hello!! may i request naruto omegas reacting to their alpha calling them by their full name? i think it would be quite funny ^_^
(Lol, you're right, this was fun to write XD I went for a load of different reasons why the alpha might say their full name haha. I just did a couple of the boys <3)
Naruto:
"Naruto Uzumaki."
Naruto froze where he was, both hands poised to open an instant cup ramen. As his eyes met yours, he started to laugh nervously.
"Er...yes?" he asked sheepishly.
"What part of 'I'm making dinner tonight' did you not understand?" you asked, hands on your hips.
"Um, I'm hungry?"
"Put it back, or so help me."
Sasuke:
"Sasuke Uchiha," you started, steeling yourself with a deep breath. Than hand holding the paper was shaking. "Even back during our academy days, I knew that I was going to marry you. From the moment I declared you prettiest boy in class in front of my parents and asked for money to court you."
Sasuke was watching you intensely, and you were suddenly glad that he'd insisted on so few guests, because the vulnerability was massive.
You continued your speech, and you finally hit the last part.
"And I know that I'm making the best decision of my life today, because a life without you wouldn't be a life worth living. I love you so much sometimes it scares me, so much it burns, but it's still the best feeling I've ever felt."
Sasuke's face screwed up like he was going to cry, but at the last minute he turned his head away from you and the crowd and clearly used every self control mechanism he had to stop himself from shedding any tears.
Kakashi:
"Kakashi Hatake."
Kakashi looked down at you laying on his chest, eyebrow raised in a silent question.
"And Y/N Hatake," you added, smirking up at him. "Don't those names sound great together, 'kashi?"
Kakashi slowly turned red, every muscle tensing underneath you. You found great amusement in dropping marriage hints and watching him panic.
You let it hang for a few moments before laughing and breaking the tension.
"I'm only teasing you," you smiled, feeling him relax a little. "But I wasn't joking."
Itachi - (non-massacre)
"Itachi Uchiha."
He startled from his position reading a book on your bed.
"Yes?" he asked, looking baffled.
"If you don't do something about your brother, I am going to lock him in one of the kitchen cupboards, this is your one warning."
His baffled looked melted into one of amusement.
"What did he do this time?"
You held up the paper sign that you were holding. It read 'kick me, I deserve it'.
"He pinned this to my back this morning."
Itachi started to smile.
"If you laugh I'm putting you in the kitchen cupboard with him."
Shikamaru:
"Shikamaru Nara."
Shikamaru immediately froze, halfway through taking off his shoes in the doorway.
"Whatever it is, I didn't do it," he said, holding up his hands.
You raised an eyebrow but didn't give a response. You could see Shikamaru's brain working overtime to figure out what he'd done, but nothing seemed to come to mind.
You watched him suffer for a bit before bursting out laughing.
"Sorry," you laughed. "I just wanted to see what you'd do if I did that."
Shino:
"Shino Aburame."
"Yes...?" he answered hesitantly, seeming unsure of what you were doing.
"That's the best idea ever, you're a genuis!"
Shino blushed a little.
"I am not a genius," he denied. "Why? The solution was quite simple and I was happy to provide it."
"Genius," you reiterated, grabbing his face and pressing your lips against his. "Thank you so much!"
You ran off, leaving Shino standing there, in crisis from the kiss.

유 - Riyu //im a fucking slut for arranged marriages
@riyu-uzumaki (im picturing more old European fantasy type setting sorta 16 century style clothes. Think game of thrones of that helps!)
Jiraiya ignored the tense servant beside him as he tied his own cravat. His whole life he’s done it. Take care of himself with no servants to take care of him. He’s the first bastard son of his horn dog of a father. The man could not keep it in his pants. When you’re king who cares, right?
Cast aside as more of an ugly reminder of an affair, Jiraiya wasn’t given any favours. His mother died in childbirth. If she hadn’t he is sure he would have been raised on some shithole farm with no clues to his lineage. Aside of course… the red markings are sorta a royal family thing. His half siblings born to the queen have them too, but much more elaborate. They are treated like gold. They aren’t too kind to him. Not that he blames them all that much. Their shared father treats him like a burden.
He sighs deeply. Does he look good enough? Rumour has it his betrothed is much younger than him. Alas he is only thirty. Long has he given up on the things that made life fun. He had youthful adventures, fought in a war on the frontlines, and learned a fair bit on his own. But he wouldn’t be falling in love. No woman of standing or peasantry enjoyed the company of a bastard when there’s his half brothers, full blooded royals, to marry.
Considering his piss poor leader of a father had shart away most of the money on a war he started the kingdom was suffering post. Little money, much land lost.
“Since you lost the land you were meant to keep, it only seems right to marry you off to the victors.”
Better to lose land than lose life over a battle they could not win. It meant Jiraiya could finally be shipped off. Out of sight. The black sheep sent off to slaughter. A cheap sheep at that. The lord’s land he lost in the battle and a decent dowery was all he’s worth. He left to no fanfare or goodbyes.
He studied his enemy for war but in peace their culture was quite different. Their clothes, the decor, the king’s hall was quite quaint in comparison to the ghastly display of his. He bows appropriately. His eyes look over at the young woman standing beside the throne. Red hair and innocent eyes. And she’s marrying him…
When given permission he approached and offered his hand for her to take. He took it gently. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, princess.” He guides her hand up to his lips and presses a polite kiss to her knuckles.

Hi Days, I'm wondering if you can recommend good pregnancy plots?
Hello! I've done a list sort of like this before, so I'll copy-paste those ones here...
Not all of these are necessarily focused on pregnancy. I starred a few of the fics that have a lot of plot surrounding the pregnancy.
NaruHina Pregnancy Fics
"Jiko" by Supercar - Rated M, Canon-Divergent AU, Multi-chapter, Incomplete. After only five months of officially dating Naruto finds himself facing an uncompromising dilemma when Hinata unexpectedly turns up pregnant.
"FURY" by THE Tazzy Devil - Rated M, Canon-Divergent AU, Multi-chapter, Incomplete. In Naruto's whole life, he could probably count on his fingers and toes the number of times he had been really angry. He could count on one hand the number of times he found himself so angry he would consider letting go of his morals to beat someone to a pulp. For the first time in his life, he was so angry he would gladly burn the entire world to the ground.
✨“My Favorite Night” by @peppercornpress - Rated M, Canon-Divergent AU, Multi-chapter, Complete. Hinata harbors deeper feelings for Naruto after three years of being his roommate. Facing hostile relations from her old clan, another odd phenomenon with the moon, and Naruto still hopelessly pining after Sakura; Hinata makes the painful choice to end their sham of a relationship and try her luck in another hidden village. “Missed Years” by Rinne-Kami - Rated T, Modern AU, Multi-chapter, Incomplete. The act of one night gave birth to their future. He is suddenly faced with responsibilities he never thought he had to at his age. They must raise this child despite the two worlds they came from. There is just one rule: They don’t fall in love with one another when doing so. But how is that even possible if one of them is already head over heels for the other one? And one had already allowed so much influence from the other into their lives?
“Beast Tamers” by Mavda - Rated E, Fantasy AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. Mythical beasts roamed the world, all-powerful and terrifying, and the beast tamers sealed them withing themselves. Revered, feared or hated, a beast tamer will never have a normal life, and now Naruto Uzumaki is facing the start of his adult life: choosing a wife.
“Sun/Moon Deities” from “Small Doses” by chloelapomme - Rated E, Gods & Goddesses AU, One-shot. Powerful and yet even stronger when united, the Moon and the Sun can create and protect life together.
“White Kunai” by magmawrites - Rated E, Canon-Divergent AU, Multi-chapter, Complete. A series of violent rapes and murders targeting long, dark haired, young women have caught the attention of the Hokage. Her plan? Use a qualified, long, dark haired kunoichi as bait. The only one that fits the criteria? Hinata.
:D Happy reading!

