Hi my foodie friends & fans.

I rubbed the dry seasoning on each side of the steak to my preference. I cooked my steaks on the Forman Grill and sautéed the veggies with a little bit of Liquid Aminos on the stove (soy-sauce substitute).

Tip:

**For the steaks, 5 minutes on each side or close the Grill and let it cook for 5 minutes.

I made this a little bit ago so my timing may not be too exact so grill to your preference ( some people like it well-done, medium-well, and some people…like it close to living :) )

I even made enough for two days.

For me, this dish came out to be an 8/10 because the rice was a pre-made microwave type

Goya Yellow Arroz

Brocoli

Sweet Peppers

Bok choy

Fresh Garlic

Olive Oil

VV’s first time in New York! Had a little New York trip with the wifey. It was her first time in New York ever so we went and did our own little thing and just explored whatever, whenever =) Been all over the world with you and we just haven’t made our way to New York ever so here we are! Service needed work but the food was still on point for the hungry hungry hippos =)  This is what we ordered: 1. Homemade Roti Canai (Crispy style pancake served with curry dipping sauce) 2. Chinese Watercress w/preserved Bean Curd Sauce (Sautéed Chinese watercress with red and green peppers in preserved bean curd sauce) 3. Penang Asam Laksa (Spicy & sour thick rice noodles served in the Chef’s special lemongrass broth with fish flakes and vegetables) 4. Beef Rending (Tender pieces of beef simmered with spices (Cinnamon, cloves, and lemongrass in coconut milk) 5. From Fit to Foodie

Once upon a time, in a small town in upstate NY, there lived a dude named Noah. He was your typical fit and active guy, always hitting the gym, pumping iron, and flexing those biceps in the mirror. He had a jawline so sharp it could cut through glass, and his six-pack abs were practically a legend in his neighbourhood.

One day, Noah decided he needed a change in his life, so he packed his bags and headed to Manhattan, the city that never sleeps. He had a dream, a dream that involved food, glorious food. He wanted to be a chef.

Noah strolled into a swanky restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, sporting his muscle tee and a cocky grin. He walked up to the head chef, a gruff dude named Ben.

Noah: "Hey, Tony! I heard you need a new chef. I'm your man!"

Ben: "Oh yeah? You think you can handle the heat in this kitchen, bro?"

Noah: "Heat? I eat heat for breakfast, man. I'm all about those gains."

Ben, impressed by Noah's confidence, gave him a shot. And so, Noah's journey into the culinary world began.

Noah had no idea what he was getting into. The kitchen was like a war zone, with pots and pans clanging, flames roaring, and chefs yelling. But Noah tackled it like a champ. He was flipping those burgers, tossing those pizzas, and creating culinary masterpieces.

Customers flocked to the restaurant, drawn in by the rumors of a chef with the body of a Greek god. They couldn't resist the temptation of both Noah's cooking and his physique.

One evening, a food critic walked in, ready to dissect the restaurant's offerings. Noah was on fire that night, whipping up a five-course meal that had the critic's taste buds dancing.

Critic: "This... this is incredible! Who's the genius behind this?"

Ben, proud as a peacock, pointed at Noah.

Noah: "Yeah, that's me, bro! I'm not just a pretty face; I can cook too!"

The food critic was blown away, and Noah's reputation as the "Hot Chef" of Manhattan spread like wildfire.

As weeks turned into months, something started to change in Noah. He couldn't resist his own creations. The allure of cheesy, gooey pizza, crispy fried chicken, and creamy pasta was too strong. He began to indulge in his dishes, packing on the pounds without even realizing it.

One day, Noah looked in the mirror and noticed something... different. He had developed a bit of a belly, his biceps weren't as sharp, and his once-chiseled jawline was slowly disappearing. But he couldn't stop. The food was just too darn delicious.

He kept cooking and eating, cooking and eating, and soon enough, he had transformed into a soft, cuddly chef with a round belly and a hearty appetite. But he was still blissfully unaware of his own weight gain.

One evening, his boss, Ben, finally couldn't hold it in any longer and blurted out:

Ben: "Noah, have you looked in the mirror lately? You've put on some serious pounds, man!"

Noah, baffled, rushed to the nearest reflective surface. When he saw his newfound softness, it finally hit him. He'd transformed from a ripped guy to a softening ex-jock. But something strange happened. Instead of being embarrassed, he felt an unexpected rush of attraction to his own body.

Noah: "Whoa, dude, I kinda like this. I've got this soft, cozy gut now, and it's... kinda hot."

Noah's addiction to food only grew stronger. The customers loved him just the same, if not more, and the "Hot Chef" of Manhattan was now the "Big Chef," making everyone drool over his creations and his bulging physique.
