Talking about S3 again… what also suddenly came to my head and wanted to talk was that one lesson (spoilers ofc) on which we board on the train with Mammon and Luke on search for whatever flower fairy rings they were.

So… anyone remember how Mammon and Luke got into a fight because Mammon was just being a complete ass? (To our son on top of that) so most, well actually almost all of us were very mad with him. MC themselves were angry with Mammon who snapped back as well until they were all sorted that was.

I don’t know but later on I kind of realised how I actually liked that because… how do u explain it… it felt more… natural…? Y’know how the brothers are just simping for MC 24/7 like they’d listen to anything they’d say since they all so smitten for them?

So it was like seeing MC annoyed with Mammon and Mammon the same was like… felt more realistic in a way because not everything is or should be perfect with relationships, platonic or romantic. They should fight over stupid things and actually be properly annoyed with eachother sometimes to make up later of course. But not in the way the brothers would beg for forgiveness or whatever.

So basically, I hated his attitude, but that’s why I loved his attitude. Ok sounds pretty weird now-

So… that was another thought, I wonder if this has been mentioned before too. I also don’t know why da heck I’m getting S3 thoughts in my brain all of a sudden so now I want to re-read it again-

Because like, they lost the war, fell down to Hell and also lost everything from their lives as Angels in the Celestial Realm.

In my version, the Demon King ranks them based on their powers and they end up being dubbed The 7 Rulers of Hell. So did they just like, inherit their money? Did they have to work for it?? Or did they have to do some pretty sus things to earn their money? Like for example, Mammon may have stolen money or did some very heavy gambling since he has an affinity for it. Or maybe Asmo thought the only thing he could do was use his body in order to make some cash. Hmmmm. 🤔

Lesson 1: Welcome to the Devildom

In typical fashion, MC forgets that they had submitted an application to be a human exchange student at RAD, so of course they're surprised when they find themselves in the assembly hall at the academy. As one might expect, MC was the last one to know that they were selected, as their parents, their human school, their coworkers, and just about everyone else they knew had already been told this information in advance. It was unfortunately quite usual that people wouldn't tell MC things because they either assumed that MC already knew, or they just wanted to surprise MC. Still, it wasn't nice that MC wasn't at least given a heads up that they would be in a strange room, being stared at by strange men in strange uniforms.

MC's First Impressions of The Student Council

Diavolo: He seems nice enough. It's a little spooky that he knew my name before I knew his, but he's at least welcoming. Although something tells me I shouldn't get on his bad side...

Lucifer: I know he's obviously trying to give off an air of authority, and I do respect that, but I sense that he's hiding something. It's probably deep, deep down, and most people wouldn't be able to pick up on it, but I get the feeling that he's actually really insecure. I could just be projecting, though. I'd like to get to know him more and see if that's the case. He's also one of the most beautiful people I've ever seen, but that's beside the point.

Mammon: I can't believe I have to allow a stuck-up, airheaded demon to be my Devildom guide. He doesn't even speak properly. I just have to do what I always do: act nice to him whenever I'm around them, and then complain about him when he's not around.

Asmo: First of all, gay. Like, actually gay. Second of all, he's just as arrogant as Mammon. I doubt he's as sweet and charming as he claims to be.

Satan: Clearly the middle child. Also, he looks and acts remarkably similar to Lucifer. Too similar...

Beel: Definitely relatable in this moment in time. The only thing I've had to eat today is a bowl of cereal from this morning.

Levi: I like him already. I know it's toxic to form friendships based on a mutual hatred of somebody, but I do kinda wish I could vote Mammon to die right now.

Notes

MC's actually quite excited to do tasks and write a paper about their experience in the Devildom. One of the first supplies they get is a notebook to document their thoughts on things as they happen. This proves quite handy in getting to know the demon brothers and exchange students, so much so that MC collects several notebooks full of information.

When MC looks into Asmo's eyes, they immediately get nauseous to the point that they almost throw up all over the fifth born.

As soon as Lucifer mentions that the House of Lamentation was originally a cursed house in the human world, MC makes it a priority to learn as much as they can about its history.

MC does not appreciate Mammon yelling at them. At all. If it weren't for their manners, MC would have told him to shut up. Thankfully for everyone in the room, Lucifer's the one to voice those thoughts.

If any of the men in the room were to glance over at MC when Lucifer asks Mammon in an angry/nice voice if he objected to being MC's guide, they would have caught a flash of arousal in MC's eyes.

When Mammon tells MC that they better know who the boss is, they immediately think, "Lucifer."

First thing that winds up in MC's notebook: "Demons like humans with nice souls. They will use their wisdom and abilities to tempt the humans so they can get their hands on their souls. Either humans will be tempted by demons, or demons will lose against the shiny and noble soul of a human and make a run for it. This is an experiment to find out who will win."

While Lucifer's statement of MC not having any magic in them is true at the time he says it, it naturally develops inside of them the longer they stay in the Devildom.

MC makes a mental note to hit the nearest dance studio and learn some moves, because they want to eventually take part in the dance battles without the assistance of the demon brothers.

MC's thoughts as Mammon talks as they arrive at the House of Lamentation: "What's insulting is that I have to be guided by someone who won't stop talking. What am I, his diary? 'Dear Diary, today Lucifer was weally mean to me. He makes me angy. I wish I wasn't so insecure. You think I'm tough, right, Diary?' Also, who the fuck goes around calling people peons? And then you want to get on my case about stopping to read the flyer just to turn around and tell me that I can look at it myself when I ask you about it? Maybe I wanted to get a part-time job to help support myself, you nitwit!"

When Mammon states that it's been 260 years since Levi gave him money and not 200, it takes everything in MC's power to not reply, "Aren't you supposed to make that number lower than what was initially stated?"

MC overthinks about Journey to the Devildom: The Tale of a Little She-Devil and Her Reluctant Companion. Is MC the She-Devil? Does that make Mammon the reluctant companion? But Mammon's the devil, not MC, so would he be the she-devil? Would Mammon like being referred to as a she-devil, or would he bite someone's head off?

MC really doesn't care about labels or status. They will befriend people based on their personality and their actions. So, it slightly offends MC that Levi makes a big deal about otakus and normies.

MC's fascinated by The Tale of the Seven Lords not because of the size of the books, but because of the fact that there are seven demon brothers that they just met, and it can't be a coincidence that there's a series about seven lords.

The second thing that winds up in MC's notebook: "Each of the seven lords is so unique. They're all so interesting in their own peculiar way. The lords are all brothers. The oldest is called the Lord of Corruption. He doesn't come across as being so bad at first, but he's always plotting and planning in secret. The second oldest is the Lord of Fools, a scumbag who'll do anything for money. The third oldest is called the Lord of Shadow, a brooding recluse. The fourth oldest is known as the Lord of Masks. He masquerades as a high-status, upstanding member of society, but underneath it all, he's an inhumane monster. The fifth oldest, the Lord of Lechery, only ever thinks of sex. The sixth oldest is the Lord of Flies, and he only ever thinks of food. Then there's the seventh oldest, called the Lord of Emptiness. He's weird; you never know what's running through his head."

Underneath Levi's speech (which can also be found on Levi's blog, as MC discovers when they type in "The Tale of the Seven Lords" in Doogle) is a t-chart assigning each demon brother to a lord. This t-chart proves extremely useful to MC.

MC likes Henry the goldfish.

Levi may have been talking a mile a minute, but MC caught the fact that Levi described this Seraphina character as seeming to be cold and prideful at first but really wanting affection without knowing how to admit it. That also makes its way into MC's notebook.

As much as MC sympathizes with Levi's predicament with not being able to get his money back, they really do not want to make a pact with Mammon. However, Levi doesn't allow MC to say this, but instead just launches straight into his plan without any consideration towards MC. So, MC really does not have much choice but to go along with it, because the last thing they want is to experience a demon's wrath before they've even been in the Devildom for a full day.