Void Empress, I got myself into a very nice objectively, but fun trouble that is right now bringing me a headache instead of delight. (I will enjoy it later, I just gotta whine a bit)
I'm getting into a habit of writing a little bit every day: minimum of 500 words, or about so of an idea for a fanfic/headcanon/you get it.
And generally I write these 500-words exercises on a prompt/short outline that I collect (my autistic dragon hoard, I have about 5000 now 😅).
I read an amazing small fic in Naruto, where in Uchiha clan there was tradition of: if the eye with Sharingan was passed not to direct relative, it could be both a marriage proposal and a wedding vow if accepted.
Kakashi got accosted by Mikoto after Obito "died", and after a breakdown in which he spilled what happened, Mikoto told him he is now a widower and to come with her, to change family register.
Today's prompt was: I was wed and widowed in one day.
And I started an outline for a fanfic, in a notebook. I planned for it to include this headcanon about the eyes of Uchiha. Maybe 10k words at max, after I write it.
A page of this notebook fits 500 or so words in my little beady writing, so how. How. HOW did I end up with 5 page outline, that right now:
It is looking to be AT LEAST 50k in writing
Includes Kakashi taking in Sasuke after the Uchiha slaughter. Kakashi spit it to the elders' faces that since he conceded Naruto, gave up on interacting with him as his big brother in all but name, then no way these old bags are stopping him from taking Sasuke, because Kakashi refuses to let another orphan by the village's negligence to wander around the home full of blood of the dead.
Includes Family feels because ain't my baby sunshine staying in his run-down flat on ramenand stale bread, when there's a whole house and a kitchen with stocked pantry.
Includes now SasuNaru, who are first friends and only later on are becoming a couple (I'm on the fence about making it SasuShikaNaru)
Uchiha lore and Uzushio feels, because clans have LEGACY
Survivor guilt of the last member of a great legacy VS What it feels like to find yourself an heir to a legacy bigger than life
Some Chakra headcanons, because every clan has a more-less developed affinity for a type of it, and how they learned Chakra control and jutsus before villages (only like 100-150 years before, they have those manuals still, or I'll eat my shoes)
Kakashi and Kushina feels, because she was his mother in all but blood, and I'll die on this hill. That's why Kakashi knows sealing, that's why Kakashi has Uzumaki history burned into his brain's core, because this knowledge is what he has of her.
Kakashi and Mikoto feels, because she is this aunt/uncle who you really want to impress because their praise and affirmation are actually desired and treasured. Since Obito died, and while Kakashi is a widower, he is still a spouse of an Uchiha, someone needed to teach him the traditions, tell him the legends and teach him the ways and educate on the clan's history. That person was Mikoto: I headcanon that Fugaku belonged to the main line of the clan, and she did not, and it was her family fostering Obito since he was small (he doesn't know his parents in manga, as my wiki check says). By the time Kakashi gets the eye, her parents are too old and ill, and are in elderly care (my headcanon), so it falls on her to do this.
Somehow it went from being centered on Kakashi (who IS the one wed and widowed), to SasuNaru feels and intimacy on entrusting someone with the whole history, culture and Chakra related stuff of your clan (all three are considered the last survivors of their clan, Itachi non-withstanding for being a nukenin) because those two dumbasses dumped their entire clan's lore onto each other and clutched onto it like their lifeline, because this is trust and love and they both are dysfunctional enough to understand it and the meaning of it.
And then I got Shikamaru who noticed that something's going on fast, and while his initial fascination included Naruto only, now it's both of them because Sasuke isn't an onion, he's a damn cabbage with the amount of layers that I'm sad about because I want to write him, and being a cabbage he makes it difficult.
Hilariously, Sakura is dear of mine, and I wanted her to have a role here early on, and she is a friend of Shika's now and a fellow strategist, because she has brain, she just did not know how to fully appreciate its many uses up until Shippuden. And he would be thankful for someone who can be strategic, and thoughtful, and knows what common sense and normality are, because Team 7 is the same, and as such they will need a person like that. The fact that she starts training early on and has Tsunade visiting sometimes to oversee her progress during Academy is a spoil of mine to a character I would love to see treated better by many, starting with the author
Kakashi, much like in your AU about shrieking for help into the window, decided, fuck it, Imma bend the rules as much as I personally can, and then some, and Imma get everyone in on this, so Konoha 12 grow up in Academy and training fields and green yards and cozy tatami: together, squabbling and hissing, but still close, still a generation who connected early, who hold each other dearly.
Jounins and clan heads are SO getting some dirt (straight dirt, no figuratively speaking), because kids are running around mostly together, and train together, and tackle anyone ready to be of use to their progress together. When about 20 kids accost you, and drag into the field, sometimes even the best can't escape the dust.
Which leaves with an amazing concept.
But right now I have two jobs and uni, and finals are coming up, and summer is going to be so busy with work and family time, but I'm now in love with this.
So yeah. This is me whining. Sorry to take your time.
This sounds magnificent and I hope you'll link up all whenever you have something posted.
That being said don't worry about it. It's your idea, your fic, write on it when you can/want to. There's no guilt or shame in being busy and having responsibilities. So even if it's 500 words at a time all that matters is that you're having a good time

Once again he has poisoned me with ideas
Brother, why are you so mean to me? If you know that I don't really have much desire to write, especially not with this fandom.
So, Naruto x Genshin Impact AU, including Zhongli Jiejie x Boy Taru ZhongChi.
So after the whole Tsarista VS Celestia mess and the traveler and they sibling taking off outside of Teyvat, Tartaglia has achieved godhood out of sheer spite and is enjoying an incredible married life with Zhongli (male at this point), where despite having retired from Fatui himself, he dates, travels and fights to his heart's content.
One day he comes up with the wonderful idea of leaving Teyvat in a similar way to the Traveler and going on a second honeymoon with his husband somewhere in the multiverse, and after much effort, he has convinced his husband that his idea is incredible and they should do it.
Many hijinks later, they end up in Naruto's world. Zhongli (at that time Zhongli-jiejie, because I consider him gender fluid) and Tartaglia, or rather Ajax, land in Uzushiogakure where they are received as a kind of divine envoy and stay there for a few decades, and then say goodbye to travel further afield from the Shinobi Continent.
For this reason, unfortunately they cannot help during the fall of the village and the news reaches them almost half a year after the event, that's how far away they were.
Anyway, they both continue traveling until they finally stay in the Snow Country for a while due to Ajax's nostalgia for Snezhnaya. There they meet Minato who is on a diplomatic mission as Hokage and mistakes Ajax for an Uzumaki and extends an invitation to Konoha. Zhongli and Ajax decide to think about it.
Unfortunately while Zhongli and Ajax are traveling to Konoha, the Kyūbi occurs. By the time they arrive, two weeks have passed, Minato and his wife are dead, and the village is in very bad condition. While investigating what happened, Ajax learns everything and also about Naruto's existence and what the villagers think of him. He gets pretty pissed off, because he lived for decades with the Uzumaki and learned the difference between container and content, so he again convinces his spouse that infiltrating the village and taking care of the child of the deceased Hokage and his wife is an incredible idea.
Zhongli, Prime of Adepti, decides to follow his mischievous spouse and begins to modify some memories and falsify papers so that their move took place a little before the Kyūbi and they were already there during the event.
They pose as a somewhat eccentric marriage of a half-Uzumaki and a woman from outside the continent, Zhongli again begins to work in a funeral home as a consultant and Ajax throws himself into the life of a merchant and mercenary.
Anyway, knowing that they couldn't approach Naruto in plain sight due to the Hokage's ban, Zhongli begins to approach Naruto when the orphanage's nannies and the ANBU neglect him (which is often) and he dedicates himself to taking care of him.
Feeding, diaper cleaning, sleep and "maternal" care, Zhongli takes care of everything. Naruto, despite the orphanage's nannies, is a cheerful and well-cared for child. You are not neglected or malnourished and your room is starting to look incredibly stylish. Rumors of a ghost begin, especially when the boy starts saying "Mommy" into the air.
All thanks to Zhongli making everyone "forget" about his existence, even when he is next to a shinobi, to the point that he is invisible to everyone around him. Ajax laughs his butt off on the other side of the village when the Hokage himself visits to see the ghost and ends up mistaking it for Kushina.
By the time Naruto is five years old, and the Hokage gives him his own apartment, he begins to spend less time in it unless it is his allowance day. The rest of the time he spends with Zhongli and Ajax, whom he sees as his parents despite knowing that they are not. The Hokage is unaware of this until years later when Kakashi informs him of this when he accidentally sees it.
The rest of the time it's married shenanigans as they take care of a child and prepare him to be a powerhouse while gleefully mocking the Hokage and his shinobi.
Anyway, the plot of Naruto being cared for by different characters from other worlds is something that has been seen and read in hundreds of other fanfics, but I have never seen one from Genshin, so here we are.
I've been obsessed with Zhongli-jiejie turning off the lights on BoyTaru for a couple of weeks, so we're implementing it here. So in fact, yes it is a ZhongChi, no, I don't want to change it Jedny, don't make me repeat it.
PS: Does anyone want to adopt this? I really don't feel like writing

