Hi 🥺 what if they- 👉👈 what if they got mawwied???? 💕💕💕

Okay hi I’ve been working on these on and off all month (mostly off I got really busy whoops) and I have A LOT of thoughts about a Legbone wedding (ft. the drawtectives cause they really are my blorbos)

Anyways here’s a list of headcannons that I didn’t get to draw:

So right off the bat let’s talk OUTFITS

To me Legzi and Ryjinah had gone looking for dresses but Legzi wasn’t really pumped about any of them

So maybe they went on a road trip (because ladies bookclub road trips my beloved) to either go look in a different boutique or to do other wedding related shenanigans

And on the side of the road Legzi spots this rag

And of course it’s a torn up wedding dress and suddenly she has a Vision^TM

Just Legzi being more excited about fixing up this dress than anything she could have just bought up to that point

Because to me Legzi is someone who loves to feel like a part of the process and having all her random skills she picked up from Darkmouth

Then design wise I wanted something puffy so I could hide how much taller I made her

Because personally I think her using the leg stilts on her wedding day is not only very Legzi^TM but I also made myself laugh with the concept :)

And florals because those are fun, green, and easy to make by hand (as someone who’s made a lot of ribbon flowers)!! The vines were places where the dress was really torn and needed more structural stitching

Ryjinahs dress on the other hand I wanted to take some inspiration from her season 1 design (even though I haven’t seen it)

Also I love a chance to draw some boob

so anyways York’s invitation

I’ve said it before but “artists draw fan art of each other’s art” where Karina drew Ryjinah, York, Rowan, and Jacob horse all hanging out is CANON TO ME

Which is why all of those characters were invited!! :)

Anyways I imagine all the invitations had your standard stuff- names, dates, rsvp section

But where it would’ve said +1 I think Ryjinah scribbled that out and hand wrote “+2 ;)”

Which of course Grandma would be slightly flustered by meanwhile York is like “AWESOME you guys can come!!!”

I believe in drawtectives polycule supremacy and also York is aroace

Which also lead to my miniature leg wrestling joke :)

Oh but the second York and Rah’ōxah lock eyes they’re going to leg wrestle (Pokémon rules)

Then they can become friends too and we can make Julia’s drawing in “pro artists redraw their old OCs” canon!!!

Rah’ōxah is both Legzi and Ryjinahs maid of honor :)

She’s awesome of course she can do both!!!!!!

I wish I had drawn this but to me Parker the cat officiated :)

Maybe while standing on top of Parker the horse

Ryjinah was not pleased with this but also couldn’t say no to the combined force of Legzi and Rah’ōxah’s puppy dog eyes

Plus Parker the cat is the only person (cat) they know who’s ordained

Oh last thing I wanted to but didn’t draw was a Rosé & Rowan interaction

Or not even so much of an interaction but they catch each other’s gaze from across the room and freeze

Oh more headcannons but they’re siblings to me

I mean dyed hair? Knives? Mysterious pasts? Color schemes?? Attracted to himbos???

Anyways they both have moved on from their family in different directions

So to suddenly meet again even from across the room

Then York or Gramdma calls for Rosé and she looks away and they’re gone

But I digress

Tbh for everyone’s outfits I kinda just went “you know what would be cute???”

So floral dress for grandma (obviously)

Jumpsuit + long gloves for Rosé because vibes

Unbuttoned shirt and double breasted vest for York so he doesn’t have sleeves

Similar thought process for Rah’ōxah because they give off similar vibes BUT I made Rah’ōxah’s the same colors as Ryjinah and Legzi so she could match both :)

Then a demon Johnny button on her outer vest kinda like the pin/broach she has in Julia’s drawing in pro artists redraw old OCs

Rowan I just wanted to look swanky and what’s more swanky than a tailcoat?

And for everyone but Rah’ōxah I tried to keep to their normal color schemes!! :)

Are all these outfits practical for what I made a beach wedding on a whim? Absolutely not

I gave pretty much all of them some sort of heels even if they are technically wedges which is better but STILL

Beaches are fun and easy ish to draw and I never do backgrounds anyways give me a break lol

But anyways I think that’s all my thoughts!!!

sorry it took so long! i started school and homeworks got me swamped... im takin a little to adjust but I hope to be back to writing regularly soon!! requests can be sent in, but answers will be slow.

