Unusual 1918 Neo Classical Revival home in Nogales, Arizona has 6bds & 4ba. $599K.
Lovely large porch.
In the large hall, I'm fascinated by that little door by the stool.
There haven't been any over-the-top renovations. Most of this home is original.
Those glass doors are unusual. Otherwise the dining room would be very plain.
The family/TV room was painted a bright blue and they also did the woodwork white. The floor needs a redo, but it doesn't have to be replaced, and there's a nice big window seat.
The large kitchen actually looks pretty original- it has tile countertops and the cabinetry is vintage.
This bath has the original tub and bidet, plus a nice pedestal sink. The built-in cabinet looks like a replica of the original.
The main bedroom has 2 doors to the upper terraces.
Isn't this beautiful up here?
The 2nd refreshed vintage bath.
Details of some of the architecture.
Beautiful porte cochere and you can see the rooftop terrace above it.
View from the rooftop terrace.
Free-form shaped pool.
The property is 1.13 acres.
