is the Pilgrim Guard the only Guardian guard we know of in the City or is there some separate City Guard of Guardians?

Right now, technically all Guardians protect the City. The Pilgrim Guard is an old Titan order that existed before the City was even built. They heard of rumours about a city and went there to check it out, then committed to protecting it permanently.

It's also interesting that the term "Guardian" is derived from the Pilgrim Guard:

It seems everyone knows the Pilgrim Guard now. Their numbers have quintupled, and only continue to grow. The grateful civilians of the Last Safe City style them Guardians, and they wear the title well.

I believe the Pilgrim Guard still exists? I'm not sure if they're still an official order and if there are any similar orders or if all Guardians are assumed to serve as protectors of the City. Now that the Last City is fully established, with walls completed and serving as a center for all our alliances, technically all Guardians that work with the Vanguard would technically be protectors of the City without the need for any special orders.

We know that other orders existed, but it's unclear how they function right now and how official they are currently. This Ghost Fragment from Shadowkeep mentions a few:

Firebreak Order (Titan order, famous for Six Fronts, survived Red War, saved the eternal flame that symbolises the order from being destroyed in the Red War, unclear in what capacity they're working now)

First Pillar Order (Titan order, only known members died in various battles throughout history, unclear if still functioning)

Sun Legion Order (Titan order, not enough information about them, the only lore I can find on Ishtar, besides this Ghost Fragment, is this)

Praxic Order (Warlock order, confirmed still active and working with the Vanguard through Aunor Mahal)

Cryptochron Order (Warlock order, disbanded, some members went on to be a part of the order, for example Rekkana who was instructed to go to the Black Garden by one of the order's leaders)

There's another Titan order that isn't mentioned in this Ghost Fragment called Stoneborn Order. They all died defending the City in the Red War. Them not being mentioned as part of the Great Disaster is possibly due to their dedication to protecting the City wall which they also participated in building.

Peacekeepers were possibly a Titan order too, also destroyed in the Red War.

A lot of these orders came to be in the early days before things were fully organised so individual Lightbearers founded these orders and gathered other Lightbearers to join them. Now, with the City properly established and with pretty much all Guardians actively working with the Vanguard, I believe the need for any special orders is not really necessary, though some may still choose to join them, like the Praxic Order for example. I'm definitely not entirely clear if any of the surviving ones actually still function as official City guard orders or if they're more like a curiosity, given how the Guardians as a whole function a lot more differently than in the past.

It's a really nice view! Also you can see the two sets of walls which is really nice. The City's walls changed over time as the City grew and as the walls have been improved upon.

I also tried checking for any landmarks like any land or water on the ground to see if we can pinpoint the City's location once and for all, but you can't really see anything specific.
