Hop over to Piccadilly Circus, London and you'll see this amazing light display hovering over Coventry Street which leads towards Leicester Square. London's first official Ramadan light diplsay were turned on last week by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who described London as "the first major European city to host a spectacular light display to mark Ramadan". During this period, fasting is observed between dawn (Suhur) and nightfall (Iftar) and lasts for 29 or 30 days each year, with the dates varying each year due to the lunar calendar. It is a period of reflection, appreciation, empathy and charity. The fully-recycalble aluminium frames containing 30,000 LED bulbs will be turned on every evening until late April.

There's just under a third of the year left (until Christmas), but will it snow this year? And are you the sort to buy presents early?

Mid-Spring flower blooms in St. James Park. You'll moan about the heat every summer, but come March and April you'll be complaining about how cold it is! This is one of those days in Spring where it finally tops 15c and everyone runs out in shorts and summer dresses.
...I know I will 🤣🤣🤣

If you've had a scorcher of a day today, temperatures topping 30c then I hope you enjoyed it! I had a couple cheeky Strawberries & Cream Frappes from Starbucks... For those who want cooler weather, it isn't so far away!

Got the oppotunity to enter the RNLI Lifeboat station in London, and to try on the equipment and see how they deploy for an incident; working with emergency services. Give it a go if you ever get the chance!
The station and response is both operated by paid and volunteer staff.
