The Norwegian-built barque Helvetia was scheduled to sail from New Brunswick, Canada, to Swansea Harbour in October 1887, loaded with 500 tonnes of timber. Just 5 miles from the harbour, strong winds forced the ship to remain at sea for the night, in the hope that conditions would improve the following day. The next morning the Helvetia was blown through the water, damaging the boat and ending up in Rhossili Bay.
The anchor was dropped, but this wasn’t enough to safeguard the ship, and the reluctant captain and his crew were forced to abandon the Helvetia, which they did safely. By the next day, the Helvetia was stranded and its timber cargo strewn across the beach. This precious debris was collected and sold by local timber merchants, while the Helvetia slowly sank deeper into the sands over the next century. Parts of it still protrude up onto the beach.
clarice is about to start popping off. she loves the autumn and she has at least three dozen little blossoms in various stages of exploding pink engorgement. i'm so proud of her. i moved ruth over close because sometimes clarice's wantoness encourages her. bob, the chia christmas tree, is new here, and he has no idea what he is in for even though he has been putting on quite the big bushy fertility show himself. complications ensue

If you scream, scream with me
Moments like this they never last
When new creatures rape your face, hybrids opens up the door
Ooh baby when you cry, your face is momentary
You hide your looks behind these scars
Hybrid moments
In hybrid moments
In hybrid moments
Give me a moment
Give me a moment
Give me a moment
An NPC from a Delta Green game I'm in: Helvetia's therapist turned case officer/director, since all the other case officers/directors got assassinated.
All these were inspired from the play-by-post segments of our otherwise weekly voice sessions! (Except top left which was a warmup, cuz boy I'm rusty at drawing.) Her wide range of expressions were too interesting/fun to not scribble down. and yeah bottom right really is NOT a good look for her