Scan the man

“I am simply saying, you would think, with how fuckin’ invent-y Percy is, he could figure out how to fix my lute! It’s bullshit that he’s ‘unable to’! I think that just translates to ‘I am a lazy fancy boi who doesn’t want to help my friends’!”

You laughed at his comment as you opened the door for him into a music based shop, the very specific smell of cork grease and reeds hitting you as you entered. “Usually I give him the benefit of the doubt, but I think you’re right in this case.”

You both wandered around for a few minutes, Scanlan especially fascinated by all of the musical instruments, even though he had seen them a million times.

Finally, a busy employee noticed you looking through the music books and greeted you. “Oh, hello! My deepest apologies, as you can see, we’re rather busy today!”

She was right, the store bustled around you. Despite it, Scanlan still heard and made his way to your side.

“What can I help you and your husband with?”

Scanlan blinked, at a loss for words for a moment. It wasn’t often you were mistaken for a couple, since the group tended to go to shops together, and it was more often you were mistaken for a polycule or more specific, more… odd couples. (Keyleth and Grog happened often, mostly because she would always gently explain things to him if she could).

Finally, he figured out what to say. “Ah, trust me, I wish I had the honor of callin’ this hot little piece mine, but they’re a bit too sophisticated for my taste.”

You responded by laughing and gently shoving him, then explaining that he needed his lute fixed.

She promised it would be finished by the end of the week, and either of you could drop by to grab it.

As you left, Scanlan started to laugh, reaching to take your hand. “I can’t believe that she thought we were married!”

“Please, you’d be lucky to land me, Shorthalt.”

“Well then,” he winked, “let me try my hand at it. Dinner tonight?”

Percy von Keysmash

“I swear to gods, it is becoming more and more difficult to find black powder.”

“How about that crazy guy who gave you a literal pig’s head full of it? I’m sure his shop is still open,” you laughed.

“Ugh, please, do not remind me of that interaction. That pig’s head haunted my dreams almost as much as the Briarwoods. Ah! Here we go! …Not nearly as much as I need, though…”

“If you and your partner are trying to find black powder, there’s a medicinal shop which sells it in bulk.” A lady browsing the shop commented, looking up at Percy. “Would you like the address?”

“Oh, um, yes, please. That would be lovely. Thank you.” Percy stammered, offering the lady a tiny notebook where she jotted down the address.

Percy gently took your hand and tugged you towards the door, seeming to want to leave the shop as soon as he could.

The two of you walked in silence for a long while, you unable to figure out what to say after that. Should you make a joke? Ignore it? Just face it head on?

It ended up being… awkward silence. Which Percy met with the same.

You two likely would have completely ignored it, if you hadn’t stepped into the shop and immediately been greeted by “what can I do for you lovebirds?”

Percy heaved a sigh, shaking his head before simply saying “black powder.”

You lingered awkwardly by the door until he finished up the transaction, then walking alongside him as you left.

“Well, that was… Something.” You mumbled, crossing your arms, gazing at the cobblestone as you walked.

“My apologies for how I handled that. I- I…” He trailed off, leaving the sentence unfinished.

You didn’t prompt him again, simply allowing him to drop it and stay in awkward silence the rest of the walk.

Vax

When it came to shopping, Vax enjoyed it, but often wasn’t ‘allowed’ unless Vex was there to negotiate the price. And if that price wasn’t low enough, and the twins deemed the shopkeep an ass, they would simply steal it.

But a library, looking into whatever monster of the week you were fighting, meant Vex avoided it as she often insisted she found reading gross and posh, and nerds like you and Vax and Percy and, really, all of the group but her, Grog, and Scanlan, could get it done.

You sat at a table besides Keyleth, looking up as Vax carted back an armful of books and dumped them on the table. “We are going to be here all night, I swear to gods.”

“Do you want me to go get some food, then?” Keyleth hummed, smiling up at you and Vax.

“I don’t think the library allows food…” You started, then looked up, realizing it seemed to only be VM and a single employee, then added “can you bring us back some cookies?”

She nodded, compiling a small list of snacks before leaving to find some.

