Day of the Fallen

Fridays are for mourning

The heat of your shoulder against mine

I mourn

Mondays are for craving

Citrus and ozone - the scent of your skin

I crave

Thursdays are for longing

The bare touch of your hand

I long

Sundays...

On sundays I rest.

Like a fallen God

Exhausted by love.
