He will regard Jin Guangyao warily

Expect Jiang Cheng tirelessly work and take care of four

You will help him out and demand him to sleep

The quadruplet will be innocent (except that the fourth one calls them out all the time)

Basically expect them to be a variation of Jiang Cheng and you

One of them have the same type of men like you do

Jiang Cheng is hella protective of the girls

The oldest son is also protective

If anyone man ask one of the daughters out, hold Jiang Cheng back before he breaks their leg

I need to write some fluff so just. fucking take this okay.

Lan Xichen closed his eyes, letting the warm spring breeze flow through his hair and over his face, let it fun its fingers through his robes and flick his headband's tails around in its blossom-sweetened grip. Springtime in Gusu was always subtle, creeping around the corner after Winter bid its goodbyes, stretching out its warm tendrils shyly and blooming under attention. The season was coaxed out from the rocky crags of the mountains, drawn out of the snowmelt-swollen rivers and the flowering tree branches.

In Qinghe, Spring was less of a creeping vine and more of a rambunctious child. Everything was cold and frigid one day and bright the next, flowers bursting into bloom and birds flying out of their hidey-holes, singing and dancing in the steadily warming sky. Trees burst into bloom like fireworks and children ran about, the warmer weather encouraging play and allowing the streets to again swell with travellers after so many of them had been hindered by the snow-heavy months. There was hardly anything quiet or subtle about Qinghe– her seasons were no exception.

The mornings in Qinghe were probably the quietest time of the day. It was when the night establishments closed their doors and started cleaning, shooing off drunk customers grumbling about whatever crossed their minds, and it was when the shopkeepers were starting to pull themselves to their feet, their beds so wonderfully warm that more than a few decided to linger just a bit longer, just awake enough to make a valiant effort to stay awake. The city was silent, the only sound being the quiet sound of birdcalls in the distance.

The waking sun smoothed her warmth over Lan Xichen's shoulders, greeting him at his perch in the window. His Lan sleep schedule was untouched despite the change in location– he still rose and set with the sun. It was not something he would bemoan, the steadiness in his schedule was welcomed and kept his rhythm steady.

A pair of warm, tan arms encircled his waist and a hark-haired head laid itself on his shoulder. "'s too early," Nie Mingjue murmured, burying his face in Lan Xichen's shoulder.

"Then go back to sleep," Lan Xichen replied, his eyes still closed as he set a hand on the back of Nie Mingjue's head, running his fingers through the loose, black locks of hair.

The arms around his waist tightened and Nie Mingjue huffed quietly, the shape of his pout still discernible through the layers of Lan Xichen's robes. "Wanna sleep with you," he said, his voice muffled by Lan Xichen's shoulder.

Lan Xichen couldn't help it– he let out a laugh, not very loud but just enough so it rang out in the sweet morning air like a note plucked on a guqin. "Mingjue-xiong, my darling jade, don't you think that you have achieved that feat quite a few times?" He asked teasingly, finally opening his eyes and turning his head to look at his half-asleep lover.

Nie Mingjue let out a quiet groan and lifted his head, his dark brown, sleep-blurry eyes meeting Lan Xichen's own clear, light brown eyes. "You know that's not what I mean," he groused, but he couldn't help the grin slowly growing on his face.

"Then what do you mean, my love?" Lan Xichen teased, his lips pulled into a curved grin.

Nie Mingjue lifted his head and kissed him slowly, softly, as if he were a delicate plum blossom that would crumble and wilt under too much pressure. "I mean," he said quietly, his lips only moving a hair's breath away from Lan Xichen's, "I would like you to come back to bed with me. I would like to cuddle with you until we both fall asleep so we can wake with the rest of the city. I would like to sleep in with you."

Lan Xichen's smile turned embarrassed and he turned his head, trying his best to hide. "A-Jue, you lied when you said you did not appreciate the fine arts. Here you are, using poetry to lure me to do as you wish with honeyed words," he said, knowing all too well that his cheeks and ears were a ferocious red.

Nie Mingjue hummed, pressing his face back into Lan Xichen's shoulder, pressing light kisses to the cloth. "Is that a yes?" He asked.

Lan Xichen turned his head back to the window and looked out. The Sun was still rising, her head barely just starting to crest the mountains that were to the east of Qinghe. The birds flitted about in the Spring-warmed air, calling to one another as they played in the currents and soared through the air painted with the colour of wisteria petals. The city was quiet, no vendors calling for their wares to be sold and no sounds of countless people talking in the marketplace.

"Yes," Lan Xichen said, the smile gracing his lips as soft as the dawn as he let himself be pulled back into the room and into bed with the love of his life.

