You sorta had your feelings sorted before this, though feel insecure on his list of his perfect wife

Your gonna be his guiding hand while also be the shoulder and close person to release his frustration within out

How you guys got together had to do with you talking with a sect leader

He will get jealous and snappy more than usual

Will be cornered when he confesses his feelings, your gonna shocked

Once you also accepted and given your own confession your officially together

When announcing this, the others are gonna just be “oh really? Cool, took you long enough”

Yeah…you both already acted as a couple

Jiang Cheng with his trauma on his parents relationships and his complex will make him insecure

Will need a lot of reassurance

“Nie Huaisang relationship headcanons because he makes me cry and feel some things”

Dates with him would usually involve activities like going to the art galleries and botanical gardens (especially ones with an aviary or butterfly houses).

If, for any reason, your dates outdoors has to be placed on hold because of circumstances like torrential rains and such, indoor date plans would involve activities like arts and crafts session together, or simply cuddling together on the couch (although… to be honest, I can imagine the two of you going outside to frolic and dance around in the rain if it’s not too bad. But I digress…)

As for the cuddling, Huaisang enjoys having his arms wrapped around you while he rests his pretty little head against you. He also especially likes when you pat his head and stroke his hair and tell him what a pretty boy he is, and ask about his art endeavors.

I debated heavily in my mind whether he would be an ass or tits guy but in the end, I see him as a tits guy. He appreciates tits of any kind: big or small, man’s or woman’s, it doesn’t matter to him as long as he can have his head against your chest, hear your heart beating and feel your warmth.

Besides that, I honestly don’t really see him as the groping type despite his canonical pornography collection situation going on, which I still think about to this day.

As a side-note: Please please PLEASE tell him that he’s pretty and that he’s talented, and that you care about him and his artistic creations, and he would most likely cry tears of joy.

Though I never sang much, it’s been so long.” You respond getting up from the chair and packing your music book “I like it when you sing, please do it more when you are with me! We can duet, just.. Teach me Y/N.” He says to you “I forgot how to sing so It might be confusing Sizhui.” You say to him walking to your dorm “It’s fine! I want you to teach me, I like listening  to your voice! We share the same dorm after all, so we can practice together!” You agree and began to teach him the next day and he was really good! It was like he can really sing from the beginning. “Sizhui! You lied! You CAN sing!” You point at him with wide eyes surprisingly he didn’t need help! “Y/N, I merely followed your instructions.” You didn’t believe him of course since you made it a little hard to understand. “The tune should be a little lower, its not a high note yet calm down.” You spoke like a literal music professional.. “Y/N?.. He only heard some hums here and there but never your actual voice! “As the Guqin strums on, flute notes fade slowly away.” ( Whoever watches Robyn Ardery yes it is her english cover of “羡云” ) He loved how you sang it so beautifully, he wanted to try it too! “Y/N! teach me!” Just when you finished the song he walks up behind you.. And ALMOST gave you a heart attack! “Don’t scare me like that!” You say to him “Sorry! Just wanted you to teach me! But why did you hide your talent?” He asks you “Well I was just about to sing this for hanguang-jun and Senior Wei’s anniversary.. But DON’T you DARE tell them or give hints to ANYONE!” He nods as you now begin to teach him. “Can I play some of the parts with you?” He really wants to duet no? “Fine.” And you begin to teach him after 3 weeks “At least you got the tune right, but the lyrics.. MEMORIZE IT.” And at Wangxian’s anniversary.. You both sang it so nicely Wei Wuxian cried happy tears.

Why are you eavesdropping me?!” You immediately close your book and run to him “Hmph!” You hit him with your book before he can say anything “I wanted to go pick you up for dinner but you were singing so beautifully.. Teach me!” “What? Why do you need ME to teach YOU?” You question him but then again he wanted you to teach him so he can sing a certain song to his mother. “Oh alright! Fine!” Then you began to teach him and he didn’t really need that much help. But you really loved his voice ( some voice cracks ruin the mood but either way you are his teacher ). He was ready and he sang for his mother ( You deserve it Yanli ) “A-Ling, you sang so nicely! Who taught you?” She asks Jin Ling as he points at you. “You 2 could make a great duo.”

Or did you miss me that much from your night hunt?” He blushes at you and you giggle at his reaction when he gives you a nod. “Can you teach me?” You reply a yes and after some weeks he didn’t really need help.. His memorization needs work if he is going to sing after all. “Okay memorize the lyrics more often and you can sing as good as me!” He laughs and says “Ok love.” And you both began to practice when he finally memorized the lyrics.

Could you do the Physical Affection for LXC?

A/N: I’m so sorry for being so slow answering these but I’m having trouble with school soooo. Hope you enjoy!

