elbow him.
"Let me know if you, well you know?" Abby said not wanting to out Simon, causing the blonde to smile.
"Be safe Si" Leah called out as he got into the van.
"Zach, come on we'll be late." Simon called out to his own twin, things had been tense between them ever since Zach started dating Veronica. Said girlfriend glared at Simon for the interruption when Zach wasn't looking, and look, he could have his moment's of Simon Logic but he knew without a doubt Veronica hated him. Simon had no clue what he did to his brother's clingy girlfriend but she hated when Zach spent time with him, and Simon would never admit it out loud but it hurt to see his twin pick her over him. He smiles nervously before moving into the seat on the right side of the van leaving the left open for Zach. Zach kissed Veronica goodbye before getting in and closing the door. Nick, Abby, and Leah stood waving goodbye, keeping a quiet obvious distance from Veronica, as the van pulled out and drove down the road.
"Don't worry Si, you and the other Musketeers will survive this separation." Jack teased looking at Simon in the rearview mirror, smirking as the eye roll he received. "And Zach you're not going off to war ya know, little less dramatics." He said shifting his gaze to Zach, who frowned looking actually upset. Emily turned around patting Zach's knee with a smile.
"I know it hurts, Sweetheart."  Simon nudged Zach gently grinning at his twin trying to calm him down but just barely stopped himself from slouching when Zach glared at him.
"It'll be okay Z." He said softly trying not to let the hurt show in his eyes when Zach ignored him putting his headphones on. Simon held back a sigh and smiled at Alice who ruffled his hair. He pulled his phone out and opened gmail, he wanted to email Blue one last time before both couldn't get emails. Rather in his case checking them, Alice and Gray had teamed up together and managed to get Simon, Zach, and Nora to agree to only using phones to take pictures.

Subject: Re: Vacation + My brothers Girlfriend
Blue,
Today is the start of my somewhat epic vacation. I wont go into too much detail, I dont want to brag when I know youre going to be in the middle of nowhere, but I don't know if I'm looking forward to this or not. Lets start with reason number one:
Me and all my siblings will be leaving on a plane tonight, landing tomorrow morning and then getting on a boat that will take us to an island. Exciting? Would be if the island didnt have a bad history.
My next reason! I will be spending a week with my brother! Who used to be my closest sibling but has been pulling away from me to the point of absolute heartbreak. I havent talked about it with you because admitting it hurts even more but at this point Im convinced he hates me as much as his girlfriend does.
Third and final reason, we will be staying with our aunt, which would be cool if this wasnt our first time seeing and talking to her in seven-yes seven years.
Blue I am so nervous about this vacation. I was looking forward to it and hoping things between me and my brother would get better but Im almost positive his girlfriend turned him against me. I just wish I knew what I did to her.
Though I think the worst part of this is knowing that we wont be able to talk again until school is about to start up. I dont know what I'll do without your emails and knowing I'll have to go so long without them sucks.
Besides that I hope you have a great holiday with your dad. I know you don't celebrate Christmas but enjoy the time off it affords us.
I'll miss hearing from you,
Love, Jaques
Simon went to grab his headphones but stopped when Gray tapped his hand gently. “What's up Mini-me?” Gray smiles softly, leaning his head against the side of Simon’s seat.
“You okay?” Simon nodded, holding Gray’s hand in his. “Are you sure I know when you’re lying Si.”
“I’ll be fine, Gray. Don’t you worry, it's my job to worry about you after all. Now tell me what are you most excited about seeing?” Gray’s eyes lit up as he started on about the different dinosaurs he wanted to see.
“But I’m really, really excited to see the Mosassaurus! Though it's not really from the right era as the others, it's still so cool!! I just wish I could ask how they got its DNA, are mosquitoes able to get blood from fish? They’d have to do it really quickly, but even then the Mosassaurus would have had to be really close to shoreline at the time of it all!” Simon smiled listening to Gray ramble on about dinosaurs. ‘Zach may hate me now, but at least Gray still looks up to me.’
"I'm so jealous. You all are going to have so much fun!" Emily said ruffling Gray’s hair and kissing Simon's cheek. Gray smiled leaning back against Simon who wrapped his arms around him. "Si, everything is-"
"Yes mom. I checked all the tickets and I have mine and Gray’s. Everything is right and no one will be left behind." Emily smiled cupping his cheek before looking over to her other kids.
"I love you all. Now come on, family hug, stop groaning Zach." Emily said, dragging everyone into a hug with Jack. She let them pull away when Zach pushed out of the hug. She bit back a sigh watching Simon deflate as Zach turned away from him. "Okay, Nora, Alice has your ticket and Simon has Gray's, and Zach you have yours?" Zach was staring out the window at the planes, headphones on full blast.
"Zach!" Jack called out, grabbing his shoulder and turning him to look at Emily. He waited until Zach pulled his headphones down to speak again. "Listen to your mother." Emily smiled before addressing all the kids.
"Alright, take care of each other, and answer your phones. I'm serious, it's the green button. When you see my name, push it okay?" Alice smiled, waving her hand.
"Don't worry mom, we'll be fine." Emily sighed, unable to hide her smile.
"Alright, alright, just remember if something chases you…run" They all groaned rolling their eyes as Simon moved and placed his hands on Gray's shoulders pushing them towards their gate.
"Alright, yep! That's our que by mom bye dad." Emily laughed watching as their other kids followed her.
"Bye guys! Miss you already!"
"Bye!" They called together as Emily hugged Jack's arm watching them.
"I'm so nervous, what if they get chased?" Jack said, looking down at his wife. Emily patted his arm while watching their kids.
"Relax. Claire wont let anything happen to them."
"Did you call her?"
"Straight to voice-mail. But they'll be fine, she handles twenty-thousand people a day. She can handle our five."
As they were deboarding the plane Gray ran up to Zach grabbing his sleeve. "How big is the island?" Zach was focused on his phone as he took it off airplane mode.
"Big." Gray huffed, rolling his eyes at the answer.
"But how many pounds?"
"That doesn't make sense." Zach said walking away towards the ferry, Simon walked up wrapping an arm around Gray.
"Ya know, I bet Aunt Claire would know. We'll ask her when we see her today." Gray smiled wrapping an arm around his waist as Simon led them towards the ferry.
"I'll ask her then since Zach is still pouting over leaving his girlfriend." Simon bit back a laugh as they joined the rest of their siblings. "You know, when they first opened, they had eight species. Now they have fourteen herbivores and six carnivores. That's like fifty tons of food a week." Everyone nodded except Zach who was focused on some girl below them.
"That's pretty cool G-man." Alice said, leaning over to ruffle his hair. "I can't wait to hear all the facts you've got in that head of yours." Nora leaned over grinning.
"I can't wait to see dinosaurs!" She said getting everyone but Zach to laugh.
"You know me," Simon said, leaning against Alice. "I am going to eat my weight in oreo and reeses desserts!" Alice snorted, pulling him closer.
"I swear Bub, keep eating all those reeses and oreos and you'll put on weight." Simon blushed, pushing her away.
"I don't eat that much!" Zach turned, raising an eyebrow, giving Simon a rare smile.
"Says the person that has a secret stash of both hidden in his closet." Simon huffed pouting slightly looking at him.
"You weren't supposed to tell that secret." Simon said, biting back a sigh when Zach seemed to close off again. 'What did I say wrong?' Zach's eyes hardened as he turned away starring off at the island. Alice glared slightly, opening her mouth to say something but stopped when Simon waved his hand.
Gray ran down the ramp with a bounce in his step, Simon making sure to keep up with him, as their other siblings took their time. The park announcement system chiming in to welcome all the guests.
"Welcome to Isla Nublar, home of Jurassic World. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us."
Gray stopped staring at Zara who was holding a tablet with their last name on it. "Where's Aunt Claire?" He asked, grabbing Simon's sleeve as the others joined. Zach just gave him a sullen look while Alice sighed softly walking over to talk with Zara.
"I'm sure she just got hit with a last minute meeting. She is running the park after all." Simom said trying to cover for Claire, but Zach's snort at his lie didn't help.
"Come on guys, let's get on the monorail!" Alice called out besides Zara smiling but all of them could tell it was strained. Simon reached out grabbing Zach's sleeve and tugging him along behind them. His shoulders were losing tension as Zach didn't pull away from him.
Zach stared at the back of Simon's head, opening his mouth to say something before closing it with a sigh. He follows behind nodding to Zara when she gets them early board access to the monorail and they get front seats. He says nothing as Simon sits down next to him. Gray glances at Zara sitting behind Zach, and Nora and Alice sitting in the seats adjacent. "Si, can we share a seat." Simon turns to him smiling some tension leaving his shoulders as he scoots closer to Zach allowing Gray to sit with them. Zach huffs, noticing the Smion is barely even sitting on the seat before pulling him down. Not saying anything as he has Simon sit on his right thigh.
"Zach?" Simon says looking at him but stops when Zach looks away, Simon smiles as they sit waiting for the other guests to finish getting on.
"Alright everyone be ready for a little jolt as we begin our adventure to Jurassic World!" The monorail announcements called out as they began moving. "Okay, those of you in the front of the train should be able to see our main gate, built from the gate of the original park, over twenty years ago." Gray jumped up rushing to the front to see the gates with the others. Simon turned looking at Zach.
"This is gonna be a fun vacation!" He said trying to keep a smile on even though Zach wasn't looking.
"Mhm."
"I know we won't see much of Aunt Claire but at least all of us are here."
"Mhm."
"And it's a place Gray has been wanting to go for a while, not only that but mom and dad didn't have to pay a thing. I think that's the best part."
"Mhm, the coolest." Simon sighed glaring at the ground. He stood up pulling Zach out of his thoughts as he turned to look at his twin. "What are you-"
"The least you could do is pretend not to hate me, I don't even know what I did." Simon said, brushing away tears before turning around and walking forward to join Gray. Zach reached out to stop him but just sighed slouching back in his seat looking out the window.
"You're the one keeping secrets."
The moment the monorail stopped Gray was off running around and looking at things. Simon brushed past Zach hurrying after Gray to keep up with him. Zara followed behind them as Nora and Alice beelined towards the Escalators. Simon was herding Gray back towards the center with a soft smile. Zara looked up from her phone looking at them annoyed as Gray darted off to look at another attraction. “Your aunt arranged to meet you at one o’clock.” She missed Alice’s eyes roll as her gaze followed Gray. “Can he slow down?” Zach looked at her as Gray and Simon stepped on to the escalator, Gray waving excitedly and calling out to them.
“Come on!”
“Nope.” He said, popping the ‘p’ as he walked past her getting on the escalator.
Zara pushed the doors open to the hotel room letting the kids follow her as she continued typing on her phone. “Your aunt’s got you VIP access. So you can get on all the rides without waiting in line. We’ll head down a little before one to meet with your Aunt before you hit the park.”
Alice whistled as she looked around the hotel room before moving over to the bed that had her bag in front of it. Nora beamed as she moved over to the mini kitchen in the room as Gray rushed to the window, throwing it open to look at the park.
"Do you think I'd be able to cook in here?" Nora asked excitedly looking at what the kitchen had. Alice shared a grin with her as she pulled a camera out of her bag.
"Maybe breakfast only since I plan on trying to enjoy every restaurant they have here!" she said causing Nora to laugh and nod moving over to join Gray at the window.
Zach flopped down on the bed as he typed on his phone.  Gray bounced in place smiling at Nora before rushing over to Simon and grabbing his hoodie sleeve.
“Can we go?” He asked, his eyes shining as he turned looking out the window again. Zach didn’t even look up from his phone as he responded to Gray.
“Dude she said we had to wait.” Gray huffed looking at him and rolling his eyes.
“I don’t want to wait anymore!”

6 and 7 for twilight!!!
from this delicious salty ask list
6. Has fandom ever made you enjoy a pairing you previously hated?*
Oof, this is a hard question. I'm not a shipper at all. Before I got into fandom I was very complacent with the canon pairings. Like, they all seem to love each other, what's the issue? Also pre-twilight renaissance was a barren and tumbleweed filled place fic-wise. 19/20 were porn-filled all-human AUs. Great for those who enjoyed them, but terrible for those of use who crave horror and drama. The only place you could consistently find interesting Twilight fic was in sporking/spitefic communities, and those writers tended to hate Bella.
I don't think there's a pairing I hated, but there are a lot of pairings that I never really thought about. The Twilight renaissance has brought me many new and glorious ships, but currently I really like Aro/Carlisle, Charlie/Carlisle, Aro/Charlie, Rosalie/therapy, and Bella/antidepressants + an autism dx.
2. Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now?*
You know, I'm kind of over the really anti-Bella stuff - not the fics where characters point out she's annoying, but the ones where she, like, gets hit by a bus while everyone laughs and then dies of supergonorrhea. I used to be able to put up with it if the fic was otherwise well-written, but my days on this Earth are numbered. You know, my sparkling eyes and blooming cheeks must wither like the blasted rose; the coffin, earth, and winding sheet will soon my active limbs enclose.
Life is too short to read fics bashing my blorbos. That also goes for fics where Leah, Emily, or Rosalie are made into archvillains.

I know this is like taking a bat to the beehive but... I really wanna hear your opinions on the whole... Imprinting thing
(Note before we go any further: this meta is written purely about the shapeshifting aspect of the Quileute characters, I don’t at all get into the racism in Twilight or any kind of social commentary. This is a purely watsonian meta. Others in this fandom have already addressed the racial dynamics at play, far more eloquently and knowledgeably than me. If I say something in here that’s in any way offensive, that’s not my intention and I’m open to criticism.)
Ooh imprinting.
I touch upon it here, basically I hate it.
The imprinting is part of this theme where the shapeshifters lose their free will and autonomy, and I find it tragic, cruel, and unnecessary.
First of, the fact that they have to phase at all.
They’re made warriors to protect their tribe. There’s no choice involved, only genetics and magic irrevocably changing their lives, and at a ridiculously young age, too. Sam is the oldest of them, and he is 19.
Violence is an inherent part of what they become. Their purpose is to protect the tribe, by fighting vampires. Not only is this insanely dangerous (we see Jake get so injured by a single vampire that he’s bedridden for weeks), but if they succeed, they will have killed. In the singularly brutal manner of tearing apart and burning someone who looks a lot like a human, who talks and might beg for their life, at that. And I remind you, most of these shapeshifters are literal children. They might not see vampires as people, but all the same, killing one can’t be good for their mental wellbeing. (Thought: Perhaps an argument can be made for Laurent’s death having a part in the turn Jake’s personality took? Some, though not many, of the symptoms for PTSD do fit. I don’t know enough about PTSD to pursue this train of thought, but it occurred to me just now, in particular he becomes quite aggressive and prone to outbursts after that incident, so into a parenthesis it goes)
Not to mention how inhumane that responsibility is. Vampires in the Twilight-verse are terrifying, and the shapeshifters might have the power to fight them. But (and this is where I plug one of my all-time favorite animes, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, as it asks the question “Is it okay to sacrifice yourself for others?” because that’s... well there’s a parallel to be made to the shapeshifters. It’s on Netflix!) does that mean they should? Is it really their responsibility? Again- they’re kids!
Then there’s the time Sam lost control, and accidentally mauled the girl he loved. And it’s so cruel to both him and Emily. Sam never chose to have to control himself in the first place, he never chose shapeshifting. He didn’t choose to imprint on Emily either, and he didn’t choose to lose control that day. At no point in the series of events that led to Emily being mauled did Sam have any real choice, and yet he will shoulder the guilt for what happened for the rest of his life.
These kids get superpowers, and several of them seem to enjoy being shapeshifters, but the fact remains that they now carry this huge responsibility to protect their families and homes, doing so is incredibly dangerous, they lose out on their regular lives, and they can’t opt out of it.
This all sucks, but then we get to the fact that they are deprived of their free will, as their alpha can issue an order they physically can’t break. The alpha becomes alpha because of bloodlines, not because of a democratic election. Jake got a mockery of a choice in that he could choose to become alpha himself, or let Sam continue, which was really just choosing between a rock and a hard place. There is no limitation to what this order can be, from “don’t say X to person Y” to “let’s kill someone you love”. Jake has to struggle to break that last one, and he’s only successful because of the bloodline thing letting him become his own alpha.
Oh, and there’s the massive invasion of privacy when they have a hive mind. Cool concept, less cool to have it be reality. Leah is the poster child for how a hive mind can backfire, and they can’t opt out of this.
I’m not good at gifs, but the shapeshifters just make me think of that gif of someone flicking a lightswitch on and off, “WELCOME TO HELL!”. Of course, Twilight in general is a pit of despair for everybody, so I suppose that gif really is... well it sums up all of canon.
So, we have these kids aged 19 or younger, as of Breaking Dawn they skew as young as thirteen, their lives are turned upside down by something they can’t opt out of, they must shoulder this huge responsibility to protect their homes and families from the terrifying threat of vampires, and on top of all of that, they must obey orders that are so irresistible, they can compel them to harm someone they care for.
With all of that in mind, you’d think that the shapeshifters had enough on their plate. That through all of this they would at least retain their selves, and be able to look forward to a future where they could stop phasing, and go on to live normal, human, lives.
Yeah, NOT IF THEY IMPRINT.
I’ll just quote Jake’s description:
Everything inside me came undone as I stared at the tiny porcelain face of the halfvampire, half-human baby. All the lines that held me to my life were sliced apart in swift cuts, like clipping the strings to a bunch of balloons. Everything that made me who I was—my love for the dead girl upstairs, my love for my father, my loyalty to my new pack, the love for my other brothers, my hatred for my enemies, my home, my name, my self—disconnected from me in that second—snip, snip, snip—and floated up into space.
I was not left drifting. A new string held me where I was.
Not one string, but a million. Not strings, but steel cables. A million steel cables all tying me to one thing—to the very center of the universe.
I could see that now—how the universe swirled around this one point. I’d never seen the symmetry of the universe before, but now it was plain.
The gravity of the earth no longer tied me to the place where I stood. (Breaking Dawn, page 237)
Everything that made me who I was disconnected from me.
Jake’s love for his father, his home, his very own self, it’s all gone now. And while I have thoughts on the authenticity of this imprint, whether it was organic, the description above is apparently how imprinting feels. It’s along the lines of what Sam, Jared, and Paul all describe.
I don’t think I can put into words just how devastating I find imprinting, I think the above quotation speaks for itself. And as with all other shapeshifter things, there is no choice involved.
We see its devastating effects in the Emily, Sam, and Leah debacle. Sam and Leah were serious together, so much so that they were engaged. Sam had fallen for and chosen to be with Leah. Perhaps they would have broken up eventually, but Leah was still the choice he made. Then he imprints on Emily, and all that is for naught. He had to break up with Leah, who if she hadn’t phased never would have learned why, Emily and Leah’s relationship is ruined, and Emily must forever live with the knowledge that if Sam had his free will intact he would be with another woman.
Then there’s Jared and Kim. Kim crushed on Jared, but Jared never noticed her. The fact that they were in the same class is damning: if a boy is attracted to a girl, he's gonna notice her. Jared never did.
Quil imprints on Claire, who is a toddler. That’s just a recipe for misery and disaster all around.
And I’ve only touched the shapeshifter side of things. They lose their autonomy and freedom, but the imprintées draw the short straw too. They’re now responsible for this other person’s happiness. Sure, having someone who’ll be whatever you need them to be sounds nice (well, it sounds horrifying, but I’m playing ball) on paper, but you can’t opt out of them being like that. The imprintée can’t say “Sorry, not interested,” and she certainly can’t shut the imprinter out of her life, not without irrevocably ruining the imprinter’s life. The imprinter needs her. She’s the center of his earth now, but she didn’t choose to be.
Imprinting is a liferuiner for everyone involved.
Then we have the question of what imprinting is even for. I’m afraid I agree with Billy, that it’s for procreation. We see Sam, who was dating a woman about to phase (even if Leah isn’t infertile, she’s a warrior now. She can’t run in the woods and fight vampires, and gestate and nurse a child at the same time) conveniently imprint on her cousin, who as cousin to Leah is from a shifter bloodline. Claire, as Emily’s cousin, has those same genetics. Paul imprints on a woman from the Black family line. Jake is the outlier, but either Renesmée’s gift helped that imprinting along, or he imprinted because of the offspring they could potentially have (I firmly believe it’s the former because the latter... NOPE. Also, I can’t imagine whatever magic drives imprinting would want vampiric progeny for the future generations. Regardless of Renesmée’s person, her biology is wired to desire human blood. That’s exactly what Jake is supposed to protect people from. Bad match.).
I just.... ughhh. God, I hate imprinting so much, and on every level.
To me, everything about the shapeshifters is about free will, autonomy, and the loss thereof. And it would have been beautiful if their story was about reclaiming that, but it isn’t. None of this, with the exception of the alpha orders, is even acknowledged.
So, in summation, yes I hate imprinting, but it’s only the horror cherry on top of a very sad and problematic cake.

“Home” (Part 5/?)
Paul Lahote x reader
Part 4
Tumblr media
Summary: y/n returns from college in California to her hometown in Forks to find things are not as she left them. She soon discovers that a lot more things have changed then she initially thought.
Warnings: mentions of death, car accident, verbal fighting, cussing, i think that covers it
A/N: i am literally so sorry for not updating sooner guys lmao i’m trying to update all my fics now, especially this one bc i love it. i’ll get the next one out next week. love you all!_______________________________________________
You felt so much pain as you began to regain consciousness and could make out someone calling your name.
“Y/n?”
You turned your head to the source of the sound to see a Doctor at your side, his hand on your arm. He was very handsome. Not exactly your type, but still. He looked to be around your age, far too young to be a Doctor already.
“Hello Y/n, my name is Dr.Cullen. You’ve been in an accident”
Your head was throbbing and you felt pain radiating from your stomach and leg. You looked around to find that you were indeed in the hospital.
You looked down at his hand on your arm. It was ice cold, absolutely freezing. He must have noticed you looking because he removed his hand.
“How long have I been here?” you asked, looking back to the Doctor.
“About a day and a half. Do you remember anything?” he asked kindly.
“There was a man in the road, he came out of nowhere. I swerved to try to avoid him” you said trying to remember.
“Your car flipped four times and caught fire. A piece of glass punctured your abdomen and another your left thigh, narrowly missing your femoral artery. We were able to stop the bleeding and stabilize your condition. You’re lucky to be alive, if your friend hadn’t been there to pull you out when he did, you could have died” he finished, shaking his head.
“My friend?” you asked.
“He’s from the reservation, one of Jacob Black’s friends I believe” he said.
Well that didn’t exactly narrow it done much. Your car was totaled most likely. You’re dad’s car, the one thing you had left of him.
“You’ll be okay, but you need your rest. You can be discharged tomorrow morning and the stitches will dissolve on their own in two weeks” he said has he picked up your chart and began walking away.
“Oh, one more thing. Sherif Swan called me, if you still want that internship, send over your resume and you can start after your two weeks” he said with a slight smile on his lips.
“Thank you Dr.Cullen” you called out as he left to check on other patients.
You looked over to your side to see an array of gifts on the beside table and chair. There seemed to be something from everyone. Flowers with cards from Leah, Sam, Emily and even Charlie and his daughter Bella and a big card from Quill, Embry, Collin, and Brady with all their own little messages and signatures.
The huge, brown bear sat on the chair with a red ribbon around its neck didn’t seem to have a card accompanying it.
You grabbed your phone from the side table and unlocked it. There were a few messages from friends and one from your mom. You opened up your mom’s message and read:
“Why did I have to find out from the Sherif that my daughters been in a car accident. You know what it was like for me when your father passed and the fact that you’d put me through that again is appalling”
This was followed by multiple messages about how horrible of a daughter you were and how you have no excuse for ignoring her text messages.
She had no right to bring up your dad like that. As if you got into an accident to hurt her, as if you were unconscious and not responding on purpose.
Your dad was driving home one night after a long night at the hospital when he was hit by a drunk driver. He was pronounced dead at the scene. You never got to say goodbye. Never got to tell him you loved him one last time.
You turned your phone off and set it on the side table and laid back down. Although you were out for a day and a half, you felt utterly exhausted, mentally and physically. You pulled your blankets back up and closed your eyes, hoping for a full nights rest.
You woke up to the curtains flying back, sunlight flooding the room. Your eyes stung as you were blinded.
“Wake up loser, it’s time for a jail break” Leah said in a very cheerful voice.
“No Leah, I’m not dead and feel amazing” you say in a sarcastic voice.
“That’s exactly what i wanted to hear. Seriously though, are you okay? You scared the shit out of everyone” she said, her voice taking on a concerned tone.
“Yeah, just beat up. Should be at healed up in two weeks” you say, sitting up.
“Here, I brought these from Emily’s house” she said, tossing a long sleeve, pants, socks, undergarments and shoes onto the bed.
After you changed and signed the discharge papers, you and Leah headed back to Emily’s place.
“What a bitch,” Leah said with disgust as she climbed the steps.
“I know, I still can’t believe I’m related to her” you say shaking your head.
Leah opened the front door and you hear “Surprise!” as you walk through. Everyone but Collin, Brady, Quill and Paul were there for your second homecoming.
Jake ran up to hug you, but Leah stepped in front of him.
