I love Elden Ring lore, because it's like George R. R. Martin wrote a world heavily steeped in Norse Mythology, and then Miyazaki went to read a book about Norse Mythology, got to the part where it said the gods knew they were going to die, but accepted it because it was ~fate~ and their ~noble obligation~ and ~necessary~. That upon their deaths, and after the Ragnarok, the world would be born fresh and lush and new and just...
Miyazaki: [looks at Norse Mythology]
Miyazaki: [looks at Dark Souls]
Miyazaki: [looks at Norse Mythology]
Miyazaki: [looks at Dark Souls]
Miyazaki: Pff, yeah right, like they'd ever just give up THAT easily.

and it's like despite all the awful shit he's done and continues to do, like, i get it. he's employed like 24/7/365. he never got to live a life, despite spending a childhood clinging to the hope of having one someday. He knew companionship and love but lost it and can't ever get it back. His circumstances are so anomalous and gruesome that it completely isolates him from pretty much every other human being on the planet. he knows hell is real and he is basically guaranteed to go there if he can't break this demon curse thing.
like it doesn't make the kidnapping and spreading the curse around any better, but i do get it.
#like personally i don't blame him for the actual murders#and it's hard to blame him for hiring people without telling them because like lol.#anyone who's like 'oh he should just tell ppl about the demons' like what are you onnnnnn if you went to a job interview with a creepy old#guy and he started talking about demons and hauntings and shit you would think you're being pranked or that he's lost his damn mind#and fuck offffff with the 'ohhh not me im a quirky bean i'd love to take a job if the interview was like that' like sure. ok. maybe YOU wou#but what are the odds that milford in 1998 coming off the satanic panic has a thousand yous running around waiting to be hired#like i honestly dont have any suggestions for how he could have handled the hiring situation any better#now the actual JOB i have plenty of feedback#like yea he should be there to train your ass against the demons lol we got more hands-on guidance for the embalming (the non deadly part)#but like the whole 'raymond is evil cause he kills possessed ppl and hires people without telling them abt demons'#do you think that old man can run the whole mortuary by himself and also have time to teach classes#until he inevitably dies from either stress or the demons and is sent to hell (which he knows is real)?#it's my understanding that by having others around who can help him fight the demons he'll have the spare time to figure out how to#break out of the demon curse or break possession or literally any useful information that could treat the disease and not the symptoms#he is running out of time!!! he is only getting older and the demons are only getting more frequent and someday he won't be fit enough#to properly banish them!!! if you even care!!!!!!!!!#fucking tag essay lmao#mr delver i wont u...

Waking Him up with a Kiss
Summary: Malleus/Silver/Jamil x Gn!Reader. You wake your lover up with a kiss.
Requested by an anon. Fuck you, Tumblr.
CW: Jamil is kinda sus but I wouldn't be doing him justice if he wasn't.
Also! Always get consent from your partner before kissing them in their sleep! That's a cool kid thing to do!
Tumblr media
He'd been hinting at this for a while now. All his life, Lilia had regaled him with fairy tales where the sleeping prince or princess was woken with true love's kiss. Malleus had always been a hopeless romantic, and, damn, did he want that!
He'd left the books out when he slept over. He made sure that if he knew you would come looking for him, he'd nap on his back. He sighs dreamily (and loudly) whenever he rereads those fairytales next to you. He waxes on and on about how romantic being awoken with a kiss is. He knows he's dense. But he thinks you're worse.
Lilia giggles and says to be patient, Silver says to just tell you what he wants, and Sebek says to just banish you for the treason of making him sad. He decides that Lilia has never steered him wrong before, so he decides to be patient.
And one day it happens. He's dreaming of you, walking through a meadow, hand in hand. You turn to him, your radiant smile glowing brighter than the sun of his dreams. You press your lips to his, gentle as a cloud, and it feels so real that he doesn't want to wake up.
But he does, and he moans a little as he regrets losing the dream world. But the feeling of your lips doesn't fade. Light as a cloud, gentle as a dove, a feeling that makes him feel so full inside he thinks he'll burst.
His eyes flutter open, and there you are, on your knees in the grass, smiling softly as you push one of his dark bangs away from his eyes. He smiles sleepily, putting together that his dream came true.
“Now that you've given me a taste, I hope you know that I am insatiable,” he said, his voice still husky with sleep. You giggled, as though you thought he was joking.
Oh, you sweet little human.
He is not joking.
Tumblr media
He has told you this on many occasions. If you are hanging out, and he falls asleep, do whatever you need to to wake him up. He originally tried to be chill about it, but eventually he let on just how much it distressed him when he missed time with you. He didn't want to miss out on any time with you. Yes, it was partially for you. But if he was honest, it was mostly for him. It hurt his chest to think about losing time with someone he loved. Being around the fae taught him every moment mattered.
Usually, you try everything. You shake him, you steal his pillow, you bang a pot, you set three alarms to go off at the same time. But today, you tried something different.
Silver blinked his eyes open, only to be met by your uncertain ones staring back at him, your face hovering a few inches above his.
He gently lifted a hand to his lips, the ghost of your kiss lingering. He may not have been fully awake for it, but he knows it happened.
His mind was immediately transported to a moment in his youth. He was sitting by his father, sniffling sadly because he fell asleep during Lilia's birthday party.
“Ah, my sweet son,” Lilia said with a warm smile, gently nuzzling his cheek against Silver's. “I know it's not your fault. Even doctors have told you you can't help it. I am not upset at all.”
“But it's your birthday,” Silver sniffled. “I feel like I must be cursed.”
Lilia's eyes widened in understanding.
“That must be it!” He said excitedly. He ran to the nearby bookshelf and pulled off a book, before nodding sagely.
“Yes, that must be it, look,” he flipped to a page in the story, pointing to a picture of a sleeping princess being kissed awake by a knight in shining armor. “I know this curse! When you find true love, perhaps their kiss will save you!”
Silver excitedly nodded at the picture, his eyes wide.
Lilia snapped the book shut, authoritatively. “But until then, I don't want you to be sad when you fall asleep. Your hero will save you one day. And they might be sad that they took a long time to save you. So if you are less hard on yourself, it might help them feel better. Promise?”
Silver nodded happily.
Lilia is a menace, filling his son's heads with fairytales. /Affectionate
In the present, Silver smiled softly.
“Did you kiss me awake?”
“Sorry, I know I should have asked, but I figured when you said wake me up however I can-”
“That's correct. I could have said it plainly, but this is definitely what I pictured when I said that. But in case you need me to verbally say it, yes, please continue to wake me up like this. I think I will wake up every single time.”
You smiled at him, still hovering over him, making him long for your kiss again.
“You know, I wasn't awake for the last one. Would you please kiss me again?”
You giggled, then leaned in and pressed your lips to his.
Tumblr media
“I feel like I need more ways to show my love for you,” you said thoughtfully. Jamil sat next to you on your bed in Ramshackle, reading over your report, and checking for mistakes.
“And what makes you say that?” He hummed in amusement.
“Seriously? You do everything for me! And I'm just kinda here!”
“I'm perfectly satisfied with that. In fact, I'd rather do all the hard stuff so that you have the energy to shower me in affection when I'm done,” he snickered to himself. If anything, a small selfish part of him liked the idea of you feeling like you had something to prove. It made you a very physically affectionate lover to “make up for it”. And while he was easily flustered, he very much liked the gentle caresses, warm embraces, and hungry kisses you gave him.
“Tell you what,” he hummed, handing you back the marked up report. It would take you hours to make the corrections. He loved you, but you were at a disadvantage when it came to college courses in the laws of magic. “I'm going to take a nap. When you finish, I'd really feel loved if you kissed me awake.”
He laid down, resting an arm over his eyes.
“You could just stay the night if you're that tired,” you said in that tone of voice that only came when you were pouting.
“Can't. Kalim has a test tomorrow, and I need to make sure he wakes up for it.”
You grumbled something, but he was already out cold.
He felt…warm. He softly sighed, as he felt your kiss deepen. Still not opening his eyes, he wrapped an arm around your neck, and continued sleepily kissing you. Yeah. This is the life he wanted. To be rewarded for his hard work with your affection.
He finally opened his eyes with a scowl when you pulled away.
“I didn't say to stop. This is about expressing your love, right?” He snickered.
You pouted. “I miss when every single thing would fluster you.”
He scowled and stood up, stretching away the sleepiness as he prepared for his trek back to his dorm.
“I don't.”
You smiled sweetly, then reached out for his hair.
“Luckily,  I can still make you all blushy when I play with your hair.”

