What if I just... Team ROMA redesigns? Yeah. Team ROMA redesigns \^.^/
We startin' out with Rory "Ro" Ozul-Pyronia!
She's rocking some sweet new fingerless gloves, a new corset (which doubles as armor), a thigh pack, and her thigh knife (thife?) has migrated to the other side. She's also got more 'bat-like' ears and a bit of a haircut! Plus, she's got some sick new boots with red laces (kinda like Ruby's V1 boots but Rory's are brown rather than black)
Next is Obi-Taupe Sirus! (previously Oh-Taupe)
They've got a name change with their redesign! And I've decided to go full ham and drop the 'He' from their previous They/He pronouns so now they go by They/Them :D Their boots now go to their thighs, and now they've got stilettos rather than a chunky heel. If Cinder Fall can fight in glass heels, and Weiss can fight in heels (to the point of Ruby making a comment about it), my blorbo can fight in three inch stilettos!
Next we've got Sheldon "Sherry" Meral Murex!
He's still tired, and now he's got the anime 'dead mom' hairstyle! His prosthetic arm and leg have migrated to the other side, and I gave him half of his other hand back (so now he's just got two prosthetic fingers). He now has an elbow pad, spikes around his neck, and I got rid of his brown shoes! And the alt has his lab coat, his hairclip, and his prosthetic eye!
And lastly, here's Arnulf "Artie" Brun!
(Lovingly) Whore :) He's still got his chest out, even though I closed up the top of his... crop-top sleeve things. I chucked out the dark blue in his design and recolored the white to be more brown tinted. But, he's still got that bandanna around his leg :D

Sunshine:
Leader of team SMKE, Sunshine is stubborn and tries too hard to get approval from everyone. Also a bit judgmental at first. She has a dagger named “Venus” which glows in low light. Her semblance is opposite of her sister’s, and is called “speed time”, with it she speeds herself up while opponents move in regular speed. Speed time is activated by staring into the opponent’s eyes. Eyes glow gold when semblance is in use. Eye contact must be kept uninterrupted while the semblance is in use. If the contact is broken, the effects break down immediately, leaving the user vulnerable. Sunshine can also get jealous, mostly over her older sister. She has spent most of her life feeling like she had to be just as good as Moon or better, and never felt like she measured up compared to her.
The Crown has been seeking her out, but she refuses to join them.
Under her cold and somewhat tough exterior, she is passionate about what she does and her beliefs. Although it would be easy to just see her as a grumpy impatient woman, she’s a strong independent person who will always stand by those she loves and cares about. Loyalty is important to her! Even though she’s been hypocritical of that in the past…

Moonlight:
Older twin sister of Sunshine. Moonlight is patient and sweet, and somewhat unlike Sunshine, accepting of others. Moonlight is critiqued by her younger twin sister, saying she’s a pushover and more loved by their parents. Has a giant pair of scissors codenamed “Lune”(meaning moon in French) that can be taken apart and used as two swords. Her semblance is called “slow time”, where she slows the opponent(s) and moves around them at regular speed. The semblance is activated by a deep stare into the opponent’s eyes, which will glow silver when the semblance is in use. This semblance has the same weaknesses as Sunshine’s. She loves and supports her sister, but is unaware of the jealousy until a later time.

Koral:
One of two faunus in team SMKE. Koral is an outgoing fun loving girl who is from the Kingdom of Atlantia (made up by me lol), off the coast of Menagerie. She is the princess of the Atoll kingdom. She doesn’t really like her heritage and being associated with it, and wants to be free and protect her family from the front lines. She finds being royalty boring, and her mom doesn’t want her to become a huntress, because she is worried about something happening to her daughter. Koral left her kingdom anyway, and hopes she won’t disappoint her family.
Personality wise, she can be a little reckless, but still understands her limits. Due to her upbringing of being sheltered in a faunus royal family, she initially isn’t as used to constantly being around humans, but is never against them. Olive being a faunus as well helps bring the two closer together. Koral also loves telling stories, often about her life growing up in Atlantia. She is a tropical fish faunus. Her weapon, a trident/rifle combo named “Riptide” is her pride and joy. Her semblance is the ability to breathe underwater. Riptide can be adapted for carrying.

