Writing Update It's been a while since I last talked about this book, but fun news! RaF has been reedited. It was definitely the easiest of my fixes. Day one into September. Woke up with tired eyes and a messed up soul. Drank the coffee straight from the pot and wished that I had slept a little earlier. Took the train to work and reluctantly met an old face aboard. It started with a glance, followed by a smile and few moments later, we were talking about mysteries, mistakes and more. In all of the schmooze, I was least expecting this to be the once in an infinite moment when someone said things that could traverse through the darkest part of the mind, and set ablaze the long lost memories; as if they had been in existence all the time, but never caught the eye. He began telling me how much he loved the game of football and the way things have changed in the last couple of decades. It might even be possible that some of the renowned players of this generation shall be playing their last World Cup which is happening at the end of this year. He added that he remembers watching the last edition of the tournament with his father. The story took a turn when he said that, he lost his father that very year and he has tried moving on from the scenario as well. He doesn't miss his face or his touch but his voice, that echoes around him sometimes. That's the part he's going to carry with him in the days to come as well. It's like, he could give up on himself just to listen to him talking one more time. The entirety of this conversation was immensely different from any other that I've ever had in my entire life. It pierced my head and made me think about it the entire day. So, while returning back from work, I couldn't hold this to myself, and ended up writing about it. My words are simple and put down straight. The voices echo every time I open my eyes to reality. The places, the connections, the feelings and emotions, everything has woven out a story from it. And most importantly, I miss the people, who till a few weeks back were there right next to me. All my stars in the night sky, wherever you are, you're remembered. Making today count

I am ending this day with my In progress note moved to Done!

Today, I value progress. Being able to get up early and think twice before I leave my things scattered and go back to actually fix it is I realized today, a win. For some weeks now, I feel like nothing is going good. But today I ask myself why do I feel different this week. My results aren't as good as I expected, heck, they are very far from what I would call accomplishments, but seeing how happy I am to manage my time and still see hope and actually doing something is where I get this energy from. I think I'm getting more mature huh.

It's not how many I have done, but how I did it.

See, I created a tracking board to manage my tasks 'cause I have an overloaded day to day. I created a rulebook to improve and hopefully will get me to where I want to be in my career. And, I manage to finally get back on my skincare routine. I don't look as awesome as I normally would see myself this past few days, I even skip taking a bath. Haha! Guess that one is a big deal, so see yourself still doing your best to look best. That's one energy pump for me.

Going back to being grateful, I created this cause of everything going on inside my head that I l know I'll find useful in the future. I even post on my facebook timeline so that I will be reminded every year buy I thought, why not open an tumblr account and let it be my journal so that I can reread whenever I want? So ta-da!

Oh and even if today's result was not that good, it was worse than yesterday, I think I am nearer to clarity. Weird but I am excited to where this is going, ugh, I love this life!

So yeah. tomorrow I'm gonna be early to my boxing session, will dress up to church, spend some quality time with love, have a long drive, coffee of course, and have a nice dinner. Tomorrow will be great, and so is today. :)