Okay so I thought you were gonna go 'Naruto turns up when he's 18 with flowers and asks Itachi to marry him' but that led to me thinking... What if Naruto just is swearing he is going to marry him, and proposes all the time. Like the first time he's 3 and just found out about marriage and love and stuff and obviously asks the coolest person he knows to marry him. But he gets told he's too young, so he keeps asking as he's growing up but still gets all the excuses/bribes to get him to do better like 'it's not legal' 'I am only going to marry the best shinobi in the world' 'I am only going to marry someone who eats all their vegetables' ect. So at 18, Naruto is like 'I can legally ask you to marry me now' and Itachi gets all red and doesn't have anymore excuses except 'I wouldn't marry someone I've not dated yet' and that's when Naruto asks him out. ❤️ I want it so bad to be reciprocal/ a running joke. I can't decide what would be funnier, Naruto continuing to propose at the most random intervals and Itachi. Surprising him and saying yes out of the blue. Or Itachi proposing for once.
You know what yes.
After years of constant proposals and being turned down because of his age or other factors, the reason that the whole wooing plan starts is because Itachi said he could only marry someone after they dated and Naruto took that and decided to be the best boyfriend the world has ever seen because that is what Itachi deserves.
And at first Itachi is going along with it because it’s been a running thing for so long that it’s kind of hard not to. And he does care for Naruto. How couldn’t he after years of the kid on his heels looking at him like he hung the stars? Then somewhere along the line Itachi starts to fall for him too and realizes oh he is absolutely in trouble, because Naruto isn’t that kid anymore. Isn’t just Sasuke’s little friend. He’s funny and kind and thoughtful. He’s beautiful and deadly and one of the best Shinobi Itachi has ever seen.
Why not both? Like Naruto proposes again and Itachi is like “Yeah okay I will.”
And Naruto’s brain shuts down for a second because this is everything he has ever wanted and he couldn’t have possible have heard that right, so all that comes out is a weak “Huh?”
And itachi laughs, turning to Naruto and smirking at him. “Will you marry me, Naruto Uzumaki?”
Once Naruto can scrape his jaw off the floor and/or get his tongue out of Itachi’s mouth he is going to scream his new engagement from the damn rooftops.

MadaTobi Week Day One: Magic and Marriage
Adventitious
Uchiha Madara, known in some circles as the Calamity, took a moment to reflect upon how he had ended up in this situation.  The answer was of course a group of meddling elders who were incapable of minding their own business.  It had started with subtle, and some not so subtle hints about settling down and had quickly escalated.
Soon he couldn’t turn around without one of the old fussbudgets droning on about his duty to the clan and that it was time and past he wed and produced an heir.  The whole concept was ridiculous.  He was only twenty-six.  There was still plenty of time.
Unfortunately that argument had not worked on the elders at all.  Nor had the one about him being busy.  The only debate where he had won any ground had been on avoiding an arranged marriage.  Uchiha, by and large, married for love.  The clan would have been up in arms if the elder’s council had tried to force the issue.
Izuna had been no help at all.  Oh his brother was happy enough to flirt with anyone who was appropriately strong,  Likewise the other spent a not inconsiderate amount of time engaging in activities Madara did not want to envision his baby brother participating in.  But commitment?  Not a chance.
He almost wished Izuna was less responsible with his liaisons.  A child out of wedlock would not be the end of the world.  In such a scenario Madara could easily arrange for the babe to be brought into the main house.  It would probably even get the council off his back for awhile.  Alas, it was not to be.
In an act of desperation Madara had even tried claiming he preferred men.  It was true, mostly.  It was at this point one of the wrinkled bastards had whipped out an authentic Uzumaki grimoire all about fertility spells and sex magic declaring a male spouse would be no issue.  How Yoshito had managed to get his hands on the thing, Madara had no idea, but he had.
Even worse, another of the elder’s had thoughtfully put forth the idea of performing the Ritual of Harmony.  It would, he claimed, provide Madara with a compatible spouse.  Love, the elder had piously exclaimed, would come with time.
The Ritual itself had been around for centuries.  And while it was true it would bring forth a compatible match, resulting in some truly cloying love stories, it was rarely used.  Most people just were not that enthusiastic about marrying a complete stranger they knew nothing about.  Especially given that seperation was not an option.  Once a pair was bound, they were bound for life.  There were likewise a number of horror stories about attempts by third parties to circumvent or break the bond.  Such attempts never ended well.
So here he was, barely a month after the suggestion had been broached, wearing a sober formal kimono and waiting for his bride.  Madara tried one last time to think of a way out of this, but failed.  It was also, he reflected as the priestess finished, too late anyways.  The painted ritual lines pulsed once, twice, before condensing in a ball of light which shown like the sun for a brief moment before fading to leave a figure behind.
Madara’s breath caught in his throat.  Pale silvery white hair, crimson eyes, the man was unmistakable.  Senju Tobirama.  Madara almost panicked before common sense reasserted itself.  He had already consented but all the Senju had to do to get out of this was . . .
“I accept.”
As the bond snapped into place Madara could only stare.  What?  What?!
While Tobirama had initially been shocked, it had barely taken him an instant to grasp the situation.  This morning, he would have never even considered marrying Uchiha Madara.  But if the Ritual of Harmony had brought them together there was clearly more to the other man than he had ever considered.   And of course, there were other factors.
“You,” Madara still had not quite regained the use of his tongue.
“I will of course expect you to make peace with my kin.”
Madara stared stunned.  Tobirama was his husband.  Hashirama was his brother-in-law.  This changed everything.  It was at this point that one of the elder’s knelled over with a groan, clutching his chest; immediately sending the rest into a tizzy.
Too bad, Madara thought dispassionately as the elder was rushed off.  In his mind, the other had brought it upon himself.  Looking back at his new spouse, he almost smiled.  Maybe this marriage thing would not be so bad after all.

THE POTENTIAL GROOM (part 1)
Tumblr media
You were on your way to Uzushiogakure, The Land of Uzumaki clan, along with the founders of Konaha,- Hashirama, Tobirama and Madara. The purpose of the visit was to establish a peaceful alliance between the Konaha and uzumakis. As the representatives of Konaha for the marriage proposal sent by Princess Mito, you and your companions were discussing the potential groom. You expressed your confidence in Madara’s qualities, “I’m sure she will choose you, brother Madara.” However, Hashirama’s younger brother, the white-haired Senju, was quick to respond with a counterargument, “Who said she won’t choose my brother? He’s more than capable.” He replied with a calculated and stern tone, not saying it directly to you but it was meant for you. "Yeah hashi-kun is nice but according to a woman's taste I know she will choose Madara." You hoped to start an argument with him and annoy him as much as possible. You were attracted to his stoic personality. He narrowed his eyes listening to your baseless argument. But you knew his competitive spirit.
Tobirama’s voice had a hint of annoyance when he replied, “I don’t think it’s appropriate to make such assumptions without knowing the princess’s preferences.” You could sense the tension between the two of you rising. You couldn’t resist the urge to provoke him further. “Oh, but I’m more than confident in my brother’s capabilities. Are you not?” you asked with a smirk. Tobirama’s eyes narrowed as he replied, “I am confident, but there’s no need to make assumptions when the results are already clear. She will choose Hashirama.” You could swear you saw him smirk as he spoke. “Wanna bet?” you challenged him. “I’m not afraid. The loser will have to call the other ‘superior’ to him. What does that sound like?” he replied with his usual competitive spirit.
As the two of you shook hands, you knew that this bet would only add fuel to the fire between you. But for now, all that mattered was who Princess Mito would choose as her groom.
As Hashirama and Madara discussed the benefits of the alliance, you walked through the lush green forest of Uzushiogakure. The beautiful red flowers that marked the symbol of the Uzumaki clan caught your eye. Tobirama, on the other hand, seemed focused and calm. You asked him what this marriage meant to him, and he replied with a clear and concise answer, “It’s an alliance to form peaceful relations, nothing much to think about.”
As you approached the palace, you couldn’t help but feel awestruck by its magnificence and elegance. The combination of red and pink flowers adorned the palace, further enhancing the pride of the Uzumaki clan. Servants stood at the entrance to receive everyone, carrying a sense of dignity and a bright smile with their red-colored hair.
As you walked beside Tobirama, you couldn’t resist the urge to make a joke. “They all look like tomatoes,” you said with a chuckle. Tobirama gave you a “shut up” look, but you could tell he was amused.
As you entered the room, your eyes were drawn to the beautiful pond adorned by lotuses. The water was so clear that it seemed like you could see right through it. The lotuses were in full bloom, their petals open wide as if they were welcoming you to this serene place.
You couldn’t help but feel awestruck by the beauty of it all. You wished that this wasn’t a formal meeting so that you could take a tour of the entire palace and explore every nook and cranny.
Just then, a woman dressed in a white flowing gown entered the room. She was stunningly beautiful, with long red hair that cascaded down her back like a waterfall. You immediately recognized her as Mito Uzumaki
Tumblr media
She smiled warmly at all of you and greeted you.
I'll surely post the next part as soon as possible. Please do share feedbacks as I want to improve as much as I can. Also if there are any ideas or requests, I'm open to them. Enjoy reading !!