Hypno-Drafted

NFL all-star Luke Novak wasn't happy that I drafted him. He swore he was going to reject the offer, so I pulled him aside and whispered in his ear. The quarterback's snarl stretched into a smile. He realized he couldn't wait to sign the contract. He belonged to me, now.

Luke wasn't the first player I hypnotized since buying this team. I brought all 53 of my players under control the second I could, suppressing their old habits, aspirations, and personalities to replace them with an attitude that better aligns with my vision for our team.

They don't speak. They don't joke around or slack off. They only shout "Yes, Coach!" and obey commands to push their bodies harder and harder each night. It's grueling, and they don't have any time outside of football, but the NFL has never seen a more god-like group of dedicated athletes.

My men are ruthless against their opponents, but they must be restrained when it comes penalties. Each player is programmed to know what happens if he messes up and gives the other team an advantage.

Luke Novak messed up tonight when he caused a false start. He let me down.

He knows he needs me to teach him a lesson.

Luke Novak marched over to me after the game, still clad in his sweaty match gear. His heavy steps echoed through the empty stadium as he stomped through the mud. His face was as emotionless as the day I first drafted him, but a raging boner strained against his tight uniform pants. His unblinking eyes were locked on me his owner.

"I am an embarrassment to you, sir," he stated monotonously with his deep voice, "Please, let me make up for the penalty."

"Go ahead," I encouraged, excited for what would happen next.

The quarterback slowly began peeling off his sweaty jersey and pads, stripping down to nothing but the damp underwear beneath his soaked uniform. The harsh stadium lights highlighted the pounds of muscle he'd gained under my control. His eyes vacantly stared into mine as he undressed, and the indifference on his face didn't flinch as his knees dropped to the squishy turf.

"Fuck some sense into me, sir," he begged without any emotion in his words.

His massive package was still rock hard as he stared at me; something I programmed into all of my athletes. All my football players got hard the second they saw the team's owner.

Pro-athlete Luke Novak swiftly turned on his knees and dropped to the ground, carelessly shoving his handsome face into the muddy ground as his bulky arms laid limply by his side. He raised his perfect muscle-butt in the air for the entire empty stadium to behold.

"I hope you learn your lesson, Luke," I moaned, pulling his underwear down and mounting him like a dog, "I don't care that we won. Next time, I expect a perfect game. You hear me?"

"Yes, sir!" a muffled reply came from somewhere between his smushed face and the grass.

I spent the next hour or so teaching my lesson to completion before hopping off him and telling him to hit the showers. The football pro didn't seem anymore upset or expressive than he had when he first marched over.

Luke Novak just stood, collecting his discarded clothing beneath a muscled arm. His face and chest was covered in grass and mud, but he didn't seem to notice or care. His dick still rose to full mast when he looked at me.

"Yes, sir," he answered and turned, marching back to the lockeroom like the obedient football boy he was.

He seemed to waddle a bit awkwardly as he walked, but his bare ass was perfect, even from 50 yards away. I'd never been a sports man, but this football team was easily the best investment of my life.

Vessel of the Gods.

In which MC is a lovecraftian God

Old writing, takes place in the og obey me, GN reader. This was made when the I game had like 40ish lessons so keep that in mind

You aren’t fully human. You may not be human at all actually, but your disguise is good, the Gods made sure of that. Since the day of your creation, it has been your job to be a vessel, a catalyst for higher beings. The God who created you was a kind one who thought that you were meant for something greater, and took a liking to its design. You stood by their side reincarnation, after reincarnation.

You have seen horrors beyond comprehension, Gods in higher dimensions. You have experienced being many different creatures ranging from a 50 foot Lovecraftian with trillions of eyes to a simple cat that helped guide young heroes along their journeys to save the world.

It has always been your job to serve the gods and to be a vessel for their spirit, or power. You guide them, speak for them, and even hold balance across dimensions for the Gods..You have spoken to and housed many gods and deities in your body before. It’s nothing new to you. You’ve met many good gods who are all about virtue and thank you for allowing yourself to be a comprehensible vessel to communicate with others. You’ve also met loathsome gods that you regret not kicking out or even killing with their cruel, prideful ways. Some even give you blessings with immense power as thank-yous that stay even into your next reincarnation.

Reincarnation has its drawbacks, however. Sometimes your memory resets to protect you from other Gods who want to know your secrets. All you know is to do the job you are assigned. Your memory always returns to you at some point. Sometimes towards the end of your life. Sometimes immediately.

Luckily, you started your life in this dimension with your memories off the bat, and in a human body. Whilst trying to do the job you were assigned, you were summoned to the Devildom much to your surprise. Being surrounded by demons nothing new. What was new is being able to be summoned by such weak demons. Curiosity came over you and you wanted to stay to understand this world. Your God allowed you to explore and understand this realm and allowed you to do your job of communicating with The Horsemen on the side.

Whilst doing your duties in the Devildom as an exchange student you also contacted The Horsemen of this realm. Pestilence or Conquest as they’re also called came to talk to you first. They were a creature that disguised themself as a simple plague doctor. They came to you in your dreams. They talked about their life as a horseman, their duties. It was your job to appease them, but Pestilence was already appeased from you listening to their story. Nothing needed to be done.

Diavolo was getting suspicious. He felt… more than one presence whenever you were near. You just ignored him and avoided him the best you can as you continued with your job.

Death was met in the RAD Colosseum. They were a disembodied echo in the abyss of nothing. No physical form. Only a constantly transforming voice.

Lucifer always wondered why you seemed to hang out around there to take ‘phone calls’ he never heard any other voice on the phone. 

Death just needed to be escorted to the Mausoleum. You did that easily. Mammon wondered why you wanted to explore the Mausoleum out of the blue.

Famine was a strange one. They disguised themself as a student, as their true gluttonous form was bigger than the devildom. She chose a feminine body to try to blend in but also stick out in the crowd of men you were always surrounded by. She invited you out on a ‘date’ to a more hidden side of town. Leviathan seemed to be jealous that you were going out to dinner with a girl. You felt bad for lying to him.

The minute you stepped into the building you were in another dimension. A huge dinner table stuffed to the brim with food. Famine was the opposite of Beel. She was always full and everyone around her lost their appetite, no matter how hungry they truly were. You both had a chat over dinner. She was kind and to the point. “I do not need anything. There is no need for me without an apocalypse,” you nodded “You only come with the aftermath of War don’t you?” “Yes… most of us do. War is the one who needs appeasing. War looms close over the Devildom. They are not even aware of it.”

That night you got the longest lecture from Asmodeus of all demons. You were gone for almost a full day. You really scared him you know? He thought your date had eaten you! You have to tell him everything. It killed you inside to feed him lies.

War was the only one that ‘possessed you’. In your head, War explained things how they were. If one mistake happens, all three realms would be involved in a devastating war. Your ‘death’ from Belphegor was bad enough, but now there is tension between Micheal and the Lords of the Devildom, along with you as well. You have pacts with all of them.

War was an odd one to house in your head. Their body was flickered between masculine and feminine, but every time you blinked you saw their true Lovecraft form.

War needed you to take them to Diavolo. War must stop this war, or this universe will fall apart.

The next day, you didn’t look like yourself at all. The aura you gave off was menacing and your eyes flickered like a fire. Lucifer knew at that moment that you weren’t you.

“I am sorry for lying to you all about what I am, but this is serious. War needs to speak with everyone.” Just like that, shadows seemed to surround you, and War began to speak. “There is a lot at stake. I need an audience with Diavolo. Now.”

In that moment, all the brothers were terrified of what you truly weren’t. You were far from human.