Lan Xichen:

With Lan Xichen, physical affection is second nature to him

He loves you and he knows how to show it

Whether its small kisses on your cheeks whenever he can in public or heated makeout sessions in the privacy of your own home, he knows how to make your heart flutter (and beat right out of your chest)

He hates it when you get mad at him, so his solution to that is always to shower you in love and affection until you’ve forgotten why you’re mad at him (among other things)

He is a sect leader however, so it is difficult for him to always spend time with you, so when you do, he makes sure to make every moment count

This could mean many different things

During the summer and sometimes in spring as well, he will take you to the top of one of the many waterfalls in cloud recesses and you would spend the entire day talking and sharing passionate kisses, which occasionally lead to something else

During the winter he will make sure that you have a nice fire going on in your quarters and you will have dinner together, before he gently leads you to sit by the fire and talk, gently kissing you whenever he wants to

As a child, Xichen didn't get much physical contact with anyone, with his uncle being Lan Qiren  and his brother never wanting to hug him

This has made him a very touch starved person

Which also makes him pretty clingy, especially when your alone

He knows you both have reputations in the outside world, so he will never do anything too forward in public

But when you’re alone?

He goes all out

He won’t ever do anything that you don't want

But he will let you know what he wants

That whole kind well-behaved sect leader thing? Lies

He wants you to love him

He wants you to kiss him, he wants you to gently run your fingers through his hair as you whisper words of praise, he wants you to gently hold his hands whenever you can

And when you do? He’s always so grateful

Sometimes you even go out of your way to give him affection

Perhaps he’s walking through cloud recesses with Wangji

You’ll run up behind him and wrap your arms around him waist, burying your head in his hair (which always smells so good for some reason)

Then when he turns around to greet you, you’ll urgently press your lips to his, surprising him with how passionate you can be (and leaving Wangji thoroughly embarrassed and red)

He’ll chastise you for it afterwards, telling you that you shouldn’t do that to his poor brother, denying the fact that he’s the one who’s all red

But you know he loves it when you initiate the loving

When he’s really feeling lustful, his kisses will be ardent and fervent, his hands gripping your waist or not-so-gently cupping your face (it doesn't hurt though)

When he’s feeling more thoughtful and peaceful, his kisses will be gently and sweet and so very slightly shy

But whenever he kisses you, in any mood, it will be passionate and heartfelt

He loves the feeling of your warmth next to his when you sleep, and will generally want to be the big spoon although he’s been known to choose the small spoon on some more difficult nights

Since he’s started sleeping with you, he cant sleep as well alone which is why he almost detests going on really long night hunts without you

He also really loves holding your hand when you go to the market, or anywhere for that matter, although it always makes Wangji uncomfortable

Lan Xichen doesn't get jealous very often although sometimes he will feel threatened by someone

In which case, he’ll very passive aggressively make them leave

And if they persist?

He will kiss you on the lips, extravagantly

(Which makes Wangji even more uncomfortable:))

But no matter rain or sun, you know that your lover will always give you all the physical affection you need

Heya! I was wondering if since you are a native Chinese Speaker and a lover of MDZS yourself if you would be willing to help with some things for a fanfic? Mostly picking out a birth name for Huaisang. I've been considering 學夜 but I'm not sold on it for several reasons including not knowing if that's a name at all or if there are some sort of connotations with the name if it is one and I figured better to ask than do my schemey boy dirty! Also: do you have a hc birth name for him?

Okay...Okay first of all, anon I'm so sorry for laughing because I know you simply don't know the language and it's not your fault...but I'm sorry please don't use 学夜 as a name. It literally means "study night" aksjsosjsosjsla

I don't have any HCs for his birth name, mostly because I just really like "HuaiSang" as his name so I tend to use it regardless of setting. Personally I find the Nie Bros' names work fine as either birth or courtesy anyway, more so than most of the cast. But if you really want to give him one I'd suggest going with a single character given name, following the trend in canon, so it's easier to distinguish for your readers who don't know Chinese which name is which. If you do this, you'll just refer to him as "Nie [X]" the same way you would "Jiang Cheng", addressing him with his full name.

As for what to actually name him, I would pick characters that mean things like "loyal, lucky, ambitious, wise, glory, strength" etc. Those meanings are typical for naming boys formally at birth. Some suggestions off the top of my head would be:

荣 (róng) - "glory, honour, prosperity" (This is part of my dad's name!)

祥 (xiáng) - "good fortune"

刚 (gāng) - "strong, rigid", fits the Nie Sect well I think

华 (huá) - I don't know how to explain the meaning in English but it's a common name for Chinese boys whose parents want them to be intellectuals

志 (zhì) - "ambition, purpose"