Summary:
Based on My Happy Marriage written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka.
Uzumaki Naruto, an omega bastard of the Haruno family who is born without a supernatural gift and believed to be cursed by the Nine Tailed Fox, is forced into an existence of servitude by his father and his abusive wife and daughter, his half-sister, Sakura. When Naruto finally comes of marriageable age, though, his hopes of being whisked away to a better life crumble after he discovers his fiancé’s identity: Uchiha Sasuke, an alpha, a commander of the imperial army apparently so cold and cruel that his previous would-be omega brides all fled within three days of their engagements. With no home to return to, Naruto resigns himself to his fate—and soon finds that his pale and beautiful husband-to-be is anything but the monster he expected. [ x ]

Notes:
Hi everyone! This is my actual first SasuNaru fic (written before but finished after The Fox Bride), so I hope you’ll be gentle. This will follow the manga very, very closely, unless I feel like switching up the scenes, or for the points or character placements that need more explanation. Hope you enjoy!
Please click here to see some additional inspiration/visuals for Sasuke's hair from the doodle by @veemeenniee on twitter.
The ages will be the same as the manga.
Sasuke: 27 Naruto: 19
before you come at me yes historically during this time at the end of the Meiji era to the start of the Taisho era, 18-19 is of marriageable age. in the manga they are not married immediately.
---
Uzumaki Naruto is a bastard omega son of the Haruno family, a distinguished family.
His mother, a widowed male omega servant, fell pregnant by the head of the household before their master got married just weeks later. He was a child conceived by a momentary diversion. He knew the head of the family is his father, but they had no father-son relationship, and he was largely ignored. But he remembered the love of his mother, who gave him all his heart.
“Naruto,” he said, adjusting Naruto on his lap as they situated themselves in front of a small, once overgrown shrine depicting a nine-tailed fox, outside in the wooded area behind the Haruno estate. He had cleared this out one day on a walk, when Naruto was five moons old in his womb. He lit some incense to offer to the god they’re praying to. “Never forget to pray,” he put the incense in three-year-old Naruto’s small hands and guided him to put the burning sticks into the incense holder in front of the stone shrine.
“To the fox?” Naruto pointed to the effigy carved in the stone.
“To the fox,” his mother nodded, “He gave you these beautiful whiskers,” he traced the light marks on Naruto’s chubby pink cheeks, “and the seal on your belly, to keep you safe,”
“On my belly?”  Naruto repeated, peaking into his haneri, otaiko, and obijime, and seeing the inky black marks on his skin.
He asked the fox to stop his bleeding. To save the child. “You give him thanks, for you were born healthy,” mother fixed the obi back on, tapped at Naruto’s nose, and the child giggled. “For the shelter over our heads, the food in our bowls, our health, and the safety provided to us,”
The boy snuggled into his mother’s comforting scent of rain, cool breeze, and orange blossom, reached up for his mother’s face, which was framed with the same bright blond hair and blue eyes like his own. “Pray! Mama wa kirei desu!” Mama is pretty!
“Thank you, my love,”
The fox didn’t grant his mother health, no matter how hard he prayed. His mother died two years later from a severe fever, and he was left to the servants to care for. Naruto became a servant at the Haruno household at the age of five.
His father’s mate despised him. For being a bastard. For the ugly whiskers on his face and the cursed seal on his belly. He’s a demon, his father’s mate said, carrying the fox demon’s seal on his body. A cursed child to bring destruction to this family. That he was born so his mother should die, his life for his mother’s.
Sakura, his half-sister, an omega born just after Naruto turned one, has all the attention of their father and his mate. He had always thought Sakura, with her green eyes, long, silky, and shiny pink hair, is far more beautiful than him. She has the gift of strength and fast healing.
She looks down on him like her mother.
Sakura throws the hot tea in Naruto’s face. “What the hell is this?!” she barks at him in outrage.
The hot tea stings Naruto’s eyes, scalds the skin on his face and neck, and stains his kimono.
“This is the worst tea I’ve ever had! It’s too bitter! Make it again!”
Naruto bows, forehead almost touching the tatami under him. “Moushiwake arimasen.” There is no excuse for my actions, and I apologize.
Sakura huffs. “Is there anything you can do right? You can’t even brew decent tea. What a disgrace!”
“Out,” barks Sakura’s mother. “Your scent is stuffing the room. Get some herbs on,”
He already has the pockets of his kimono stuffed with fragrant herbs. No amount of herbs can fully hide him, even if he wants them to. How nice it would be, to just disappear.
Naruto gathers the teacups back onto the tray without a word, wondering when this torment will end. His father sits there with his breakfast and tea, ignoring his mate and child’s mistreatment of his bastard. He’s stopped praying to the fox long ago, when the bruises on his body never started to fade. When he realized the fox had done nothing for his ailing mother.
As Naruto brings the tray back to the kitchens, he thinks that if he were an acknowledged child of a respectable family, he at 19 would be at the age where he’ll be expected to marry. But he won’t, seeing as he is a bastard and a servant who does not receive wages. He can never leave.
Another servant picks up the brewing for him, and a grateful Naruto leaves the kitchen to sweep the falling leaves from the gardens. That way, he can avoid Sakura and her mother, who will give him complicated, never ending, or impossible tasks. He prefers to do the laundry or other chores outside the house, which other servants gladly allot to him, perhaps out of consideration.
“Hello,”
Naruto looks up to see a good friend. The sight of him relieves the heaviness in Naruto’s chest. “Kiba-san,” he bows. “Hello,”
Inuzuka Kiba, an alpha, is the second child of the Inuzuka family. A childhood friend of Naruto and Sakura’s. His sister, Hana, also an alpha, is first in line for the head of the Inuzuka family. When they were children, the servants let Naruto off to play with him when Kiba was visiting with his father. He holds those memories close to his heart.
Naruto notices Kiba is in a suit. He wonders what formal event he’s about to attend.
“I have something for you,” Kiba hands Naruto a fancy wrapped box. “I hope you like them. It’s not the western sweets that are popular nowadays. I heard those go bad quickly,”
Kiba is the only person Naruto can be himself with, someone Naruto has given a piece of his heart to. He also treats Naruto like a part of a family, not just the bastard servant. When his heats started, he was no longer allowed to play nor be alone with the young alpha. Receiving his courses were the worst thing. It separated Naruto from the only person who cared for him. Kiba had once tried to get his mother, their family head, to interfere with the abuse. That did not end well. Kiba had gotten a stern talking to. Sakura’s mother found out, and the abuse worsened.
A pleasant lightness fills Naruto’s very being as he receives the box. “Thank you very much. I’ll share it with the other servants. I’m sure they’ll enjoy something so luxurious,”
The young Inuzuka wanted only Naruto to have the sweets. “Ah, no. That’s not what I meant…”
“Why are you visiting today, Kiba-san?”
“I have some important business to discuss with your father,” Kiba admits solemnly. “I’ll see you later, okay?”
As Kiba walks away from him, headed for the main house, Naruto gasps. “Maybe a marriage proposal?” he sighs dejectedly. His father won’t offer him to the Inuzuka’s. There would be no point, as he isn’t an acknowledged child. He’s no different than an orphan beggar on the streets.
Later, when the box of sweets has been set aside and his sweeping is almost done, a fellow servant calls for him. “Naruto-kun! The master asks for you,”
Naruto stares.
---
In the receiving room, Naruto enters quietly, and another servant slides the door closed with a soft thud. Naruto bows before his father, his father’s mate, Sakura, and Kiba-san.
“Today’s discussion,” starts Haruno-dono, “will center on marriage and the future of this family. Naruto,” he pauses, and Naruto dares to look at him. “This is something that you should hear,”