“Excuse me, you and your husband’s friend is not allowed to bring food in here.”

Vax completely overlooked the relationship comment, simply responding with “excuse me, my friends and I are the only reason all the residents of Emon were not dragon kibble. We will eat in the library if we damn well please.”

The employee shut up, realizing quickly they wouldn’t win this conversation – especially not as Vax flashed one of his daggers.

He sat besdes you, opening one of the leatherbound tombs and commenting “this is gonna take a year.”

“Did you… hear what they said?”

“Hm? Kiki shouldn’t be bringing food in here.”

“No, uh… Nevermind, it’s dumb.”

Vax will ask Percy about it while youre out of earshot, and respond by subtly giving you a little kiss on the cheek.

listen I love these two as purely platonic friends

... but I may also be starting to ship them a teeny bit ;w;

Can we talk about the sheer amount of competition, though?? For real, one of these guys is always trying to do something to impress (Name), especially if the other one did something impressive a short time ago. Did Edward dedicate his performance in a game of cricket to their S/O and win? Well, Cheslock has to then dedicate his performance in a concert to their S/O and get a standing ovation. And the cycle continues. It just never ends with these two!

Cheslock tends to get more affection at least in public, simply because he’s much more relaxed about showing affection even with eyes on them. Edward will hold (Name)’s hand as they walk, but that’s about it until he taps more into his wilder streak. Cheslock, on the other hand, will gladly kiss (Name) on the cheek… and sometimes on the mouth. Yes, even while other people are watching. Edward is appalled! … And maybe a little envious. He’s going to get to the point where he can do that, it’s a goal!

That said, Edward gets quite a bit more focus in private. Cheslock doesn’t filter himself, so he doesn’t have another… ‘level’ to go to, so to speak. He isn’t holding anything back, whereas Edward often is. Their S/O sees Cheslock’s whole self in public, and they only see Edward’s more boisterous, sensual side when he shows it to (Name) in private. That makes it a bit more exciting to see, and Edward is very good at keeping their S/O’s attention once he has it.

None of that is to say that (Name) prefers one man over the other, though. His relationship with each of them is just different; still very much equal. The three of them do things as a group often, and he just… interacts with Cheslock and Edward in varied ways. Just because it’s not quite the same doesn’t mean his relationship with each one isn’t equal. Their little polycule is actually none too bad at keeping things balanced so no one feels slighted.

Competitive as they might be with each other, Cheslock and Edward are great at working together if they feel the need to defend their S/O’s honor. They both have a strong sense of what is and isn’t noble, so if (Name) gets his character questioned, the other person will have two incredibly protective gents ready to fight over it. Cheslock’s rosining up his bow to thrash some arse in a battle of musical wits, and Edward has his sword drawn if the offending party would prefer to settle things in a more physical way. Pick your poison.

Sleepy (and maybe not so sleepy) cuddles with (Name) in the middle between Cheslock and Edward? Oh, yes, definitely.

… (Name) shouldn’t be surprised if he finds Cheslock and Edward locking lips occasionally. Whilst they may not have gravitated toward each other in a romantic way otherwise, sharing a S/O has made them both more aware of their own attractions in general. They’ve learned to better recognize those feelings, so… they might as well see what comes of it if they want to kiss each other too, right? It might lead to something, it might lead to nothing, but whatever happens, they’ll have given it a go and not just ignored their feelings. If they end up being with each other the way they’re both with (Name), great. If not, they’ll continue to be fantastic friends. There’s no down side here!

The absolute power of SamxDarlinxAngelxDavid polycule over my poor heart and soul

So heres headcanons!

Darlin and Angel confessed to each other about liking the other’s boyfriend.

Angel sets up a “double date” to announce their feelings and talk about all of them dating

David is,, hesitant. Not about Sam(mans crushed on him for years) but about Darlin. Simply because thats two more people Tank will go to war for.

It starts slow, Sam, Darlin and David curled up on the couch but not quite touching, when Angel gets home they’re immediately laid over them all, making sure some part of them is in contact with each of them.

