Lord Sesshomaru, the powerful and enigmatic demon lord, stood in the shadows, his golden eyes fixed on her. Y/N's heart skipped a beat as she felt a shiver run down her spine. She knew she should be afraid, but she couldn't help the strange pull she felt towards him.
Without a word, Sesshomaru stepped out of the shadows and approached her. His long silver hair glinted in the moonlight, his armor shining in the dim light. Y/N's breath caught in her throat as he stopped in front of her, his intense gaze never leaving her.
"Y/N," he said, his voice deep and commanding. "Come with me."
Y/N didn't hesitate, she knew she couldn't resist him even if she wanted to. She followed him into the woods, her heart racing with excitement and fear. They walked in silence until they reached a clearing, where Sesshomaru turned to face her.
"Tell me, Y/N," he said, his voice low and husky. "Have you ever been with a demon?"
Y/N's cheeks flushed at his question, but she couldn't deny the desire that coursed through her body. She shook her head, unable to find her voice.
Sesshomaru's lips curved into a small smirk as he moved closer, his hands reaching out to caress her cheek. Y/N closed her eyes, savoring the feel of his touch. His fingers trailed down her neck, sending shivers down her spine, before resting on her shoulder.
"Let me show you the pleasure that only a demon can give," he whispered, his lips brushing against her ear.

Sesshomaru Catching Feelings Headcanons
Anime/Manga: Inuyasha
Warnings : None
Context: You went back in time through the well and meet Sesshomaru after he’s already become a father figure to Rin.
Hope you enjoy some Sesshomaru love coming your way. 🌙

Sesshomaru doesn’t pay attention to humans often. Normally the only time he actually cares is when Rin is talking to him or when she is interacting with other humans.
He comes to check on Rin every three days in the village where she has been receiving lessons from Kagome and Kaede. However , this time a new woman was running around with the young child. The two were smiling and laughing while playing a game called “Tag” as the call it.
Sesshomaru was intrigued that a new woman had captured the attention of Rin , she wasn’t very open to strangers. He decided to watch you two from afar instead of ruining the game.
The next thing he noticed was your clothes and he had mild flashbacks to how Kagome was dressed while on her adventures with Inuyasha. He came to the conclusion that you must be from the same world as her.
He couldn’t keep the small smile from forming on his lips as he saw you pick up Rin and twirl her around. The sun was setting in the background , which just made him become more focused on your hair and it’s glow from the golden hour light, your nose and it crinkled slightly as you smiled. Why was he noticing all these irrelevant things about you ? He decided to stop thinking about it for now.
A few weeks went by , Sesshomaru comes every three days. However , now he is more eager. He somehow feels at ease whenever he’s in your presence, especially when he walks into the village and is greeted by your welcoming smile and ever so often a random flower you picked from the valley that day.
The first few times you had given him flowers he would refuse because he saw no meaning in things with such passing beauty. However now , he accepts them regularly and can’t help but feel attached to the small routine you have placed him in.
He started to notice your personality, how you would laugh at the littlest things that he in no way found humorous. How you would look out for Rin carefully and motherly. He especially noticed how you would treat others, you never judged by appearance and would treat everyone with kindness until they took advantage. However if they did take advantage of your kindness you would show them that you aren’t a welcome mat.
Sesshomaru started to realize how much he was thinking about you , how much more he wanted to learn about you. He could have swore he never cared this much about others , let alone humans. The inner turmoil has now started.
He would skip the next two meets with Rin to try and shut down the feelings he has for you. He does not want to start falling for you , nevertheless questions would shake his concentration throughout the day while he was protecting his lands.
“Im Lord Sesshomaru, I will not be like my father and take a human wife.” Was his chanting thoughts while trying to break his fixation on you.
However those pounding questions wouldn’t stop.
“Does she realize I haven’t been there ?” “Does she care that I haven’t seen her?” “What about those flowers , is she still picking them everyday for me ?” “I wonder if she gives them to everyone.”
Sesshomaru ends up going to see you the next day because before he pursues anything he wants to know if you treat him specially compared to others, basically he wants to be smart and figure it out before you tell him.
After a day or two of him spending time with you and feeling completely at peace and watching how you interact with others he decides that he will assert himself.
“(Y/N) , Rin will be leaving tomorrow with me.”
“Huh!? Wait - I thought you let Rin live here so she can interact with humans ?”
“You will do just fine as her human companion.”
“Are you asking me to come with you?”
“If your belongings aren’t ready to come by 7am I will leave without you. I don’t like tardiness.” -
“One more thing- (Y/N) if you leave with me tomorrow then you are becoming apart of my pack , no turning back , you are mine and only mine.”
“I’ll be ready at 7”