Lucifer

At first, he understandably very very pissed. You were lying this whole time? And not just any white lie, you made several bold-faced lies. Lucifer didn’t even want to be around you at first. It takes him a bit to understand why you lied

You were trying to protect them, and you were afraid they might hate you. You said something along those lines to him. Yes, you are technically human and you are in a weakened state since you are inside a human vessel, but still! He opened his heart to you, and you didn’t open yours.

After a while, it hits him. You’re a Lovecraft. That had feelings. Lovecraftians tend to be cruel. Lucifer remembers when you were first summoned how stiff and quiet you were. He also remembered that you seemed to hate the Devildom and not understand how things work socially. Mammon, oddly enough, still took a liking to you. You listened to him.

Lucifer thought you would make his precious little brothers sad at first. Honestly, Lucifer was going to threaten you if you tried anything. Then one day he saw you both in the RAD hall, you were smiling and trying your best to interact with Mammon, even if you didn’t really know how.

Lucifer realized that you truly did care about all of them. You weren’t a heartless liar using them, you cared so much about them that you (re)learned emotion. 

Lucifer seeks you out after that. He can’t imagine how you feel. You both kinda ‘started over’ except this time, he got to know the real you. The two of you became even closer. You even show off some of the abilities you earned. (Sometimes you use some of your abilities to rejuvenate him and help him relax)

He’s proud to have such a powerful Lovecraft by his side. He supports you in your work and loves to hear all the tales you have to tell. If you ever pass, he will wait for you to return to him in your next life, no matter what form you take.

Mammon

YOU WHAT.

He’s the most hurt out of all of them. You and him were best friends before everyone else! How could you hide this from him? Were you also lying about being his friend? He forgives you pretty quickly once you explain yourself. You do care, you are his friend, that’s why you kept yourself hidden! “Imagine all the other Lovecrafts who might go after you if they knew you associated with me. I have a lot of enemies Mammon, and I would never forgive myself if they hurt you to get to me.”

Mammon fell even harder. He asks all about the Gods you met. He’s also fascinated by all the blessings, and runes on your body and always wants to show you off.

Loves all the cool abilities you have and your kindness. Don’t think for a second he doesn’t stop protecting you. Yeah, you’re strong but your human form is still weak. It’s sweet seeing how much he cares about you. He also tries to teach you more customs you aren’t used to.

Mammon has a lot of questions about your work too. Once he learns how dangerous it is, he wants you to stop. “You can die? And it’s normal to die on the job?” “Yes but it’s rare and I will always be reborn.”

Mammon knows you can’t simply quit your job and that you have to save the world and all that but he worries. He becomes more affectionate with you. Whenever you have to go out on a job, he always makes sure to spoil you a few days before you leave.

When you come back, especially if you look a bit roughed up, he’s in full nurse mode. He really does love you and always will.

Leviathan

Leviathan was both amazed and terrified when he first found out what you really were. He was quick to understand why you kept it hidden. If you were anything else he would have been ecstatic, but you were a Lovecraft, one of the most violent creatures in the universe. You’re his best friend, you weren’t going to try and hurt them… right?

Lovecrafts were known to take over dimensions and cause endless torture and agony for anyone that comes near them. How were you different? Those worries are soon pushed away when you come up and held him close, apologizing for lying but reassuring him that you did care for him. That’s his Henry…

He asks you to show off your abilities the most. “Ooh mimic that” “transform into this” “do the thing again” he’s in awe.

Honestly a bit jealous of your abilities but you’re his BEST FRIEND. Who else are best friends with an incomprehensible god-like being? He still doesn’t know how he got this lucky either.

Speak to your God and ask them to allow you to travel a few dimensions over… Leviathan is ready to propose right then and there when you bring him an interdimensional first edition copy of TSL.

Satan

He’s less terrified in the moment and more mesmerized. You? A Lovecraftian Vessel? For the elder gods?

Its a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to able to even get a glimpse at something this ancient and powerful, let alone talk to one. You may know or may know where to find all the secrets of the universe!

The realization kicks in after you and War have a private audience together where he’s left alone. You are a Lovecraftian. Lovecraftians are terrifying things with no compassion. Despite them not having empathy they will not hesitate to take over a universe if a fellow Lovecraft is harmed just to justify their cruelty. You could have just put on an act in front of them to gain their trust and end them while they’re most vulnerable.

Satan thinks back to every kiss you shared, every smile, every laugh- was that all a lie? Satan then remembers your development since you first came here, vs now. You even helped him mend his relationship with Lucifer. Those are not the actions of an evil Lovecraft.

When you come out and War leaves you, he gets caught up on what was said. He might as well gather information before he can confront you. He asks Diavolo everything. Satan is surprised at what he learns.

You don’t want anyone to get hurt? You want to save all three realms? You asked your God to stay here because you cared about them? Satan feels relieved but still needs to confront you. Satan doesn’t dance around the subject. “How do I know I can trust you?” “Because I was created with empathy..?” You cringed at your response, but what do you say? “Hmph… I guess I’ll trust you. For now” You just hugged him close for a long time listening to his heartbeat- you will never get over your fascination with mortals.

Satan asks a lot of questions like a giddy kid. “How’s your God like?” “How were you created?” “Why were you created?” “Why do you do your job?” “Do we know of your god?” ”What are you trying to achieve?” “What’s it like to reincarnate?”

He would love to meet a god or hop dimensions with you. Thankfully, your God helped you plan such an outing.

Asmodeus

EW. EW. EW. Lovecrafts are kind of ugly? How could he fall for one- well okay you’re an exception because you’re cute. Surprisingly, he’s the most chill with it? He’s more upset that you felt like you needed to hide. 

Despite rumor spreading that you may just be some world-eating scum. He can sense your emotions easily. He felt how much you care about others. How much you cared for him. You are definitely not some world-eater and even if you were he wouldn’t let go of you that easily.

You were the only one who loved him for him and not his looks, You were the only other person who he loves as much as himself. You see him as kind, sweet, passionate- all things he has never heard before. You were rare. You loved him.

Asmodeus will also try to stick up for you against his other brothers or calm them with a ‘well they haven’t hurt us, have they?’ he truly believes you are not evil. He asks you a lot of questions once you feel better from dropping the bomb on everyone.

He tries to ask you more… meaningful questions. What is your home like? Are you happy here? Are you happy doing what you do? How are you holding up? It has been a long time since someone you these kinds of things.

Asmodeus loves your abilities and all the stories and beauty hacks you picked up over the years. He hears that your God takes some time to redesign you and come up with something you would also like. Asmo keeps you in mind every time he designs something. No matter what form you take he will always be prepared to have self-care days that you both enjoy. Even after a long day of dimension-hopping, he’ll run a bath for you.

You plan on surprising him with your shapeshifting ability someday. He did say that he wanted to date himself after all...

Beelzebub

So… your kind can potentially hurt his family. He’s very conflicted. On one hand, he understands why you kept yourself hidden, on another, your lie could have gone wrong. Hells, you were possessed by war. You speak to gods! Gods that might want to hurt demons!

Beelzebub gives you the benefit of the doubt. You did warn them and try to help their realms after all. You also helped his brother and chose to forgive his twin, despite what he did. There’s no way you would hurt his family.

Beelzebub also gets super protective of you. While making your way to the castle with War possessing you, other demons figured out quickly that you weren’t human. Rumors spread quickly. Rumors of you trying to kill the prince, of you being dangerous. Some demons even wanted to see your fall. Beelzebub speaks out against the rumors and comforts you. 

“It’s okay I’m quite old you get used to it…” “You shouldn’t…” Beel doesn’t treat you any differently than before. You were family then, your family now. Beel is a bit more relieved that you’re stronger than you look.

You may be his new workout partner. With your abilities, you can help him get stronger, and also help with his hunger. Sometimes when he can’t sleep, you tell him stories of your past.