“Good night love,” he scowled as he stormed out of the room.

Hot Take: Swan Lake (But make it Yancore)
Act 1 Scene 1
But has anyone ever thought about the misery that lies concealed beneath the waves of Swan Lake? A love that's molded over tenfold, yet still continues to rot?
Has anyone ever thought about how in love Baron von Rothbart must have been? How desperate he was to gain Odette's adoration that he sentenced her to his own prison? None shall have her, should he be unable to possess her. It's a promise he makes in a kiss of smoke and stardust.
Rothbart is a creature sewn of flames and feathers. Carved from abomination and power. Strong and weak all in the same breath. Yet ultimately a prisoner too, just like his dear Odette. Rothbart's bones are his glided cage, his own powers his jailer. He knows banishment and imprisonment as if they were his architects. He recognizes isolation like the kiss of a lost lover. He's lord of the swans, the owls, the crows, the birds, he's the lord of everything except Odette's heart.
So he curses her. Not out of malice, never malice, but out of love, devotion. Maybe, just maybe if she could bear his burden. she too would come to understand. He curses her with his likeness. Curses her with a lore and a crown and everything he has always had. He turns her into something only he could love.
And at the end of the day, it works too...
Act 1 Scene 2
Poor Odette, poor sweet Odette. Everyone knows of her tragedy, her curse, her death. Yet has anyone ever seen the sorrow that resides within her brittle bones?
Half swan, Half human. Yet never belonging to either world.
No one's ever thought of how she's felt throughout these years. The way the feathers stick out of her flesh even when she's human again. The way her voice imitates the call of a swan, every second syllable emphasized.
Even the full moon can not fully return that which Rothbart stole.
Oh, Rothbart. Even his name sends waves of hate throughout her body.
There's resentment in her bones. Hate too deep and passionate for words
What is this called again? Obsession, abhorrence, loathing?
Yet even with this spirited hate, all she can do is wait, wither away until imposible love finds her.
But when Siegfried finds her that's when the world really starts to fall apart. Because he's a prince, cold yet lovable. Soft like dandelions and as precious as the lilypads that infest the pond.
He's everything she's ever wanted.
And yet...
There's this leap in logic whenever he's concerned. He can't understand the pain she's been through. He'll never truly comprehend the weight of the curse. How suffocating its invisible shackles are, how deteriorated her mind has become.
Siegfried is a prince in every definition of the word...
But Siegfried can't understand the horrors she bears in her heart. The nightmares that never seize and the burden of living between worlds.
So maybe, just maybe that's why she throws herself into Rothbart's arms one dreadful night. Because for all his countless flaws Rothbart can -at the very least- comprehend her anguish. Who better to understand the burden of a curse than its caster? Then the one born with the same spell in his veins.
The curse is straightforward "a spell broken only once you are loved by someone who has never loved before."
Has Rothbart ever truly loved someone? Should she try to gain his love? maybe she's had it this whole time...Maybe she's also loved him this whole time...
Or maybe she's grown addicted to the sting of his teeth along her jugular and his bruising grip on her hips when they pirouette. Maybe there's a form of deification in the burn marks his feathers leave across her skin. A silent "I Love You" too fragile to be spoken.
There's something wrong with his kisses - they burn like a thousand hells and leave an aftertaste akin to poison- there's something wrong with the way her name falls from his lips.
There's something wrong with him...
So why is she starting to want him?
Maybe it's the trauma he's spilled into her lungs. Or how easily he makes the nightmares go away. Maybe it's the palliative sensation as he caresses all her flaws, kissing them as if they were holy. Maybe it's because whether swan or human she knows he'll love her. He'll understand.
How she wishes sweet Siegfried could do the same...
Act 2 scene 1
Odile chokes on night air and stardust. Bursting at the seams to be seen. She can't remember a time when she's been anything but darkness. Anything but a second thought.
She was born with feathers and a body meant to endure. Her mother, the dark arts. Her father, the lord of all who fly. She is more creature than human. A testament to the dark.
So what if she grew up spoiled? With every luxury thrown at her feet. It all means very little when you've never known the touch of another soul. When isolation has been your sole companion from the moment you emerged from your egg.
There's darkness within her that her father nourishes. Yet not even he can provide her with mitigation, camaraderie, happiness.
So maybe, just maybe that's why when she sees the prince for the first time. The world illuminates. She's sent to seduce him. To claim another victory for her father. But she positively melts when she feels his warm hands on her skin. The smile aimed at her is brighter than every ray of the sun.
If it's merely a deceit, then why does her heart pound like a caged bird among her ribs? Why does her blood flow to her cheeks upon seeing his smile? Why oh why does she feel this way, this need? To make him hers.
The black swan falls for the prince even if it's only meant to be a ploy, a ruse, another cruel game orchestrated by the wicked baron. How painful it must be to love for the first time and know it can only end in woe. How painful it must be to rot in endless heartache.
How she wishes to kiss him, just once. As he holds her hand and dances with her in front of a royal crowd. His eyes shine with an adoration she's never seen before. Is this love? Is this what she's been robbed of her whole life?
How she dies a thousand deaths when Siegfried utters Odette's name.
What she wouldn't sacrifice to hear him call her name instead...
Act 2 Scene 2
Imagine the black swan and the white swan actually get a chance to meet away from preying eyes and endless expectations. Imagine they understand each other's pain like two dying stars.
There's a lake in a forest where dreams go to die. A sparkling oasis where curses run ramped. In the glow of a lonely moon, Odette sits by the lake. Watching her fellow prisoners dance the night away.
Her heartache is unbearable tonight, she'll deem it a miracle should she see sunrise. Odile collapses next to her, bathing in her loneliness. A shade of grey encompasses the two of them,
They're too tired to hate. Too tired to fight. For tonight they are both just lost souls looking for the light.
Imagine the white swan and the black swan actually understand each other.
One cursed to be a swan. The other born into its likeness.
"I want to die," Odette mutters her tone is all burdon and pain.
"Death would be too easy, dear princess. We were both made to suffer" Odile replies, stating the only fact she's still sure of.
Odette stands, a queen with no crown. Her eyes staring at her flock of swans. She outstretches her hand and beckons Odile for a dance. Just two birds trapped within the same aviary.
Odile's hand fits perfectly in Odette's. Fingers entwined as if slipping into each other's souls. Two juxtapositions, dancing as if they were one. Each step mirroring the other.
Every jete, every arabesque, every graceful move, further entwines their fate. Guiding them to an answer, a clarification neither knew existed.
The younger swans gather around them. Embracing them. Odette and Odile were created for this world. Both doomed by Rothbart and revered by Siegfried. Stronger together.
Two birds of a feather, who must die together...
Final Act
Imagine the black swan and the white swan decide to die together. Standing at the edge of the lake. Hands crossed, holding each other. Legs moving in a thousand tiny Bourrees. Siegfried and Rothbart cry out, trying to reach them. It's futile, the two swans have made their choice. The waves below beckon.
Odette and Odile, know that together no one will ever hurt them again.
Imagine sacrificing love in its entirety to ensure the safety of the other swans, of each other. Imagine accepting the curse, believing that one must embrace it to be able to live a prosperous life. The two swans fall together, a double suicide, an act of devotion.
Maybe just maybe the world will finally learn how devoted and mercurial a maiden's heart truly is.
Before the Prince and Baron can shed their tears, a creature emerges from the lake. A single swan made up of halves. A testament to both princesses. A queen in its entirety. Two wings of black and white hang from her shoulder blades. A crown of white and black adorned her head. There is no longer an Odette, a cursed girl awaiting love. There is no longer an Odile a baroness of evil. There is only the swan queen.
And she will make the world bow.