“You wanna rip her stitches dumbass?” she said like a mother correcting her child.
“Oh shut it Leah” Jacob said, but gave you a much gentler hug than he originally intended.
“How are you?” Jake asked.
“Well I think I might fall over and die if one more person asks how I am” you say laughing. You stop as a stabbing pain shoots from your abdomen.
Sam, Emily and Seth hug you as well before you finally make it to the couch to sit down.
“What happened?” Embry asked taking a seat next to you with Leah on the other side.
“I was driving back here and I looked down at my phone for barely a second and when I looked back up there was a man in the road” you said.
“Well you know what they say about texting and driving” Seth said but the joke fell flat as no one laughed.
“What did the man look like?” Jake asked in a serious tone.
“Pale I guess, black hair, I’m not really sure. Why?” you asked, confused.
“No reason, just wondering” he said looking over to Sam who was sitting on a stool by the counter talking to Emily.
“Do you know who pulled me out?” you asked Jacob.
“What do you mean?” he asked.
“Dr.Cullen said one of our friends pulled me out of the car before it caught fire”
“Oh, uh, Paul did” he said.
Paul. Of all of your friends you had thought it might have been, that was the absolute last person you’d think would save you. If anything he’d probably be the one to toss you right into the flames.
“Oh” was all you said.
The front door opened and in walked Quill and Paul.
“Well I’ve gotta get back to..work” Jacob said standing up.
“Me too” said Seth as he followed Jacob to the door.
“Heal up Y/n!” Jacob yelled over his should and he and Seth left.
Quill came over and sat where Seth had just been and gave you a hug and Paul went straight to Sam without even acknowledging you.
Not like it mattered anyway.
“How are y-“ Quill started.
“Fine” you cut him off.
Through the rest of the day, people started to leave one by one as they had work, school or other things to get to. Eventually Paul said his goodbyes to Sam and Emily and began walking out the door, again without saying a word to you.
You got up as quickly as you could without hurting yourself and momentarily excused yourself from your board game that you were beating Embry in. You walked out the door just as Paul was off the steps.
“Hey!” you called to him.
Paul stopped and slowly turned back to you.
“What?” he asked rudely, not fully meeting your gaze.
Instead of responding with the same attitude, you walked down some of the steps.
“I just wanted to say thank you. Jacob told me what you did” you said gently.
“It wasn’t exactly like there was a choice in the matter” he spat.
“Could you just not be a complete asshole for once in your life? I’m trying to thank you for saving my life” you said, anger getting the best of you.
“Well it would have saved me a world of trouble had I not” he said.
“What the hell is that supposed to mean?” you ask, raising your voice.
“Nothing. I-I can’t do this right now, I won’t do this right now” he said, voice equal to yours now.
“No, come on Paul, let it out. Say what you need to say!”
Paul started shaking with anger and as much as you knew you should stop, your anger wouldn’t let you.
“Say. It.” you seethed.
“Paul!” you heard as the front door swung open.
You turned around to see Quill come running down and barreling into Paul, pushing him away from you. Sam came running out too.
“Get him out of here!” Sam yelled.
Quill grabbed Paul and pulled him out into the woods.
“What the hell?” you asked
“Get inside Y/n!” Sam yelled.
“You don’t tell me what to do” you said angrily
“Get. Inside. Now.” he said sternly.
You scoffed but turned on your heal and went inside and upstairs, waking right passed Emily and ignoring her as she called out to you.
Who did they think they were, telling you to get inside. Paul always had anger problems, this wasn’t anything new.
You hate him.
“Well it would have saved me a world of trouble had I not” replayed again and again in your head. You hated him for making you feel less than, for making you feel worthless.
Him saving you meant nothing. He was a dick to you your entire life and you didn’t care that Sam asked you to lighten up on him. No one bit.
As you laid down to sleep, not even bothering to take off your clothes or change, you wiped the single tear that escaped. You hated him and always would.
//////////////
You were walking through the woods to get to your favorite spot again. It was the middle of the night, but Jacob asked to meet you there. The moonlight shown through the thick trees, illuminating your path.
Everything was so green and beautiful, you missed being home.
You walked a little farther when your foot hit something, stopping you in your tracks. You looked down to see a rock jutting up from the ground. It was the same one you fell on the other day. It still had blood on it, fresh and bright and not at all dried. That wasn’t right. You fell days ago, it should be dried or the rain should have washed it off.
*Snap*
You spun around. You could feel your heart pounding in your chest, that same feeling of being watched returning. You shouldn’t be out here. Emily warned you.
You scanned your surroundings, but it was too dark. What happened to the moonlight? You squinted your eyes and saw him-it.
The man from the road, eyes blood red, skin pale as snow, hair dark as the night around him. He cocked his head to the side, watching you.
Where did he come from? Had he been watching you the whole time? Was he in the woods that first day?
You could try to outrun him, you didn’t know how far into the woods you were, you didn’t even remember how you got here. You went to take a step back but he was in front of you instantly and attacked, grabbing your arm.
You jolted upright, breathing heavily. You looked around. You were in your room, at Sam and Emily’s. You were safe. You ran your fingers through your hair as you looked out the window. It was the middle of the night.
There were things that weren’t adding up. Everyone has been acting weird, telling you to avoid the woods, saying that whatever has been attacking people isn’t animal or human, the man in the road, even Paul’s behavior has been worse than normal…something wasn’t right, you could feel it in your gut.
You knew what they told you, the warnings, but with everything that happened with Paul and your mom, you didn’t care anymore. You were gonna find out what was going on, no matter what.

If It’s The Right Thing To Do.
Part 1
Words: 2118
Character: Seth Clearwater
Note: let’s imagine your Sam’s little sister
Series List
Dialogue prompt: “What? Why would I want to go over there? If I go over there Sam would smell vampires all over me. Aren’t you guys traitors anyway.” I scoffed, I was two seconds away from hanging up the phone on him since they did leave me behind.”
*this is my first twilight imagine so be nice :)*
Tumblr media
I stretched every muscle in my body to grab my phone that was sitting on the desk by the bed. I looked at the caller ID but it was from a number that I didn't recognize. My mom always told me not to answer those calls but I did anyway. I had the sudden urge to be bold today.
"Hello?" I rolled back on my bed to finish the stale popcorn that was at least 3 hours old.
"(Y/N)!" the voice spoke frantically over the phone. "(Y/N)....is this (Y/N) (Y/L/N)!"
I sat up on the bed trying to stop my heart from beating out of my chest. The voice sounds panic so it caused me to be panic. The voice from the phone sounded so familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it.
"This is she....why?"
(Y/N)! This is Jake! Listen, I need you to make your way over to the Cullens house!"
"What? Why would I want to go over there? If I go over there Sam would smell vampires all over me. Aren't you guys traitors anyway." I scoffed, I was two seconds away from hanging up the phone on him since they left me behind.
I heard Jacob huff over the phone. Then the phone sounded like someone grabbed a piece of paper and started crumbling it over the microphone. I lay back down on my bed the anxiety in my chest slowly fading away. "Listen Jake I don't have time for games I-"
"Shut up the hell up Jacob! (Y/N)! It's Leah, get your ass over to the Cullens now!" And just like that, the phone hung up without any explanation as to why I have to go to the Cullens.
I sat my phone back on the desk. There was no way in hell I could go to the Cullens. For one Sam wasn't on patrol tonight and two he would smell them on me if I ever decided to come back. "Those are two good reasons for me to stay in tonight." But why would they call me to come over to the Cullens when they knew for a fact I wasn't allowed near them........."
Seth
I jumped from my bed throwing on a hoodie and some pajama pants. I could barely maintain my breathing, There was something wrong with Seth I just felt it in my soul. Something bad probably happened to him and I wasn't there to prevent it.
I slowly walked out of my room seeing that all the lights were off. The door to Sam's and Emily's room was slightly opened. The sound of Sam's snores filled the air. I slowly closed the door then crept down the hallway to the keys.
"We only have one chance to let's make the most of it," I muttered to myself, I grabbed the keys from the shelf while trying not to step on the wood that creaked. I quickly made my way to the back door closing it softly.
"Okay, now the easy part is over." All I had to do now was get in my car and drive to the Cullens. What I was doing right now could coat me all the respect the pack has for me. If I stepped off this property Sam could label me as a traitor right along with Jake, Seth, and Leah.
"It's now or never if Sam hates me for what I'm doing so be it. Seth needs me right now." I mustered up all my courage to drive off the reserve. The drive to the Cullens was so agonizing. The only thing I could think about was the fight that caused us to be distant. We've never fought and when we did we'd make up instantly. This time I was the cause of it, his heart broke in front of me and I did nothing about it. I never meant to say the harsh words but I wanted him to hurt just like he was hurting me.
*Flashback*
I ran behind Seth as he ran behind Jacob. He claimed that he was leaving my brother's pack to join Jacobs pack because "it was the right thing to do". At first, I thought he was being delusional but now that I'm running after him I knew he was being serious.
"Seth come back!" He stopped running causing me to bump into his toned back.
He grabbed my shoulders trying to turn me back towards the reservation."No (Y/N)! I have to do this, go back to Sam!"
I bit his hand then shoved him away."I'm not staying there unless you're with me, Seth!" He shook his head then ran farther into the woods.
"Seth if you leave me then I'll never forgive you!" I began to cry then the cries became sobs. I watched him through my blurry vision as he stopped mid-run. I knew if he stepped foot off the reserve onto the Cullens I would never see him again. Sam would ban me from ever seeing him again because he turned his back on the pack.
Jacob appeared behind a tree watching the whole situation."Seth, are you willing to go against your family, the pack, and your sister?"
Seth turned to Jacob with fire in his eyes. "If it's the right thing to do."
"You'd even turn your back on (Y/N)?"
Seth turned to me, staring into my eyes. It was like I didn't recognize him anymore. Those bubbly brown eyes of his were no longer the same.
"Like I said if it's the right thing to do."
My whole world stopped. Hearing those words come out of my lover's mouth felt like someone just gutted my heart out. My heart was telling me to say one thing while my brain was telling me to say another.
"Seth Clearwater, I hate you!" The words felt so wrong but so right at the same time. I turned my back to him so he wouldn't see me cry anymore.
"You don't mean that (Y/N)! You love me!"
I turned to him with pure hate in my eyes. "I can't love someone who's dead to me."
I ran as fast as my legs could take me. I heard him running after me screaming his voice cracking every time he called out to me. I never looked behind he was a traitor now and he said it to the world, his back was now turned on me.
*EOF*
I wiped the tears from my face as I drove farther off the reserve. Seth and I bond was stronger than any other relationship in the pack. We went from friends to lovers to enemies by force. Now I have to face him. It'll be the first time we've spoken in 2 months.
I got out of the car with my heart pounding profusely. I looked up at the house, Jasper, and Emmet stood at the door to greet me. I nodded to both of them then made my way to the living room. Jacob was sitting on the couch nervously shaking his leg while Bella was pacing back and forth. A piercing scream came out of nowhere. Everyone turned their attention upstairs to where the scream came from. I knew something was up when I saw Rosalie with a guilty expression on her face.
"What happened......why did that sound like Seth?" I didn't bother to sit nor make friends with them. I walk straight into the living room each step I took became bolder and bolder. I sat there staring at them but no one was talking so I decided to make my way upstairs where the scream came from.
Jacob ran to grab me before I could make it to where Seth was. I turned to glare at him as he tightened his grip around my arm."(Y/N)! Wait! Don't go up there not just yet....wait until Carlisle gives us the clear."
"Then tell me what happened to him, Jake."
Jacob sighed, "Listen Bella and I got into an argument things got a bit out of hand and Seth got hurt."
"How did Seth get hurt?"
"Bella accidentally threw him into a tree."
I shot a glare at Bella. "How do you accidentally throw someone into a tree!"
"(Y/N) I honestly didn't mean to. I'm so sorry I don't know what else to do." Bella walked over to me with an apologetic look. The glare that was cast upon my face never left.
I looked around at all the Cullens and Jake "None of you tried to stop her. You just let her throw someone who is so innocent and pure into a fucking tree."
I left without saying another word to them. The journey to the room felt so long but yet it was so short. I wiped my sweaty hands on my jeans before I knocked on the door. I heard groans from the other side of the door. My heart sank when I heard him scream again. The door opened revealing Carlisle and Esme, they were both smiling sweetly at me.
Esme hugged me which I gladly returned back. "(Y/N) it's so good to see you. I'm sorry that we had to meet again in unfortunate circumstances."
"I know, I would come to visit more often but my brother would have my head." I began to shift uncomfortably on my feet. I tried to peek behind them but Carlisle's tall built body blocked my way.
