describe a place i feel comfortable and safe
what makes me feel chaotic? (people, errands, environments, etc.)
how can i calm down these moments of chaos?

how can i bring what i like to other areas of my life that need some positive energy?
how have i been feeling recently? take 5-10 minutes to write it out.

think of a time something unexpectedly went well. why do you think it turned out well? how did it feel to get a positive outcome when you weren't expecting it? can you carry this energy to other situations?

favorite ways to unwind and get comfortable
what is making me feel burnt out? how can i refresh this energy or get some new inspiration for it?

midnights is a hard album for me in general because of the timing but bejeweled in particular is wild because i literally texted my best friend around july 2022 that "i miss shining and being myself" -- it was the best way i could articulate why this wonderful relationship was making me so unhappy. and hearing bejeweled in october was like the most healing, fun, painful, comforting, "oh shit," "oh thank god i'm not alone" things ever

WFH
It's weird. Boundaries are weird. Understanding how I stay focused is weird. Currently "co-working" by watching artist vlogs on youtube. They usually don't talk too much--just chill music and something visual going on in the background and every once in a while, they talk. I usually only do this for personal work, but I forgot I can totally do it for work-work too. I think it is helping.
I'm trying to brainstorm ideas for an MVP (minimum viable product) for the project I'm on. "Brainstorm" is such a hard task. No beginning, middle, or end. I'm trying to work on breaking tasks down to have more concrete steps, so my brain doesn't just give up immediately.
I guess my brainstorming period worked, though--It's 2:30 already.
Time for a walk before the sun sets for the day. It's drizzling so I should def wear rainboots and a raincoat. But I should also switch pants to something I can tuck into rainboots.
Debating if I should take a rest day today or if I should do some active flex... I think I should rest. I've been active Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and kind of Monday. Rest days are important.