What do you think the plot will be for eluciens book?
I'm not entirely sure how SJM might start their book. Will it be Elain dreaming of the drums of Calanmai? Will it be Rhys sending Elain and Lucien to the continent to find out why Mor hasn't returned (since she's out of daemati range)? Will Elain head to Day Court to learn about her Seer powers because of the library's there? Will it start with Nessian's mating ceremony where we see Elain observing Lucien interacting with the various guests?
I would love if it were any one of those but honestly, SJM tends to surprise us all. I don't think the Bryce's time in the NC went the way most theorized. I don't know that any of us guessed at how SF would start off.
But regardless of how the book actually kicks off, I think we might get a few of these things:
I think we're getting a Calanmai scene for Elucien.
We're told "There are other spots in the woods where things have died and are not coming back". We're also told "Distant - because on the estate, nothing bloomed at all".
A High Lords magic is supposed to be tied to the lands of it's court, especially in a court like Spring where we're told they depend on the magic generated on Calanmai. That the High Lord's estate (along with other random spots in the woods) seem to be the first things dying seem to suggest that Tamlin's magic is no longer sustaining the land.
That Spring had been made for someone like Elain, that her scent was a promise of Spring and that Lucien is now permanently stationed there it makes me think they'll be instrumental in bring the court and it's lands back. As a result I do think we'll discover Elain can shift (owl! owl!) because the High Lord of Spring has shape-shifting abilities.
I think the scene would also be important (Calanmai) to Lucien's arc. Not only for him to have the chance to discuss with Elain what happened to him the last time but to also banish that memory from his mind and replace it with a new one.
If they restore the lands of Spring, could it also have an effect on the lands surrounding the Bog of Oorid? Elain did say the "world needs more gardens" and there a few places where the land of Prythian has died (Oorid, Prison lands). That's a bit more headcanon for me though.
I think we'll definitely see them in Day Court. I'm not sure exactly what the plot there will be, maybe it will have something to do with the peace treaty since Helion was one of the main people who put it together. I'm almost certain we'll see Elain and Lucien interacting with the Pegasus since SJM said Pegasus will make an appearance in all future books. I do think Elain will be responsible for helping to cure / heal the illness plaguing the foals.
I think we might see them in the human lands where Elain runs into Graysen and puts him in his place.
I definitely believe they'll travel to the continent where Lucien will surprise Elain by taking her to the tulip fields, where he'll tell her that it was always her fathers dream to take her and though he knows it's not the same thing he wanted to fulfill both of their dreams as best he could.
I imagine they'll break Vassa's curse and free the other girls trapped at the lake .
This is more headcanon but maybe Koschei took those specific girls because he's been trying to find the descendant of the fae warrior who bound him to the lake as it's key to helping him break his curse, where her bloodline now only runs through a human line. Maybe Koschei had reason to believe the Archeron sisters were descendants on their mothers side and that's why he bargained with their father.
I actually don't think Vassa's curse is a spell but something woven into her blood (which is why Rhys, Helion and Feyre were unable to detect anything), that Elain may be the key to freeing her in the same way Yrene drew out the infection from Chaol and Duva (I think that was her name).
In order to defeat Koschei I'm guessing they'll have to locate the onyx box he has hidden. My two guesses are that it's either located in the Prison or in the Human Queens castle which we learn is warded so heavily it would even trip up Helion.
I think Lucien and Eris will also defeat Beron once and for all. I can't imagine a Lucien book not ending with some sort of reunion with his mother and that's not going to happen until Beron is truly gone from the Autumn Court.
I think it's possible they'll also help Mor get the peace treaty signed and that will set us up to learn the truth of what happened between Mor and Eris.
That's what I've come up with so far!

EAH Dorm Rooms Headcanons pt 22
Teachers Addition
Tumblr media
It wouldn't be high school without the teachers and to teach the students passed down legacies.
A good majority of the adults went to Ever After High School and some even became teachers to teach the future generation.
At the end of the day teachers need a place to sleep and we get to see who roomed with who during their high school years.
The teachers' living quarters are between the boys and girls dorm and is smaller than the students' dormitory.
Like the students each room is design to fit the persons personality.
Headmasters Milton and Giles Grimm
Tumblr media
Brothers Milton and Giles created Ever After High to teach the future fairy tales their storybook legacies. Overtime Giles notice how some destinies weren't equal even if some were happy ever afters. Giles purposed a way to make everyone happy, but Milton didn't agree. Still traumatized of almost losing Giles when they were children made him deadset on following the pre-determined fates and because he fears he'll lose power. There was a huge fight and Milton cursed his brother to speak Riddlish and banish him to the Vault of Lost Tales.
Being co-headmasters and founders of Ever After High School, Milton and Giles have the biggest rooms in the living quarters.
Milton's room is similar to his office: full of portraits of himself, full of awards, clean, expensive furniture, posh, with a canopy bed, and blue.
Giles's room is similar to the Vault of Lost Tales: messy, papers everywhere, books piled high, mix-matched furniture, and red.
When Milton cursed Giles the police investigated and closed his room up. Milton avoided the room at all crime to not feel guilt for what he had done to his brother.
When, Giles is free from his curse (he didn't get cured in Thronecoming) and Milton is arrested for his crimes, everyone predicts that Giles will throw away Milton's things. But, he doesn't. Giles lets it be, even after his brother's betrayel he refuses to touch the room.
Baba Yaga
Tumblr media
Baba Yaga teaches home-evilnomics and facility advisor and though she sides with Headmaster Grimm with destiny she's less strict and willing to show sympathy for those who want change.
Baba Yaga doesn't need a room due to her living in her cottage/office with chicken legs so it changes locations and we've seen it plenty of times in the show.
Her cottage has Slavic designs, candles, spell books, potions, and she has a steering wheel to control the hut.
I believe Baba Yaga's cottage/office is like the shotgun houses from my home state Louisiana. For those who don't know what a shotgun house is it's a narrow house (front to back) and each room is divided for better examples: 1 2 3. The first section is her office, second potion making section, third kitchen, fourth bathroom, and last bedroom.
Mr. Breaker Badwolf
Tumblr media
Breaker Badwolf was a student at Ever After High School where he studied (met the love of his life Ruby Hood and had a daughter) and now teaches General Villainy.
Breaker's room resembles a wolf's cave like his niece Ramona's room with rock formations, dim lighting, and leather furniture.
He seems like a hunter to me, so he has a collection of traps and snares in his room.
He keeps a two-way-book to speak with his with, photos of Ruby & Cerise, and letters from her hidden away in his room.
The White Queen
Tumblr media
After, evacuating Wonderland due to the Evil Queen's curse, she and her fellow Wonderlanders escaped to Ever After. She got a job at Ever After High School as the new Princessology teacher.
Like all the Wonderlanders her room is messy, but in a organized chaos sort of way.
Her room is styled like a chessboard with Wonderland decor.
Maid Martha Marion
Tumblr media
Maid Marion is the teacher of damsel-in-distress class and mother of Sparrow Hood.
Her cartoon and book appearance are drastically different in the show she looks like the perfect damsel while in the book she was described as:
Madam Maid Marian set a black bag under the desk, then removed her cone hat. Her hair was chestnut and cut in a short bob. She was fresh-faced, with no makeup. A few freckles dotted her wide nose and high cheekbones. She wore the colors of the forest, with a moss-green tunic and brown leggings. A pair of green feather earrings completed the woodsy look. Her suede boots looked super comfortable.
Appearances aside Unlike other damsels-In-distress she teaches her students to save themselves.
Her room is a hodgepodge of luxurious queen/ forest decor.
She definitely has exercise equipment and hunting gear like bows and arrows in her room.
Coach Gingerbreadman
Tumblr media
Coachh Gingerbreadman is the gym teacher who encourages his students to run faster to avoid crazed bakers.
His room is more of a gym than a bedroom with a treadmill, weights, a rowing machine, and etc.
His room is mostly candy & gingerbread decor with trophies decorating the walls.
Evil Step-Librarians
Tumblr media
Evil Step-Librarians (Stephanie and Sissy) are the librarians of the school, one is the mother of Prudence and Charlotte, and Cinderella's stepsisters.
While other staff members have their own room, they share one while at Ever After High School.
Their room has a gaudy luxury feel to it. Like everything cost of money but it looks cheaply made and tacky. And everything is bejeweled.
Since they're librarians the room has multiply bookcases with trashy romance novels.
Prof. Jack B. Nimble
Tumblr media
Prof. Jack B. Nimble is the of tall tales and seems to be a popular teacher among the students.
Prof. Jack has a huge candle collection ranging from size, colors, and scents. He has the cleanest smelling room in the teachers' sleeping area.
As you can see by his desk most of the furniture in his room is candle themed.
Because of this the sprinkler system goes off in his room a lot (similar to Faybelle).
He also has a huge bookcase where he keeps a collection tale tales and poems.
Prof. Pied Piper
Tumblr media
Prof. Alto Pied Piper is the music teacher and the father of Melody Piper.
His room is similar to the music classroom with many instruments and music books.
He keeps his Imperial Gold Turntables in his room when not using them in his class.
He has a mini fridge stocked with snacks for his pet rats.
He owns a huge collection of flutes and vinyl discs.
Rumpelstiltskin
Tumblr media
Rumpelstiltskin teaches chemistry and is one of the least popular teachers in the school due making students spin straw to gold for extra credit.
His room is probably one of the messiest rooms in the teachers' living quarters and screams goblin core.
He has a spinning wheel that he uses to spin his own gold.
Momma and Papa Bear
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ursula and Bernard are a married couple so obviously they share a room together.
Their room is cottage core with bear cave elements.
Like their story sleep in separate beds since Poppa likes his mattress firm and Momma likes her mattress soft.
Ursula teaches cooking class so she has a ton of cookbooks and Bernard teaches beast training and keeps many cages and pet supplies in their room.
Their son, Teddy, sometimes visits them when not in class.
Author's note: We were robbed that they never appeared in the show!
Hagatha
Tumblr media
Hagatha is the school's lunch lady who is infamous for her porridge which she adds artificial lumps to.
Can't really say too much about her so maybe insects motifs on her dress she has food and bug decor in her room.
Mrs. Trollsworth
Tumblr media
Mrs. Trollsworth is the secretery and Headmaster Grimm's assistant in his schemes.
Being a troll, her room is messy with a mix of grandma parlor room decor.
Mr. Green Thumb - Is the groundkeeper/gardener, due to his small size he most likely has the smallest room in the teachers' living quarters. It most likely full of gardening equipment and indoor plants.
Prof. Card - Prof. Card with the other Wonderlanders evacuated after the Evil Queen's curse, he is the current art teacher at Ever After High School. His room is full of art supplies and has a few weapons since he was a guard.