Carlisle coughed, "We're trying to make him as comfortable as possible but you can have a minute with him." He stepped aside letting me into the room. "We also gave him some morphine to ease the pain so he may be a tad bit sleepy."
I nodded my head before I entered the room. My gaze was fixed on the floorboard. I was too scared to look at him.
"(Y/N), I'm so happy to see you."
I gasped when I saw his bruised chest. I ran over to the side of the bed where he laid. The little skin that was showing was now purple, blue, and swollen the rest was covered with bandages. I went to touch his arm to comfort him but he pulled back screaming out in pain."Seth! Are you okay? Oh my god look at your chest!"
"(Y/N) you actually came!" I could tell from his eyes that he was still in disbelief that I was standing in front of him.
"Of course I would come." I began to run my hair through his hair trying to make him as comfortable as possible. I sat down near him being careful not to touch any of his body parts.
"I'm tired (Y/N)...please stay here until I wake up."
I jumped from the bed staring at him as if he had lost his mind. "There's no way I can stay here without Sam knowing that I am missing Seth, I have to go back."
He placed his bruised hand on top of mine trying to intertwine them. Seth had a genuine smile on his face, "Don't go, stay here. I'll deal with Sam once I wake up."
I sighed as I looked back and forth between the door and Seth. I didn't want to leave him but I couldn't afford Sam coming out here dragging me back home. Everyone would look at me with disgust if they smelled the Cullens on me.
"Seth I honestly don't know if this is the right thing to do."
"Trust me (Y/N) it's the right thing to do."
I laughed at his corny remark. I knew without asking him, that was our way of making up since the fight. Seth rolled the blankets off of him ushering me to get under. At first, I wanted to reject but I knew he would somehow convince me that it was okay. I rested my head on the pillow that was next to his. I immediately relaxed once I felt the heat from his body come upon mine.
Seth sighed, he tried to roll over to face me but I placed my hand on his cheek to stop him.
"What are you trying to do?"
He grunted, "I'm trying to apologize for what I said two weeks ago."
I placed a chaste kiss on his lips, he laughed sweetly then kissed me back.
"I guess I'm forgiven."
"I could never be mad at you Seth Clearwater."
If I was being honest with myself I was actually contradicting myself.  At first, I was really mad at him. I even went as far as to rip up our pictures. Now looking back I actually regret everything I said to him and did. "Seth I'm sorry too, I should have never said the things I said."
He laughed, "It's okay, I could never be mad at you (Y/N) (Y/L/N)"

Opposites attract (Paul Lahote x Reader) Chapter 4
Warnings: Swearing?
Word Count: 1.7k
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Life had a round about way of giving you what you had longed for all along.
You had spoke to Paul for hours up on the mountain side, the world around you quiet as the only thing you could focus on was him. You sat side by side, invisible sparks crackling between warm skin as he told you everything there was to know about your new found wolfiness. He reassured you that even though you were mates, it didn’t mean you had to feel pressured into anything, an imprint was there to be anything for their other half, a friend, a lover.. You shivered at the sound of being Paul Lahote’s lover, you had to stop yourself from pinching yourself a few times.
It was dark by the time you made the descent down the frosty mountain, in normal circumstances you would have most likely died of hypothermia by now, but as you’d established, life was anything but normal.
You were laughing at something Paul had said when you heard a twig snap in the distance, it caught Pauls attention to, he tensed, pushing you behind him. Your face scrunched against his back as a foul smell invaded your senses and that’s when it happened.
A flash of red hair was all it took for your body to start quivering.
—————————————————————————---------------
“So that was a vampire?” You were changing back into clothing, your other stuff shredded in the shift. “I thought they would look… less human?” Your nose scrunched up when you thought about the vampire stench that came off the one they called Victoria.
You looked towards Paul who was tense with a capital T. He was mad that he didn’t sense her approach sooner, hating the fact that you were newly shifted and still had much to learn about being a wolf. What if something had happened to you? Luckily the red headed vamp disappeared when you and Paul started chasing her, the pack had followed behind in a second, your link alerting them to the threat nearby.
You walked closer to him, scared that he might be too angry. His back was rippling and his muscles tensed. Your small warm hand reached up to touch the space between his shoulder blades and it was like magic. In an instant he relaxed as invisible electrical current crackled between your skin.
He turned slowly and looked down at you, his gaze warm and calm when he looked into your eyes. He took your hand and pulled you into him, your bodies colliding in a much needed embrace, his chin resting on the top of your head. You sighed and snuggled your face into his toned chest as his arms came around you like a cocoon of safety.
“Yes Y/N, that, was a vampire. The only reason she’s here is because of the fucking Cullens and their pet project.” You felt his jaw tense on the top of your head, your hands rubbing small circles on the lower part of his back.
“What do you mean their pet project?” You hadn’t found out about Bella yet and her involvement with the Cullens. Vampires were your natural enemy now, but some part of you still found it romantic that a blood sucking demon fell in love with a human. A human that you didn’t really know, had only met in passing when she was little and used to visit the Blacks. Since then, you’d never seen her again, but by the sounds of things, you’d be seeing her very soon.
Sam had agreed to helping the Cullens. The pack had a treaty with them but it was unheard of for Wolves and Vampires to help each other, at least that’s what you were told anyway, you were still trying to wrap your head around the fact that when you got angry a bushy tail would maybe appear.
Alice, one of the Cullens, could see the future? Honestly things were still feeling like a dream. Anyway, she could see the future and had a vision of a big bad newborn vampire army appearing from the watery depths below and invading forks. Naturally the Cullens would have handled it on their own if they could, but the numbers predicted were too many and they needed help. That’s where you guys came in. They would never see you coming.
“So were going to learn how to fight these newborns?” Paul had sat down while giving you the lowdown, his arms never leaving your waist, he just plopped you on his knee instead. You felt him tense again.
“Paul if you tense anymore you’re going to break a bone.” Your fingers found the back of his head, playing with and twisting the dark hair at the nape of his neck.
“You’re not going to learn to fight anything.” That made you halt your finger twirling. You looked at him with a scowl and he raised an eyebrow as if saying “try me.”
“Im a wolf like the rest of you now, just because i’m your soulmate doesn’t mean I shouldn’t know how to defend myself or learn how to.. you know… be a frikin wolf! What if you weren’t around and some vampire came about and boom, Y/N doesn’t know how to defend herself, then what?” You stood up from his lap, pacing slightly in front of him.
“I’ll never leave your side so you don’t have to worry about that babe.” That made your heart flutter but also angered you at the same time.
“As much as I love that Paul, it’s not realistic, what if Sam sends me off with other members of the pack or what if something comes up and you’re just not around? You can’t guarantee that you’ll always be around.” You watched Paul huff. Actually huff life a child would when they were told off.
“Awh come on you big baby, i’ll be fine!” You were interrupted by Sam and Emily coming through the door, Quil, Embry and Jake following behind, Leah coming in seconds after the rest.
“Who’s fine where, what?” Leah grabbed a cookie from a bowl Emily put out, she still want gotten over the feeling of betrayal when Sam left her to go to Emily, but you thought you saw a glimpse of… something there. Maybe she was getting used to being around them and the guys more. You’d like to think it would help now that you’d be around too, she had a confidant, a shoulder to lean on. You’d have to talk to her after, when you were both alone, find out if she was okay with everything going on. It’s not exactly like you could help it, but still, you wouldn’t be a good friend if you didn’t at least check in.
“Nothing, Paul is just worried about me learning to fight with the rest of you guys, you know, for the big, impending doom of the vampire army.” Sam frowned.
“I have to admit, I kinda agree with Paul on this one.” Leah stopped munching on her cookie when Sam finished his sentence. Embry and Quil looked around awkwardly and Jake wasn’t really paying too much attention.
“The training starts in two days and you’ve only just turned for the first time today, it might be too early for you to gain control over your wolf.”
You couldn’t believe Sam was siding with Paul. What the hell was the point of you turning and being chosen to be a Wolf, being told you’d have to give up everything you’d been working towards, for you to then be told you can’t fight and do what the fuck you were designed to now do.
“This is bullshit. I was perfectly fine being a normal girl, studying, working towards something I’d been dreaming of my whole life. Now this happens and you tell me i’m not ready. Whatever.” Leah stood at the same time you did, you heard Paul’s chair scrape back.
“Babe come on, it’s not like that.” You glared at him.
“Then what’s it like Paul, because i’m sure if I was a guy and didn’t have an imprint and the roles were reversed, i’d be training with the rest of you, newly shifted or not.” You grabbed your phone and house keys and made your way to the door, Leah walking beside you, most likely knowing exactly how you felt.
——————————————————————————————————
The next morning you woke to 20 missed calls and 40 texts, mostly from Paul a couple from Sam, one from Emily and even one from Jake. You snorted as you turned over in bed, noticing Leah sprawled out like a starfish, mouth hanging open, hair in every direction. Same old Leah.
You opened the message from Emily, wondering what she would have to say, she wasn’t someone you’d really spoke to before because of the whole love triangle but she seemed nice.
“I spoke to Sam about how unfair it was for you to miss out, all sorted ;)” .. what the hell did that mean?
Then you read the messages from Sam. “Training starts tomorrow at 8am, don’t be late, sorry about what happened the other day, i’m not used to having a pair of imprints in the pack.”
You could see where he was coming from. As the leader it was probably hard to always please everyone and Sam was obviously siding with Paul because he’d been part of his pack longer, friends when they were younger and he knew what it felt like to have the need to protect your mate. Still, they would just have to get used to it.
Leah soon woke and then left, pack duties. You would be put on duties soon enough, but first, you needed training. So that left you with a day of doing nothing, well, that was until you heard a knock on your.. bedroom window?
You grabbed the first thing that was closest to you for protection, a hairdryer. You hadn’t opened your curtains yet so couldn’t see what horror awaited, what if that red headed vamp followed you, but wait, wouldn’t you smell her? Or are your abilities not heightened enough yet? You got closer to the window when there was a knock again. The closer you got the happier you felt. Frikin Paul. Curtains pulled back, balcony door opened, your soulmate stumbled through wearing nothing but shorts.
“Babe, you’re a werewolf, were you seriously going to attack me with a hairdryer?"

Total Opposite (part 8)
Paul Lahote x Swan reader
Masterlist
Hi!! I'm back with Chapter 8! Sorry took so long hehehe hope you enjoy❤
Tumblr media
(Y/n) could never imagine that her boyfriend and friends try to kill Bella. They, out of people, the one who know about her close relationship with Bella, try to kill her sister.
She's been thinking to call Bella. But she's scared of what will happened next. So she decided to just call Seth and ask him about Bella.
"Well... she's not good.. but she'll be fine.. the Cullen always be there for her." He said over the phone. (Y/n) sigh. "What happened, (y/n)? I heard from Leah that something happened with you and Paul."
"Uhh.. it's actually the same problem like Jake.. you know.. regarding my sister..."
"Ohhhh.. i'm sorry.."
"Why say sorry? You didn't do anything wrong.. me and Paul just didn't agree on a same thing... it's okay.." (y/n) say softly to her best friend on the phone.
Seth sigh heavily. "He didn't hurt you right? He didn't phase in front of you right?" He frantically ask as (y/n) chuckle.
"No. He just shaking. There're the others to prevent it. It's okay, you don't have to worry. By the way, I hope i can see Bella. But i don't feel safe and comfortable around them.. the cullen." (Y/n) confess how much she miss her older sister. It's been a month, she think, that she hasn't meet Bella.
"Don't force yourself.. and there are me, Jake ans Leah to protect you. And besides, they won't hurt you. They are vegetarian, remember.." Seth always knows a way to comfort the young Swan and (y/n) glad that they are best friend.
"Well.. maybe after all of this is over. Me and Paul have to reconcile too. Seeing Bella with my condition, doesn't sound great at all."
Then she heard the voice of Jake calling Seth name from a far.
"Yeah, that's right. Well, i have patrol. Will talk to you again. Okay?"
"Yeah, text me okay? And tell Jake and Leah that i say hi." Seth hum and hang up.
(Y/n) feels a lot better after a talk with Seth. But the knot on her heart still there. She still feel hurt after the fight with Paul and the pack. She want to talk to him and reconcile. But she's scared. And she don't want to give up just like that. She want to teach Paul a lesson. He hurt her, he has to try to accept her decision. He know very well about her and Bella and how close them two.
She lay down on her bed, staring at the ceiling, deep in thought when her dad open the door.
"I'll go to the town. Want to come? You haven't go out since your fight with Paul." He said with a tone full of worry.
"No, thanks Dad.. maybe later." (Y/n) give him a small smile. Charlie nod his head, knowing that his daughter still need some time to collect her mind and heart.
"Call me if you need someting, okay? I will be home before 6." Then he close the door and go out.