Being a dimensional being, you’re able to talk to your God and even the dead if they allow it. He cried when you were able to take him to see some past memories of Lilith in a different dimension. “She never blamed you, Beel. Even now, I can feel the love she felt for you.”

Belphegor

He didn’t like humans. He hates Lovecraftians. He also hates liars. But… he likes you… This was complicated. He doesn’t know how to feel. He tried to kill you, he lied to you. Why does he not know how to feel.

“MC… how are you related to Lilith?” “...” “MC tell me!” “I…” “TELL ME!”

You told him the truth. You traveled dimension through dimension. Where did Lilith go when she died? She was kicked out of heaven, became a human, and died with no way to hell. She came to your dimension- an infinite incomprehensible universe. She was a lonely spirit traveling where she met you.

You never met anyone like her, so brave and kind. You both got along well, she helped you with jobs, told you about her family and how much she loved all of them. How she missed them. Kindness towards you was rare, and you wanted to repay it. Your God also tried to help you repay it, you were their loyal subject. All that you could do, was to also give her the ability to reincarnate. So you did. Lilith can experience all kinds of universes and paths of life. Her soul rubbed off on you, hence why you are ‘related’ to her.

Belphegor wanted to try and kill you again in that moment. He knew he couldn’t but how dare you. How dare you not tell him. How dare you get to see her again? He was so, so jealous and would have attacked you if War possessed you again and held him still. Tears ran down his face and he screamed in frustration.

It takes a while after for him to calm down. He knows he acted out but he’s still racked with guilt and grief and he took it out on you- again. All he ever seems to do is hurt you. You came to him first, “She never, ever blamed you, Belphie. She loved you all so much…” Belphie eventually accepted it and for once, it’s like a huge weight was lifted off his shoulders. He grabbed you and held you close to him, sobbing and apologizing over and over.

That same year as you walked the streets of Devildom along side Belphie, you felt a... Familiar energy. Belphegor looked over at you, worried something was wrong. You held out your hand to the small cat that approached you. “Welcome home, Lilith"

Diavolo

He was a bit… Terrified. At first. He is powerful, but Lovecrafts are a few dimensions above him. He has seen refugee demons from other dimensions whose worlds were corrupted and destroyed. His father warned him to not deal with Lovecrafts- they are beyond reason and not worth the headache no matter how powerful you were.

Diavolo had suspicions that you didn’t seem to act much like a human, he just assumed it was fear or shyness from being summoned. He should have put it together sooner...The strange references and ways of speaking, the strange energies within you, the ancient runes that covered his body. How foolish of him.

When we saw your hollow vessel you called a body, possessed by War itself he was put in shock from the energy you gave. “Diavolo. It has been too long. Come. Let’s talk.” The last time he has seen War is when he was a child. His father had many meetings with War during the Celestial War brewing at the time.

Diavolo sat upon his throne, Barbatos at his side protectively, and looked down at you- at War as they began to speak. “Your universe is on the brink of absolute destruction. Interdimensional corruption infests your world. It will destroy everything from the inside. Soon, war will start between all realms as the universe collapses. This Lovecraftian vessel was sent upon your realm to protect it… Please cooperate with them, lest there will be nothing left…”

Diavolo wanted to ask so much, but as soon as War came, he was gone. Your body felt limp, runes lit up and dulled as the soul of War left you. Diavolo stared down at you carefully, gold eyed staring holes into your head. Could he trust you?

“Tell me what you need,” he spoke in a dull, uncaring tone, it was simultaneously demanding and bored. You nodded, “Corruption roots its way into people first, transforming them into beasts from the inside. They get hostile and attack, spreading the disease. I tracked down the source. All I need is your permission to eliminate them.” Diavolo waved his hand dismissively. It’s surprising how cruel he can be, you don’t blame him.

Diavolo gave you permission and dismissed you to do what you must. As you left for a few days to clean up the Devildom. He had some soul searching to do for himself. He was conflicted. He was taught Lovecrafts were never to be trusted, yet here he was now letting one in the Devildom. It took him time to reflect on everything. Diavolo refused to see the world through his father’s lens. He abandoned his own people.

Diavolo goes with his heart and trusts you. Once you come back from your duty, he calls you to his office. Once you’re there he asks you to sit with him. You both speak for a long time, sharing stories from times forgotten. You both open up to each other more. Diavolo then goes silent, thinking, before he thanks you, voice wavering. You saved his people yet again. He is in your debt. The conversation for the rest of the night was nice. It was great to finally talk about your home after so many years away from it. He jokes about your Deity being the God of the Devildom.

Diavolo throws a party in your honor, being sure to show that he has united not two, not three, but four realms. Diavolo now has a Lovecraftian warrior on his side, and he also defends your honor when he hears rumors and slurs being thrown at you. His people are understandably terrified- but that doesn’t mean you should be punished for sins you haven’t committed.

Diavolo grows… softer for you. He finds your abilities amazing and loves to hear you rant about your God/Deity and your culture, your home. It’s all so fascinating to him. You kinda become a knight of the Devildom, keeping balance between dimensions. No matter what you may have to do, what you reincarnate into, or where you go, you will always have a home in the Devildom.

Barbatos

How interesting. He did not at all see this coming. Barbatos had his suspicions that there was more to you, but he never expected… this… His liege comes first, however, and Barbatos makes sure to keep a close eye on you as he gathers his thoughts. He has never felt any ill-will or bad intentions from you at any point, but it never hurt to be cautious. For some reason, he felt a little hurt when he did so.

Barbatos liked you, he fell for you. He rarely got close to anyone. It was rare for him to fall in love or even be friends with someone unless he knew them for years and here you were- able to make him melt within a year. He was fascinated with the effect you had on him- but also disgusted. Like he got… soft. It was so strange to be by his master’s side as you- no- War spoke prophecies through your body about the end of time. He felt… numb in a way. You both were so close.

Barbatos didn’t want to lose that- He already had his time-traveling abilities which he rarely used so he could actually enjoy life as it went and he was happy he didn’t use them when you were around. You genuinely surprised him and excited him. He knew you were different from other Lovecrafts- you had to be. Barbatos was greedy and was not planning to let you go so easily.

You proved him right when you did everything you could to unite the realms when you solved the brother’s family issues when you took time out of your day just to thank him. Here you were- yet again proving him right by trying to protect his home.

Barbatos never bothered or asked about the Lovecraftian side of you. It never mattered to him then, and it won’t matter now, but he does love it when you talk about the dimensions. He can even relate to it sometimes with his time travel powers. Barbatos never traits you any differently- only now he knows that you don’t need protection.

He knows how hard your job must be. Interacting with a bunch of powerful being dimensions above you. You were also a servant in a way. You both got close cause of that. It was nice complaining and letting loose in the presence of each other with no need to be professional. He has always found your abilities useful and will ask if you can help him with more strenuous tasks. “You can lift about a few hundred times your weight right? Can you help me relocate the statues in the old colosseum?”

You even one-time shapeshifted into Barbatos when he was sick. You turned off his watch and his alarm and took over his tasks for the day as Barbatos slept in. When he woke up- he panicked until he saw himself across the room. The doppelganger shifted back. “Please- rest more I’ll take over for today…” He is… In love...

It’s a secret between the two of you but sometimes you take him a few dimensions over to show him all the strange teas, ingredients, and spices the multiverse has to offer. He now has a secret garden that only a few know about, filled with all the gifts you have given him.

Barbatos knows that it will soon be time for you to leave this realm, and to be honest, he is not ready for it. Barbatos knows that your job is important and that you both will meet again. When you’re gone he spends a lot of time reminiscing in the garden and tending to the plants.

He notices that a bird has gotten in and is also tending to the plants. He can recognize your soul anywhere. So this is the form of your next life? No matter the reincarnation you always meet him in the secret garden, and he always welcomes you back into his heart.

