Su nombre en español es "La danza de las ninfas" su artista es Edouard Bisson un artista francés, el cual nació en 1856 y falleció en 1939.
- algunas curiosidades sobre las ninfas. -
- El significado de la palabra griega ninfa es mujer joven. Algunas ninfas formaban parte del cortejo de la diosa de la caza Artemisa y otras de los dioses Dionisio, Hermes o Pan.
- Las ninfas son una deidad menor de la naturaleza en la mitología griega, su género es femenino y se les considera personificaciones de la naturaleza.
- Las ninfas eran deidades asignadas a un lugar concreto normalmente alejado de la civilización, donde los viajeros perdidos podían encontrarlas atraídos por su música.
- Normalmente están vinculadas a un lugar o forma de relieve especifica y son representadas como hermosas doncellas. No eran inmortales, pero sí vivían mucho más que los humanos.