As much as she love to be home alone, with the situation of supernatural things make her feel uneasy. She can's ask Seth or Leah. Heck, she can't even ask Emily. In this situation, she hate how her house is close to the forest. She decided to sit up and look out to the window, hoping that one of the boys have patrol around her house.
When she look out, she caught a glimpse of the wolf. But she can't tell which one since it's so dark. Part of her hope that it's Paul, but part of her hope it's someone else. But when the wolf walk closer to her house, she knows that it's Paul. His silver fur shine from the moonlight, making it more beautiful. His deep brown eyes meet her one, making her shiver.
Paul lay down closer to the house, watching her in full alert. Seeing how her boyfriend is watching her, make (y/n) feel safer. But the memories of how he and the pack want to kill her sister make her hurriedly close the curtain. She still can't look at him.
She decided to just doing her homework before she go to sleep.
~~
Paul keeps watching the house for days non stop. Sometimes Embry watch the house at afternoon. But Paul always keeps watch at night until dawn.
Today is the day where (y/n) finally can enjoy her day. She is sitting on the sofa, eating snacks while watching a movie. Charlie is at work, as always.
In the middle of her movie, the sound of someone in the front door make (y/n) turn her head in alert. She stand up and walk toward the window to look outside. There are Embry and Quil, standing in front of the door. She sigh, knowing very well what they want. So she walk back to sit on the sofa and enjoy the movie, doesn't care about the 2 wolves outside the house.
They knock, but (y/n) doesn't even give them a mind. She keeps continue watch the movie, until Embry speak up.
"Hey. We know you are in there. Please let us in! There's something we want to talk about!"
(Y/n) keeps silent.
"Come on, (y/n)! Please!" This time it's Quil who yell.
(Y/n) groan before she yell back. "What! I don't care anymore! Now leave!" Her mood crush down. She didn't want to watch the great movie she watched anymore. She just want to be alone.
"Please! This is about Paul! He need you!" Embry yelled while banging the door mercisely. But (y/n) being a stubborn woman doesn't even give them a mind. She walk up to her own room, locking the window and closing the curtain.
But even then, the boys has another idea. They barged into the house, breaking the door. Hearing the sound of door being broken make (y/n) readi to smack them with a bat on her hand.
"OW!!" Embry yelled in pain as (y/n) smack his head with a bat, strongly. Quil couldn't believe his eyes as he retreat slowly.
"Get out! Now! Before i call my Dad for breaking the house!" She yelled angrily, ready to smack him again.
Embry hold his hands up, trying to calm the girl. "Please, (y/n). Just this one. He really need you." He said in desperate.
(Y/n) snort. "Need me? Need me?! After what he had done?! Unbelievable! Do you think i will easily get back to him?! Or to all of you?! You try to kill Bella!" She didn't know why she cried. Tears just pours out from her eyes.
"He regret it deeply, (y/n).. he's been sick since you left. And he won't eat anything. We are worried about him..." Quil speak slowly, trying not to get into her nerves.
"Still no. Now get out. I won't be back to him until you all, the pack decided not to kill Bella. That's it. If you still manage to try to kill her, it's over. It'll be done with all of you, including Paul." (Y/n) shoved the boys out of her room, even her house, with a bat still in her hand. Of course Embry and Quil still not give up to persuade her to meet Paul and reconcile. But it's no use as (y/n) bang the door in front of their face and lock it.
Regret? So now he regret it? He didn't even think about the consequence when he try to kil Bella.
Feeling tired of the situation, she decided to call her mom and spend some times with her, until everything is over.
"What happened?" Rene ask with worried tone over the phone.
"Will tell you later... I.. I just want to be back with you and spend time with you, mom... i really need this.. please?" (Y/n) voice is shaking, ready to cry in no time. She's so tired. She just want to live a normal life for a while.
Rene sigh, knowing very well about her youngest daughter. "Okay. Tell Charlie okay? I'll be waiting for you at home. Be carefull, dear one."
After speaking to her mom, (y/n) call her Dad about it. He agreed immediately. "Go. Rene will help you. Okay?"
(Y/n) hurriedly purchase the earliest plane and get her things. She just pack her clothes and bring some book. She also call Seth about it. "Do you need me to take you to the airport?" He ask as he help me pack my things.
"No.. it's okay, Seth. Dad will take me. Sorry for bothering over this. I just... i just want to live a normal life for a while.. this is too much for me.. i don't feel safe.." (y/n) said as she take out some of her clothes and put it in her suitcase. Seth helping her with the books.
"I'll inform Bella about this. Do you want to tell Paul and the pack?"
"No. Don't. Just tell Jake and Leah. And of course Bella. And i don't know if i'll be back after all this over...." Seth frown.
"You will be leaving for good? What about Paul?? Didn't it hurt you two?" (Y/n) sit down on her bed, Seth following to sit beside his best friend.
"It hurt of course. But what he did really hurt me. I know it's excessive. But.. Bella... she means so much for me. I can't let her die... it's okay even if she get turn into vampire. But at least she's alive and i can see her. And the most painful thing is that they didn't even hesitate to kill her..." (y/n) sigh heavily.
Seth nod, looking at her. "If you miss me so much, call me. I'll go to see you. Okay?" (Y/n) smile listening to it. Seth is always a cheerfull guy. He always try to make me feel better despite the circumtance.
"Thankyou.. for always being there for me..."
~~
"Do you need anything?" Charlie ask (y/n) as they arrive at the airport.
"No. I'm fine.. thankyou, Dad..."
Charlie smile softly and hug her. "It's okay, dear.. as long as you are happy. Tell your mom i said hi. Get a full rest and enjoy it as long as you need. It's okay if you con't come back, I still can come see you."
After the hug, (y/n) get ready to go boarding. They hug for the last time and she receiving a goodbye kiss from Charlie before she leave. Sitting on the plane, she sigh. She knows sooner or later the boys will know. And of course Paul will do everything in his power to reach her and get her. She decided not to think further of it and just enjoy her quality normal life with her mom.
On the other side, Sam's pack has been restless. Bella's due date is almost there. Sam can't even rest his mind for a single bit. He think about Paul and (y/n) condition, and the Bella thing. He knows that when they decided to keep trying to kill her, (y/n) will never back and even forgive them. This will be bad for Paul. But he just can't let that baby do something horrible affer they are born. They almost kill Bella on the way.
The night comes.
Bella is in labor. Paul is watching the Cullen, despite his protest. As soon as Jake is running out of the house, crying, he know that Bella is dead. So he retreat and head back to inform Sam.
Billy try to stop Sam from doing what he want to do. Aa soon as they know that Bella didn'f make it, Sam immediately decided to fight the Cullen to kill the baby. It's getting out of hands.
Sam's packs are fighting the Cullen and Seth and Leah, when Jacob running in between them to stop. He even shift to talk with Sam.
Suprisingly, Jacob imprinted on Bella's daughter, Renesmee. Sam can't do anything about it. He can't kill her. That's against the law. So he and his pack retreat. But before they get to fully leave, Jacob inform that they didn't regret what they did. Because (y/n) surely won't come back.
"What do you mean?" Paul asked as he heard Sam's thought.
"She's back to Phoenix, living with her mom. Once she heard that you still tried to kill Bella, she won't forgive all of you and she won't come back. That's what she told us before she left. You knew about the consequence, Sam. But you still did it. You knew that the baby wasn't a harm to anyone, but you still tried to killed it. And now, see what have you done. To Paul, to (y/n), to us. I don't mind about us, but think about how hurt (y/n) will be when she knows. Just prepared yourselves then." Jacob said to Sam in warning tone, before he with Leah and Seth leave them.
Sam couldn't believe his ears. (Y/n) leave?
"What?!" Paul yelled in shock after he heard that his imprint leave. "Sam! Tell me!"
"Let's get back first and change." He and rest of his pack retreat. Paul forcefully follow him.
Once they back to Emily's and shift, Paul immediately ask Sam. "What do you mean that (y/n) leave?!"
"Jacob told me that (y/n) leave to meet is mom in Phoenix. She leave a week ago. Seth said that she want to have short normal life with her mom, that she's tired of all of this. She didn't feel safe at all. And there's a chance that she won't be back here anymore. And knowing that we tried to killed Bella... make things worse between us and (y/n)..." Paul couldn't believe at what Sam had said.
She leave just like that? She didn't feel safe? Why? Why did she just give up like that?
"I.. i have to see her! I have to ask her! I.. she can't leave!" Paul yelled angryly and feel hurt, then he leave. He have to see her no matter what. He feel so guilty for hurting her to this extent. He didn't imagine that (y/n) dare to leave him.
Jared and Embry go with Paul, for mental support. "Make sure he or she didn't do anything stupid. Make sure you two help them.." Sam said as they all in the airport, waiting.
"Of course. Don't worry Sam. We will do our best." Jared said.
When they heard that they need to get ready to board the plane, Paul without second thought leave first. Jared and Embry follow him after. Sam just hope that Paul and (y/n) can reconcile faster and make the best decision. He hope that (y/n) will back to Paul.

Stardew Valley Headcannons : Perfect Valentines Date
(2/2) NSFW
Bachelorettes
Abigail : An adventure date. She hates planned dates, preferring to fly by the seat of her pants, but she’s willing to make an exception for valentines, and boy will she put everything she has into it. So are you really gonna be surprised when she bursts through the bedroom door, map in hand, saying that she hid your valentines gift in the deepest part of this cave, and you have to go on an expedition to find it? She’d have scoped the cave out previously, and of course there would be a *few* monsters to slay, but what she’s really after is the deep crystal pool at the bottom to go diving for gems (your gift, take your pick), and the mannnny dark, secluded hideaways that are perfect for some nefarious deeds ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Emily : A peaceful date. Emily loves the spirituality and sexuality of Valentines, so she plans to expose it all on this day (in more ways than one). Don’t expect to get any morning farm work done that day, because she’s waking your butt up before dawn so that you can take a hike up the mountain to see the sunrise together. She’d lay out her yoga mats for some meditation, but not before she’d ask her partner to strip down with her (“ you’ll absorb the suns rays better this way! “ she tried to convince you). Mediation turns to yoga, yoga turns to twister, you get the idea. Finish off the morning with some hot tea, soaking in the vibrations of this beautiful meditative experience, getting lost for hours at the raw, primordial beauty of untouched nature and the human body.
Haley : A jetset date. Would absolutely require her partner to plan the date, because she is a princess and lovely and she d e s e r v e s it, okay? Quality time and thoughtful gifts are her love language, so a getaway weekend to somewhere new is everything. Tropical beach? Yoba, she loves the ocean. Historic city? Shit, you better bring extra batteries for her camera. Cottage-core folk town? Just put some flowers in her hair and she is r e a d y. Get ready for some explicit PDA - foreign edition. Just be sure to fill her beautiful mind up with some flattery and professions of love and reassurance, and she will be down for anything you two can fantasize.
Leah : A unique date. Leah and her farmer are all about that ‘mutually independent and equally yoked’ life, so Valentines is just another date that they split the planning - Leah takes the afternoon, and the farmer takes the evening. Because these two are date night conissuers, they pull ideas from out of the box. They’ve done the picnics, the moonlit walks, the naked painting (that one was a blast), so somethin *different* that only you two would find fun is what’s in store. Does searching through a dusty shop full of antiques in search of treasures sound romantic? It sure does when Leah is right up in your business behind every turn, telling enchanting stories of the items past lives, imagining the adventures and secrets that they hold, her whispers sending chills through the buzzing air. Once the afternoon began to cool and the sun starts to set, you’d treat her to something where she can get dressed up, relax, and a bit tipsy (honestly what else is the point of Valentines)- how about wine tour hopping? Combining the best of nature, food, and drink, Leah is just all too happy to experience everything all at once-no more settling in life, she wants it all. So be prepared to give your all to her.
Maru : An anti valentines date. Maru is pretty happy to just coexist with her partner most days, and doesn’t need a reason or a day to celebrate their friendship and love. She’d of course play along if the farmer were to plan something that they wanted to do, but if it were up to her, she would just want to spend time with her farmer doing something enriching- that new modernist music museum across town, that botany specialty store in The Valley you found last month picking out a new house plant, or that alternative expressionist ballet performance debuting- anything, as long as it’s the week before or free valentines. You won’t catch her dead in those crowds, no way, no how.... buuuut if you wanted to do SOMEthing on the 14th, she wouldn’t mind it if you gave her something small and meaningful (she’d totally be one of those people to want a star gifted to her), but only if you’re at home, and if you’re cuddled under the blankets with her and vibing to her favorite record with her. She also wouldn’t mind if you were to wake her up in the middle of the night because he HAD to go look at the telescope RIGHT NOW for reasons that may or may not include the fact that she absolutely is glowing under the moonlight.
