Y/N Playing Cello

The Addams family and The Lesso family have hated each other for centuries. Over thousands of years the two families have killed each other due to something the other one has done.

The only Lesso that has been through many of these so-called wars was Leonora Lesso, who was now the headmistress of Nevermore Academy which welcomed all of the misfits. She's been running the place for well over a hundred years now and is known to be the scariest and cruel headmistress of the school.

Y/N arrived at Nevermore a week after an incident at her old school. She got out of the car as her animals rested on her shoulders. She had a black & white snake, a grey mouse, a dark brown sable and a tiny dragon.

The butler of the Addams family bowed before handing Y/N her bag before leaving. Y/N looked up at the school seeing a figure in a window. She tilted her head a bit and when she blinked the figure was gone. She shook her head before walking towards the building as her suitcases disappeared to her room. As she walked into the school everyone stopped talking and looked at her. She looked around before seeing a woman walk up to her. The woman had copper red hair, pale skin and green eyes. The woman stopped in front of her and raised an eyebrow. "So you must be Y/N Addams am I correct" the woman said while looking at Y/N. "No I'm the boogyman" Y/N sarcastically said before rolling her eyes. The woman in front of her smirked before tilting her head up a bit. "Well pleasure to meet you I'm Headmistress Leonora Lesso" The woman said causing Y/N's lip to twitch a bit. So this was the woman she heard so much about. They kept looking at each other in silence as the students started whispering.

"Alright let me show you to your room" Leonora said breaking the silence. "I can find my own way to my room" Y/N said with little to no emotion as she heard her snake hiss quietly. Leonora's lips twitched up into a smirk as she gripped her can she was holding. "I insist" Leonora said causing Y/N to sigh before following the headmistress up the stairs and then down a hallway. They walked up another staircase and then down a shorter hallway before Leonora stopped in front of a door. "Well this is it, welcome to Nevermore Academy Y/N" Leonora said before walking away.

Y/N watched as Leonora disappeared down the hall before looking over at the door. She twisted the knob before pushing the door open.

Y/N was speechless as she set her pets down onto the ground. She shut the door before walking around the place. Her suitcases were on the floor next to the bed so she walked over and opened the biggest one. After unpacking her things she took her hair out of the braid she had in. Her bangs went just past her eyebrows as she stroked through her hair. Y/N's hair just went down to her hips. Her mother always told her to never cut it but since she was out of her mom's grasp she was able to do anything she wanted. She took her blue eye contacts out revealing her grey eyes. After taking a shower Y/N grabbed a pair of scissors and started cutting her hair.

An hour later Y/N had finished cutting her hair and she looked into the mirror. She stroked her hand through her hair before smirking as she looked at her hair which was cut into a wolf cut.

There was a knock on Y/N's door so she walked out of the bathroom and towards the dorm door. She opened it and saw a girl with blonde hair standing there. "What do you want" Y/N said looking down at the shorter girl. The blonde haired girl held her hand out. "I'm Enid" the blonde said still holding her hand out which Y/N did not shake. Enid rubbed the back of her neck and smiled nervously. "Are we done here" Y/N said and Enid nodded making Y/N slam the door shut in Enid's face.

It was night time and Y/N was sitting on her balcony setting up her cello. Her pets came out and curled up to each other and listened as she started playing.

Meanwhile Leonora was in the room across from hers working on some paperwork when she heard the music. She stopped before getting up and walking to her door and opening it before walking across the hall. She turned the knob slowly and opened it quietly. She stood in the doorway watching Y/N play the Cello with her back facing her. Leonora tilted her head to the side slightly before smiling softly. As Y/N finished Leonora stayed in her place in the doorway just watching Y/N move around. "You're pretty good with the Cello" Leonora said causing Y/N to jump a little. She turned around to see Leonora in her doorway leaning against the doorframe. "How long have you been standing there" Y/N asked as she watched her snake Rouge slither over towards Leonora. Leonora pushed herself off the doorframe before bending down and picking Rouge up. "Long enough to know that you're really good" Leonora said walking over to her. She stopped right in front of Y/N before lifting Y/N's head up so that she was looking directly at her. "And that you play so elegantly" Leonora said causing a faint blush to cross Y/N's cheeks.