At the end of Good Omens S1 E6 Crowley and Aziraphale are sitting on the bench before handing off the package of artifacts and reading the prophecy. Aziraphale says he should go home to the bookshop. Crowley reminds him that the bookshop burned down. He offers Aziraphale to stay at his place. Aziraphale turns him down saying, "I don't think my side would like that." Crowley answers, "You don't have a side anymore. Neither of us do. We're on our own side." Even when Aziraphale had nowhere to go he was still more afraid of what them living together might mean and what it might end. That next step into the vast unknown.
According to Neil Gaiman, Crowley never told Aziraphale he was living in his car. So when Crowley lost his apartment and had no where to go, he ruled out asking Aziraphale for help or even letting on there was a problem so Aziraphale wouldn’t feel pressured. In the end of S1 the bookshop was still there and Aziraphale wouldn't have needed to move in anyway. But now Crowley has a long-term problem and doesn't feel like he can turn to the one person that might help him. Crowley knows he can be too fast for Aziraphale (even after 6,000 of slow burn), and this is too fast, so he holds back.
Analysis under the cut
I think it's a really interesting look into their dynamic. They love and want to protect each other, but there's still 6,000 years of pent up fear about really being together and what that really means. Aziraphale is still deeply worried about being rejected by heaven for his relationship. To the point that when their friendship and collaboration are discovered and heaven literally tries to kill him and kick him out, he's still worried about what they'll think. It's just so deeply embedded into how he restrains himself from what he really wants. He's torn.
The Metatron promising he can have both heaven and Crowley is everything he's ever wanted to hear. It's his ultimate wish. He can't imagine why anyone, even Crowley, wouldn't want to go back to heaven if given the chance. I'm sure even now he's sure he just needs to get settled, and then he'll work at persuading Crowley further. Crowley's just being stubborn and this is all perfectly fixable.
Aziraphale also has a long history of when he gets scared for Crowley's life he pushes him away. He'd rather Crowley be mad at him than Crowley be dead. So here they are with heaven and hell once again pissed at them for foiling their plans, but Aziraphale feels that if he goes back he can protect Crowley. He wants to just persuade Crowley to come with him, but if he can't at least he can keep him safe even if he can't keep him happy or maybe talk to him.
I think this is part of what Aziraphale means when he says "I forgive you." He also said that during the bandstand argument after Crowley curses out the great plan. Crowley claims he doesn't ever want to be forgiven. He doesn't want to go back to a heaven that would abuse him for millennia just because he asked questions. Crowley admitting he's in love goes against the great plan where demons and angels aren't supposed to fall in love. And while they just watched another angel and demon choose their love over heir "side," Aziraphale also watched them be banished with no way back and that utterly terrifies him.
Meanwhile Crowley poured his feelings into that kiss. They could have been together, really together, and he's is in love with Aziraphale and he's tired of not showing it. And from his perspective Aziraphale still rejected that. When push came to shove, Aziraphale still chose heaven over him and still refused to hear that heaven is toxic and he doesn't belong there. Crowley sees not belonging there as a positive. Aziraphale sees it as a terrifying condemnation.
Faced with losing Aziraphale, Crowley moved quickly and it was too much for Aziraphale's pent up fear. Which is exactly what Crowley was trying to prevent by sleeping in his car instead of looking to Aziraphale for help. He knew it would be too much and it was.
I do think a major theme of Season 3 (or however the story is continued) is that Aziraphale will realize he's been wrong and heaven will not support him but Crowley always will. They never manage to stay apart long. Crowley predicts in S1 E6 that there's just going to be a lull before the big one when heaven and hell both fight humanity. There's no way Aziraphale will go along with that. And maybe that's what it takes to finally break out and choose the unknown and Crowley.