Penny : An “I never do this kinda thing” date. The town knows Penny as a sweet, shy, modest little mouse, so when Valentines rolls up she decides to surprise her partner and finally find the courage to put on something just a little too deep cut, way too short, and oh so scandalous for the first time. When the farmer walks in the house, they are shocked to say the least (it takes everything in them to not fall to their knees, weak). When Penny, embrazened, says “take me dancing”, the farmer is all too happy to abandoned their former plans of a simple dinner and movie. Out to a brand new city, where anonymity is the star, Penny is free to let her hair down and go a little wild. If her Valentines could be described in two word phrases : Hot breath. Glistening sweat. Carefree abandon. Head turning.

My Imprint (Part 3)
Part 1 ~ Part 2 ~ Part 3 ~ Part 4
A couple of weeks later, and Jacob was still terrified of this pull he felt towards Sam's niece. He hid it from everyone, masking it with thoughts of Bella when he was running with the pack. They started to make fun of him and his "crush". It must have been his imagination, but (y/n) seemed to get upset whenever Bella was mentioned. Soon enough, Bella figured out the story of the Quileute pack and everything went back to semi-normal. Sure, he was a werewolf and they hunted vampires, and he had imprinted on a girl he barely knew, but at least he had his best friend, the girl he had loved before he shifted, by his side. Another day in the garage and conversation came around to the newly shifted pack members, Seth and Leah Clearwater. He told her about the "triangle", how Sam left Leah for Emily.
"Yeah, well it wasn't like that. Sam hates himself for hurting Leah. But Emily was The One," he replied after she had made it sound despicable.
"Yeah, I guess it sort of chooses you sometimes," she agreed, but Jacob shook his head.
"No, it's more than some crush, Bella. Sam imprinted on Emily," she gave him a confused look.
"Do I even wanna know what that is?" He took his time answering, trying to figure out the best way to describe the complicated mass of feeling to her.
"Imprinting on someone is like..." he sighed, thinking of (y/n) almost automatically. "like when you see her, everything changes. All of a sudden, it's not gravity holding you to the planet... it's her. Nothing else matters. You would do anything, be anything for her." Bella looked down at her shoes.
"Sounds like you know the feeling," Bella glanced back up at him. He gulped, his mind travelling to (y/n) once more. "Have you... imprinted on someone?" She sounded almost scared of the answer, in case he had imprinted on her. Because then, she wouldn't be able to choose between him and Edward, and it would hurt both of them.
"Yes," he was still staring into thin air, not really seeing anything in that room.
"Who...?"
"Trust me, you'd know if it was you," he reassured her, his eyes focusing back to where he was. She sighed and smiled a little. This was perfect. She had both Edward and Jake in her life, and nothing could change that.
"Tell me about her," she prodded. His face morphed into an involuntary smile.
"(y/n) Uley. Sam's niece. She's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She goes to my school, but she's the quiet girl no one really notices. The only reason people know her is because she got scratched up pretty bad in a wolf incident. She's badass, she can cook, she's just... perfect. But..." he trailed off. Bella was the first person he told any of this to.
"What's the problem? If you've imprinted, doesn't that mean 'happily ever after'?"
"You'd think, wouldn't you?" he laughed at himself. " But I've never spoken to her before. I mean, I didn't even know her real name until I met the whole pack. Before, we all just called her scar-head. I'm just... scared. Terrified, actually. What if she doesn't accept it? What if she's disappointed? She's so perfect and I'm... not."
"I doubt she'd be disappointed," Bella reassured him. "But you'll never know unless you tell her. Have you at least told Sam?" He looked at the ground.
"No..."
"How do you hide it from the wolf telepathy thing?"
"I- uhm. I think of you?" He flushed a bright red from embarrassment.
"You... what?"
"Well, before, I had this supermassive crush on you, so it's normal for me to constantly think about you while I'm a wolf." She laughed, and her laughter brought his out as well. But neither of them knew that (y/n) had come looking for him. She wanted to get to know him, especially as ever since they officially met, she's been feeling this inexplicable pull towards him. She noticed Bella's truck parked out the front and made her way quietly and directly to the garage where she had no doubt they were, only to spot Jacob and Bella sitting together on the messy garage floor. They were laughing, and he had this gleam in her eye when he looked at her. Holding back tears that she didn't quite know why were falling, she ran all the way back home, flopped face first down into the mattress and cry her eyes out to Titanic and a few Disney movies until the guys came home. Then, she put on the hard façade and went to cook for them,

Surrender
Tumblr media
Paul x Reader short story with the song “Surrender” by Natalie Taylor
Y/n = your name, Y/l/n = your last name, y/h/(t)(c) = your hair (type) (color),  y/e/c = your eye color
 ***
“You can’t hide from her forever Paul. It will consume you. You can’t stay away from her, no matter how hard you try.” Sam said to Paul in front of the whole pack. They all found out the infamous Paul Lahote just imprinted on a girl from Forks. Jake brought her and Bella by one day and Paul just happened to leave Billy’s when he saw her.
“Fuck you, Sam! Just watch. I won’t end up like you and stay trapped in something as sad as imprinting.” Paul argued back. Sam took no offense to it. He knew, just like everyone else, that Paul was going to cave, and they’ll be there to help him through it. So, no one stopped him when he ran and shifted towards the woods.
We let the waters rise We drifted to survive I needed you to stay But I let you drift away My love, where are you? My love, where are you?
Paul ended up at Y/n house in Forks. He wasn’t sure how he knew where she lived but while hiding, he saw her in the kitchen making food for herself and her family with her grandmother. He couldn’t help but watch the y/h/c y/h/t imprint of his laugh and help her grandmother. In his wolf form, he laughed to himself imagining him with them. It was something he craved since childhood. Never receiving that type of love and affection before made him wonder for a second if he’d receive the same thing if he gave in.
But it was only for a second. He shook the thought, growled, and backed away. It was almost like she knew someone was watching her, did she look out the window, unknowing to her, and looked at him straight in the eyes. She knew she was looking at something—it didn’t scare her—but she couldn’t tell what it was. She turned her attention back to her grandmother and put whatever it was in the back of her head. Paul took his chance to leave and go elsewhere. Anywhere away from her.
Whenever you’re ready (Whenever you’re ready) Whenever you’re ready (Whenever you’re ready) Can we, can we surrender Can we, can we surrender I surrender
Weeks had passed, Jacob had fully shifted and abandoned Bella and Y/n. At this point, Paul was out of control. He snapped at everything. If you looked at him too long, if you sneezed too hard if a cat meowed. He would snap. Sam had, had enough of his bullshit. He pulled him to the side to talk to him.
“Damnit Paul stop this shit! Just go to her! Talk to her! No one said you had to be more than friends.” That just pissed him off more. The thought of not being Y/n anything more than friends pissed him off. But being with you did too.
“Why? So, I can be some love-sick puppy?! Fuck that!” He spat.
“It's better than damn nearly killing everyone! Look around Paul! Look at what is the consequences of your action. Without her, you’re not yourself! We all can see it!” Sam looked defeated. “You’re better than this Paul. You said you want to work on your anger, watch what happens when you are near her. You’ll be better in an instant. I can guarantee you that.” He said softly to the hot-headed wolf.
“I’m not a child Sam.” He backed away, “so don’t fucking treat me like one. I can fix my temper on my own. Watch me!” Sam knew what he had to do at that moment when Paul ran. He couldn’t allow this to keep happening.
No one will win this time I just want you back I’m running to your side Flying my white flag, my white flag My love, where are you? My love, where are you?
“Thank you for doing this Y/n. You have no idea how much this will help the boys and their grades.” Y/n smiled at Emily.
“It’s no problem. I’m pretty good at history and English, and I know if Bella would have come, she’d help with the math and science.” You told her, driving in her car to her house. “although, I don’t think Jake would pay mind if she was there.” Y/n gave Emily a knowing look. You both laughed and continued talking along the way.
You were emptying your stuff when you heard Sam and who you knew was Paul. You didn’t see him much when you were in the area with Jake and Bella. But when you did, your heart would skip a beat. You didn’t know what it was about this man, but you could do nothing but think about him. It was the main reason you’d take trips up to the beach by yourself. You did it to get away but also to catch a glimpse of him. But every time you came by, he’d rush to leave. Which left you confused as to why you were tutoring the guys and not someone else.
“Sam, it wasn’t my fault that Embry ran into that tree-” Paul stopped mid-sentence at the sound of your laughter and your fragrance. Pomegranate Mango bath wash with a citrus perfume. Before he could react, Emily spoke.
“Paul! Did you push Embry into a tree, again?” Emily said, scowling at him playfully. Y/n just smiled at her and looked up at Paul. Eyes connecting, stomach flipping, and hearts skipping a beat. All issues and situations, anger and hostilities, sadness, and depression, washed away from him.
“Hey, Paul.” Y/n gave a slight wave and smile. It was then, that Paul surrendered to her. Imprint or not, he wanted her near. For now, and forevermore. He would protect her, even if it killed him.
Whenever you're ready (Whenever you're ready) Whenever you're ready (Whenever you're ready) Can we, can we, surrender Can we, can we, surrender I surrender Oh, I surrender
Paul thinks back on that day and is constantly thankful for what they did. Now he’s watching his beautiful wife rock their third child to sleep. Flora Rylie Lahote was a small little thing. She was a known daddies’ little girl. The only reason she was in Y/n arms was the sole purpose of feeding. Otherwise, she’d be in her father’s arms.
Y/n turns around to notice her husband watching her. She smiles at him and he walks up to her. Wrapping his arms around her waist kissing her softly on her forehead.
“Whatcha’ thinking about babe?” She asks softly, trying to not wake up baby Flora.
“Nothing. Just admiring my beautiful wife.” She smiles and rolls her eyes but says nothing.
“You know, we should try for baby number four,” Paul says, Y/n looks up at him and side-eyes him.
“How about no. I think a family of five will suffice.”
“But I thought you hated odd numbers.”
“I also hate olives, but I ain’t trying to eat them, now am I?”
“That doesn’t make any sense…. How did you correlate having a child to make an even number family, to olives?”
“Let’s not worry about that, shall we?” Flora starts to stir at the sound of people talking.
“Well, it looks like daddy is needed.”
“By who? You or Flora?” Saying with a cheeky smile.
“Highly inappropriate. But to answer, both.” Y/n says handing baby Flora over to Paul.
2 years later
“DAMNIT PAUL!” a choir of “oooh’s” echo through by everyone in Emily’s house from the front door.
“Daddy’s in trouble,” Flora says. Little Paul and Pax grab Flora to get out of their moms’ way. Knowing that their mother just might kill him.
“I didn’t do it, I swear!” The pack watching quietly on the side. Embry, coincidentally grabbing popcorn, watching the show of the year goes down.
“Oh, I’m about 100% sure you did.” In comes Y/n with something in her hand. She throws it at Paul’s head, and it bounces off his large head and onto the floor.
“Ouch!”
“Oh, shut up, that didn’t hurt! What will hurt is me castrating you!” All the guys grabbed themselves at the tone of her voice. You can see the girls in the background holding in their laughter.
“What’s cas-wanting?” Flora says.
“It’s where daddy is in trouble,” Leah says. Flora just laughs and Paul looks hurt at his daughter's betrayal.
“Just tell me what’s wrong babe.”
“Look at the damn evidence Paul Lahote.” Y/n says fuming. He reaches down to grab the object. Noticing instantly what it was and what as on it.
It was a pregnancy test…with two lines. She was pregnant. They were pregnant. He starts smiling looking up at her.
“Oh, don’t you DARE start smiling! We said no more!”
“Technically, you said no more, I said one more.” I choir of “fuck” and “dumbass” was heard throughout the room.
“You’re getting a vasectomy.”
“Ha! Paul’s getting neutered! OUCH! KIM! What was that for?”
“Keep it up, and you’re next.”
“Baby lets be reasonable about this. It’s the Universe saying we are great parents and we needed just one more kid.”
“After this, no more. I’m serious, I’ve already made an appointment for your vasectomy. End of discussion.”
“Come on babe!”
“What’s a vac-test-amy?” Oh, Flora… why must you be so cute?

“Natural” - Chapter 5 - Embry Call x Reader
Tumblr media
Bonfire
“(Y/N)!” Seth says excitedly from the log he was sitting on, jumping up to come over.
“Hey Seth.” I smile, hugging him as Embry took the cookies from my hand.
“Welcome back. We all missed you, especially Embry.” He elbows me in the side jokingly.
“You’re all Embry thought about, all the time.” Paul teases, nudging Embry before running further down the beach.
I look at Embry with a questioning look.