The second faunus in team SMKE, a reindeer faunus. She comes from a family of huntsmen. Olive uses her surname (Everglade) to complete the team’s name. She is shy and quiet, but a fierce fighter. However, she doesn’t have too much faith in herself. She is from a small village near Vale and comes from a line of siblings who have become huntsmen and huntresses. Her weapon “Marrow” has dust-infused arrows. She has a crush on Koral, but the latter is oblivious. Her semblance silences noises she makes, like footsteps. It can also mask other’s sounds if they are close enough in her bubble (like May Marigold’s invisibility). This can be used against her, like if an opponent gets close enough to her in battle.
Aura color: olive green
Semblance: soundlessness
Weapon: bow & arrows, arrows are all dust infused. Bow can also be infused with hard light dust to be used as a shield

It’s been so long since I’ve drawn my RWBY OCs but I was just looking through an old sketchbook where I had planned “season 2” outfits for the team and picked out action poses I liked, I just never drew them. I don’t think my original post debuting these characters got much engagement so when I asked people to guess the fairytales I picked for inspiration, no one got them all correct. I’ll amend that now; from left to right we have Niebie Sliski, inspired by The Glass Mountain; Lavinia Primrose, inspired by Sleeping Beauty; Vine Moorow, inspired by The Frog Prince; and Duncan Braun, specifically inspired by the bear from Snow White & Rose Red. As she begins to come out of her shell and her style develops, she begins to develop her signature outfit as others have.

Personality
Marina is quiet, in a word. She prefers to mostly keep to herself and listen to those around her, rather than inserting herself into conversations. Genuinely, she prefers books and characters to people and would be lost in another world for hours if someone let her. Despite her timid personality, she’s got a bit of a rebellious streak and, as she learns to come out of her shell, begins to stand up for what she believes in. When she’s truly comfortable with someone, though, she’ll spend quite a bit of time with them, even if she’s quiet. She enjoys following people around and observing their life and counts it as quality time.

Weapon Name: Cadwyn, Asur
Weapon Description: Cadwyn is a long chain with weights on either end, one end being a sickle and the other being a hexagonal shape of metal. The sickle also functions as a gun, with the handle having the place for a trigger and a barrel that shoots past it before it curves.
Asur is actually a gift from her sister that she got after she passed—it was something she made while at Atlas and used in a pinch. When a charm is ripped/broken off, it detonates and releases a smoke bomb.
Relationship With Others
Reputation: Most people either don’t notice her or do and they’re uninterested. She keeps to herself and prefers it that way.
Friends: Her friends that she’s close with outside the team are pretty minimal, however most would agree that she’s very sweet and caring for those that share the same attitude with her. She’s a great listener and has comforting energy, even if she’s not as good at talking.
Team: She considers her team a better family than what she has by blood. She and Roza get on well and tend to do things together outside of school (especially when she wants to go shopping and Marina can’t tell her no). Out of the three others, she’s the least close with Ebony because they’re such stark opposites. They don’t have much in common, but she still has his back and he has hers.
Coal threw her for a loop. At Beacon, she planned on keeping her head low and working with her team when she had to, but Coal didn’t let that happen. From the moment they locked eyes in the forest, she knew she was in for it considering his boisterous and excitable personality. Eventually, she thought of him less as a bee buzzing in her ear, and instead as a friend. That friendship turned into something she hadn’t felt recently: a love that made her feel safe and truly cared for.
Enemy(ies): Her only real “enemies” are the Grimm she’s fighting and rivalries between siblings in her family. Even then, she swears she still cares about them even if she wants to tear her hair out because of them sometimes.

Semblance: She has the ability to mute people’s speech. Marina can control who is affected around her and can flip a switch on whether they can make noise or not. She doesn’t like to use it and it doesn’t help in a fight much so not many know of it.
Brief History
Marina grew up in a large family, the youngest of five siblings in Atlas. As the baby of the family, she had a hard time figuring out how to make herself noticeable compared to her (much older) sibling’s achievements, so let herself fall to the wayside when need be. The one person who wouldn’t allow that behavior past reasonable expectations was her oldest sister, Azura, who insisted on helping as much as she could. Azura was a licensed huntress by the time Marina was ten, and they started training together around that time. They worked out an entire plan for her future: she’d attend Beacon in Vale (because she wanted out of Atlas and away from her family) and she’d follow her sister’s footsteps to become a huntress.
However, before she could even apply, she received news that her sister’s team had been caught in a Grimm attack no one was expecting and Azura had died. While distraught, her entire family’s reaction to the news only spurred her further to attend school and finish what Azura couldn’t.
Trivia
Had no clue the charm bracelet was a bunch of smoke bombs until one broke during a mission and saved her life from some Grimm