Weekend “cooking/baking dates” that turn into Angel and Tank perched on the counter stealing kisses while the boys cook/bake and chuckles and teases when Sam or David sneak a kiss they think the mates didn’t see

Hello hello! 💕 thank you for giving me an opportunity to ramble about some more brainrot!

So excluding Rings of Power, here’s some fav polycules:

S-tier: Celrondir — Celebrían/Elrond/Lindir (hobbit films) I’m really fond of the Elrondir ship but I can never justify setting Elrond up with someone and not involving Celebrían, so in my head Lindir got a crush on Elrond, Elrond got a crush on Lindir, and meanwhile Cel was in the background also mildly attracted to Lindir (but mostly they’re just besties) & she was like ‘ok now kiss’. Bonus points if they eventually all get married to each other — peak sweet anxious wreck Lindir getting doted on by Cel & Elrond, but also Lindir and Elrond mutually sitting there fawning over their hot wife. Meanwhile Celebrían has this lil harem of husbands who adore her (and she and Lindir gossip about Elrond like girls at a sleepover). I just love them your honor.

S-tier - QPR Celrondgalad - I’m very much of the opinion that Elrond and Gil had some mutual devotion/fealty queerplatonic intense thing going on in the second age. Absolute platonic soulmates (who occasionally had sex). Celebrían and Gil were best buddies & like literally nobody was a bigger Celrond shipper than Gil. He loved seeing how happy they made each other 😭💕 and like Elrond and Celebrían didn’t really get a chance to talk about this because of Gil’s fate, but Elrond got this impression that he needed to break off the QPR thing with Gil, meanwhile Cel was like “what we have and what you two have are two completely different things and not mutually exclusive”. So at some point they did end up talking about this and once Elrond sails and reunites with both of them, it’s very much a “hi this is my husband and this is my best friend who’s my husband’s boyfriend” and I love them for that

A-tier - Celrondgalad 🤝 Celrondir - in a Celrondir verse, Lindir sails with Elrond to reunite with Cel and then also gets the shock of his life getting invited into a four-person polycule with the High King(tm) and is extremely embarrassed and worked up about this. I can’t really see Lindir and Gil being a thing except for besties who bond over their adoration for Elrond.

B-tier (fun to think about sometimes but mostly as a joke) - Celronduil and Celronduil 🤝 Celrondir - Celebrían and Thranduil tell Elrond to get in the car, loser, we’re going shopping. Weird on the surface but the more you think about the more entertaining the dynamics get. Especially if you toss Lindir in for fun because he is but one poor wet pathetic meow meow in a polycule of extremely strong personalities. It amuses me so I daydream about it often.

Basically all of these naturally revolve around Celrond, because I headcannon that Elrond just wasn’t really interested in romantic relationships very much prior to meeting Celebrían (except now I have a Celebrimbor brain worm that is changing that…), and Celrond is so endgame to me that all of my polycules are born out of me trying to reconcile my other pet Elrond ships without having to wave away my OTP 😂 plus it just makes sense. Elrond has so much love to give and I feel like he deserves a polycule. As a treat.

WOT sims shenanigans part 2!

remember how mat and elayne kept interrupting their initial getting together flirting to throw water balloons at each other? well, IMMEDIATELY after rand and aviendha had their first kiss, they ended the conversation so aviendha could do pushups and rand could build a sandcastle. we stan 4 useless bisexuals.

then they went home and fucked woohooed in elayne’s bed because neither of them had a double bed. i’m sure elayne didn’t mind!

elayne and avi got together as well, so the rand/mat/elayne/avi polycule is complete! i moved them all into a new apartment together (now they all have double beds! rip to rand and mat’s bunkbeds in the old household) and rand immediately wished to have a child. if coming down with baby fever one (1) hour after moving in with his partners isn’t a rand move, i don’t know what is.

look how soft 🥺

if one person walks in on 2 of their partners woohooing, or is walked in on by their partner, they don’t care at all. but since mat and avi are the only ones without a romantic relationship, they both get embarrassed if one walks in on the other with rand or elayne (tho rand and elayne do not get embarrassed). there are boundaries in this house that need to be respected, thank you!