Hi! Absolutely loved your pjo stranger things post!!!! Do you have any more headcanons about that verse you’d be willing to share? (Especially about Steve ;))
Not headcanons but little snippets just for you, anon <3
Dionysius has never made it anything other than crystal clear that he hates his job. He dislikes teenagers (their ability to throw Bacchanalia aside) and to be surrounded by them and expected to care about their petty squabbles is just...eugh. The boss man really chose a terrible punishment.
But (and somehow there is a but to working with all his godly peers snot nosed brats) he doesn't...mind young children. They are free of inhibition, look at the world in wonder, are unafraid to taste and try mysteries, and are capable of gluttony to rival a gorged king.
Which is how the youngest camper he's ever had has somehow weedled his way into sitting on his lap as he plays pinochle with Chiron. Dionysius slaps his hands, gently, away from the cards, pulls him a bit farther from the table.
"Mr. D," the kid says "are you my dad?"
He splutters, knocks his (depressingly virgin) cocktail all over the table, gets a chuckle from Chiron (the traitor), and has to grip the kid by the waist to ensure he doesn't tumble to the floor. The kid giggles.
"What makes you say that?" He says after he's finished cursing.
Tiny shoulders shrug. "I dunno. Other campers were talking about their parents, and, Uhm." He squirms "They said I don't got one. Like. God-y or not, cuz I didn't run away but I live here all the time. So I thought maybe camp's my home cuz yer my dad?"
Well, shit. How's he, an immortal being who's own father banished him here and can hardly remember being actually mortal let alone a child, supposed to tell a kid that not only did he get dumped in the woods as a baby, and his godly parent hasn't let anyone know who they are, but the weird guy making sure he doesnt die and knows how to read isn't his dad. Whoever his parents are owe Dionysius so much.
"Well. No. I'm not your dad."
He kicks his feet. "But you help take care-a me?"
"Yes. Because you are little."
"They said that's what their normal parents do."
"Well. I'm a god. So."
"But I'm little. And I don't got one." Godsdammit. Now he sounds sad. "They said sometimes kids don't ever get claimed."
Dionysius shifts him so he can look at his face properly.
"Listen, kid. I'm not your dad. I'd tell you if I was your dad. Promise." He can't believe he just said promise. Gods.
"Okay." He says, satisfied, turning back to the table. "Chiron is for sure not my dad, 'cause I'm not a horse."
Dionysius laughs. Yeah. He's got a soft spot for the little ones.
-------
Steve holds his plate in front of him, cup balancing precariously on top of it. Cindy, the head camper of the Hermes cabin where he's lived ever since he can remember, said they scraped off part of their food as an offering to the gods, and specifically their godly parent. Steve has rotated through all the gods this week, since the older campers decided he's old enough to understand why they do it. He's even offered some to Dionysius, as a thank you even though he knows he's not his dad.
The only god he hasn't yet is Hestia, but he's going to tonight. No one really talks about her, even less than Hera and Artemis, but he figures he can try. Some of the Hunters of Artemis, who visited a while ago, told him about Hestia and how she tended the home fires of the gods. How she got a portion of every burnt offering, even if it wasn't directed to her.
He thinks that she might appreciate something special, so he decides to dedicate his burnt offering to her, and offer what some kids called libations. He'll scrape some food into the fire, and then pour some of his juice over it too. The Hunters told him it was special, so he'll try it. Maybe because she's the goddess of home, she'll know who his parents are.
He steps up, slides half his bun and a pile of mashed potatoes with an asparagus on-top that Cindy helped him divide up before they left the table, into the fire, thinking as loudly as he can for you, Hestia. He places his plate down and picks up his cup, the older kids behind him huffing impatiently. He pours a splash, then a second one because he wasn't sure how much a libation was supposed to be, and thinks again for Hestia and our home as it fizzles to nothing on the bricks of the fire.
Picking up his plate, he smiles to himself. His first week of real offerings is going well, he thinks.
-----
Once, when Steve was sixteen, the magic goblets of the dinner tables filled up with wine. Or at least his did. He took his cup with him, poured his libation for Hestia, one of the only two gods he felt remotely any respect for, and paused. He poured a second, for Dionysius.
After the meal, he was summoned. Mr. D raised his eyebrows at him when he walked in and clamped his hand on his shoulder. He'd long since stopped being intimidated by the god, probably sometime around being promised that he wasn't his son, but couldn't help but feel nervous.
"Kid. You can't do that."
"Why not?"
Mr. D sighed."because I'm dry for the next century. My old man hates loopholes, alright?"
"Oh. Sorry."
"Alright, get out of here. We had a late arrival, a nervous one. Get her settled in Hermes cabin with your gaggle of misfits." He waved Steve out, but before he got off the porch steps, he called out. "And Steve?" He waited until he turned back around, then shrugged. "Thanks for trying."
Steve grinned.

SasuSaku: Sacrificed To The Banished Prince Ch. 6
'What have I done? Why did I agree to that woman's plight?' Sasuke just sent letters to many people to begin preparations for his upcoming wedding.
He couldn't believe his eyes and ears while having tea with Lady Haruno. Her behavior was more graceful and composed than what he'd seen through The Curse's eyes. The terror in her emerald eyes was mostly gone, and she no longer trembled at the sight of him.
What Sasuke couldn't wrap his head around was the fact that she was so determined to give her life away. Obviously, something in her upbringing had convinced her she had no choice but to die young. He'd eventually figure out what that was, but for now, he had to try and find a different way to rid of The Curse.
'I'm no better than that demon, agreeing to a young woman's sacrifice for the sake of my future.' He thought that, but he couldn't deny a sense of relief that there may just be a ray of hope. 'Is it truly okay to use Lady Haruno like this? She seemed happy when she left.'
He decided then and there that he'd try to find a way to save her and himself. Only if that failed would he allow himself to cherish her, to open his heart to her so that he may be cured. Until then, he must keep his emotions in check. To remove The Curse, he first has to hold someone dear. When he eventually does, that person would be in extreme danger of assassination from the royal family and his own self-preservation.
'Now, how do I prevent The Curse from getting in the way of our plans?' A startling realization swept over the prince. 'Will he lash out and try to kill The Lady now that she's agreed to this? Surely, he'll be angry for what she said about becoming my sacrifice instead of his.'
For the next few days, Sasuke wracked his brain for a way to come to a compromise with the demon, who was beyond livid about the situation. Each morning and night, he'd scream monstrous curses and threats at the prince.
Finally, he came up with something that could work as a short-term solution. Before dusk, he wrote out a letter and placed it on the floor of the closet before shackling himself as usual. Then, he waited. He didn't have to for long.
Soon, familiar agony crawled down his body from the spot where the wizard Orochimaru had bitten so long ago. Then, his own voice bled from his body, full of bloodlust and hate, "What is this foolishness! You have the audacity to try and make a deal with a demon, Boy?"
"Agree not to kill a single person, including Lady Haruno, until after the wedding, and I'll allow you to roam free at night."
"What do you stand to gain from this?"
Sasuke felt bitterly toward himself for putting an innocent such as his fiance in danger, so he admitted, "I'm giving you a chance to stop me from being rid of you, Curse."
Laughter shook his chest, bellowing loudly throughout the room. After a moment, The Curse mocked him, "You humans, always consumed by useless things like guilt."
The prince didn't argue. He truly was doing this because he couldn't stand the idea of taking another's life for his own. This felt like a sick and twisted way of self-punishment, or at least a handicap to make it more difficult to earn his freedom.
"A selfish man, you are." Sasuke was sure, then, that the demon would refuse the deal but was stunned when his own voice came again, "I agree to your terms. Let us see who the sacrifice chooses in the end."
An electric sensation flooded his veins.
'That must be the magic of the deal. It's too late to go back now. If either of us breaks the vow, the other will have complete control of this body.'
"Have you yet realized what a terrible position you've put my prey in? She'll suffer at the hands of this body regardless of who controls it." Sasuke's heart felt as though it stopped in his chest. He hadn't thought about that at all. 'How dare I pretend to have made this deal for her sake! She was condemned the moment she arrived at this manor.' He was only soothing his guilt by making this deal. No good would come to Lady Haruno regardless of whether the demon was free to pursue her.
The level of the prince's self-loathing grew by the day after that. At night, The Curse would visit Lady Haruno, enthralled by her unique behavior and helplessness. During the day, Sasuke would do his best to avoid his fiance when possible because he didn't want her to grow attached to him or vice-versa. Only when they were made to cooperate on matters of their wedding did they interact, and even then, it was in short bursts.
One week after the couple agreed to continue with their engagement, the official dressmaker of the royal family arrived.
"Yes, please do anything My Lady requests. Do not concern yourself with budget," Sasuke waved a dismissive hand at the tailor, eyes still on the paperwork on his desk.
Someone cleared their throat, and the prince looked over to see Sai and Ino standing on either of his sides. The tailor looked confused but patient as he stood before the trio. Sai spoke hushedly, "Pardon us, but perhaps you should join your fiance for the time being."
Sasuke was bewildered, "Why? Has she requested my presence?"
"It's not that, My Lord," Ino whispered. She glanced at the quiet royal employee nearby and lowered her voice further so he wouldn't overhear, "Rumor has it that our guest has wandering eyes and wandering hands. We believe his behavior would remain appropriate should Our Lady's husband-to-be were nearby."
Disbelief froze the prince's hands. His eyes locked strongly onto the dressmaker's. He hissed to his two employees, "Are you certain?"
The two assistants shared a glance before Ino nodded, "My friends at the castle are the ones who told me. I deem their judgement trustworthy, My Lord."
'How could Uncle and Brother allow such a fiend to continue representing the royal family?' An irritated Sasuke sighed, his glare not lifting from the guest, "Very well. Let us visit Lady Haruno together."
They located her in the library, and the party moved to her bedroom. Sai stood behind where Sasuke sat, sipping tea and having a tense conversation with the dressmaker while they awaited her and Ino to appear from behind the dressing screen. They'd already tried a handful of dresses, all of which suited her slender frame. All that was left were a few ballgowns and the wedding dress options.
"You share many physical traits with the heir apparent, My Lord. Though I must say you favor your mother more than he," the older gentleman offered.
The prince asked, "You were acquainted with my parents?"
"I had the pleasure of constructing Our Queen's wedding gown! What a beautiful and elegant woman she was. All who encountered her fell in love in an instant. Your father was a blessed man to have received her affection."
'Ah, no wonder he's still employed. He's worked there for decades. The royal family believes in tradition above all else.'
"Did you ever see your dear mother in her wedding gown?"
Sasuke's chest warmed as he recalled a massive painting of their wedding day hanging in the king's office at the castle. "Not in person, no, but the portrait of it was indeed wonderful. I'm sure she was pleased with your work."
The dressmaker chuckled, "Yes, well, all boys view their mothers as the most beautiful woman in the world, do they not? In your case, you'd be correct!"
The prince's nostalgia became bittersweet. It was true. In his memories and in the portraits that were left behind, Queen Mikoto Uchiha was graceful and dignified as an undisturbed blanket of freshly fallen snow. He recalled how comforting and warm her voice and embrace had been to him as a child.
Unconsciously, he responded, "I'd have loved to have seen her in her wedding gown at some point."
An understanding, solemn expression met the dressmaker's face, but they were interrupted by the two ladies stepping out from behind the dressing screen. His fiance's face was as pink as her hair. Her hands were to her chest as though attempting to hide her body, "I-I'm not sure this type of thing suits someone like me, My Lord."
"Nonsense, Lady Haruno! I've chosen dresses that will accentuate your figure perfectly. Trust this old man; you look stunning!"
Sasuke's eyes narrowed when the worker gestured for Lady Haruno to face the tall mirror, a hand hovering over her lower back as he shooed her hands away. The prince didn't like how friendly the dressmaker was, but he really didn't like the scars on his fiance's back. The velvety blue dress' back was low, baring much of her milky skin.
'This is what that maid was speaking about. There's no way those types of injuries were accidental.'
His glare turned onto Sai, who needed no verbal orders. The butler nodded and excused himself from the room to send orders to deepen the investigation into Baron Haruno's family. Before the tailor noticed the scars, Sasuke got to his feet and approached.
The employee naturally distanced himself. The pink-haired woman's face turned from pink to red as the prince loosely wrapped an arm around her waist to prevent her bare skin from being seen.
Without relenting his glare, Sasuke muttered, "Leave us with your design book and await an order by post."
Undoubtedly, the older man took the hostility as the prince being possessive of his fiance because he lifted his hands in defense and sheepishly grinned, "Of course, My Lord! I'll begin work the moment I receive your orders. Please excuse me."
Ino bowed before guiding the man out of the room and shutting the door behind them, leaving the duo alone. Sasuke immediately put some space between them, averting his gaze, "My apologies for coming too close. I was concerned for your comfort."
"Of course, My Lord. I am your fiance, so you've done nothing inappropriate." 'She says that, but she looks like a tomato.' For some reason, amusement warmed his chest, a smirk tugging at his lips as he watched the young woman fidget under his gaze.
"Um, Sir?"
"You are my fiance," the prince teased, not realizing at the moment how comfortable it felt to converse with Lady Haruno, "Should we not call one another by name? I suppose we've become acquainted enough for such a thing."
A small laugh passed his lips, and he tilted his head when she shyly placed her palms to her cheeks, "L-Lord Sasuke, then."
"Lady Sakura."
"Is it truly alright to purchase so many gowns, Lord Sasuke? I fear they'll go to waste on a body as plain as mine. Surely one or two plus the wedding dress would suffice, in case there are balls or parties we must attend before my death."
Just like that, the light-hearted mood disappeared. He cleared his throat, remembering who they were and the nature of their relationship, "The future is not set in stone." He recalled the emptiness of her wardrobe the day he first caught a glimpse of his fiance, "A princess should want for nothing. From now until we part, I wish for you to drown in luxury, if only as a token of my appreciation, Lady Sakura."
The pink-haired woman turned toward the mirror with a frown on her pretty lips, studying her reflection. Her voice was quiet as she admitted, "I do not like this dress."
Sasuke nodded, gesturing toward the dressing screen, "Make yourself comfortable, then."
Sakura bowed, face still bright with shyness, and returned to where he couldn't see her so she could change into one of her old dresses.
The prince watched until she was out of sight before looking at the doorway where the others had left. Sai and Ino were peeking through a cracked door, only to open it slightly with faces that seemed like deer catching a glimpse of a hunter.
He sighed, shaking his head, 'If I'm not mistaken, they're attempting to play matchmaker with Lady Sakura and me.'