Leonora smirked a little at that before letting go of Y/N's jaw. "Get some rest classes begin tomorrow" Leonora said before handing Rogue back to Y/N who just stood there frozen as she watched Leonora leave.

Later that night Y/N couldn't sleep at all. All she could think about was Leonora Lesso and these weird feelings she was having. Y/N sat up before looking over to see her pets fast asleep curled up to each other. She stood up before deciding to go to the garden behind the school. She snuck out of the school and walked towards the garden. Before she stepped foot into the garden she heard a scream. She rushed towards the scream and hid behind one of the bushes. She peaked around the corner and gasped when she locked eyes with the person. She hid back as her heart started racing. "You shouldn't be out here this late" a voice came causing Y/N to look up. Her eyes widened in shock at who she saw. Leonora Lesso had blood from her mouth all the way down her neck. Her eyes were blood red causing Y/N to gulp. Leonora grabbed Y/N by the jaw with her bloody hand. "I should kill you for seeing that but I'm not going to" Leonora said before leaning in closer. "But you have to promise me you won't tell anybody what you saw or things will get worse do you understand" Leonora said as she slightly dug her nails into Y/N's jaw. "Yes I understand I promise I won't tell anybody" Y/N rushed out causing Leonora to smirk showing off her sharp fangs. "Good now you better get back to bed" She said pulling away from Y/N who now had blood on her face. Leonora walked away before shouting "See you around Little Raven" she said causing Y/N to blush even more.

The next morning Y/N woke up and got ready for her first day of lessons. After Y/N finished getting ready Rouge slithered up Y/N's arm and rapped around her shoulders. She smiled and stroked under rouge's chin before picking up her other animals and heading out of her dorm. Just as she walked out of her dorm she saw Leonora walk out of the room across from hers. Y/N froze in place as Leonora looked at her. Y/N watched as Leonora walked away before letting out the breath she didn't know she was holding. "Is this what they call falling in love" she whispered as she stroked Ebony as she started walking. Little did Y/N know Leonora was listening to the whole thing. Leonora smirked as she headed towards one of the classes.

Later that day it was lunch time and Y/N was eating alone occasionally feeding her pets when she heard someone sit in front of her. She looked up to see a boy with dark skin, ashy blonde hair and yellow eyes. "You're Y/N Addams right" The boy said and Y/N nodded causing the boy to smile before holding his hand out. "Well I'm Claude Wolfgrim it's nice to meet you" the boy said and Y/N shook his hand before smiling a bit.

Since that day they spent everyday together since they had the same classes. For the past month of them spending so much time together someone has been lurking in the shadows watching them laugh and talk. The person felt jealous and angry at the same time. It was the day of the school ball and Claude had asked Y/N to the dance as just friends and she accepted the invitation causing the wolf to howl. Y/N was just finishing up when there was a knock on the door. She walked over after putting her hair pins in her ponytail.

She opened the door to see a young girl standing in the doorway. "Headmistress Lesso would like to see you in the garden" the girl said before leaving. Y/N sighed and shut the door behind her before heading towards the garden. She arrived at the garden a couple minutes later and looked around not seeing anyone. "Hello little Raven" she heard a low voice say. She was about to turn around but Leonora wrapped one arm around Y/N's waist from behind. "You've been hanging out with that wolf boy to mush lately" Leonora whispered into Y/N's ear causing her to shiver. "I'm allowed to hang out with whoever I want to" Y/N scoffed out causing Leonora to chuckle before snaking her other hand under Y/N's arm and wrapping her hand around her neck. "Oh but Darling you're wrong there you belong to me but I'm guessing you didn't know that, hmm" Leonora whispered into Y/N's ear. Leonora's hand grabbed Y/N's jaw before leaning down. "Maybe I should mark you so everyone knows who you belong to Little Raven" Leonora said before her eyes turned blood red.