It had been a routine, whenever you went out on your own to the outside he would ask you and then lecture you about not going to the outside.
"It's dangerous to go outside without me."
He acted as if he was your brother, but you doubted that even brothers acted this way to their siblings. He was possessive to sum it up, possibly even more than that.

"Dangerous blah blah blah. Same shit you've said over the years, I don't get it."
Sesshomaru tilted his head and asked. "If I've said it so many times, why haven't you understood it yet?"
"I'm not dead am I? So why keep saying this to me." You asked him again, He hesitated a moment. "Because I've kept you safe."
Was he serious? You scoffed and brushed him off, you've taken care of yourself since you were a child. "Yeah right, I'm going to bed, Sorry If I've worried you." You mumbled tiredly as you trudged to your room.
He looked at you as you walked off, he couldn't keep letting you disrespect him like this and disobeying him. You were younger than him and naive, so naive.
He could protect you but you kept refusing his protection and love. He had to keep you safe, no matter how it made you feel.

You woke up in a dark room, it smelt different and felt different. Panic filled your body as you tried to get up, ropes tugging on your wrists and legs, what the hell happened?
Kidnapped? Were you kidnapped?
There was no way, you went to sleep right after talking to Sesshomaru. The ropes started to burn your wrists as you struggled more. You hissed at the pain as you struggled even more.
"HELP HELP ME." You yelled out, not knowing what to do, the ropes started to get tighter and tighter as you pulled at it harder and harder.
It was pitch black, all you could see was the ceiling and feel the old bed below you. You heard the door creak open.
"Are you alright... Y/n?" That voice... Sesshomaru.
"Get me out of this, did you do this?" In all honesty you felt relieved that it was him and not some random person.
But you heard silence, he didn't respond. You heard the light switch flick on, light flooding your eyes immediately. You winced at the sudden brightness and you groaned.
You felt the bed dip as he sat next to you. His face had no emotions as he stared at you. "This isn't funny." You said.
"I didn't mean it to be." He said as he started to untie the ropes from your wrists, but not the ones that were tying your ankles to the bed. You sat up and rolled your hands out.
"Hey... untie the ones from my ankles now." Pointing at your ankles as you said that. No response again. You grabbed his arm and shook him. "Untie my ankles now."
"No.... I can't Y/n." He said calmly as he took your hand off him. You looked at him in disbelief. "What do you mean you can't? Just let me go already and I'll forget this ever happened."
He sighed and looked at you, he had a look of pity in his eyes as he stroked your arm. "You didn't listen to me, Y/n."
You scoffed. "Just because I went out a few times? I don't need your permission to go out. It's just going out."
"But what could happen when you get hurt and I'm not there huh? You're so frail and weak, you need me Y/n."
You wanted to slap him but you couldn't, he was your friend. But he had literally kidnapped you. It should give you all the right to slap him right here, scream at him, call him all the foul names you had but you couldn't.
"I'm not frail or weak and I don't need you to take care of me. I can take care of myself." You spat at him, anger was growing in you as you continued to talk to him. His emotionless face was irritating you even more.
"You hear me?" You pulled your ankles again, each time the rope tugging back. His hands moved to your ankles and pinned them down to the bed.
"I just want you to be safe, is that so bad?"
"YES, If safe is being locked in this goddamn room then I don't want to be safe." He stood up and looked down at you, you were tired and you didn't know what you were saying.
Yes, that has to be right. There was no way that you would talk so rudely about the person that was keeping you safe. You would never, all you needed was some time to get some rest.
"You don't mean any of this, It's fine you're just tired." He said as he started to walk away, leaving you in this room. He turned off the light leaving you in the darkness again.