The silence in the room is piercing, and only Haruno-dono is allowed to speak when he is at the center of the room.
“After much thought and consideration, it is a welcome decision that Kiba-kun will marry into the Haruno family and take over as the head. The one to support him as mistress and this family as his wife, will be you, Sakura,”
There isn’t any surprise there, Naruto thinks. He then wonders why he was called here in the first place. He had hoped maybe one day, had Kiba-san, his only friend and confidante, not been chosen to lead the Haruno family, he would ask for Naruto’s hand in marriage from Haruno, and take Naruto away with him. Maybe one day, he’ll be free of such hardship.
Naruto is foolish to even think he would be able to leave the life of a servant behind.
“Naruto,” says Haruno, “You’ll marry into the Uchiha family.” Kiba snaps his head up to look at the family head. “To the head of the family, Uchicha Sasuke-dono,”
Naruto keeps his eyes to the tatami. “Yes,”
Why? What is the point of giving him away to the Uchihas? He’s a bastard; it’s pointless to marry him off when this won’t result in a union of two families.
“Isn’t that wonderful, Onii-sama!” Sakura pipes up, finally happy to be rid of her untalented half-brother. “The Uchiha family is a high-ranking family! They hold much power and influence,”
But the head of the Uchiha family, an alpha, is known for being a cold and cruel soldier. Naruto hears the other servants gossiping about his engagements, how many omegas from good, respectable families have been presented to him, but have never lasted three days with him. All either chased off or ran away.
Naruto has been ordered to marry such a terrifying man, and once he leaves the estate, there is no going back, and he’s no longer allowed to step into the residence again. He wonders why he’s been chosen to marry Uchiha Sasuke-dono, when it’s impossible for an uneducated omega like him to fit as the mate of a well-known, respected, and prominent family.
“This marriage will be a waste on someone like you with no redeeming qualities nor talents,” Mebuki-oku-sama, Sakura’s mother, sneers at him. “But it would be impolite to turn it down and you’re in no place to refuse,”
“You are not allowed to refuse, Naruto,” says Haruno stiffly. “Pack up your things at once. You will leave and proceed to the Uchiha estate immediately,”
Naruto is dismissed. He bows and doesn’t see Kiba aching to run after him.
Finally, Naruto is free from the Haruno family, yet he doesn’t feel safe nor relief from his father’s decision to give him away. If anything, he’s dreading his departure even more. He’s terrified of the Uchiha family head’s notoriety. He might just be kicked out of his fiancé’s home or put down by his cruelty.
“Naruto,”
The omega turns around and sees Kiba with him in the hallway. “Kiba-san?”
Kiba bows. “I’m sorry. I was unable to do anything. I had hoped for a different outcome for us,”
“Kiba-san,” says Naruto, “You have nothing to apologize for,” he smiles at him, the best he can give him despite the heaviness in his chest threatening to pull him down to the floor. “I’m simply unlucky,”
“It’s not about luck!” Kiba hisses.
“I don’t mind. After all, I may find comfort, happiness, maybe love, with the family I’ll marry into,”
Kiba wants Naruto to ask him why he couldn’t protect him. He wants Naruto to blame him for this. He’s a coward; the only thing he ever wanted, was to marry Naruto and take him away from here, and yet, in the face of his soon to be father-in-law, engaged to the wrong child, he couldn’t speak up. “Don’t you… resent me?”
“I would never, Kiba-san. I’ve long let it go. I’ve…forgotten such feelings,”
If words could stop Kiba’s heart. It’s painful, the way those words pierce his chest like cold steel. “I’m sorry. I’m truly sorry, Naruto. I wanted to save you. It’s always been you. I lo—”
“Kiba-san?”
Kiba turns around and Sakura, his new fiancée, has followed him.
“What are you two talking about?” she smiles at them.
Kiba stares at her. “Nothing,”
Naruto knows, that despite the laughs and beautiful memories he’s made with Kiba as his childhood friend, despite coming from a respected family, despite his high education and talents, even though he’s blessed with good looks, he’s tied to the decisions made for him by the heads of the families who choose to unite. Kiba-san is kind and understanding, which is why he remains silent, and Naruto feels that his silence will hurt Sakura in the future, just like how it’s hurting Naruto now.
Whatever Kiba was about to say, Naruto doesn’t know and he’s not sure if he wants to find out either. Naruto will forever cherish his memories with him, and the friendship he offered. “Kiba-san,” Naruto bows, “Thank you for all you’ve done for me,”
He doesn’t get a reply. Kiba only watches him walk away.
---
Naruto finds himself unable to fall asleep that night. He’s finished packing the few belongings he owns. His clothes, which are all servants’ attire, all hand-me-downs from fellow servants. He had other pretty kimonos, accessories left to him by his mother, but he doesn’t know what happened to them. Maybe Mebuki-san took them and threw them away. They were the only things he had left of his mother. Mebuki-san said bastards didn’t deserve such pretty things.
Haruno-dono gave him a fine kimono for his departure tomorrow, since showing up in a beggarly would tarnish their name. His father knew he had nothing yet did nothing. He also told him to introduce himself as a Haruno. How awful, to be ordered to drop his mother’s name. To pretend to be an acknowledged child. If Uchiha-dono finds out about Naruto’s secrets, he will surely be thrown onto the streets.
So that’s what it is. They want to use him as a pawn. To make connections, marry into a powerful family. Haruno-dono isn’t his father. He never was. He was his master.
Sometimes, Naruto wishes he wouldn’t wake up.
---
When he arrives to the Uchiha residence, he’s surprised to find a humble abode.
Naruto enters the receiving room, kneels, and closes the door with a quiet thud. One wall is decorated with a large red fan with a white base and handle.
His fiancé has his back turned to him. His black haori bore the embroidered with the same red and white fan on the wall. It must be the family crest. Naruto is to be married into this family, should his fiancé not be rid of him in three days’ time.
How very warm, the scent of his new fiancé, like a home. Grass, wood, and warm coal. Surely, he isn’t what they say if Naruto feels drawn to his warmth? Perhaps he can find a home with him.
Nevertheless, he bows his head in greeting. “Pleased to meet you. My name is Haruno Naruto,”
Saying his name with his father’s surname felt like acid in his mouth. It felt like a betrayal to his mother and his mother’s late mate.
The master of the house, his alpha, doesn’t answer or turn to him, so he keeps his head down. Naruto’s used to being ignored. He has never been outside of the Haruno estate since he was five. It’s best if he keeps his manners and bring no shame to the family or embarrass himself when meeting someone for the first time. Time and time again, it’s been ingrained into him that an omega servant like him must know his place.
The master keeps on reading his papers, flips a page after the other.
The bamboo fountain outside is a testament to how long Naruto has his head down, waiting for the response and relieve him from his bow.
The master sighs, turns around and sees the omega still in a bow. “How long do you intend to stay like that?”
Naruto keeps his head down. “Moushiwake arimasen.” My deepest apologies.
“I’m not asking for an apology. Raise your head,”
Naruto obeys, but he doesn’t expect to see that his husband to be, might be the most beautiful thing he’s ever laid eyes own. Fair, porcelain skin, long, dark hair, and piercing obsidian eyes framed by gentle bangs. His delicate features aren’t what is expected from a man of his status and a clan of power.
His breath is caught in his chest. Naruto knows that the Uchiha family is an esteemed and wealthy clan, but is his fiancé of blue blood?
However, he mustn’t let himself be swept away by his fiancé’s appearance. He knows about the many brides this alpha has chased away. Naruto no longer has a home to go back to. Being sent away to the Uchiha family head to be given away in marriage is the same thing as throwing him out to the streets.
No matter how difficult this marriage may turn out to be, he’ll have to endure it.