Luke

Fear. If demons were terrifying- Lovecrafts were worse. Demons may embody sin but Lovecrafts make them. Lovecrafts are dangerous. He knows. There have been many horror stories of angels who have never returned from scouting- or warriors who go off to fight an interdimensional interloper, just to find out it’s a Lovecraft. Angels have their wings torn and their halos bent if they are lucky, but most of the time they just become a hollow shell of an angel- corrupted by the presence of such a high being. Some of them are even more incomprehensible than God himself.

You were a Lovecraft- a monster in Luke’s eyes. That broke his heart. You were a sibling to him- his best friend. And you- you are the enemy? All the times you both hung out, baked together, the time you protected him from Lucifer, ready to fight to defend him- was it all a lie to get him to trust you? He… He needs to talk to Simeon.

Simeon does not give him an answer. Simeon told him that he could tell Luke how to feel about you- it was up to him. Luke refused to believe you were evil. You couldn’t be! But he will admit. He is young. He doesn’t have experience with this kind of thing. He didn’t know much about the horsemen.

He overheard everyone talking about the Lovecraftian exchange student- even rumors that you were trying to save the realms- then more about wanting to destroy it. Luke wanted to get to the bottom of it. He didn’t care if it hurt- he wanted the truth.

Luke took up the courage to go up to you himself in your room. He held himself together until he saw you when the door opened- images of your possessed body and you in front of him- ready to die for him flashed into his head. He burst into tears and buried his face into your shirt, his hands balling into fists as he grabs your shirt.

You hugged him close to you. “It’s okay Luke, I’m here, I did swear to always look after you, right little bro?” He sobbed harder. “Y-you-you? They… They all said that you were e-evil! B-b-but I KNOW it’s not t-true, right?! I know it is not!” Luke was ugly sobbing at this point. You cradled his head in your hands and hold him.

You told him everything- from your home, your dimension, your job, your deity, your intentions, and everything he wanted to know. Luke held onto every word. “I swore to protect you- and that means your home as well.” “I knew it! You were looking after everyone!” Luke sniffles and hugs you closer. You were the best sibling anyone could ever have. He really looks up to you.

Luke doesn’t understand everything at first and he may need some explanation. Your powers fascinated him. You end up shapeshifting a lot to impress him, or telling some very weird recipes across dimensions that you both make together to see if it actually works (most of it can put Solomon’s cooking to shame. Seriously eldritch horrors need some taste buds.

Sometimes, you watch over him from above or disguise yourself as an alley cat to give him a small boost in emotion he gets from a wild cat “accidentally” guiding him to where he was supposed to go. It takes him some time to understand other gods. Is it strange he wants to meet yours?

You do take him to see your interdimensional home in the stars where your god lay. Luke was fascinated by all. The creepy but oddly cute creatures, the beautiful but also endless landscape, time didn’t feel real, and sometimes if he thought hard enough, the area around him changes.

Luke is very much conflicted with your job and reincarnations. On one hand, you don’t die, but on the other, your job is very hard. He gets kinda grumpy about it, and when it is time for you to reincarnate, it gives him a sense of happiness that no matter what form he takes, you will be there to cheer for him.

Simeon

Ah. That’s… concerning… Lovecraftians… He is not going to judge you yet. You haven’t done anything yet. It wasn’t fair to blame you for the atrocities that your kind have committed. He goes to Diavolo and Lucifer first, asking about what happened. When he realizes that you are in a way, a warlock or vessel, he needs some time to think about it.

He doesn’t believe your evil. An evil person would not have helped him nor Luke, let alone mend the brother relationship and try and protect the Devildom. You also put your life on the line to protect Luke. Even if you were evil in the past, you at least are trying to repent and get better and he would help with that.

Simeon goes to you, ignoring all the rumors and warnings spread about you. “Ah, hello there MC. How have you been holding up?” “You’re here just to see if the rumors are true, aren’t you?” Simeon frowned, “I know you aren’t anything like the rumors say you are. I came to check up on you- I can’t imagine how you feel…” You hugged Simeon, face pressed into his chest and your hands enjoying the warmth of his bare back.

Simeon does admit he wishes you were a bit more truthful, however, he doesn’t blame you after watching the fallout from the Devildom knowing. Simeon comforts you for a bit. He decided to talk to you for a bit, asking some questions to ease his curiosity. Watching your expression sadden when you mention your home, makes him realize how homesick you truly were.

Simeon asks a lot about your Deity and your abilities. He finds it all fascinating and finds himself writing a new book series based around the things you told him- he finds it inspiring and it’s a step in the direction of people accepting you.

In a way, he relates Seraphs, Archangels, and all those ranks to your job. Simeon can’t imagine the pressure you’re under and all you have seen over the years. You even tell him about your ability to host gods in your body which he would like to try out. It’s up to you to show him. You tell him stories about reincarnation, he hopes in the back of his mind that when it is time for your departure, you may become an angel in your next life with him.

Until then, he will stay by your side and support you when you come back from a rough job. Simeon heals up any wounds you may have and lets you rest. You often thank him back by helping him sneak out from the Celestial Realm to take a break in your realm where you both have no worries. He loves to see all the strange creatures and cultures in your lonely home. Maybe you may carry his soul with you when his time comes.

Solomon

He has no fear or worries upon learning of what you were. He is the opposite, in fact, Solomon knows that you won’t hurt anyone, and it isn’t his first time dealing with something like this either. You’re old and knowledgeable, you most definitely are powerful as well, a strong ally to have. Maybe he can make a pact with you?

Solomon is still concerned for you though, you are his friend after all. You do seem down from all attention on you. He knows, however, that having someone pity and coddles you must be frustrating. He instead bothers you in a very Solomon way. Solomon comes over with some… ‘food’ he made you and decides to gossip with you.

“You know, you must have knowledge and all types of stories to tell.” You both ended up dragging and gossiping about certain gods and goddesses. “Fuck Zeus bro, he couldn’t take a hit and kept trying to get inside me in more ways than one!” You both had good laughs and made a lot of old jokes only the two of you would understand.

Solomon waits for you to calm down before he asks with his smug tone “You know, I would love to make a pact with you…” “I’ll… Consider it.” He jokes about making a pact with you a lot, having a Deity Vessel under your control would be helpful, especially with your ability to communicate with gods. You also share with him bits of forgotten knowledge, lost in time. You also tell him ancient cooking techniques in hopes he gets the hint. (he doesnt)

You do end up making a pact with him at some point. Throughout the years, reincarnation, after reincarnation, he is always able to summon you to him once again and you never tire of his antics. Even if you don’t remember him at first, you always end up falling for him time and time again. You both become a bit well known among those who study magic. Stories and tales of a powerful wizard and the incomprehensible eldritch horror traveling together and saving universes and going on dates at coffee shops ran by angels are spread around. You both are legends and monsterfucker icons.

He starts to also ask for your help with things a lot more- “This Arcane book filled with ancient knowledge is written in Tounges? Can you read it?” “This spell was never recorded properly and has a lot of missing pieces, can you go over it with me, I feel like you may recognize this.”

You and Solomon also travel through dimensions together a lot. Sometimes he asks you to take him to your world or to go with you on a job when you have to deal with some gods. In a way, you both become apprentices to each other. Solomon also offers to help with your reincarnation, he has a few spells to help keep your soul in a certain domain…

Either way, he is always there for you, and when his time comes, you will be there for him, ready to guide him through your dimension.

Obey me! Nightbringer headcanon’s

Mostly featuring Solomon:

The first night MC cried themselves to sleep. Solomon passed out the second his head hit the pillow, going thousands of years back in time takes a lot of magic okay, he got eepy.

The rest of the time Solomon is always there to comfort them saying that no matter what he’ll always be there for them and he’ll find a way to get back to their original time, there’s a 50/50 chance that MC will start crying even harder or they’ll fall asleep on top of Solomon.

