For Alton's family in Dnd I decided to bring back the Avens as his in laws! Here is Warren Aven, better known as Wren. This slight redesign that hasnt changed much about him.

Redesign wise:

-I mostly returned his mask to having leaves on the side rather then fluff. I liked this one's shillowette more.

-I removed the smile on his mask to replace it with the usage of signs for the expression. This allows him more varity of emotion to be shown. Also so my friend stops comparing it to dream and starts comparing it to Rio Ranger.

-I made him a deer rather then a goat like before. This lets him line up with his family better.

-I broke off his horns to show how his healing actually works.

-To show he is more deer like now, I also gave him dots on his face under his regular eye fur.

-I made his face more slender but kept his large eyes. I feel this makes him look young still and not overly tough but stops him from fully looking like a child.

Other notes:

-His eyes have X in them as a joke about how he died before as well as to resemble a button with thread through it as a reference to his secrets and family's main trade.

-Dispite sticking closer to his olfer looks, I kept the cape being laidout like a bird rather then a flat cape. His cape otherwise felt empty and too bland for me.

-His bell collar is a reference to Simon, his bestie.

-I drew him in the wrong shirt. No one noticed- but I plan to draw him in the right one next time before the DM decides to use this drawing of him as his intro art.

Fun facts:

-His family are all Tailors or work in relating jobs.

-Each male in the family is given a special glove that lets them do some magic like mending. As well as a special needle as well. In non DnD, the gloves allows them to harvest the fibers of magic and spin them into a stread to then use and embroider into cloth or to make clothing and fabric out of.

-Wren has died alot but was brought back by his father each time with. Now he keeps himself kicking. In normal lore this is done via a magic needle and thread by Wren himself given to him by spiders. However when his father dose it, its via sacrifice and sketchy deals with sketchy magic creatures. In DnD the dm has not revealed to me how it works yet. Though he has plans.

-In non DnD, Wren is filled with leaves cottons, soils, etc to keep his shape. He then soes his flesh together with magic making him a very weird livibg plushy or taxidermy in a way.

-He is almost never seen with his mask or cape off and is constantly putting on a character.

-Most of the males in his family are missing a digit on their hand as part of a deal they made generations ago with the spiders. It was done so no one but them could wear their gloves unless you happened to also be missing the finger or had smaller hands. The digit they do not have is their pointer and they are born without it.

-He is the youngest of his three siblings.