Another analysis after the analysis of Dark Cacao because now I feel the need to analyze Dark Choco due to how similar they truly are to one another and how intertwined their stories are to eachother. I did a previous one of Dark Cacao, but I feel like I should redo it bc it doesn't have as many citations as this one does.
When he was younger he did everything for his friends, he seems to dislike or at least want to look like he dislikes that thought process as he says in Hall of Enlightenment episode 9: Dark Choco Cookie Appears.
"For the good of all... friends... is that it?
I clinged onto such naive and useless dreams once..."
He was much more weak-willed when he joined the Cookies of Darkness as shown by Pomagranate's statement saying that he had gained a spine in the Cookies of Darkness plotline. He believes he was destined to be a Cookie of darkness but even so he still tries to fight against it.
I believe he believes he's destined for the cookies of darkness because of the sword and not because of his own volition but that's just speculation. back to the facts, he believes he's destined to bring the Dark Cacao kingdom down despite his love for the kingdom. as shown by his line in The Cookies of Darkness, Episode 4: Crimson Confusion in response to Pomegranate cookie calling the kingdom a failure.
"You can insult ME as much as you want...
But you've crossed the line. You dare... to insult my homeland?!"
He was manipulated by Pomegranate cookie to think that he chose this path for himself, that he knew and wanted this to happen. That he was ignorant of the other options. Making him choose to continue to follow them despite him desperately not wanting to and the fear of them probably added onto this seeing as he saw no where else to go to protect him if they decided to go after him.
Dark Choco most definitely has a soft spot for kids, due to him playing along with Custard III in Hall of Enlightenment Episode 9: Dark Choco Cookie Appears
this fact further proves how much he was manipulated and fears the cookies of darkness because of him fighting them.
Dark Choco is a troubled individual who thinks he is destined for darkness as a punishment for what he had done to his father, proving how even in banishment and with the Cookies of Darkness he still absolutely adores his father and looks up to him. This is proven by his statement in response to Wizard Cookie pointing out how he's getting in his own way and should put his sword down in Timeless Kingdom Episode 15: You Cannot Pass.
"Nonsense.
My sins are... too great.
There is no turning back.
This... is my punishment, my curse..."
Like his father, I also believe what he said in anger towards Dark Cacao was partially honest and partially self-projection. Look no further then these quotes to prove my point, the first one from The Cookies of Darkness Episode 5: Fallen Prince and the second from Snow on the Black Wall Episode 12: The Prince Returns
"No. Stop.
I'm not—I'm not the Cookie you think I am."
"And you are not the great king we all thought you were!"
I also believe that he also believes that he's nothing without his sword and his, "You're nothing without its power!" line from the same Snow on the Black Wall Episode 12: The Prince Returns plot was also self-projection. This builds off of the fact that he feels the need to be stronger to protect his kingdom, so what is he without strength? Maybe he believes the sword is the only thing that's keeping him strong and that he'll be weak without it.
He always adored his father, and how quickly he takes his forgiveness and turns on pomegranate cookie is proof of this. How he wanted to be the only one to be around to kill him is probably proof of this, how despite the sword controlling him he wanted his dad to be safe and the other Cookies of Darkness not to hurt him.
He tried to fill the void of his father's affection with his thirst for power, he may say he once adored his father but it's very clear he still does. How even now the wrath of the Cookies of Darkness is still looming over him but since his father had shown him hope that he could come back it doesn't matter anymore to him.

