If so how do you balance both? Any tips for answering the objective based exams that has some negative marking elements. Any strategy you adopt to ace them.

I was listening to this podcast where the host was talking about how we get influenced by beauty and how sometimes it can create a negative response in us as well. What terrifies us about beauty is that it shows or highlights the things that we feel we lack. It gives us the feeling that we are not worthy, that we are not enough. He was talking about how we should not feel less than but be inspired by it, how we should bring beauty into our lives and how every decision we make should have an aesthetic component to it. You can start this simple habit by making one thing in your life beautiful every day. You can just start by clearing the mess that you have- clearing your bookshelf or table. You can just start by romantisizing the mundane.

I desperately want to get into the habit of journaling, but every time I do it, i feel like I am doing it wrong, that it's not supposed to be done this way and that it won't benefit me if i keep doing it wrong, so i end up doing it only for a few days. Recently, i found some self- discovery journal prompts on Pinterest and have decided to restart with the Q+A format. I'm hoping it will help me stay consistent this time.