Hey everyone, I noticed this blog has started to get more attention lately, and I wanted to just say that I am, first and foremost, an AO3 writer. I do write prompts and sometimes draw as I’m trying to learn digital art, but I made this mainly to talk about my fics and stuff like that
This is my AO3 profile, if you enjoy my writing, I’ve got 250k words worth of fanfics on there!
This includes two Naruto WIPS (A time travel one and an Alternative Canon Older Uzumaki sis one), a request WIP (which I haven’t updated in a while as they take a while to write and I do it on the side), a Naruto one-shot Sengoku AU/Arranged Marriage with Itachi and a House of The Dragon Daemon/Rhaenyra one shot.
This isn’t meant to come across as self-promotion, but I write for my enjoyment as much as external validation. I suppose it feels good to have feedback on what I write, and there’s nothing better than comments to know that people are enjoying my work. It encourages me and keeps me inspired, and it feels good to create a rapport with readers! So if you like the stuff I write, want more and happen to find my fics interesting, please leave a comment on them and let me know! It means the world to me :)

New Naruto story!
I've been plotting out an arranged marriage story for Naruto & Sasuke and finally got a little snippet written up. The story is tentatively titled "It's Hard To Say "I Do", When I Don't". Here's a little snippet of what I have planned, so enjoy!
Naruto could tell that his best friend/secret crush was in a foul mood, if his perpetual dark scowl and angry mutterings were any indication.  “Something the matter, Sasuke?  Whatever it is, it seems like it’s really pissed you off.”
“My parents just dropped a bomb out of nowhere!”  Sasuke exclaimed, his black eyes narrowing in remembered anger.  “Apparently, they’d arranged a marriage for me with the kid of one of their friends.  What the fuck?!  How archaic can you get?  Like I want to get married to some fucking dumbass I don’t even know…or want to know, for that matter!”  He smirked before adding snidely, “Probably ugly as fuck, too, which is why their parents had to arrange a marriage for them.”
Naruto’s blue eyes widened at Sasuke’s words, hurt seeping into his heart.  Did Sasuke even know it was Naruto he was talking about?  He started to doubt what his parents had suggested as he witnessed Sasuke’s reaction.  Before he had a chance to think about what he was saying, he replied, “So is that what you honestly think about me, Sasuke?  I thought I was your friend, but you think I’m a loser now?”
Sasuke’s reaction was instantaneous.  “You?!  You’re the one they’re setting me up with?  Are you fucking kidding me?”  He seemed disgusted at the prospect of it being Naruto who he’d marry.  “How long have you known about this?!”  He accused the blond.  “You knew all this time and didn’t say anything!”
Naruto rushed to defend himself.  “It’s not like that at all, Sasuke!  My parents just told me about their decision!  I honestly thought you knew since you hadn’t mentioned it before now.”  His mouth tightened in a thin line as he heard Sasuke snort incredulously.  “It’s the truth.  I’m not lying to you.”
Sasuke sneered at Naruto’s words.  “Yeah,” he replied mockingly, “I’m so sure it’s the truth.  Are you so hard up for someone to be with you in a relationship that you had to beg Mommy and Daddy to set up this pity marriage?  Pathetic…just like you are.  Here’s a hint, Uzumaki – I’m not interested in you, never will be, and I sure as fuck don’t want to marry you.  Do yourself and me a favor and just stay out of my life permanently.”  Shoving Naruto to the side, uncaring as the blond was slammed into his locker, he stalked off leaving a heartbroken Naruto in his wake.
Naruto could only stand there, stunned, as he watched Sasuke walk away.  He stubbornly blinked back the tears that formed in the corner of his eyes.  The blond refused to give the bastard the satisfaction of knowing he’d made him cry.  He was just glad the halls were deserted at this time of day so there weren’t any witnesses to his humiliation.  It stung to know that was how Sasuke felt about him.  Not to mention that he thought so little of Naruto to just accuse him like he had.  Needing someone to talk to, he pulled out his phone, fingers already texting Sakura.  He smiled softly when he saw her reply that she’d meet him at his home.  As he walked to his car, he mulled over what he needed to do.  First, he needed to discuss things with his parents.  Their fantasy idea of him marrying Sasuke was never going to happen.  Second, Naruto didn’t want to stay in his current high school.  Day after day of being ostracized by Sasuke as if he didn’t exist?