Sunset Theory
In Sunset Part 11 there's this big argument involving Four, Wind and Legend regarding whether or not Twilight is likely to be corrupted by what happened to him. Four's argument is that you can't predict what shadow magic will do and it's always bad, no matter what. Legend's argument is that it's fine as long as you have light magic to cancel it out. Wind is in an argument that is both completely separate and yet the same about how the dark magic could lead to a puppet situation.
So how about I throw in my two cents? They're all right?
The shadow magic in Twilight is condensed into his crystal, right? When he changes, he lets the twilight crystal essentially cover his form and transform him with shadow magic, but only himself. Nothing besides him and his possessions is affected. He can be carrying Four and change and it doesn't affect Four at all. So, when he changes back, all the shadow magic returns to the crystal, right?
Now, the Master Sword, when it is used, it essentially banishes the shadow magic, but not for good. As we all know, it did nothing to purify the crystal, since Twilight can still change back and forth at will. This means it's likely that the Master Sword has banished all darkness, both the transformation magic and whatever the Shadow did to Twilight, into the crystal.
My theory then is that, while Twilight is still having trouble being healed, he can be healed, and he'll be fine. Like Legend and Sky said, the Master Sword purified him. However, I also believe that Four and Wind's concerns are equally valid. The reason Twilight is purified is because the curse placed on him is now held within his crystal, so it wont be until either he or someone else next uses it that the curse will enact itself, potentially corrupting or possessing the user while they are in their shadow form.

Dead boys x (Y/n) intro
Warning, zombies, Ghosts, and more undead. Also mentioning Suicide in Axar's part.
Zombie (Fleshy) -
Fleshy was bitten by a zombie when the first outbreak happened. When he was alive, he was 24 years old, and on his way to work. He was a Caucasian male. Now bears pale, sickly skin.
CAUSE OF DEATH: Infected (Living dead.)
When he was alive, he was very popular, played soccer, and was a very smart guy. He worked at a business that handled finance. Life was good for Fleshy. But his name wasn't always Fleshy, it was Walker. Walker Wood. He's quite the prankster, and loves to pull pranks on people. But… Sometimes, when his hunger is to hard to control, and he will try and eat you. He is still dressed in the attire he died in, now very tattered and beaten. He has short, messy black hair. His eyes are a dull, lifeless green.
Ghost (Axar)
Axar died before the zombie outbreak. He died in the 80's by taking his own life.
Cause of death: CLASSIFIED (Rumor is it is unknown.)
But not even in death can he be free. He's bound to this world for a ghostly reason. He was in his late 20's, maybe even his early 30's when he died. He travels as he pleases, moaning and crying for a second chance at life. He seems to deeply regret taking his life.
Seeing as he's not attached to a building like other spirits are, he watches the living with jealousy. He's not sure what he was when he was alive. He simply forgot.
He doesn't look like the others. He looks like a normal human, just a little transparent. He can touch you, but if you try to touch him, your hand will go through him. He prefers colorful attire, wears his hair up in a pony tail. African American male. Any and all information about spirit is unknown.
Fallen Angel (Asgore)
Asgore was Heaven's most beautiful angel. High above the clouds, he lived with Helios, the revered god of the sun. Asgore wanted to have powers like Helios did, he was tired of being ignored and shunned away from the god's praise and worship. Jealousy took over and he attacked Helios one day. The two were locked in battle for 2 days, and Helios banished Asgore from Heaven. As Asgore fell, Heaven began to crumble and collapse.
Asgore was banished to the earth, where he fell into to a forest where no light shines. He would forever be cursed to roam the forest, becoming a hideous, horrible creature who lives in jealousy and hatred. Asgore reveres himself as a god, but he will never match the strength and power a true god holds. He shows no mercy, nor will he pity those in need.
As Asgore fell, his form began to crack and break, turning him into a ugly, hideous creature. Before he hit the ground, he transformed himself into a cat, a black cat with orange eyes. He uses this to hide his true form, and whoever lays eyes on his true self, dies a painful death because of how ugly it is. He feasts on the corpse after. He has built a throne out of the bones and pieces left behind of those who had such a fate.
With the zombie outbreak in tow, he begins to see less human activity and more zombies. But, he will feast upon anyone, regardless if they are infected or not. Unless he finds you beautiful, you will be spared and kept as his "bride". He shows no mercy to his bride and keeps her and the others locked away in a tower. Countless have failed to rescue them.
He was once a very skilled musician, but now, his paws don't allow him to play. So he'll attempt to sing, but it's more like a screeching sound that the locals say is the Rapture. Every life form freezes in time and cannot move while he is "singing".
He is Hispanic, having had long white hair when he was an angel. His wings were a pure white, and reflected the sun beautifully.

Couldn't sleep so I made a new Mortal Kombat OC using this picrew
Tumblr media
His name is Flurís, skilled and powerful cryomancer.
Long ago when Sindel ruled with her husband, Jerrod, Flurís was an advisor and protector to Sindel and her husband and their young daughter Kitana and was close to the family, especially to Sindel.
Many questioned Flurís and his intent, spreading many malicious rumors that he was planning to secretly and discreetly take over the Kingdom, since he influenced many of Queen Sindel's decisions and had a high standing with the cryomancer community.
Flurís was then framed, when a cryomancer assassin attempted to take Sindel and Kitana's lives. Flurís was believed to have orchestrated the attack and King Jerrod wanted him sentenced to death, but, Queen Sindel sensed truth in her old friend's eyes but continued to banish him and all of the other cryomancers out of Edenia and into Outworld.
The Cryomancers were then hunted down and almost exterminated by Shao Khan, after he had taken over Edenia and merged it with all of Outworld. Some escaped into Earthrealm with the help of the Spatiomancers. Unable to cope with all of the loss he had experienced and feeling unable to protect what was left of the once abundant cryomancer population, Flúris sealed himself inside of an ice crystal, never to be found.
Thousands years later, Flurís' crystal was discovered by explorers and was taken to be presented as the "greatest preserved corpse" they had ever seen and even tried to break him out of the ice but were unsuccessful.
When news of Flurís' crystal broke, Johnny Cage happened to mention it, showing a picture to the rest of the special forces, including Raiden, who happened to recognize Flurís as Sindel's old advisor, who he had thought perished when Shao Khan took over. Raiden immediately suggested that they go rescue his body, which was being shown off like a spectacle, Raiden deeming in disrespectful.
When his crystal came into possession of the Special Forces, Raiden still sensed life with the crystal and tried to free Flurís, even having Liu Kang try to melt the ice, only to discover that Flurís put a special curse on the crystal that only permitted other cryomancers to break the ice. So they contacted the only (sane) cryomancer they knew. Kuai Liang.
Kuai Liang accepted to free this cryomancer with little hesitation, shattering the ice with an ice sword flawlessly. Flurís immediately opened his eyes and sat up, looking immediately in Kuai Liang's direction. He smiled at Kuai Liang and reached out for him before passing out in the grandmaster's arms.
Days later, He woke up and immediately requested to see Kuai Liang, ignoring the miso soup, rice and tea in front of him, wanting to know how many of their people survived, only to be disappointed when he was told that a small handful of them were left. A very small handful. He immediately broke down in tears, blaming himself, wishing to put himself back in the ice but Kuai Liang wouldn't let him, saying that he'll get through this and that he shouldn't run and hide anymore.
After telling his story to everyone and his situation, how he was framed and banished from Edenia by Sindel, how they were hunted like dogs by Shao Kahn and how only a small hundred of them made it to Earthrealm, he decided to stay with Kuai Liang for a moment at the Lin Kuei Palace, to tell him the history of their people, forgotten Cryomancer techniques and much more, so that Kuai Liang could be in touch with his roots.
He eventually departed on his own quest to find the remaining descendants of Cryomancers, hoping to form a community again, often returning to the Lin Kuei Palace for Kuai Liang's help with clues and navigating the modern world, the two eventually becoming close, with Flurís eventually falling in love with the other man because of his kindness and their connection, but not knowing if Kuai Liang would ever reciprocate his feelings.