"You can't do this I'm your student and you're my headmistress" Y/N stuttered out causing Leonora to laugh. "And plus this could never happen because of our families" Y/N said making Leonora growl before tightening her grip. "Who cares about our families history, so what if they hated each other I'd give up my whole family reputation to just be with you" Leonora said causing Y/N to blush before closing her eyes. "Alright" Y/N said giving Leonora the only answer she needed before sinking her fangs into Y/N's neck. Y/N cried out causing Leonora to cover her mouth. Y/N shut her eyes tightly as she felt Leonora tighten her grip around her even more.

Leonora pulled away before licking up the blood that escaped. Leonora looked down at Y/N to see her eyes closed. "Nora" Y/N said causing Leonora to smile softly at the nickname. "Yes darling" Leonora said as Y/N opened her eyes to look up at the red-head. "Can we dance" Y/N said causing Leonora to chuckle before nodding her head. "Of course Little Raven" Leonora said before leaning down and kissing Y/N on the lips.

After they kissed they danced the night away in the garden like no one else existed in the world as they listened to the music. Finally being able to feel happy for once.

One thing I wonder about is where they got the idea to add “sirens” in “Wednesday”.

Not that they did them badly but... All the other main categories of creatures fit into Chas Addams works: he drew lots of vampires, he had several werewolves (in fact one seems to be part of the Addams family, or close to it) ; and one of his most famous drawings was a gorgon going to a hairdresser.

... But did he ever drew sirens? I do recall he drew satyrs (or maybe it was someone else), but I don’t recall any mermaid in his works...

After that I know it might be just them going for their own original ideas - after all the faceless kids were entirely new and I loved the concept (I was sad we didn’t see more of them). But I would have loved it if they actually paid some homage to the rest of Charles drawings...

The Sound Of Rain

After that day every night they would spend all night long in the garden relaxing while watching the stars occasionally making small talk. Y/N had made more friends over the few days as well which included another werewolf, a vampire, a gorgon, 3 witches and a siren. They had become what the others called the outcast group since they didn't stick to their own species group.

Y/N was sitting at an empty table waiting for her friends to join when someone pushed her head to the side. Before she was about to do something her face was shoved down onto the table. "Let's see what's under that bandage why don't we" the girl said making Y/N's eyes widen in shock. "NO" she shouted causing the girl to smirk. The girl just ignored her before ripping the bandage off causing her to wince. The girl's eyes widened in shock before letting go of Y/N. "Y/N" Enid shouted before rushing over with Y/N's other friends. Y/N covered the bite mark up and looked up at the shape shifter who was just standing there. Her friends stood in front of her as they faced the shape shifter. Bianca turned around and looked at Y/N who still had her hand over the bite mark. "Are you alright Y/N" Bianca said causing Y/N to nod. "Come on let's go put a new bandage on" Dot said but Y/N shook her head no. "It's fine they were gonna start asking anyways" Y/N said causing her friends to look at her. Claude growled at that before turning back to the shape shifter. Cassandra grabbed the girl by the throat before getting into her face.

"You're gonna regret messing with our friend" Cassandra hissed into the girl's face as her eyes turned red. Cassandra was shoved away and Ajax caught her. Some of the shape shifters stood in front of the girl who held onto her neck trying to breathe. "What the hell do you think you're doing you damn bloodsucker" one of the boys sapt out. "Don't call her a bloodsucker" Hester spat back. As they were all having a stand off in the middle of the court yard they didn't hear the tapping of a cane against the ground. Everyone else went back to their own business as Leonora walked past their tables. "ENOUGH" Leonora shouted causing the two groups to stop yelling at each other. She looked over at Y/N for a second to see her covering her neck up. "What the hell is going on here" Leonora growled out. "The damn shape shifters started it especially her" Anadil said pointing towards the girl shape shifter that was hiding behind the others. Leonora snapped her gaze towards the girl before demanding answers. "I just wanted to see what was under the bandage Y/N was wearing and they had to make a huge deal out of it" the girl said causing Leonora to grip her cane tightly. Her cane broke into pieces causing everyone to stop talking. "You in my office now, you as well Miss Addams" Leonora said before walking away after picking up her broken cane.

