This post is pertaining to the hide and seek challenge Scott (Smajor/dangthatsalongname), Shelby (Shubble), Gem (GeminiTay), Lizzie (LDShadowLady), and Jimmy (SolidarityGaming) did very recently.

I am going to take a deep breath, put a few eeeees out in the universe (not to anyone in particular; just for me to not continue spam texting my friend who doesn’t care) in a very calm and collected manner, take another deep breath, and try to maybe go to bed.

Scott, sir, you are insane both at seeking and hiding. You scare me sometimes but it’s okay because it’s in the best way and I admire you for it. You’re so cool <3

Shelby, you’re a psychopath but also in the best way! How did you possibly make something so cute and tiny and still have so many hiding spots! I was giggling the whole time and I loved seeing the Shrub skin again! :D

Gem, the gradients on those roofs and all those details of the interior? Ughhh! Wonderful! Also love the little comments. So fun ^^

Also Shelby and Gem making in the closet jokes in Scott’s video is just the epitome of queer friendships and I am so normal about it mhm yep

Lizzie, you’re unhinged (/pos) but the style of hide and seek you did was so much fun and the hiding spot was 10/10! Sardines (that version of hide and seek I learned) can be so chaotic and so much fun so I got so excited when they started finding you and going quiet. I very much enjoyed :3

Jimmy, I’m so proud of you oh my god! Your building has come so far- I feel like a parent watching my child progress even though I am younger than you and also do not play Minecraft myself. Ahhh good job :,D

Being a fan of something fictional is so weird like the author created the story of the characters but we as fans feel like we know them.

We can hear a song and be like this, is that character, the author may have made the character but we make it our own, seeing them a different way, understanding them, relating to them. But sometimes there are things a fandom can all agree on without even being stated.

The way a character takes their coffee, their favourite season, their favourite movie, and the types of books they read. Even if it isn't stated in the book. movie, tv show, we feel like we know that character, maybe even more than some of our closest friends.

Wildbow is amazing. He's writing all of these great web novels. His new one, Claw, is inspiring me to write a new web serial of my own. Claw is a crime procedural, if I'm not mistaken. I love how it's not supernatural or anything, unlike Wildbow's other works. I love it when creatives make something amazing in a genre they usually don't do.

Wildbow keeps proving to me that Worm is fine the way it is. There's no way it's getting published as an actual physical book series, but that's okay. Because Worm is good enough as its current form, a free online novel.

It was Wildbow who inspired me to get serious about making web novels. I remember discovering Worm, back when I was trying to find the longest online story or something. My searches led me to Wildbow's best work, Worm. One day I want to write web serial as great as that.

Anyway, back to fanboying about Wildbow. He's making web novels be taken more seriously, and I love that. He puts out great content and inspires me to do the same. And that's important because I really need to write something amazing. I'm a writer who doesn't see any of his works as worth anything. I want to change that. I want to write something that I will love and that many others will, too. Wildbow motivates me to do that.

I have yet to complete reading any of his web novels, unfortunately. Someday I want to read all of his work. I just have a hard time getting into reading lately. I can't even remember the last time I read the entirety of a novel or online story. Mainly, I do a lot of reading certain scenes out of order. I do this with Worm and a bunch of other books.

Web fiction is amazing. And I find more success with it than I do writing physical books. These days my focus is on writing web fiction. Wildbow is the web novel creator I look up to the most, and he's been a big inspiration. I wish him well. And I hope Claw gets very popular.

That ending scene of Ahsoka episode 5 with all the Purgil flying by the cruisers combined with the god tier music fills me with childlike wonder and joy and makes me teary eyed. It's such a wholesome non confrontational moment, there is no fear no agression, just wonder and big Bois flying. It's the same wonder I felt when I first watched star wars as a 7yr old, seeing all the spaceships and shit , all the cool stuff, all the otherworldly things.

And it feels even better knowing everyone else in universe is having the exact same reaction, they are witnessing a one in a lifetime event and staring at it with joy and wonder.

I love my gigantic fucken space whale squid friends so much. I love big wholesome creatures. Yes my friends, go , fly at unfathomable speeds, be free, be awesome, have really adorable big eyes. You are a blessing on this world and I love you.

God. I just saw a Gem and Aimsey convo on twitter and I swear I stimmed for like five minutes straight. Full body. Jumping up and down, squealing, flappy hands and stomping my feet.
