Kingdom Hearts 3 - Kingdom of Corona

#kingdom hearts 3 #kh3 #kingdom of corona #scenery #my gif #this world has so many nice locations it was actually kinda hard to narrow it down to just eight gifs #i was surprised by how much detail they add within out of bounds areas like that waterfall in the 3rd gif #they did so good with this world every bit of it is gorgeous and fun to explore #sliding down that meadow of purple wildflowers for the first time was such a memorable experience #i love that we get to view the kingdom from afar and even explore the festival streets #it's very lively and beautifully decorated #i made sure to get a shot of the lanterns too. it's really cool that we get to have a battle at night like that #though i do wish there was an option to peacefully view them while being able to wander the town #it wasn't easy to get a clear shot of it without any party members getting in the way or enemies attacking me lol

what no i’m fine. i’m just thinking about how harrowhark chose to lobotomize herself and remove all memories of gideon to preserve gideon’s soul, and how ianthe chose to kill naberius and consume his soul instead of corona’s soul. and i’m just thinking about how both harrow and ianthe did this - refused to consume gideon's and naberius' souls- out of a twisted love they held for their cavaliers. because harrow wanted to retain any chance she had of bringing gideon back, and because ianthe wanted her sister to live. and i’m thinking about how neither gideon nor corona saw this as love but instead as rejection (gideon saying “i gave you my whole self and you didn’t even want it,” corona saying “she could have taken me”) and anyway it’s just fucked up but i’m fine

that was absolutely incredible. There are no words, really. Everything about today was perfect and exactly what I always dreamed of. seeing a total solar eclipse was a long time bucket list item for me and it was literally jaw-dropping. my hands were shaking filming here

also dont give me shit for not showing the sun i was too busy looking at it with my eyes & not through my camera (also it looks bad on camera)

the crowd was something to behold alone. i really wasnt sure what to expect when i went over to Old Port but wow, the turnout was insane