The girl quickly followed the headmistress not wanting to get into any more trouble as Y/N took her time. Y/N arrived at Leonora's office right after the girl. "Shut the door will you Y/N" Leonora said and Y/N nodded before shutting the door. Leonora turned around and leaned against her desk with her hands gripping the edge. "Why don't you tell me what happened again" she said causing the girl to look at Y/N who was just staring at her with a blank expression. "She shoved my head against the table before ripping the bandage off my neck" Y/N said as she looked at Leonora who looked at the girl with so much anger. "Is this true" Leonora hissed out and the girl looked down at the ground. That was all Leonora needed for confirmation before she slammed the girl against the wall causing the girl to yelp. "You think you can get away with that without being punished" Leonora growled out as her eyes turned blood red. Y/N just stood there watching as the girl shook her head no. "Nora it's not a big deal" Y/N said before putting her hands in her pockets. Leonora looked over at Y/N before sighing. She looked back at the girl before smirking showing off her sharp fangs. "Here's the deal stay away from Y/N and don't tell anyone about what happened in here or I'll kill you do you understand" Leonora said as she compelled the young girl causing her to nod. "Good now get out of here" she said before letting go of the girl.

After the girl left and shut the door behind her, Y/N walked up behind Leonora before wrapping her arms around her from behind. "You were a bit harsh Nora I know you meant well but still" Y/N said as Leonora turned around. She grabbed Y/N's jaw and leaned down so that their faces were an inch apart. "The only one who is allowed to touch you is me and your friends if they want to hug you" Leonora said digging her silver nails slightly into Y/N's jaw. Before Y/N could say anything Leonora smashed her lips against Y/N's causing her knees to give out. Leonora caught her as she wrapped her arm around Y/N's waist before deepening the kiss. Y/N tilted her head back as Leonora traced kisses down her jaw to the bite wound that was on her neck. "You're mine & only mine if I have to I'll carve my name into you so people know who you belong to" Leonora said causing Y/N to shiver at the thought. "Or better yet I can change you. Would you like that Little Raven" Leonora whispered into Y/N's ear causing Y/N to whimper.

Before either of them could speak there was a knock on the door. Leonora pulled away from Y/N who stood up on shaky legs. "Come in" Leonora shouted before the door opened. Y/N's friends were standing in the doorway looking between the two of them. "You're free to go Y/N if there's anymore problems, come to me immediately alright" Leonora said and Y/N nodded before walking towards her friends. After the door shut Leonora sighed before slowly walking over towards a black door. She opened it and it revealed a huge bedroom/living room. She collapsed onto the couch and stroked her hand through her hair.

This weekend was a family weekend and Leonora wasn't ready for that. She couldn't believe it was halfway through the first semester already. She also couldn't believe she fell for an Addam since their families absolutely despised each other. But she always went against her family's wishes and so did Y/N so they didn't care. After a couple minutes she stood up and headed to her closet before opening one of the cabinets. She looked through her canes and decided to grab the black & silver one that was secretly a sword.

She made her way out of her room and headed towards the courtyard. As she sat down on the edge of the water fountain rubbing her knee she heard thunder. As she looked up at the sky she felt the first droplet hit her nose before she closed her eyes before sighing softly. It was nice & quiet which she liked. She heard the distant voices of the teachers teaching the students. As she grazed her fingers along her cane she heard a voice she hadn't heard in a long time. She looked up to see her great grandfather standing in front of her. He had died a hundred years ago. He was the only one out of the Lesso's besides Leonora who thought that the wars between the two families was stupid and that they could have become allies. Leonora smiled softly as her grandfather took a seat beside his granddaughter.