How would Bruno Madrigal and Cecil de Vil get along?
Well enough, I suppose. It's all about the circumstances of their first meeting, really.
Here's how I see it: Cecil de Vil, who had spent almost a whole year doing video campaigns and fomenting protests to get his niblings out of the Isle of the Lost, trying to raise awareness about the inequality of the crimes people were sent to the Isle for and so on (his sister is in there for stealing dogs! it's not the same as killing multiple people or cursing lands! and Hunter and Ivy were kids who did stupid stuff!), is caught at last and shipped, making it evident his smear campaign against the banishment was pretty much right but ending up as a victim of the system himself. (he never figured out who to blame. people are quick to point fingers at the Beast, but there's something that doesn't work in it, a cog stuck somewhere, someone else behind it all...)
So, he's on a barge and there he meets one of the people he was trying to advocate for (sure, the protest started for his family, but it ended up involving a lot more people), aka Bruno, the man who could see bad futures and Auradon deemed too dangerous to stay free. Bruno, who is shaking and is sad to have left his family behind and hopes they'll be fine, much like Cecil, but with the important difference that the Madrigals were left alone save for him, while Cecil was going to be reunited with his family on the Isle.
The people in the last barges compare notes, share facts, see patterns, perhaps they figure out something (the Security Services are a tad too independent, started to pick people on their own, the royals are too worried about the post-war economy to chase minor criminals like that...), but it's pretty useless because they have no one to share them with except for each other and no one can help them at this point. Hell, Cinderella, a queen, was unable to save her stepsister who she had openly forgiven, once in the Barrier, there's no way out! There was no chance to begin with.
So, Cecil takes pity on Bruno, because Cecil knows he'll have the support of his family once there, as will most of the people of the last barges (Anastasia's husband, the Delgados from Avalor, and so on) while Bruno will be all alone. And Bruno kind of latches to that small kindness. Bruno knows how to make himself useful, it's how he was raised, so that's what he'll do on the Isle, work with those people like them, the ones who weren't criminals and knew how to live a non-magic, ordinary life.
Once Cecil gets on the Isle, the de Vils already have their own properties (Hell Hall, PH's lab, plus some stuff they put their hands on like a couple normal homes and, most importantly, the electric plant, entirely garbage-powered, that PH put together/fixed and the de Vil family controls) and it's easy for a community to form around him, the only one with assured stability, a community of the ones who are not Villains with a capital V. Bruno is a part of it for sure, he has tons of practical, everyday knowledge to share, not like Cecil, who grew up rich and knows a lot less but knows how to listen and recognizes talent and usefulness.
So Cecil and Bruno are not, like, best friends, some people could think of Bruno as one of Cecil's minions, judging from the outside (Cecil doesn't have minions, but Villains thinks in those terms), but for sure they are part of a community and had to rely on each other multiple times, which made them a bit close, close enough that Cecil knows he can ask Bruno to accompany him to do delicate or important jobs and Bruno knows he can reach for Cecil if he's in a pinch, like if people didn't pay him or if he didn't gain enough, Cecil will help.
Once Cruella shows interest in Bruno, Cecil is enthusiastic. He knows Ella remarried a few times but, hey, maybe that's the real thing this time? And he likes the idea of Bruno being his brother-in-law and greets him with open arms and Bruno is happy about it, Cecil is a friend to him, in his view, he was from the beginning, so he leans into the situation and they get closer.
It lasts until Cruella decides to kick Bruno out (and he sneaks back in, in his own way), but even after, they sort of keep in contact and keep helping each other a bit. It's rare to have strong allies on the Isle, but the community around Cecil is solid, he knows the value of connections, and Bruno will always be a part of it.
Oh, dear, that got long. As usual, LOL

Now that I think about it, I think it's unfair to try and put down Dark Cacao's relationship with Dark Choco because "He hesitated with Dark Enchantress but not Dark Choco" when there are different layers to his relationship to both of them.
Yes, Dark Cacao did not hesitate to say it's time to kill Dark Choco. But remember, this was when he was at the height of his emotions. And Dark Cacao when he's like that tends to go overboard with his words or actions (witness: Clotted Cream). But when it came down to the act itself, Dark Cacao can't bring himself to kill him. He's done it twice, instead of execution for his 'betrayal', he banished Dark Choco instead. And in 14-29 he only defeated Dark Choco instead of just finishing him off immediately. Dark Choco, in the end, is still the child he loves so much.
White Lily is his friend, he has no control over her actions or decisions, that was her's and her's alone. She's independent from him and he's known her longer than Dark Choco. They along with the rest of the Ancients have agreed to a duty to protect Earthbread. We already saw that he was shocked and hurt over the news about her identity. Moreover, he was taken only days to process it before having to face her as Dark Enchantress again.
Meanwhile Dark Choco is his child and the Prince of his kingdom. His behavior has a huge influence over Dark Choco and he's the one who raised him. He has a responsibility over him, even if that responsibility meant having to kill him for the sake of the kingdom. Dark Cacao's personality isn't exactly the best for parenting because yknow, communication. But he's always trying to find a way to 'save' Dark Choco in the midst of his duty. He can't bring him back to the kingdom casually after Dark Choco's rampage so he banished him because at least that kept him alive. He apologized to Dark Choco after he defeated him and even let him walk away after he was freed from the cursed sword. His affections needs some reading the lines but he really does love Dark Choco so much. If he didn't then why would he carry the responsibility over his child's sins or keep him alive after everything?
Of course I can't really excuse the damage that Dark Cacao's words do, but we also need to remember that this man often contradicts himself especially when he's at peak anger. He said he regretted ever calling Dark Choco his son but after their battle and he's calmer he said that his biggest regret is not loving him enough. He got mad at Hollyberry and told how how did she ever become Queen with her behavior then later after he calmed down he complimented her behavior saying that she's still full of passion as always.
So instead of saying "Dark Cacao didn't even hesitate to say he'll kill Dark Choco" we say "He gave Dark Choco too many passes" /j
Remember, Affogato and Dark Choco both betrayed the kingdom (with different feelings) and look who is still welcomed, loved, and waited by the denizens and Dark Cacao lol
Tl;dr dark cacao's love language is "i'll let your bs pass this ONCE (proceeds to let it pass 29482939 times)"

rumor has it hanguang-jun was manipulated by the yiling laozu... that somehow he was swayed by the music of the yiling laozu's dizi and decided to support him instead of standing firm with the cultivation world... i also heard that the yiling laozu brutally murdered his shijie and jin zixuan... leaving young master jin ling without much of a family...? how horrifying! the yunmeng jiang sect was right to banish him entirely!
RUMORS — always accepting.
Tumblr media
DARKNESS SWIRLS WITHIN, a landslide long forgotten amidst the shallow tranquility this new life offered. He's used to this by now, allowing the rumors to run their course, paint him as a villain again and again, until the very idea of him was reduced to this — a tale to scare the children with, a faceless monster so despicable, he deserved it, every last bit of it, torn flesh and broken bones, the Yiling Laozu had it coming.
( but he did, he did, they are dead because of him, shijie's broken smile would haunt him to his last and final grave — didn't she know he loved her the most? )
Oh, but where was their righteousness and pious words when his throat bled from all that screaming? When he crawled out of hell all alone, knuckles bruised and ribs broken, when he shattered, when he lost his mind? They only came to set his world on fire, until the pain of the most horrid death felt better than the cries of those they didn't spare, and he couldn't even scream anymore.
Tumblr media
❝ Aren't you forgetting something? ❞ a hollow laugh that comes out of him is a hoarse bark, half-petrified, half-amused, eyes an open wound that never really stopped bleeding — he relishes in the blessing of forgetfulness sometimes, but the horrors, the faces come back to haunt him every night, soothed with an embrace that grounds him in this joke of a reality. Heart aching for the one swayed by the diabolic waltz of Chenqing, ready to tear itself open once more rather than stain his good name with the BLACKNESS of his own — Wei Wuxian wouldn't even dare bleed on the pristine whites of those robes, exhausted from talking to the void again, screaming into it as if it could finally learn how to listen. It wears him out. The memories of home he'll never find his way back to. The raw stench of blood and rotten flesh. It's easy to forget how feeble this body can be sometimes, how fragile. Fingers rub the bridge of his nose, weary and mindless, pointless, as he forgets the name of his accuser, indifferent as he speaks. ❝ The Yiling Laozu also bathed in virgin blood and put horrifying curses on honorable cultivators, summoned demons from beyond the grave and abducted little children. Maybe I put a spell on Hanguang-jun, bound him to my will because I liked him. Do you wish to know what happens to those I do not like? ❞