MC is sort of nervous around Belphegor, yeah they forgave him for killing them but the trauma of seeing everyone’s face, especially Mammon’s, while they surround MC while they’re dying is still there.

Mr. High and mighty “we don’t need an attendant” Lucifer, like my previous obey me obey me headcanon, his wings are super sensitive, MC likes to touch them when he’s being stubborn.

Sometimes at night MC would curl up in a fetal position and cry because they thought they were alone but Solomon would pick them up, and hold their head against his heart, letting MC sleep on his chest while he whispers “you are not alone, you’re never alone” in their ear.

In order to not raise any suspicion from the brothers, Diavolo, or Barbatos, Solomon would let MC watch/help, with making “potions”, which is really just Solomon and MC going through all their resources to figure out how to get back.

When it’s time for dinner MC always makes extra for Beelzebub since they learned their lesson when they first came to devildom and made a mental reminder to always make 3 - 4 extra portion’s for Beel.

Satan, was the hardest one honestly, yes MC is used to his temper tantrum’s but never when his anger was that bad… they had to get Solomon to lock him in a magical cage and play their playlist of cat videos, which they made after they experienced Satan’s very first temper tantrum.

Solomon is always there, when MC is ranting about the long day they had of babysitting the brothers, or even if they cry about not being able to be able to have fun with the brothers in their time, Solomon is always there.

Whenever Solomon only focuses on trying to get back to their time, he neglects his needs like food and water so MC forces him to take a break by basically kidnapping him away and forcing him to eat.

Steve didn’t kidnap you, he isn’t being delusional, he isn’t controlling or abusive, so don’t you dare to say those things to him.

He’s your fucking husband or at least, that’s what he believes in. If you try to ruin his messed up fantasy you’ll regret it very much and that’s a lesson you’ll have to learn very soon.

Steve has an entire dream with the white picket fence and it includes a wonderful family, starting with a very obedient wife, which you aren’t. 

You’re supposed to cook him meals, clean the house, do the chores, always greet him with a warm smile like a loving and grateful wife. He tries to be nice at first, trying to persuade you to play along but you only use his kindness to be a complete bitch, refusing to obey him.

That pisses him off, he’s done so much for the world, saved all humanity several times and risked his life more times than he can count and yet you’re not capable of retributing the favor? That won’t do.

If you refuse to cook for him, then the same applies to you. No food for a whole day, alongside a few slaps are more than enough to make sure you cook dinner on time the next time Steve demands you to. 

If you’re incapable of behaving properly by continuously talking back to him, then suit yourself with a number of harsh spanks, which always leave you sore and incapable of properly seating for a long while.

You think you’re too good to clean and take care of the house? Seems like you’ve just won yourself a long vacation trip to the cold and dirty basement, no mattress, no light, minimal food, only a toilet and no comfort at all.  

You’re never leaving him, no matter how much you try it. Steve is too smart and cunning and he’ll do anything to make sure you always stay by his side. Just like you’re meant to be.

- CARD BUILDING -

basically, most of the stuff from the first game still applies

the smartest thing you can do is to actually focus on building the UR+ demon cards you get card pieces for in hard lessons and/or both memory and demon UR cards that are in the main summoning pool, since you'll always be able to raise those cards' skill level without having to use jokers, meaning you'll also have an easier time to max out the entire Devil's Tree completely

if possible, build at least one UR(+) demon card of each sin, I'd recommend two minimum tho

if you don't have any UR(+) demon cards for a specific sin, use SSRs

for early game, you can also use SR cards if you don't have anything better, but make sure to swap them out as soon as possible

get your UR(+) demon cards to level 70 minimum and your SSR ones to 60 minimum

check your cards secondary sin. For example the following card is a UR wrath card with lust as its secondary sin, meaning for lust stages, it'll act like an SSR card

the above also holds true for memory cards

only build SSR or UR(+) memory cards; but again, for early game SR and even R memory cards are perfectly fine

get your memory cards to level 50 minimum and try having at least one memory card per sin

focus on your demon cards first and your memory cards second

unlike in the original, it doesn't matter much which characters you choose since sin-specific glow sticks don't exist in nightbringer. That being said, you should still level cards of multiple characters since you can only use one demon card of a specific character in battle

if you want to use them, prioritzie giving your Jokers to event cards instead of the ones from the regular summoning pool

max out you card's Devil's Tree asap. You don't need to get the last 'sin up's if you don't want to (though I'd definitely recommend getting them), but make sure to get the very last 'rank up'!

to unlock Max Level Caps, your cards need to have Skill Level 3 or higher

- LEVELING VS DEVIL'S TREE -

DISCLAIMER: I'm probably not 100% correct on this but from how I understand it, this is the main difference between the two:

Leveling raises a card's strenght for ALL sins, which is more helpful for using that card in stages boosting a different sin than its own and is generally more useful in the long-run

Maxing out a card's Devil's Tree does also help in raising the card's strenght for all sins, but since it focuses mainly on the main and secondary sins, it's more useful for stages that correspond with their sin

Whichever one you decide to focus on first is up to you. Personally, I'd go with leveling tho

- SKILL LEVEL & JOKER -

generally speaking, I'd advise you to focus on the cards you can get card pieces for in hard lessons, as well as the ones in Chapter A and M. Since you can get them anytime, you can raise their skill level more easily than that of an event card

Devil's Trees of certain UR(+) and SSR cards can give you Jokers, with UR(+) Devil's Trees giving you either one UR or one SSR Joker per tree (afaik) and SSR Devil's Trees only giving you one SSR Joker per tree (again, afaik), though they usually require skill level 3 or higher just to unlock that reward. If you happen to have a card that's already at that skill level and has a Joker as an unlockable reward more power to ya, but otherwise it just kind of defeats the purpose

Pop Quiz rewards include a total of 5 UR Jokers, as well as 5 SSR ones. Out of them, f2p players will most likely only really get 1 UR and 2 SSR ones as long as they play every stage daily

The ranking prizes also include SSR and UR Jokers. Realistically speaking however, f2p players will unfortunately never place high enough to receive them unless they have done nothing but safe resources for several months

your To Do List also gives you SSR Jokers for reaching 100% in a certain amount of Devil's Trees. It might also give you UR and even UR+ Jokers later down the line, though I haven't done those yet so no guarantee. You can 100% the Devil's Tree of N cards if you want to go after those, but tbh I think there are better ways to spend your resources

this one's for VIP members only, but apparently the VIP-exclusive job has a chance of dropping two SSR Jokers per shift

lastly, you can get the ones from Akuzon once you have enough Ravens

- RAVENS -

there are five main ways to get Ravens (as far as I know, at least): daily surprise guest gifts, :D jobs, Devil's Trees, events & summoning. Let's go through them one by one

DAILY SURPRISE GUEST GIFTS You'll be able to get up to 2 Ravens a day from your surprise guests, which, yes, isn't a lot (it'd take you about 3.5 years to have enough Ravens to raise the skill level of one UR+ card just once), but you should definitely get them every day regardless since they're super easy to get

:D JOBS After finishing a shift at the Clock Tower, there's a chance you'll get 2 Ravens as a reward (up to 4 if you have two characters working). Item drop rates actually increase if you choose a prefered character, so make sure you always have a shift with two prefered workers running to maximize your chances

DEVIL'S TREES Some cards actually have Ravens as an unlockable reward in their Devil's Tree. UR(+) and SSR cards give you 10 Ravens for 20k Grimm though they usually require skill level 2 and up. EVENTS For Pop Quiz events, you'll be able to receive 10 Ravens per part, meaning 50 in total. However, most f2p players will probably only get up to 20 Ravens as long as they clear all stages every day during the given time frame. Celestial Blessings can give you up to 63 Ravens, though how many you actually end up getting is entirely down to luck and your resources Either way, events are definitely useful for getting more Ravens, but they definitely shouldn't be your only method of getting them