"How's my little bloodsucker doing" her grandfather said causing Leonora to roll her eyes as she felt more drops of rain hit her. "I should be asking you that question" Leonora said before looking at her grandfather. His laugh was deep as he put his hand over his chest. His hair was white as snow but you could see a few strands of hair that was copper red. He had jade green eyes. His skin was a lot paler than Leonora's since he was dead. "I've been watching over you, seems like you have quite a beautiful lover" he said looking at Leonora. "Oh you mean Y/N yeah she is quite beautiful" Leonora said looking down at the ground. "She's an Addam right" He asked and Leonora nodded her head. He was about to say something when a girl stepped out of the building holding an umbrella. He smiled as the girl walked over and stood right in front of Leonora. It has started pouring right as Y/N reached Leonora. "She is quite beautiful indeed especially with those soft grey eyes of hers" she heard her grandfather say causing Leonora to look up. She saw Y/N standing in front of her holding an umbrella over both of them. Leonora smiled and reached out to Y/N who happily walked over and stood right in front of Leonora. "Who's the man sitting next to you" Y/N said causing Leonora's eyes to widen in shock. "You can see him" Leonora said causing Y/N to nod. "I can see the dead but only if they allow me to" Y/N said smiling softly.

"Hello sir" Y/N said bowing her head before looking back at the man who smiled. He bowed his head as well before looking back up at Y/N. "You are quite a beautiful young girl" he said causing Y/N to blush a little. Leonora grabbed Y/N and pulled her down on her lap. Y/N was sitting sideways on Leonora's leg as she faced the old man. Leonora wrapped an arm around Y/N's waist as she took the umbrella from Y/N's hand before setting it down on the water fountain above them. There were holders on the edge of the fountain that would hold anything.

"Question though Little Raven why aren't you in class" Leonora said and Y/N looked over before smiling. "It was boring so I snuck out" Y/N said before giggling causing Leonora to shake her head before smiling. "She's just like you Leo dear" the man said causing Leonora to roll her eyes as Y/N giggled. "Tell me more" Y/N said getting a death glare from Leonora. "As you wish" the old man said before smirking. It was gonna be a long day Leonora thought as she rested her head on Y/N's shoulder while listening to her grandfather talk about her.

Before they knew it, it was family weekend and they were already regretting it. Y/N stood outside waiting for her family to show up when she saw a black limo pull up. She scoffed as the doors opened and her family stepped out. "Y/N" she heard Pugleys shout as he rushed over and hugged her tightly. She just stood there not hugging back as she felt a pair of eyes staring at her from afar. "Y/N dear how we have missed you" her father said hugging her as well. After her father & her brother pulled away she saw Wednesday standing there. "Where's mother at" Y/N said and they all looked at each other. "She couldn't make it, she was too busy with her work" Wednesday said causing Y/N to scoff. "But everyone else will be here shortly" Her father said making Y/N confused.

Meanwhile up in Leonora's office a couple bats flew through the window before turning into people. "Leonora dragă" someone said causing Leonora to shake her head and turn away from her bedroom window before walking towards her office where she saw some of her family. "Would you like to tell me why those disgusting Addams are here" her mother spat out causing Leonora to roll her eyes. "One of their kids go here is that a problem" Leonora said leaning against her desk with her arms folded. "Yes it's a problem we've been enemies for centuries" her mother shouted causing Leonora to scoff before looking away. "And don't forget what they did to your knee" her father chimed in. "It wasn't their fault" Leonora spat out causing her family to scoff. "Of course it was their fault" her aunt shouted angrily. Leonora just rolled her eyes again as she scoffed before walking behind her desk. "I can already hear those pesky Addams laughing and talking to each other why do they have to be so annoying" her younger brother said before making an annoyed face.

Y/N and her family were chatting when she saw a head of red hair walk towards the garden. "Uh I'll be back" Y/N said before rushing towards the garden following Leonora. As she walked through the garden she didn't spot Leonora. Y/N felt an arm wrap around her waist from behind causing her to smile. "Hello Little Raven" Leonora whispered quietly into Y/N's ear. Y/N turned around and smiled softly before cupping Leonora's face in her hands. She was about to speak but Leonora shook her head before leaning in and kissing her. Y/N kissed back before pulling away as Leonora traced kisses down Y/N's jaw to her neck. Y/N grabbed Leonora's suit and held onto her tightly not wanting her to leave. "I knew I smelt an Addam" Y/N's eyes snapped open as Leonora pulled away slightly. They both looked over to see Leonora's sister standing there with her arms folded. "Wait till mother hears about this" Leonora's sister said before laughing loudly. Leonora let go of Y/N before speeding towards her sister and shoving her against one of the stone walls.

