Honduran Quesadillas
This customary Christmas cake is a distinct variety of quesadilla! Sesame seeds are sprinkled on top and it is made with all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, and Parmesan cheese. 1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, 6 room-temperature eggs, 1.5 cups margarine, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 3 cups white sugar, 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour, 2 cups lukewarm milk, 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