SUMMONING If you pull a card that already has its skill level maxed out, the game gives you a Raven instead. The best way to go about this would be to summon a bunch in Chapter G since you only need Grimm there. It definitely is an incredibly hefty investment considering the number of cards in that pool, but totally worth it in the long run and most likely also the best way to farm for Ravens. I'd definitely start working on it as soon as possible, even if that means sidelining building your cards a little. You can also use the Azuki-tan Wallets to get more Grimm quicker and speed things up

not 100% sure on this but fever time seems to run slightly faster. If you have trouble with the faster speed, you might consider not collecting the fever tokens in the first place. However, you'll also lose the combo by not collecting them. This has been a PSA

if you prefer, you can hit the little edit button right next to the skip/start button(s) and switch the controls to up/down. The advantage of up/down is that you can hit the actual items as they hit the line

personally I have it set to left/right with my fingers positioned as seen in the pic below, since it helps keep in mind which side does what + sometimes during a song my thumbs wander to the middle of the screen, meaning I'd mess up with up/right controls. It all comes down to personal preference, of course, but maybe tapping like that'll work best for you, too

you can also dim the background and turn of the extra stuff that pops up once in a while if you find it too distracting

notes you have to hold actually end automatically and give you a 'perfect' if you keep your finger on the screen. Here's a video to demonstrate

if you have trouble with hitting the screen at the right time, mash the screen on both sides as seen here. You just need to pay attention to long notes and obstacles

something that helps me every once in a while is turning the sound of entirely. I also sometimes just put on an entirely different song. It certainly won't help everyone but it might be worth a try

you can still win battles even if your estimated rank is D. It depends a bit on how well you do in the rhythm game, so it's best to compare the estimate with your actual result and decide based on that. If you usually finish with a perfect combo and almost all hits as perfect, than it should look something like this

if for whatever reason you want to restart a battle but don't want to lose your AP or items, you can fully close the game and start it back up again. If you used items you'll still be using them if you restart this way. Just make sure that you close the game before the loading symbol shows up, otherwise it'll save your result. The game starts loading shortly after the stage's boss disappears. If you did everything correctly, this screen should pop up after you tap the start button:

if you're stuck because your cards are too weak, use the Flower Staffs. It's probably best to save them for later seasons tho, but I also used them to get to lesson 10 on day 1, so do what makes you happy

save your resources; don’t use the Blossom Flower Staff if you can win with a Bud one

buy the defeat flash sales if you need more Flower Staffs. It's also the cheapest option for getting more Blossom Flower Staffs. As long as you do your daily missions you'll be able to buy it almost every day. Keep in mind that you actually need to get a D-Rank for this flash sale to pop up! Depleting your health bar does not work!

- AZUKI-TAN WALLET & MAGICAL SCORE -

keep in mind that you can use both items when sweeping. You just need to hit the little 'Support' button before sweeping

the Azuki-tan Wallet is a GODSEND. Use it if you need Grimm; it'll give you about 15k per win in an S-Rank stage

the Magical Score is also a godsend. Only use it on lessons in hard mode that give you UR+ card pieces though! It'll give you 3 card pieces per sweep, making farming for new UR+ cards so much easier. You'll need 9 Magical Scores to get the card, 17 if you want to raise it to skill level 2 and a total of 54 if you want to bring it to skill level 5

Nightbringer Tips for New Players

• Easy way to get Grimm.

Go on Fab Snap and spam effects. For every 50 effects you do you’ll get 1,000 Grimm. Spamming effects doesn’t take long so it’s a very easy way to farm Grimm early on.

• DO NOT waste all your vouchers on Chapter A and Chapter M in the Nightmare.

I personally recommend at the start of the game doing two pulls each for Chapter A and then Chapter M.

That way you have a basic team that’ll allow you to complete the first ten lessons. (Especially when combined with the free pink SSR Levi and green UR Satan you can obtain by completing tasks).

Whatever colors you don’t get level up a SR instead in both the Card and Memory. (Don’t skip memory cards they will carry you a LOOOOONG way!)

Obey Me does FREE multiple ten pulls for events and anniversaries for Chapter A and Chapter M. You also will get to do a free single pull after a certain amount of time. So it’s a waste to use your vouchers.

(They recently just did it in Obey Me Shall We Date)

UNLESS your birthday is coming up. On your birthday if you have ten vouchers then you can do one 10 pull in Chapter A where you are guaranteed a UR card.

Note: While you’re guaranteed a UR card that doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed a UR card you don’t already have.

There’s also Chapter G that allows you to obtain card pieces. Chapter G is very important because you’ll eventually be able to use it to farm for ravens which can be used to buy vouchers and other resources.

Chapter G also allows you to obtain card pieces for Chapter A and Chapter M cards. Once you have enough pieces instead of trying to pull for that card you can combine the pieces using grimm to get the card instead.

• How to get UR+ Cards

Once you finish the easy lessons tackle Hard Mode.

Hard mode has UR+ Cards you can unlock. UR+ Cards are are not only stronger then the UR cards in Chapter A but the current Hexed Horror Movie event cards as well.

BTW if you’re scared about not getting the Hexed Horror Movie card you want don’t worry nightmares eventually come back.

Anyway you can farm for the pieces to the UR+ Cards in hard mode.

There’s currently 12 available UR+ cards you can farm.

Red - Satan

Orange - Lucifer & Solomon & Diavolo

Yellow - Belphegor & Simeon

Green - Barbatos & Mammon

Blue - Beezlebub

Purple - Asmodeus

Pink - Luke & Levi

This will allow you at least one UR+ card in every color. Making future lessons much easier to tackle.

Once you collect enough pieces (80 in total) it costs 60,000 grimm to combine them.

The best part?

You can do this multiple times. Allowing you to easily increase the skill of your card without having to use a UR+ Joker (which are extremely rare unless you want to spend lots of IRL money).

Obey Me!Nightbringer Lesson 13 is out, and a new old characer appears!

Again, Spoiler warning! :) And it's a bit long, thehe

So, it wasn't really Lucifer himself who broke the curse, but ??? (Michael, but I don't get why they won't spell it out, so it's not 100%. And if it's not 100 % accuracy, it's 50 % 🤭)

Interestingly enough, he is aware of Nightbringer's meddling, and Michael is secretly Tuxedo Mask

Okay, jokes aside, but he really did the bare minimum 😑

Although it makes me wonder if Nightbringer is really Barbatos as we are already allied with Diavolo in the future, who he serves. Why would we get the warning now? We need more insight into the Celestial Realm, not just the Devildom.

Next, we get wholesome brainrot with our 7 brothers if we decide to stay in the House of Lamentation.

We wake up in the middle of the night and find the brothers asleep in the hall 🤭

Now imagine MC trying to lift Beel.

And I seems our choices matter, because if we decide to go back with Solomon in 13-3, the dialogue in 13-6 is different.

( Note: The game picks the last option you have chosen. I picked the HoL option in 13-3 first and replayed with going with Solomon right after, so I was confused when in 13-6 I got dialogue with Solomon, wondering why we slept in Cocytus Hall when I chose the brothers first)

In Cocytus Hall, the 2nd option, we get forced to hug Solomon as we don't get an option to decline but rather be passive or active about it. At least Solomon asked. He apologizes for putting us in danger like that, and he has been really worried. Despite us not taking his side, he still considers MC a friend and wants to stay by their side.

Well, he could make our life easier and spill some beans. THAT would help.

Anyway, MC has to answer Diavolos Questions next. And it's wise to not be vague, although don't bother saying you are from the future. Barbatos calls us out for being arrogant, like how dare we say the Devildom is stuck in the past, lol.