"Leonora let go of our sister or your little pet here will get it" Y/N was wrapped up in a headlock as she felt a knife press against her chest. Leonora looked over then looked back at her sister before letting go. "Let her go now Desmond" Leonora hissed out causing her younger brother to laugh before disappearing. Leonora ended up in the courtyard to see her brother and Y/N on top of the water fountain. "I wouldn't take another step dear sister" he said before chuckling. "Let go of my daughter this instant you damn bloodsucker" Y/N's father shouted but before her could take a step he was shoved back. Before everyone could register what was going on the Addams and Lessos broke out into a fight causing everyone to back away. Leonora rushed over to the fountain and looked up. "Desmond I know you don't want to do this let Y/N go now" Leonora said as her brother tightened his grip around Y/N. "You don't know anything about me Leonora" he shouted pressing the knife closer to Y/N's chest causing her to shut her eyes tightly.

It looked like a war field in the courtyard. "DESMOND I SAID LET HER GO" Leonora shouted as loud as possible. "DESMOND DON'T LISTEN TO HER KILL THAT DAMN ADDAM" they both heard their sister shout. Desmond looked at Leonora before he tightened his grip on the knife causing Leonora to shake her head. "It's for the best dear sister" he said before slicing Y/N's chest open causing her to scream out. Leonora jumped up and shoved Desmond out of the way before lifting Y/N up bridal style. She landed back on the ground away from the courtyard as she kneeled down setting Y/N on the ground. "Hey Y/N stay with me alright you gotta stay with me" Leonora said panic laced in her words as she tried to stop the bleeding. Her grandfather appeared beside her as some of Y/N's family rushed over. "You have to change her if you want to save her Leonora dear that wound is pretty deep" her grandfather said.

"No I can't do that" Leonora said before she heard her mother's voice. "Leonora it's time to leave let's go" her mother said and she wiped her head around to see her mother and father standing there. Before Leonora could do anything Y/N's friends stood in front of her blocking her parents out. Uncle Fester, Pugleys and Wednesday stood up and joined Y/N's friends. "You're not going anywhere near them" Bianca said as she grabbed her necklace tightly. "Get out of our way you damn kids" Leonora's father hissed out as his eyes glowed bright red.

"Leonora dear listen to me will you it's the only way to save her" her grandfather said as Leonora had tears in her eyes as Y/N groaned in pain. "What if it doesn't work I've never changed anyone before" Leonora said as tears fell down her face. Her grandfather put his hands on Leonora's shoulders. "I believe in you dear to can do it just believe in yourself" he said and Leonora looked down at Y/N who was already looking up at her. "Do it" Y/N choked out as she rested one of her bloody hands on Leonora's cheek. "Are you sure My Love" Leonora said and Y/N nodded. Leonora closed her eyes before taking a deep breath in. She opened her eyes and wrapped her long arms carefully around Y/N waist before lifting her up. Y/N tilted her head back before Leonora's eyes turned blood red. Her fangs came out and she leaned down before biting down on Y/N's neck causing Y/N to scream out as she grabbed hold of Leonora's tie.

Leonora pulled away before licking her lips. She leaned down again and kissed Y/N on the lips with her bloody ones but she didn't care. She pulled away as she felt Y/N loosen her grip on her tie. "Now we just have to wait dear" her grandfather said before wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

After waiting for what felt like forever Y/N opened up her eyes gasping for air as she looked around. Y/N immediately looked at Leonora before sitting up and wrapping her arms around Leonora's neck. Leonora wrapped her arms around Y/N's waist as she buried her head into Y/N's neck. "You did it I'm proud of you Leonora dear" she heard her grandfather say and she smiled softly before tightening her grip around Y/N's waist. After pulling away Y/N smirked up at Leonora. "So I'm one of you bloodsuckers now nice" Y/N said causing Leonora to laugh as she shook her head. She pulled Y/N into a passionate kiss and Y/N kissed back.
