Smilin' Jack, the Union Oil jack-o’-lantern in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles, 1952. While painting the 3.3-million gallon tank, workers noticed the lead-based orange primer they used had a very pumpkin-like hue. So they followed through on the Halloween vibe, and a paint job became a local tradition.

As promised, it's My Peak Challenge photoshoot day in L.A., guys! I'll be getting info from my source later today, so stay tuned!

So, my source let me know today that there are around 15 MPC members participating, it's an all day photoshoot in Los Angeles, she doesn't know the location(s) yet, and all cell phones were taken until the end of the photoshoot. Waiting to find out if Sam Heughan will be there. But, as many of you have noted, he was posting online last night NOT on UK time anymore. Some speculate he could be back in New York for interviews, but since there is this MPC photoshoot confirmed today, many think he's in L.A. for it. Since I have this insider source, we will know FOR SURE later today.

PS. It's going to be a perfect L.A. Fall day in the high 70's today with lots of sunshine. Rain expected on Wednesday though. Sign that Sam is here? He always brings the Scottish rain hahaha.

Waking up to Sam Heughan in Los Angeles! I should have known he was coming--it rained all day yesterday hahaha (he always brings the Scottish rain). Thanks, Team for the heads up. ❤️

He was in the Los Feliz part of L.A. It's become a very trendy area full of restaurants, cafes, bars, and celeb homes. It's close to Hollywood, and years ago it wasn't so popular, but it has definitely become very popular. Los Feliz is also close to Echo Park, where Pharos Gym is where we've seen Sam work out before.

He tagged Love Again film producer Esther Hornstein 👇 So, obviously that's who he was meeting.

The restaurant where they met is Little Dom's in Los Feliz. 👇

Dogs allowed, so I'm assuming the beautiful dog in the pic with Sam is Esther's.

Seems like Sam is in L.A. for business meetings. But, as we know there are plenty of ladies he knows here and assorted friends, so let's see if we get any other sightings.

L.A. weather report: no rain today or tomorrow, but pouring rain on Sunday and Monday. Just FYI for those keeping track of the weather in his pics.

Anyhooo, I'm off to a couple of meetings, be back in a few hours.
