what's up with binary trans people understanding that they/them can be misgendering for them, reducing their manhoods and womanhoods, degendering and therefore dehumanizing them but when it comes to neopronoun users who also are often misgendered with they/them, all we get is "they/them is gender neutral"

Trans-Nonbinary Combo flags

I overlaid the two flags, and then followed the color layout of the nb flag but adding in elements of the trans flag (so the blue and pink on the bottom).

The color black was mixed in with the blue because I was having trouble incorporating it in any other way (though it's directly present on the symbol versions).

The first flag follows the color layout of the Nonbinary flag.

The second takes the two stripes from the bottom of the first and puts them on top, to match the "mirror" layout of the trans flag.

The third is the same as the first, but swapping the white and lavender stripe for those who'd want a white middle stripe like on the trans flag.

Because these are so simple and might resemble other people's combo flags I added a version of this Trans symbol with an asterisk in the middle (similar to how these nonbinary man and nonbinary woman symbols use it).

Shout out to trans men and trans women who don't identify with the word "binary" and who are also fully men and fully women. People are complicated, gender experiences are complicated, and language is a flawed way of categorizing things for the sake of communication. You don't have to fit yourself into flawed language just because it's commonly used. Be yourself.

It's just me or there's some hesitation or even outright denial from some people on the internet to address the problem and oppression that trans nonbinary/gnc face??

It's just really sad when some trans nonbinary and any other trans gnc, especially young trans nonbinary feels like they shouldn't use the term trans or they feel like they are not trans enough because they are also non-binary.

I would like to remind people that a trans person doesn't have to be in the binary category of male or female to be a valid trans, and the personal transitioning journey of a trans person is their own experience and nobody should invalidate it.

Also you don't have to medically transitioning to be valid as well. Not all people have the access to medical transition and not all wanted to do it

Please, it is important to address the problem and oppression all people under the LGBT+ umbrella face, women, men, nonbinary and any other gender/people

Just for fuck sake... We are in this together, we are in this community together. Sure we got some allies outside of the community, but at the end of the day WE the LGBT community has to stick together in this cruel world....

‘The sheer amount of bills designed specifically to hurt me … means that I do not get to rest’ — As state legislators across the U.S. push for a slew of anti-trans bills, non-binary activist Indigo Giles is stepping up to put a face to the issue.

Anti-LGBTQ+ legislation focused on transgender youth were introduced by state legislators nationwide. These bills target an array of issues from sports bans to outlawing gender-affirming health care. Following the defeat of over a dozen anti-trans bills in Texas, Gov. Abbot and Attorney General Ken Paxton ordered the Department of Family and Protective Services to investigate parents of trans kids under claims of child abuse. Trans youth, their families, and allies are fighting back.

Indigo Giles is a non-binary student and activist at the University of Texas at Austin. They began their public advocacy during the 2021 legislative session. Giles was motivated to speak out on behalf of trans friends and youth who were too afraid or vulnerable to advocate for themselves. Giles was inspired by their parents, Mandy and Neil, who are allies and fellow activists. The Giles are one of many Texas families speaking out and advocating for trans youth rights. Their fight is long and challenging, but they are showing no signs of faltering.