Naruto/Dishonored AU Crossover
Just a bit of an after thought that carries itself in my head for quite a while. I like both fandoms so, wanted to mix them with each other in some way. Also have some other ideas for AUs with Naruto. Sasuke is a an heir to her father's throne after Itachi, not being able to handle the responsibility, fled the scene, much like Beatrici fled Serkonos when Corvo was a child. Having no other choice, Fugaku made his daughter an heir. While trying to conceive another male child, Mikoto almost died during childbirth. She managed to live, but the child was born deformed and already deceased. Accepting the fact that this can be an omen for not having another kid, fearing for his sick wife, Fugaku finally fully excepted his daughter as the true heir. After a long diplomatic conversation with Serkonos, duke, Minato, decided to send his youngest son, Naturo, to serve there as one of the officers. Unexpectedly, Uzumaki was the only one who forged a close bond with Sasuke. So, after his wife's influence and wish to make his daughter as comfortable as possible in her new position (Sasuke was gradually prepared for this, as she was considered to be nothing more than a wife for the royal of other country and a diplomatic instrument before), he accepted Naruto as a possible candidate for the position of royal protector. Sasuke finally named 16-year-old Naruto as her royal lord protector when she turned 12.
They managed to get along ever since. Even tho they had different personalities and political thoughts, they found solutions for it. Naruto protected Sasuke and even her father during a coo that was stirred up closer to the end of Fugaku's rein. Naruto was wounded, but managed to impress the emperor. A year after Fugaku passed from an illness that he was battling for quite a while. An eye disease that was passing through the male Uchiha line. Being a woman, Sasuke did not only tear a century long male line of her family, but also broke a curse of this eye plague that killed her ancestors before they ever turned 50.
Naruto helped her every step of the way, along with her mother, Mikoto. Eventually their bond grew so close they started secretive relationship that lasted for a year, before Sasuke was able to give Uchiha line heirs. Twins, that were named Kay and Emily. They both looked very similar to their mother, expect for their eyes that had bright blue color. Royals tried to claim their bastard nature, considering their birth outside of marriage, but Mikoto managed to quickly shut the acid spitting mouths. She suspected the truth, but considering that Sasuke refused to marry, it was the only way for the Uchiha line to thrive.
Outside of anyone's knowing, even closest friends and family, Naruto and Sasuke had a third child. A boy named Kirin. He was sent to Serkonos in fear that he might face the consequences of strongly resembling his father. The only man on earth who knew about his nephew's royal lineage was Kurama. He hid the boy away, making sure that he could get everything necessary for his comfort.
After that, Emily, as the oldest child, was pronounced as the heir. Even tho she only was a few minutes older than her brother, for many people, who already saw a rise of the great empress, that was enough to make that claim legitimate. They grew up together in Gristol, calling their father by his name to avoid any more suspicion. Kay grows up to me much like any Uchiha. With black hair, tall stature, handsome face with a visible jaw line and a slender body. Although he had quite a dark skin tone, was taller than many of his ancestors and had striking blue eyes that were usually filled wth a spark of joy and curiosity for the world around him. He was quite an energetic and mischievous child, but calmed down a bit when he turned 10. He found himself in art, painting animals since he was 5. Emily is quite similar to her look in the canon, besides having blue eyes.
At this point in time a canonical event happened. But with major differences. Kabuto was an assassin that tried to kill Sasuke. He failed, but many didn't know it yet, including Naruto. Kabuto is send by royal spymaster, Orochimaru. Sasuke is hidden away, while Naruto was pursued for his "crime". He spent 6 months im prison, but finally managed to get out with help of Kakashi, Yamato and others. Loyalists don't betray Naruto in this AU because they consist of his canonical allies. They bring him to the Hound's Pit and give him a mask that resembles his demonic fox from from the anime. He also connects to the Outsider, who is not really changed in this AU. He starts his journey with wiping out Orochimaru's allies, who didn't only want to usurp the throne, but also take Sasuke for himself. He starts with Karin, although he finds out that she is merely a hostage doing his bidding. By freeing her, Naruto stopped a constant flow of Orochimaru's experimental materials. He also managed to shift Suigetsu and Jugo to his side. They form sort of an alliance. They help Naruto get through some of Orochimaru's defences, which drove him to an island of Kingsparrow. To get this info, Naruto had to face a failed killer. Kabuto tried to fight and conseal his master, but broke down after a swift chase and under Naturo's ability to resolve issues with conversation. He disbanded his group of orphans as assassins and proceeded further into the country to find a better fate.
To be able to get there, Naruto first secured the safety of his children. He found them captive at one of the Orochimaru's labs, being watched over by some of his men. After rescuing Emily and Kay, Naturo turned his head towards his main goal. When children were freed, Orochimaru finally had no open leverage against Naruto and his allies. Loyalists helped him, while their protected heirs to the throne. Naruto has final confrontation with Orochimaru, where he revealed that Sasuke is alive. Although not well, the empress managed to push the man to the edge. Not willing to give up just yet, he almost brought down both of them. Seeing Orochimaru fall, Naruto gripped tightly to Sasuke's hand. He pulled her up, holding the empress close.
At first, not recognizing him, she seemed confused, but they share a reunion under a heavy rain when Naruto finally takes his mask off. After thinking that they lost each other, Sasuke thinking that Naruto was executed, and Naruto thinking his lover dead by assassination, they return to rule the realm and raise their children together.
The story of the second game happened 8 years later. Sasuke was preparing her oldest child, Emily, to take the throne from her mother after Sasuke's long 21 years of holding the crown. She was not quite ready herself, but tried her hardest. With emotional support from her brother, she learned how to fill in the documents and properly speak while addressing her subjects.
At some point, Naruto is kidnapped. Kabuto, knowing too well that he was not welcomed, still bowed infront of Sasuke, sharing the info about Naruto's disappearance. Not being able to leave the throne unattended, the monarch send Kay and Emily to deal with a supposed coo that was preparing somewhere in Serkonos. They explore their father's birthplace, while exposing all it's dark secrets. At this point, Naruto's parenthood is revealed. But they don't yet know about their brother's existence. They manage to find and save Naruto from overseers, who find his old connection to the god of the Void and try to question him.
After saving Naruto and letting him rest, the Uchiha twins got a visit of their own, getting a half of the mark each. Thet possess the same abilities to one another, efficiently stalking through the streets.
They stumble upon Clockwork mansion once they are in the city. They see an uncanny resemblance of it's owner, Kirin. Naruto, not being able to hold the secret any longer, explains their brother's story. Kirin was born without a limb, missing his right arm. But it didn't stop him from being a natural genius. He was as clever as he was cunning and calm, so he slowly pushed himself through in the academy, finding his place as an inventor. He was also curios about the coo because of the fact that someone used his clockwork soldiers without his knowledge. Kirin strongly resembled Naruto, having his face and hair color, but inheriting his mother's eyes and skin tone. He dresses in dark tones, unnatural for Serkonos. It's mainly blue, black and grey. He has a mechanical prosthetic arm that he constructed for himself. Despite his timid nature, he still managed to create a social fond for people who need prosthetics as much as he does (children with deformities, mine workers after accidents.) Ironically, living on Serkonos and descending from a line of Serkonan royals, he still burned by sun like a fish on a pan. Because of this he mainly spends his days working, only going outside while the moon is in the sky. He also inherited naturally suspicious character of Uchihas, so he is not the most loving towards society and crouds. Reunited siblings manage to track it all down to Delilah. She became a victim Orochimaru's experiments at an early age, loosing her mother to them as well. Bitter and weak, she rose to power and intended to make royals all over the world pay for their negligence towards Orochimaru's doings in various cities and countries. Kay, Emily and Kirin manage to stop the coo, return to Gristol and introduce Kirin as the member of the royal family. Although he continued to live in Serkonos, officially helping his relatives from his mansion.
Details might be added through development. It's a raw concept really XD)

I absolutely love your fic Friend of Mine, I love all your other fics too but this one is sooo relatable to me and so sweet and pure, I’m just floored and affected every time I read it. I was wondering if you could recommend similar fics or fics that inspired you to write this (if any). I’m looking for fics where they begin as friends, that’s simple and not too soap-y (if you get what I mean?) they don’t even have to be in the hs realm. I’m sure there’s a prev rec list for this too. Thank u!
it's been ages since you sent this, so you probably don't even remember sending me this. but :D I'm happy that you enjoyed "Friend of Mine"! The song inspired me, so I don't think I used any other fics for reference.

A Mini-Fic About Laundry
Laundry is an unappreciated compilation in a shinobi’s life and no one understands that better than Hinata Uzumaki
The earliest days of her marriage were spent learning how to get blood and mud stains out of orange fabric, learning to line-dry Naruto’s mission clothes so the sunlight would banish the pungent aroma of Kurama’s chakra.
Then her washing machine filled up with cloth diapers, which her husband insisted he knew how to wash, yet time and again proved he did not.
He went on fewer missions in those early years, his t-shirts covered in globs of mashed peas or half-chewed strawberry spittle.
In the quiet years that followed Naruto’s appointment as Hokage, she got used to grass stains from Boruto’s scuffles and art accidents on Hima’s dresses. Dribbles of instant ramen broth on the white Hokage’s cloak turned out to be her most challenging stain.
When Boruto started at the Academy, she thought she was prepared to be a shinobi’s mother, but she didn’t realize how wrong she was until he came back from a field trip to Kirigakure and dropped his duffle bag beside her washing machine.
Long after both children were soundly asleep and Naruto spending another night in his office, she unzipped his bag and pulled out a white blood stained shirt. Her son’s blood.
It was the first time that her eldest child’s mission was reported to her through his clothing, though not the last: Pockets filled with sand, reeking of sewer, singed beyond all reason.
And the blood. So much blood. Sometimes it wasn’t his, too often it was. Maybe a harder woman would have gotten used to it, but every time she took a scrub brush to something her child bled upon, she cried.
Perhaps it would have been easier if she’d been prepared. If Boruto had sat down across the evening’s dinner table and described the horrors he’d been through, but instead he talked about his friends, their successes, and so many games.
When Kawaki joined their family, he wanted to wash his own clothing but Hinata insisted. It was her job after all to bear witness to her family’s pain through the hamper.
So, sweat stained pajamas joined her laundry pile. No wonder, given how the boy screamed during the night. She couldn’t help but wonder if a full breakfast and soft place to sleep would really solve his problems.
Two teenage boys under her roof, one silent and sullen. The other boisterous and hot-headed. Both personalities facades, hiding so much pain.
When Hima found a bottle of round black pills in Boruto’s room one morning while looking for a pencil sharpener, Hinata immediately called Naruto at work, something she never did.
He listened patiently to her concerns before waving her off. No. They weren’t recreational drugs. No. They weren’t habit forming. The only thing she needed to do was make sure Hima never went into Boruto’s room again.
That’s when she realized how little she knew about what went on beneath the round red roof of their cute little home, but she was determined to make it a peaceful place for the family she loved.
Then came the evening Kawaki disappeared and Boruto followed him. She stumbled out the doorway, two of Naruto’s shadow clones meditating on their lawn, and begged to come with him and save their boys.
But, no. Her job was to stay with the house. Stay with Hima. In case the unspeakable happened. Shikamaru would take care of her husband, while he took care of the whole village.
Fingers shaking, she combed through Hima’s hair as her youngest child fell asleep before going downstairs to do laundry, washing the underwear of the men she might never see again.
Determined to follow her regular routine, she walked Hima to the train that took her to the academy the next day, offering bland assurances that everything was fine.
Opening her front door a few minutes later, her heart jumps into her throat to see Naruto’s toeless boots and Boruto’s low cut sandals by the front step when she gets home.
Naruto!” she cries, rushing into the house and burying her face in his zippered-up shirt, inhaling the scent of her favorite laundry detergent.
“I told you it would be fine,” he says with a laugh, taking a bite out of a piece of egg on toast while Boruto chugs a bottle of milk from the fridge. “Kawaki’s under observation right now. I’ll let you know when he wakes up.”
She watches as Naruto picks up a trash bag and escorts Boruto out the door, their blond heads disappearing around the corner.
Breathing a sigh of relief, she goes to the hamper to find out what’s in store for her and frowns when she finds it empty.
Maybe they were just in a hurry. Hinata rushes upstairs and checks the bedrooms and Naruto’s office for dirty clothing balled up on the floor, thoughts of chastising her boys filling her head.
Nothing.
Chewing nervously on her thumb, she checks to see if Naruto had already started the washing machine… No, he hadn’t.
It’s then that she remembers the black trash bag her husband carried out the front door. Mouth set in a grim line, she walks outside and grabs the bag, feeling the squish of fabric, only slightly heavier than she expected.
Silly men. Why had they tried to throw their clothing away? Hinata Uzumaki can get stains out of anything.
She opens the bag to survey the damage and gasps.
Blood.
There’s just so much blood.
She pulls Naruto’s clothing out first, the front of her orange shirt soaked, flecked with bits of dark organ and pieces of flesh. His pants aren’t much better.
Hands red, she reaches into the bag and grabs black fabric: Boruto’s pants. They’re covered with mud and blood, but nothing prepares her for the t-shirt.
Ripped in half, more red than white, she holds it up, seeing the blood-soaked hole in the back side. Hands shaking, she grabs his jacket and looks in horror at the matching hole right beneath the spiraling Uzumaki symbol.
With a strangled cry, she grips her son’s jacket to her chest and begins to sob.