i did not realize until looking at them from this angle and in these outfits what Fantastic asses sim rand and elayne have 😳 yes i’m the one who created the sims, but i didn’t pay attention to ass size while i was doing it jkfjg i just picked default body types and did some minor tweaks. i’ve now gone to inspect mat’s and avi’s asses and they’re both flat as pancakes rip

i gave mat the goofball trait which means that he WILL NOT STOP pranking toilets (unless i catch him in time to stop him). half the time he’s the first one to use a toilet he pranked and then gets mad when the toilet breaks. karma.

the Lan Thirdwheeling On Randlayne saga continues:

perrin and faile’s wedding was a hot mess. it started like 4 hours late because i was waiting for rand, mat, and elayne, who never showed up. (at this time i was controlling the other WOT household rather than the polycule household, so i couldn’t make those 3 come to the wedding.) and mat was the best man and elayne the maid of honor 💀 elayne is barely over the line between friends and acquaintances with faile but is still faile’s highest relationship after perrin, which is tragically canon lmao. and rand was supposed to be the flower girl again! how could he dip on his flower girl duties!

during this waiting time, gawyn went to cry under the bedcovers because he was depressed from Fear Of Unfulfilled Dreams and aviendha took a mudbath, facemask and all. clearly she’s been spending too much time with elayne. but what else are you supposed to do to destress from showing up at the wedding of your partners’ friends whom you barely know and then being abandoned there because your partners ditched?

half the guests didn’t watch the ceremony but came running to get cake afterwards. then nynaeve just threw out the whole cake after only a few people had taken slices.

finally, here’s egwene deciding to boogey down right in the middle of perrin and faile’s first dance. (not pictured: perrin dropping faile mid-dip, which gave her an angry moodlet jkfgjh)

date night!

breaking news: mat and aviendha have developed a small romance bar! fascinating. i was playing this household the whole time and controlling their every move yet have no idea when or how that happened. maybe they were in flirty group conversations with rand and/or elayne often enough that it ended up giving them romance points with each other as well. for now i’m thinking i won’t encourage it but i won’t make them friendzone each other either, and instead i’ll just see if anything happens. in the last post i was saying how sim mat keeps trying to seduce people without me telling him to or catching him in time to stop him and he’s gone and done it again! lucille bluth shouting whore out the car window.gif

lan called elayne to say that he was feeling down in the dumps and i picked the “try to cheer him up” option and got this dialogue 🥺 the friendship we didn’t know we needed!

i have a glitch lately where sometimes it doesn’t notify you when a sim’s needs get too low, so rand died of starvation because i didn’t even know he was hungry at all 😭 thankfully, i quit without saving and then immediately fed him when i restarted the game, so he is okay now! can’t believe rand was suffering in silence to such an extreme that he literally died before i noticed anything was wrong. painfully canon!

a few sim days later, the same thing happened to mat! on christmas! while he was holding a plate of food and about to start eating it! gawyn sobbed his eyes out over mat’s dead body while everyone else, including mat’s partners, gathered around to look at the corpse but just kept calmly eating christmas dinner and didn’t care at all. i quit without saving again so mat is alive again, but i’ll never forget that gawyn was the only one who cried over his death djfgj gold star for gawyn

the polycule is engaged!!! i love Love!!! so many proposals! you can see the sun progressively setting because it took so long to do all the proposals lmao. my favorite is elayne proposing to rand while mat dicks around on his phone and avi does situps. tune in in a couple weeks for the polycule wedding! and let’s have a prayer circle for it to run more smoothly than perrin and faile’s, but given the number of ceremonies i’m going to try to cram into one wedding event, i’m foreseeing an even bigger hot mess!

To answer your questions:

I imagine with all of LBD’s time alive, I wouldn’t be surprised if she had gotten the certification to officiate weddings because why the hell not? So I can absolutely see her doing that after Mayor begs for like 10 minutes straight.

OH BOY, SO I CONSIDERED THAT. And I considered that LBD’s backstory remains the same except she doesn’t lose her way with wanting to help the world but causes enough fear that she was still sealed away. So her efforts could be a combination of seeking to repent and wanting to achieve her goal, seeing SWK and MK as means to do it. But eventually, she becomes attached to all of them personally, which was inevitable when she essentially becomes the Venom symbiote to SWK while they’re on Journey to the West 2: Electric Boogaloo.
