owl house empires au masterpost - this will be edited and updated with new ideas!

hello! i am currently in progress of writing an empires owl house au fic, and i am currently in the planning stage! ive decided to show this off to the hellsite because why not

spoilers to the owl house under the cut so dont read this if u havent finished

the plot will be similar to the main series, with some tweaks and extra adventures to add something to it and not just make it a nameswap fic

the characters!

shelby - luz - 15, lives with her gran (camila noceda character)

katherine - amity - 15 and in the plant track at hexside,

gem - eda - the deer lady

sausage - basically just king but he can speak spanish because gem has some spanish books from the human realm

jimmy - willow - healing track, younger but more mature brother to lizzie, romantic interest is scott

lizzie - gus - oracle (and later potions) track, jimmy's older yet less mature sister, tries scamming people occasionally

mattholomule - joel - construction, rivals with jimmy, tries to help with new hexside during the collector's reign, but joey shuts him down.

emperor xornoth - belos - formerly a full human, now half demonic with the palisman curse, who was transported to the boiling isles with his older twin brother, scott. scott found love in a witch in the isles and xornoth murdered scott after finding out

the golden guard, scott - a grimwalker of the original older twin of xornoth, about the age of 16

fwhip - lilith - the older twin brother to gem, cursed her when they were children so he could enter the emperors coven. is the head of the emperors coven. attains half of gem's curse at the end of arc 1, where he becomes a

pearl - raine - beastkeeping coven head, gem's (former) best friend

joey - boscha - oracle (and later beastkeeping) track, katherine's friend(?)

pix - oracle coven head - a part of the rebellion

false - construction coven head - a part of the rebellion

(false and pix take the place of darius and eber, but would have vastly different personalities and motives from the original characters)

oli - steve - bard oriented emperors coven member who doesnt care anymore, is tasked with scott a lot on missions

i have another post in which i am asking for some help on the cast, but if any of yall have ideas, i will gladly take suggestions for chapters in this series! hopefully i can fully flesh out the story, otherwise i might just do one shots, but nonetheless i hope you enjoyed the idea!

If it looks like I'm answering this now several days after the fact in a desperate attempt to get back on Gami's good side after previously incurring his wrath…it's because I am, that is 100% what is happening and now everyone knows my secret plans. 🤭 lfjasdkfh all jokes aside:

I first met Gami back in their Jesse Pinkman days, which quickly led to a good old unprompted interaction between his post-series Jesse and Caleb that was both hilarious and heartbreaking. It started off with Jesse being like “dude. you look just like me.” 

Both of them were like “hey what the fuck-” looking like that Spiderman pointing at Spiderman meme, but then they were also trying to figure out what each other's Deal™ was and realized they're both severely traumatized and broken in ways that were so fundamentally different and yet shared so many similarities at the same time. Jesse flirted with Caleb at one point and the plan was Caleb was Supposed to flirt back but he wasn’t really ready to accept whatever he thought that meant, I guess. Now they just perpetually exist in my head as trauma-bonded besties who give each other shit for being the same but not.

When Gami made a return to rp with Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders as a muse I was, as I always am, thrilled to see them back! Their writing has always been good don't listen to their objections abt it - but it has continued to improve and age like a fine wine with time and even more practice. I've rewatched Peaky Blinders at least 5 times now and it's so clear that Gami Gets Tommy's motives and personality down so well.

Additionally, he is insanely creative and talented as a mixed media artist and he runs a kickass discord server which i can't recommend enough if you like horror and you've got time to kill. Basically, Gami's one of my ride or die pals and I'm always looking forward to our next adventure. 💙

adam janssens x lucielle beaumont-peters: adam totally slid into lucielle's dms on social media & the pair chatted. then after a little bit of flirting etc in the dms, the pair bump into each other at a fancy event. adams friends push him to go talk to her bc of course in real life, he is SHY. annnnd then things go from there & the pair actually do get on & they get photographs on dates etc & they become an iconic celeb couple!!

caleb ryan x duygu kaya: omg, what if duygu managed caeb's band?! and he's a little shit, so she's often having to find him after drunken nights out & dragging him to interviews etc. he's always trying to flirt with her and get her attention, but she brushes him off, esp because she manages his band. maybe they do share a kiss one day and that's when things start to get complicated hehe!!

rowan evans x nickolas yoon: opposites attract!! they started off just sleeping together and keeping things casual but eventually, they start hanging out and doing other things, that aren't just sleeping together. feelings start to blossom and rowan doesn't want to spoil things with him, bc they are having a great time, so she doesn't mention it but she's struggling to hide her feelings, so she has to tell him in the end....we go from there!!

riley turner x mary shelby: i love celebs x normal people plots, riley works at the venue that mary is performing at, they lock eyes and that's it. they get together and become a super cool couple, who everyone loves!! they do have their ups & downs, there are some fights about distance but they do work through it bc they are so *heart eyes* for each other & just asdfghjk