Oh man, Mito and Hashirama are already such a powerhouse couple, but throwing Shisui into that? W o w. But hey, speaking of Mito, I'd love to see what your take on Shisui/Mito would be if you have any ideas. I have a feeling that Kagami being the ambassador of Uzu + being from a time where they're all but extinct except for Naruto who is basically Mito's legacy and yet is treated like trash... is gonna be make for some interesting emotions on Shisui's part.
Hey, Anon 👋
Oooh boy, you're absolutely on the money. Shisui, as I have him as Uzushio Ambassador Kagami's grandson, has a lot of complicated feelings about Uzushio and the Uzumaki. He also has complicated feelings on Jinchuuriki as Kakashi's Squadmate, maybe, but also what with all the Shinobi wars and also the Kyuubi attack.
On the other hand, Mito will also have considerable issues. The Uzumaki don't seem to have any interaction with the Uchiha before the founding except for via their connection to the Senju. Which is, obviously, Not Good.
If this is a pairing without Hashirama, then we have to think about a world where Shisui and Mito would meet independently of the marriage-treaty. If Shisui leapfrogs the Uchiha-Senju and goes to Mito directly, he would need a very good reason for that; maybe he was ROOT-sealed by Danzo so that he couldn't tell anyone about Danzo's treachery and he needs it removed ASAP, cue the slow dance of forming an alliance that benefits both of them (despite Shisui being an Uchiha and therefore the enemy of the Uzumaki's allies) and building trust. Mito would also be the one to help Shisui try to reverse engineer a way back home. Maybe Shisui was sent back with Naruto, who was wandering by the Naka when Danzo attacked, so they need to get an ally and quick!
Personality wise, because I realize I've got distracted lol, they really aren't a bad match up! It's hard because you don't exactly see Mito as a person, so it's all bloody headcanon-ed 😅
Let's get brainstorming!
Shisui knows how to treat a lady right. Mikoto is a similar brand of sophisticated badass Hime so Shisui absolutely will not undermine or interrupt Mito, he will defer to her expertise, but he's not a pushover and he won't be completely lost when she gets technical.
Mito needs someone who can keep up but has more spice than a research partner. She's content to let others rattle away and talk bullshit because actions speak louder and she's confident in her own strength and influence. Shisui is much the same.
She also, apparently, doesn't do much fighting (we never so much as glimpse a blade or armour, but that's hardly off brand for Kishi's pigeonholing of women) but that doesnt mean she can't fight. Shisui is smart enough to keep up, he doesn't know much about seals but he understands a fuck tonne about chakra systems and reality bending because of both his Mangekyou and his revolutionary Shunshin.
For some AUs, I feel like Mito would be a political Hime with Shisui as her dedicated bodyguard. She's all cool composure and he's bright eyed and fixated behind her shoulder. What an unbeatable team!
Or, in another AU, maybe Shisui is a freedom fighter and he kidnaps Princess Mito for ransom, only to find her much more of a handful than anticipated ...until she realises the truth of the movement and then they fight together!
Shisui starts spiralling? Mito comes up with a vicious attack plan, so protective, and it's very affirming
Mito wants to do something absolutely groundbreaking? Shisui is a fucking cheerleader, "that's my Queen!"
There's a lot of emotional intelligence in this pairing, a lot of understated power and breathtaking ingenuity, and they would be very fierce for each other... As soon as they prove to each other that they can be trusted and should join forces
This is a good one, Anon! Enjoy 😉

17 :Fainting
Done and done!
17) Fainting
Hinata was famous for her fainting spells. She was so innocent and shy that as soon as Naruto Uzumaki, the object of her affections, so much as said 'hi' to her, she would glow red like Rudolph's nose and pass out cold. It was a very common phenomenon. Some found it surprising that such a fragile girl was a close cousin to the stone-cold, unmoving, dead serious Neji Hyuga. Nothing fazed him. He was so emotionless that some would think he was a robot. The mere thought of him passing out over anything would make anyone bust out laughing. It was true. Neji was very hard to overwhelm, or make nervous. But...he wasn't as different from his cousin as some people would think. Tenten was the first to realize that.
There were three times Neji Hyuga became flustered to the point of collapsing. And all those three times revolved around Tenten. The first time happened when they were fourteen. The two had had strong feelings for each other for quite a while by then and had been getting very close to being official. However, Tenten was tad impatient with the progress they were making. Neji was too gentlemanly, he hadn't even tried to touch her hand. Tenten figured it was time she took matters into her own hands. It happened when they returned from a mission, Neji was walking her home like he usually did. They were talking (about what, she doesn't remember) and she finally craned her head upwards and kissed him on the cheek. Neji went completely silent and stopped dead in his tracks. His eyes were wide but the rest of his features were blank, and his whole face was so red, like it had been when they tried the infamous curry with Lee. Before Tenten could touch him to snap out of whatever trance he was in, the boy lurched backwards and bam! He fell right onto the ground. The second time Tenten made Neji faint happened much, much later. It was a year after the war had ended and they had been together for almost six years by then. With the war over and peace having settled in, not to mention Neji alive and well after that nightmarish near death experience, it was the perfect time for one of the most joyous occasions to ever happen to two people in love and their loved ones: a wedding. They finally tied the knot. The wedding was beautiful and everyone close to them was there. The ceremony started off nicely. Neji waited at the altar's end for his bride to finally appear, and when she did...it was like a dream. Tenten had always been beautiful in his eyes, but at that very moment she was a vision. She was adorned in a pure white qun kwa and golden headdress with a veil. Topped off with her beaming face with her rosy cheeks and lips, she was the perfect picture of a beautiful, happy bride. Nothing could ruin the very moment...until Neji, overcome by the sight of his darling bride, fainted where he stood. Thankfully, he was out for only three minutes, and the wedding continued from there without any other problems. And now came the third, and final, incident. It was a year and a half into their marriage, and everything was just great for them. Tenten's business was going well and Neji had really taken to his part-time practices in consulting the ANBU and teaching at the academy. Things could not have been better. And, as if things couldn't look any better, they found out it wouldn't be just the two of them for much longer. They were looking forward to when Tenten was a couple of months along and an ultrasound could be performed, so they could see with their own eyes the little being they were anticipating. Emphasis on the word 'being'. Being, singular. That turned out not to be the case. That's not what Neji, Tenten, or Sakura, who was performing the ultrasound, saw. They saw that there was not one life growing in Tenten, but two. They were expecting two whole babies at the same time, twins. The news moved Tenten to tears. Neji, meanwhile...fainted again.
Neji was a very collected person, but he wasn't entirely void of emotion. If anything, there were times that proved that he could feel very strongly. So much that it could be too much for even someone like him. All three times he passed out was when he was with Tenten, a person he loved more than anything, and when he was filled beyond the brim with happiness and love.