“We can hear each other’s thoughts in wolf form.” Jacob whispers to me.
I look at him, nodding in surprise, mouthing a “wow.”
“I missed you all. I’m so happy to be back.” I look around, seeing Leah sitting on the log.
“Hey, Leah. How are you?” I ask.
“Well, you know. Dealing with all these jackasses. The usual.” She smirks.
“Fair. Let’s hang out soon and catch up. I’m sure you need a girl’s day soon.” I smile.
“That could be fun, they drive me mad.” She nods, giving a soft smile.
Jacob looks at me surprised, flashing me a set of worried eyes.
I return the look with one of questioning, I’ve always been cool with Leah. She was great. Something to ask about later, noted.
Embry opens the container and begins taking cookies, then the rest of them devoured the cookies quicker than I thought possible. Embry himself put seven away before I finished my first one.
“Easy there, killer.” I joke.
From what I recognize to be Emily walks over with a tray of sandwiches and s’mores stuff, earning the hands from everyone grabbing something off the tray.
A tall man walks closely behind her, I assume this to be Sam.
“You must be (Y/N), I’m Sam.” He walks over, smiling at me and reaching his hand out for me to shake.
“Hi Sam, nice to meet you.” I smile back.
“It’s a pleasure to meet the girl that my pack speaks so fondly of.”
“Likewise, they all speak very highly of you.”
My mind suddenly raced back to a little over a year ago.
“(Y/N), I don’t want to be next. I don’t understand what happened to Embry… to Jake. I’m so scared.”
“Quil, I don’t understand. What’s going on?”
“Jake and Embry won’t talk to me anymore, they’re different.” His voice cracks over the phone.
I too noticed the difference in Jacob and Embry, less phone calls. Less texts. Less video chatting. But overall I still heard from them regularly. I don’t know why they would abandon Quil.
“What, where did all this come from?”
“Sam. Sam Uley.” His shaky voice speaks through the phone.
And suddenly it all made sense. It made sense why soon after that conversation, they seemed to resolve their issues-- without any further explanation to me.
I snap back to reality as Sam let go of my hand and I was met with a welcoming hug from Emily.
I hugged her back, feeling her sweet and caring nature through the embrace.
We pull apart and I’m met with the feeling of Embry’s hand on my lower back, lighting my senses on fire.
The sun was starting to set, so Jacob and Embry took over lighting the fire.
I took the opportunity to sit and talk with Leah,
“So, how’s La Push been treating you?” I ask.
“It’s been better. It’s been pretty tough.” She gives me a sad smile.
“I know, I’m sorry. I am. I’m really sorry for everything you’ve been going through.” Both of us turn our attention to Emily and Sam.
“Thanks. Everyone else seems to get annoyed by it.” She scoffs.
“What?” I turn to her with wide eyes, filled with shock.
She looks at me, disappointed in her face.
“Apparently it’s annoying that I’m mad about it because Sam can’t control it.” She shrugs, Seth sitting next to her placing a hand on her shoulder.
“It doesn’t matter if he can’t control it. Of course you’re mad-- you’re upset. You have every right to be. Is it Jacob?” I ask.
“Thanks, (Y/N). It’s nice to have someone rational around here. Of course it’s Jacob.” She scoffs.
“What a hypocrite.” I huff.
“Exactly.”
“I’m sorry, Leah. I can talk to him if you want, remind him he’s not far from your position at all.” I look over at Jacob, who can clearly hear me, eyeing me from the side.
“It’s fine, he can hear you now. He knows what you think.” She smirks.
“Well, now you have another girl here. It’s been a while since we talked but I hope we can be good friends.” I smile at her.
She nods, smiling a bit. Leah cared and I knew it. Though she was a woman of few words, her feelings were apparent in her actions, I knew she enjoyed my company as much as I enjoyed hers. She was fun, but knew when to calm it down. She knew what she wanted, she knew her worth. Leah was stronger than most, I can’t imagine seeing someone I thought I would marry one day drop all feelings for me and end up proposing to my cousin. Let alone to have to see him every day, following his orders, and to have that mind link.
The more I thought, the more I thought about how she needs a friend. I felt for her. She deserved better, and I would help her find better.
Embry soon joined us, sitting on my other side and wrapping his arm around me.
“Hey guys.” He smiles.
“Hey.” Leah mumbles, in her slightly sour mood.
“Hey, Emrby.” Seth smiles.
“Does Sunday work? We can get food or something? Or hang out at my house? Give you a break from all this?” I offer.
“Yeah, that sounds like fun.” She smiles.
“Can I co-” Embry and Seth begin.
“Nope. Sorry.” I smile.
Embry pouts and Seth looks a bit disappointed, but I saw Leah’s appreciation in her eyes.
“We can all do something another day. Leah needs a break from testosterone. Em, you and I will be together the rest of the weekend, don’t forget.” I smile at him.
“You’re right.” He kissed my temple.
“Okay, it’s time for them to talk.” He whispers in my ear.
The elders sat around, explaining the legends from the beginning.
The story about the third wife was one that stuck with me since I was a child. What a courageous woman. It’s crazy to hear all of these stories again, now knowing that they were no longer legends-- but real history. I was mesmerized by Billy’s words just as much as I was over a decade ago.
Soon after, we returned to the light banter and roasting of marshmallows.
“So how was Texas, (Y/N)?” Seth asks excitedly.
“I hated it. I really did.” I laugh.
“Dang, I’m sorry. At least you’re back, though.” He smiles at me.
“I know, I’m so happy to be back with everyone.” I smile.
Embry pulls me closer into his side.
“I’m so happy to hold you again, I’m so happy you’re back.” He whispers into my ear, sending shivers up my spine.
I turn around and press a kiss to his cheek, smiling like an idiot as I pull away.
“Yuck!” Quil comes over, beginning to wrestle with Embry.
“Damn it, Quil.” Embry says, falling into the sand behind him.
I heard them rustling, Embry quickly overpowering Quil as they continued.
I look down at them, shaking my head and laughing to myself.
“My money’s on Quil.” I heard a voice belonging to none other than Jake.
“Oh, you’re on. Five bucks Quil taps out.” I scoff.
“You got it, chief.” He laughs.
“Em, don’t mess this up. I got money on this.” I chuckle.
“So, you and Leah are gonna be buddies?” He laughs.
“Listen, you guys are more alike than you think. Stop being a dick to her.” I scold.
“I’m not being a dick, I just don’t know what else to say. Try having your own pent up anger plus that in your mind almost every day.” He shakes his head.
“She can say the same thing, but she doesn’t. Just try to have some compassion.” I reason.
“Alright Dr. Phil, I’ll work on it.” He laughs.
“Ow! Jesus Embry chill!” We hear Quil exclaim from behind us.
“Hand it over, Jake.” I put my hand out as Jake pulls a five out of his pocket, handing it over.
“Damn it, Quil.” He mumbles.
I laugh as Embry joins my side once again, behaving kind of like a magnet.
The elders left the beach, off to do their own thing. Soon Sam and Emily followed. Leaving Embry, Jake, Paul, Jared, Quil, Leah, Seth and myself left at the beach.
“What should we do now, guys?” Seth asked.
“We can play games at my house.” I offer. “That sounds like fun.” Seth beams.
Everyone nods in agreement and we head back to my house in Forks.
I drove with my usual group, allowing everyone else to follow me back to my house.
I open my door and see my dad sitting on the couch, watching TV.
“Hey, dad.” I smile.
“What’s up, (Y/N)? Hello Embry, Quil, and Jake.” He smiles.
“The rest of them are coming, too. Game night.” I smile at him.
“Oh, cool. I haven’t seen everyone in a while. I’ll say hi but I’m gonna head to bed, I have work in the morning. Try not to be too loud.”
“Okay, you got it.”
“So, Embry.” My dad begins, walking over to him, wrapping his arm around his shoulder and leading him into the kitchen.
“Great.” I sigh, looking at Embry as he turns his head, eyes about to pop out of his skull.
Jacob and Quil look at me, eyes also widening and stifling their laughs.
I heard the rest of everyone talking outside the door, I swung it open to let them in.
“Hey, (Y/N)!” A chorus of voices ring through my ears.
“Hey, come on in. Take a seat.” I nod over to the couches behind me.
They all shuffle in, sitting around my living room. Jake turns the TV on and I grab the board games from my room, bringing them downstairs.
“Is he still in there?” I ask Quil.
“Yeah, it’s going well.” He laughs at me.
“Oh I forgot you can hear, fill me in.” I laugh.
“We can all hear.” Jared reminds me, smiling.
I shake my head, realizing how much of this I would have to get used to.
“Well, what game should we play?” Leah asks.
“I wish we could do monopoly, there’s just too many of us.” I shrug.
“We can do teams.” Seth offers up.
“That could work, it just might get intense.” I warn, smiling at the thought.
Embry walks back into the living room, my father walks up the stairs after bidding us all a goodnight.
“Welcome back.” I smile awkwardly.
His eyes never broke mine, seemingly of excitement but also nervousness.
“How was it?” I ask.
“It went well. Normal dad things, I think. We caught up on life, then he told me about how he feels about this happening.” He spoke lowly to me, trying to give the illusion of privacy.
Thankfully, everyone else talked amongst themselves, also being considerate to my feelings.
“What did he say about it?” I whisper.
“That he’s happy it’s me, he’s happy about it. Still gave me the stereotypical dad rundown though, even though he and I both know I don’t need it.” He smiled, kissing my temple once again.
“That’s great.” I smile, leaning into his side.
We split up the teams and prepared for blood.
Jared chose Paul, a dangerous combo. Leah and Seth paired up, Jake and Quil, leaving Embry and I as the last team. To say this was a competitive bunch was an understatement. There was a lot of discussion, a lot of yelling and frustration, cheating accusations, and cheating attempts. After about two hours, Leah won after building on every property she could, destroying everyone in her path.
“Ha.” She smirks. “Unreal.” Paul scoffs.
Everyone had their little disagreements, but thankfully no blood spilled. It was a great time.
At about midnight, we decided to call it a night.
I walk everyone out, but Embry stays behind once again as Paul’s phone began to ring.
“Hello?” He answers on the front porch.
“Why is Emily calling so late?” Jared asks.
“We’re coming.” Paul speaks into the phone, serious tone quickly taking over.
“What’s up?” Jared asks.
“Sam picked up on something, you and I are patrolling with him.” He nods at Jared.
“I’ll come, too.” Jacob decides.
“You guys are taking over later.” Paul looks at Seth and Leah.
“Embry, be ready. You’ll join them at 4 if we still don’t get anything or need your help.” Paul looks at him.
“Okay.” He looks Paul in the eye, nodding in agreement.
I look up at everyone, seeing how quickly things can change for them.
And then it hit me, that meant there was a vampire running around.
Fear instilled in my body, freezing me in my tracks.
“Don’t worry, bean. Nothing’s gonna happen to you.” Embry noticed my discomfort, trying to help me feel better.
“But I don’t want any of you to get hurt.” I say meekly.
“(Y/N), don’t worry. We got this, it’s what we’re made to do.” Jacob nudges me.
“Nothing’s gonna happen to us. Nothing’s gonna happen to you. You gotta see us in action one day.” Paul smiles.
“No, she doesn’t.” Embry says quickly.
“I mean, I feel in the dark. I kinda wanna see what goes on. Maybe not in action but...” I trail off.
“Maybe.” Embry looks down at me.
“Good luck.” I say to Paul and Jared before they took off into the woods.
Everyone parts ways, but Embry follows me up into my room until it’s his turn to patrol.
I lay in my bed, patting the spot next to me. Embry walks over and lays in the spot next to me, pulling me into his chest.
“Bean?”
“Yeah?”
“You know I wouldn’t let anything happen to you, right?”
“Of course. I know.” I inhale his scent, feeling serenity take over.
“I won’t let anyone touch you. Ever. I’m gonna be perfectly safe, we work as a pack. We’re much faster, stronger, and most vampires don’t know that we even exist. I want you to know, you’re safe.” He kisses my forehead.
“You do make me feel safe, Embry.” I nuzzle my face into the crook of his neck.
“Your heart is still racing.” He chuckles.
“I know, I still feel safe with you… I just worry about you. I need to know you’re safe. This feeling goes both ways.” My words barely above a whisper.
“I’ll show you, we can handle ourselves. Don’t worry about us.”
“I love you, Embry.”
“I love you, too (Y/N). Try to sleep tonight. I’ll stay with you until you fall asleep, and tomorrow I’ll check on you, or you can check on me.” He chuckles softly.
I nod into his chest.
His warm hands held me, one rubbed circles in my back and the other ran fingers through my hair. His warmth radiated, making me fall into a deep slumber.

