I started intermittent fasting again. Can't do it on work days but thanks to being a shift worker I have many days off. Right now I'm on a 14:10 fast to ease into it but I'll switch to the good old 16:8 soon. Half an hour left of today's fast. Gotta stay strong!

Okay updating stats I’m 155.6 lbs this morning! Second day in a row so I’m totally counting as a win! I’ve been waiting so long to be 155 pounds! Like it’s a dream come true. I’ve been 160lbs for freaking 5 months now and it’s so frustrating. What’s changed? I started intermittent fasting! 16:8. I want to start calorie counting as I do go a little crazy during my eating hours but honestly not as much as you’d think. It amazing because I can enjoy sweets and delicious food and not feel like I need to count it because my appetite is reduced so much and I body is regulating really well. I’m so happy. I rewarded myself with buying some self care, updated my teeth regimen, hair care, and skin. Proof if I can do it you can too!

aw thank you!!🥹💖💖im happy to hear it! and NO i wont kill you, you are so right. the garreth/leander/clora hangout was my fav part of the chapter and also the most fun part to write, and it gave me an appreciation for the leander and garreth dynamic, which is amazing
