She turned north.

The moon was rising before she realized where she was going. A vision, from long ago. Pink robes fluttering before her. Gold and purple on her periphery but falling quickly behind, not quite able to keep up. The four of their giggles blending into one another’s, though Luo Qingyang could always pick out the cadence, the pitch coming from the girl that ran ahead. That same sweet floral scent carried back by the wind.

Luo Qingyang followed the voice now. Towards the one person who might understand, who would know, but had not engaged in, the horrors of politics.

She went north. And hoped Qin Su had not forgotten her.

Chengyi, Hanahaki trope, Lan Jingyi suffering, Jiang Cheng carrying a mysterious box, an appearance of a dick flower. That's it, that's our baby for this year's @mdzsrbb . And we LOVE it! Mako did such an awesome job of writing it, Lilli of betaing, and I kind of drew something. (Fun fact - I got into this a/b/o hanahaki business THANKS TO Mako and her fic where Jingyi has his sad love baby tree, what is this? Destiny fulfilled? We have come full circle kind of thing?) "Lan Jingyi fell in love, but the flower curse of unrequited love is slowly killing him. What he doesn't know is his love is actually returned." became Omega Lan Jingyi comes to the same realization that EVERYONE else already knows; he's in love with alpha Sect Leader Jiang. Too bad Lan Jingyi doesn't think Jiang Cheng would ever love him back. Cue the flowers!

Lan Jingyi suffers self-deprecatingly through a series of agonizing flower growths, much to his extremely panicked--how the hell is he supposed to hide this--and continually aggravated dismay.

Where the F*** is he going to put all these damn flowers and why can't they just learn their proper place, you know, NOT growing from inside him? and I love it!!!! Go read it and shower this sad little flower garden with your love, pls!