My sarcastic notes from The Untamed Special Edition Ep. 9 'The Sunshot Campaign'

- Ah yes I two randomly attack my beloveded with a sword, WHEN HE ONLY HAS A FLUTE.

- What are you really thankfully for WWX.

- A promise you'll keep all of 2 minutes

- Fun late night rooftop chats. (Does this count as a date?)

-The costumes of the extras really aren't great.

-Well there is the reason you learnt to ride a horse to flirt (Does this also count as a date, or just travelling?)

- The one woman must be in the only carriage. (Though she does deserve it. Emotional carrying everyone)

- A battle with NO blood. And instead of the flexible swords that you usually see, you get terribly balanced ones.

-I got my answer for the above point, can't jump on them otherwise if they aren't terribly balanced (otherwise you could just stand on them right peacock?)

-The yin iron keeps changing how it works.

-He was on the others side just a minute ago, okay well more like 2 episodes ago. (In relation to JGY)

-Oh he's got one each colour.

-Oh the kids are dead (Why were there kids on the battlefield?)

-He got a point.

-MAP! (Map song from Dora the Explorer)

-This war is way less brutal than the book.

-He can withstand the glowing Yin Iron blast (NMJ).

-It is him (In response to NMJ about JGY)

-Cool twirl

-Go Twin Jades of Lan.

-He can still fight (NMJ).

-I now know don't question the kids on the battlefield field. They let some guy with a flute on. Next it will JYL.

-Saving the damsel in distress cause he brought a flute to a sword fight.

-Now it's fireballs? That explodes people into ashes?

-Stop pretending to follow your promise WWX. You are currently a liability.

-I suppose being basically defenceless on a battlefield is another date?

-Toot toot demon flute time (finally).

- Now it's black smoke?

-He isn't actually playing the flute his fingers aren't moving in time.

-This promise lasted longer than expected (most of the episode or one in a half battles). You shouldn't look that disappointed in him LWJ. He only has his flute with him what did you expect?

-So he's a glitch? (WRH)

-IT. IS. I.

-Or a jedi? (WRH)

-And we all fall down.

-He looks half dead. Good you caught him.

-Oh it's him again. I think this is his triple cross.

-Wow the Sunshot Campaign lasted a whole hour. And was like two on-screen battles.

-Give me my sword.

-Always the peacekeeper (LXC).

-He PLOTTED. (NMJ will remember that. LXC will not.)

-The music is good though.

-Okay so this when their relationship is "bad" and yet they have late night chats, ride together, LWJ protected WWX. WWX kept his promise for most of the Sunshot Campaign. And LWJ is the 2nd person he asks about when he wakes up. And LWJ plays music for him. Yet they keep fighting (I think they're confused).

-She can tell that you like eachother even though you can't.

-Wang Yibo is a really good actor, just the right amount of expression and doesn't have dialogue to back him up.

-Relaxation music WWX is now familiar with it. (Remember that for later.) Also another date.

-He is back (JGY).

-Now there's blood, none during the battles but loads after. (I'm angry)

-And now they are fighting again. I don't think this is a date.

TLDR: two battles and a few dates and 1 episode and then the Sunshot Campaign is over. Sunshot more like Sunshort.

Do you know those posters to help your mental health? Someone shared one with a small racoon and my brain went "we can make a 3zun version of this" but in the end i made a Lan Xichen - Jin Guangyao, xiyao version, an implied Wangxian, Twin jade feels, and a Nie bros feels.

Anyways give JGY time to sleep and NMJ something to munch over and also LWJ a hug (don't worry LWJ you'll get your crush back one day)

The last panel really gave me trouble,

at first i wanted to draw LXC in his seclusion time, but someone pointed out that LXC never stinks...And also it broke my heart to give him his canon ending and i had no idea how to make a shower look better (he would just be drowning under the water...)

Then next i wanted to draw Wangxian, with WWX being the one who hated himself and LWJ washing him in the second one...But WWX is (hopefully) not hating himself anymore at the end of canon and i didn't want to make put some sadness in his happy ending (because even if i don't speak much about wangxian lately i do like them a lot x))

Finally I went for Twin jade feels thanks to suggestions and i don't regret it. I liked drawing LWJ popping bubbles underwater while his brother comb his hair. (Besides it's hopeful as he will get his crush back, eventually, we all know this...)

anyways. If you feel like everyone hates you, like A-Yao, sleep.

If you feel like you hate everyone, like Nie Mingjue, eat.

And if you hate yourself, get a shower.

(Might look for therapy too, if the shower is not enough...)