Just a Phase | Jared Cameron x Male!Reader
Fandom: Twilight
Pairing: Jared Cameron x Male!Reader
Summary: Jared and (M/N) had been friends since diapers. However that all changed one day when Jared left him to go play nice with Sam Uley. When Jared imprints on his best friend he realizes he might be too late.
Tumblr media
(M/N) had moved to La Push with his family when he was really little. He barely remembers what his life was like before the move. He does however remember the first day he met Jared Cameron, his best friend.
The day had been like any other day. However it was a little colder than normal. (M/N) was playing with some toys in his room when his parents called him to come greet some guests. When he arrived in the living room saw a nice woman talking to his parents and a young boy about his age.
“(M/N) this is Mrs.Cameron and her son Jared. Maybe you and Jared can go and play with your toys in your room while we talk?”
(M/N) nodded and smiled at the boy. “I have some legos and action figures. C’mon!”
The two raced to (M/N)’s room. “Okay. What do you want to play? We can play-”
Before he could finish his sentence, Jared ran past him and started playing with a lego set. “You have the lego millenium falcon! I’ve wanted it forever but mom says it’s too expensive.”
“Yeah I got it as a birthday present from my grandma.”
Jared lifted the ship off the ground and started to pretend it was flying through space. “Wwhhooosshh. Blam! Pew pew pew!”
(M/N) grabbed a small action figure ship and started to pretend it was chasing Jared’s ship. “I’m gonna get you!”
“Oh no we’ve been hit! We’re going down!” Jared went to pretend like the ship was crashing, however he accidentally tripped and sent the lego ship shattering on the ground. Breaking into tiny pieces. “Whoops. Sorry.”
(M/N) felt a little sad, but it was only a matter of time until that happened. “It’s okay, it can be rebuilt. Hey! Do you want to help rebuild it with me!?”
Jared’s sad face immediately became a large grin. “Yes!”
The two spent the rest of their time together rebuilding the ship and by the time Jared had to leave it was fixed. The two had become inseparable ever since.
“Hey (M/N) wait up!”
(M/N) stopped and turned around. He watched as Jared ran towards him. He looked like he had just woken up from a nap, which he probably did since his last class was math. Finally Jared caught up to him and fixed his backpack which hadn’t been fully zipped causing papers to fly out. “How was math?” (M/N) said while helping pick up the papers.
“Oh you know-math. Equations and all that.”
“You fell asleep.”
“I fell asleep.”
The two started to walk out of the school. Of course in Washington fashion the weather was muggy. The sky was cloudy and it was cold, couldn’t ask for more sunny days?
“So Sam still isn’t back yet. I wonder what’s going on with him.” Jared stated. His worry was showing on his face.
“I’m sure he’s okay. He’s probably just sick, I’m sure he’ll be back soon enough.” (M/N) put his hand on Jared’s shoulder and gave him a smile.
“You’re probably right. Hey, want to go cliff jumping?”
“Um,hell no. Let’s just go get some food. I’m starving.”
(M/N) was at his desk finishing up some homework when he heard a noise from his window. He looked as a small rock hit it,followed by another. Walking to the window he opened it and looked out seeing Jared. “What are you doing?” (M/N) whisper shouted.
“Come on. We’re going out tonight.”
“What?”
“Just come on.”
(M/N) only sighed and rolled his eyes before he put on a jacket and his shoes. Sneaking out of his house was pretty easy since both his parents were heavy sleepers. He left his house and quickly climbed into Jared’s car. The boy’s drove for a bit not really talking, just taking in the sound of the engine. Eventually the car came to a stop at one of the beaches.
“Help me grab the things.” Jared said while getting out of the driver’s seat. He opened the back and pulled out a cooler and a large blanket. The two walked to a good space on the beach where the tide wouldn’t reach them. Setting the blanket down, Jared sat down and pulled out a lamp and turned it on. He then started pulling the food out.
“What are we doing here Jared?’
“What? We can’t just have a nice midnight picnic?’
“I would say yes we can, but it’s you.”
“Hey!” Jared threw a wrapped sandwich at (M/N), which he caught and sat down.
“So why are we really out here?” (M/N) unwrapped the sandwich and took a bite.
“I just wanted to bring you out here and spend some time with you. We hang out a lot but we don’t get to have a lot of moments like these.”
The two ate the rest of the food while joking around about school. They told stories of other adventures and outings they had. After a while Jared turned off the lamp and laid down on his back and signaled for (M/N) to do the same. The two boys laid on the blanket looking up at the sky of stars, it was luckily not cloudy so they could see them perfect.
“I love moments like these with you.” Jared said.
“Same.”
The next few days of school went by fine. Sam Uley had finally returned however he looked much different than he had. Not only that but Jared was starting to act strange. It seemed like everything was making him more irritable than usual. It was the end of the day and normally (M/N) and Jared would go home together. Jared however was nowhere to be seen, finally (M/N) spotted him walking to his car and quickly rushed to him.
“Jared! Hey wait up!” Jared paused but didn’t look at him. “Where were you? Were you just gonna leave me?”
“What’s the big deal? You’re a big boy you can walk home fine.”
(M/N) stood their speechless. Jared had never talked like this to him before, he especially never left (M/N) stranded somewhere.
“What brought this on? Jared, is something wrong? If something’s wrong you can tell me.”
(M/N) put his hand on his friends shoulder but he pushed it away. “Get away from me!” and just like that it happened. Jared pushed (M/N) causing him to fall on his back. Jared’s eyes widened as he realized what he had just done to his best friend. “(M/N)-”
“Fine.” (M/N) stood up again. There were noticeable bruises and scratches on his elbows and arms. “You want me gone. I’m gone.” With that (M/N) turned and walked away. Jared watched him leave and just felt himself get more frustrated. The two didn’t even seem to notice Sam Uley watching the entire encounter.
It had been months since Jared had first phased. The pack had grown much larger and he was Sam’s beta. He and (M/N) still hadn’t talked since that day in the parking lot. (M/N) tried to get in touch with him a few times but after a while he stopped. Jared missed hanging out with his best friend especially since he realized he liked him as more than a friend. He hated that he phased and couldn’t see him, he tried but Sam always stopped him saying it was dangerous. He just wanted things to go back to normal, or at least as much as they could.
The pack was currently on the beach having one of their many outings. The same beach Jared and (M/N) had watched the stars on. He thought back to that night and got a smile on his face. Paul, Jacob, Embry and Leah were all playing soccer while Sam, Emily and Seth were sitting on a blanket eating food. He watched Sam mess with Emily, they looked so happy. He missed (M/N).
Voices from down the beach made him look over. He watched as some kids arrived and set up some blankets, a few had surfing boards. They all looked like they came from Forks and were just wanting to have some fun on the beach. Then he noticed him, (M/N). He looked pretty much the same however he was more grown. He was surrounded by other people, who Jared guessed were his friends. Jared felt his feet start to move but stopped when Sam called him.
“Jared. Don’t go over there.”
“I just want to see how he’s doing.”
“You can’t and you won’t.” Sam said sternly.
Suddenly the soccer ball flew past Jared's head, landing on the ground and rolled far enough for it to bump (M/N)’s foot. (M/N) bent over and picked it up. He looked down the beach and saw a group of people, they called at him to throw the ball back. Throwing the ball in the air, (M/N) pulled his foot back and kicked the ball all the way back to them. Some of the pack cheered at his kick, they wanted to invite him to play but they knew they couldn’t. Sam would throw a fit.
Jared’s eyes met (M/N)’s and suddenly the noise of the crowded beach faded away. It was like he was being pulled in by an invisible rope. Suddenly his feet started to move on his own, he didn’t care about the shouts coming from Sam and the others. It didn’t take long before he was standing face to face with his best friend. “(M/N).”
(M/N) looked at Jared and his face held a hurt expression. Jared couldn’t help but feel pain from it. “Jared. What do you need?” He said in an uninterested tone.
“I just wanted to come and say hi. How have you been?”
(M/N) started frowning and furrowed his brows. “How have I been? How have I been!? It has been months since you last talked to me! And the last time we talked you pushed me away, literally! I tried to talk to you after, let you explain, but you didn’t want to. I don’t know what you’re trying to do right now, but I don’t want it.”
With that he walked off back towards his friends, leaving Jared standing there. He felt the dread of seeing his imprint leave him. Why shouldn’t he leave though, he hurt him. He felt a strong hand grab his shoulder and pull him back. Sam. “I told you not to go over there. You disobeyed a direct order!”
“Oh fuck off. I don’t care!” Jared pulled himself out of Sam’s grip before running off into the forest and shifting. Then he ran, and he didn’t stop.
A week had passed since the beach trip. He had barely talked with the pack and being away from his imprint was starting to show. He was barely eating and couldn’t get a lot of sleep. He needed to be near (M/N). He wanted to apologize. He just wanted his best friend back. Soon Jared stood outside (M/N)’s house, he shifted back into his human form and slipped on some shorts.
He picked up a couple small rocks before he started to throw them at his window. At first nothing happened. After a couple more tries (M/N) opened his window and looked out. He looked like he had been sleeping. “Jared? What are you doing here?”
“There’s something I want to tell you. Will you come with me?” He held his arm out, like (M/N) would be able to reach it.
For a while the other boy just stood there looking at him. Finally he sighed and closed his window. Not long after he was outside dressed up and followed Jared. They walked a while into the forest. “Jared I swear if you brought me out here to kill me, I will kill you first. Also I left a note back in my room saying I followed you out into the forest so the cops will be looking at you first.”
Jared laughed, the first time he laughed all week. (M/N) hadn’t changed at all. “Don’t worry, if I wanted to kill you I would do it in a much better place than the forest. Maybe Seattle, then I could blame it on drugs.” He heard (M/N) chuckle at that and felt warm. It was starting to feel like it had.
The two boys found themselves in a clearing in the forest. “Okay you have me out here. What did you want?”
“There was a reason why I hadn’t talked to you in months. I wish I could say it was a good reason, but I don’t believe that. You don’t have to say anything, I just wanted to explain myself. Do you remember those legends I told you about? The ones with the cold ones and the shifters?”
(M/N) nodded. “Well...they’re true. I didn’t know they were until it happened. I’m one of those shifters.”
It was quiet for a bit before (M/N) talked. “Are you just trying to mess with me? I don’t think it’s funny, I could be home right now.” He turned around and started walking back.
“Wait!” Jared grabbed his arm, stopping him. He turned around to face him. “ I can prove it. Just...please don’t freak out.”
“Prove wha-” Before he could finish his sentence Jared walked backwards and shifted into his wolf form. (M/N) couldn’t move, He just watched his best friend he knew his whole life turn into a giant wolf in front of him. “Holy shit.” He stepped towards the wolf slowly. “Jared? Can you hear me?” The wolf nodded. He lifted his hand and brought it slowly onto the wolf’s head. “I-I can’t believe this. My best friend is a dog.”
Jared Huffed before he backed up and shifted back into his human form. He stood up and smiled. “I told ya. I wanted to tell you but I couldn’t.” He noticed (M/N) was blushing and smiling at him, then he felt the breeze. He looked down only to realize he was in fact naked and standing there in all of his glory in front of (M/N). He moved his hands to cover him. “Sorry, our clothes don’t change with us.”
“It’s alright. I like you like this.” Jared couldn’t help the blush that came to his face.
“I forgot to bring another pair of shorts.”
(M/N) smirked. “Lucky me.”
“Where are we going?”
(M/N) sat in the passenger's side of Jared’s car as he drove. It had been about 2 weeks since Jared told him and the two had rekindled their friendship. There was still a little bit of awkwardness but more or less things had returned to how they had been.
“You’ll see. We’re here anyways.” The car came to a stop at the same beach they had gone to that night before. “Help me get the things.”
It was just like that night all over again, they ate, they talked and at the end they watched the stars again. This time however it didn’t stop there.
“I really missed you, you know. I tried so many times to go see you, but everytime Sam stopped me. He said it was too dangerous and that I could hurt you. I didn’t want to hurt you but I knew I already had.”
He felt (M/N)’s hand slide into his. “I missed you too. There were so many times I thought I had done something wrong. I asked myself what I did wrong. I was so mad at myself because I lost you. I didn’t want to lose you.”
“You’ll never lose me.” Jared turned to look (M/N) in the eyes, still holding his hand. The bright night sky illuminated his face in different shades of blues and purples. “(M/N)-I really like you. Like, like-like you.”
(M/N) smiled leaned in. “I think I like-like you too.”
The two held onto each other for a long time. Just enjoying each other's company.
“Do you ever lick your balls in your dog form?”
“(M/N)!”
“Just had to ask! Also I’m taking that as a yes.”
“Oh my god.”
“Have you ever-”
“(M/N)!”