Things get a bit heated, so we decided to take a break for now. Then we can follow Diavolo, raising intimacy points. He laughs at us when we tell him we are worried about him 🥲 Barbatos joins them but he is not the only one.

Ah, how... good to see him... Diavolo's childhood friend 😒 hooray.

My totally favourite character comes with a letter from the House of Lords, which results in postponing the issue with MC for now.

The House of Lords rendered Beel's meltdown as a declaration of war, despite it just being a side effect of a demon turned angel. But it's more politics than anything as they aren't happy with former angels in hell like we have seen from other demons. They are considered weapons in both Heaven and Hell

So Diavolo has to undergo a test called Kingsblood Crucible to prove he is fit to be the Demon King. If he refuses, he can't become King or he would die. (No one who failed returned)

The problem is that Diavolos' dad is the only one who could tell what the trial is like. The House of Lord's purposefully put Diavolo at a disadvantage. Well, he acts confident and decides to take the mission.

And takes us with him as a witness, well, not on purpose.

We get more insight into Diavolo's insecurities. But it is nice to see that his innovative personalit runs in the family. I hope we learn more about this God of War.

The lesson ends there, so in Lesson 14, we will help Diavolo with this trial. I assume we will get even more lore, plus we need to get Mephisto to give his adorsement.

Apropos Mephisto 13-A is the funniest shit that I will post separately as I can't upload more screenshots in this post.

How Obey Me Shot Itself In The Foot: Michael, Part 2

MASSIVE WARNING FOR DISCUSSION OF RELIGION. Specifically of Abrahamic religions (Islam, Christianity, and Judaism) and their shared God. I am doing this in a media analysis context, not to shame any particular religion or anyone’s particular beliefs. If that makes you uncomfortable, feel free to not read this post, stop reading at any point, and/or unfollow/block me. DO NOT try to start religious discourse on this post or in my askbox/DMs, I will clown on and block you.

This section is the beginning of a three part analysis of Michael's character. I promise this will eventually connect to why Raphael should stab MC with a spear in a non-horny fashion.

Michael, He Who is Like God

A Michael whose characterization draws primarily from his connection to God and his role as God’s representative to the angels is a Michael rife with divine contradictions. Because, for the purposes of this silly analysis, God has two main roles to fulfill: the moral paragon, and the powerful tyrant I mean ruler. 

I can’t speak to the specifics of how this manifests for Islam and Christianity, but from what I’ve seen, God is consistently both a “carrot” and a “stick”, capable of giving amazing gifts and inflicting terrible punishments, and these are inexorably linked. For example, the story of Exodus is the story of how God delivered the Jewish people out of slavery in Egypt — by inflicting 10 (or 20, or 50 or 200— depends who you ask) plagues on the Egyptians. All of them. Including, most famously, all their firstborn sons, no matter how old or how responsible for the slavery of the Jews.

God is the protector and saviour of the Jewish people. God is the torturer and murderer of the Egyptians. 

(Not to get Too Real in an obey me theory post, but if God or anyone’s way of helping my people is to subjugate others, I Don’t Want It.)

This is one of the big “issues” with monotheism as a whole: if you have only one god, that one god is responsible for Everything, good and bad. You worship that god not just to receive good things, but to avoid having bad things done to you, whether it’s implicit or explicit. As a deity, this conflict can be excused as “God works in mysterious ways” or “everything serves a greater purpose”.

However in the context of interpersonal relationships, a powerful figure who controls your life and keeps you in line with promises of lavish gifts and threats of great harm, as well as demonstrations of what those threats might look like against others… is an abuser.

On that note, goodbye religious people, if you somehow made it this far!

How does this relate to Michael?

Well, this Michael is taking God’s place narratively. This means that while God (or Father as they call him in Obey Me) is technically the one who sentenced Lilith to death and banished the brothers from the Celestial Realm, Michael is at the very least upholding these rulings. As far as I know, Obey Me hasn’t actually 100% confirmed that Michael was Lucifer’s equal and opposite in the Great Celestial War, but given his biblical role as such, it’s not a big leap to assume he was. 

Under this lens, the way he talks about and treats Lucifer, Mammon, Simeon, and Luke takes on a very unflattering light. 

With Lucifer, we see a sibling rivalry that started out lighthearted and became a bitter civil war, one that still has many lingering feelings involved. Michael does seem to miss Lucifer, but it’s unclear if he actually misses him, or misses the idea of him, the him he was before the war. There may also be an element of bitterness there in that Lucifer left not just the Celestial Realm, but Michael himself. A duty they once shared is now resting entirely on him, and that’s gotta be tough to handle.

Does that bleed into how he treats Simeon, an angel on the fence of falling who couldn’t quite make the jump, one of his few close allies left? Does he perhaps view/use Simeon as some kind of replacement for Lucifer? He seems to foist a lot of responsibilities onto Simeon, much like how he did with Lucifer, including another one of his protegés, Luke. Is it a demonstration of trust, or a test of loyalty?

Speaking of former protegés, Mammon. With Mammon, based on how the aforementioned demon talks about Michael and Raphael, it’s clear they thought of him as a “problem child” who wasn’t worth “fixing”, hence Michael “giving” Mammon to Lucifer to deal with. As still-a-morosexual-help pointed out, it’s quite possible the punishment he subjected Mammon to was isolation in an enclosed, dark space. That’s a hands off, but still terrible thing to do to someone.

Now back to the present. To Luke. Luke, who was chosen to go to RAD, a program run by demons dedicated to promoting peace between the three realms. Luke, who has very deeply entrenched ideas about what demons are like. 

Luke, who is Michael’s protegé. 

If Michael is, in fact, on board with the exchange program, and its corresponding goal, why is Luke so prejudiced against demons? Where did it come from? It’s not Simeon, who does display some disdain for demons but tries not to let that affect his usual behaviour and later admits that his prejudice is just that. He seems to want Luke to be more open to demons, he’s just hands-off about teaching him.

So that leaves Michael, someone Luke clearly admires and trusts. Though not as much as he once admired Lucifer… hmmmm… Could there be a personal motivation for Michael sending Luke to the Devildom, to see a fully demonic Lucifer in action?

It seems to me like Luke being sent to the Devildom wasn’t a genuine attempt to open his mind, but more as part of a further grooming tactic: to let him see how dangerous demons are and further entrench his negative opinions about them. 

And I can’t even get into the fucking angel bangles because that’ll be a whole rant in of itself. Short version: FUCKED. UP. MIKE.

So this Michael is trying to fill some really big shoes and is struggling hard. To compensate, he delegates a lot and has extremely high standards for his subordinates. He also has an issue with control because of this. He is the head of the Celestial Realm and thus not only does he have to perfectly embody its values, so does everyone under him. And God help them if they don’t.

But that’s not really fair, is it?

Log 50# As of November 2008, WT1 is 8 months old.

A hearing device has been created for WT1, it has been using it often during lessons and testing. WT1 has shown significant progress with verbal commands.

WT1 had to be restrained during his first blood test, this resulted in it being punished. WT1 cried and chirped annoyingly and constantly during its time in the isolation room. Its annoying loud chirps warranted an overnight stay in the isolation room, finally WT1 quieted down around 2am.

It was let out and brought back to its own room in the morning. WT1 stayed quiet during testing and lessons. My daughter joined me for a lesson with WT1.

WT1 was recorded showing signs of anxiety towards my daughter, hissing and when she reached her hand towards it, it was recorded snapping at her hand.

This caused the lesson to finish and WT1 to be taken back to the isolation room, it was recorded in the isolation room for 3 days. During that time WT1 was not fed or given water or let out to relieve itself.

My staff has started giving me dirty looks since WT1 was let out of the isolation room. It doesnt matter what they think, they only get paid if they stay.

And it has to learn that humans are superior and are to be obeyed, no matter what or there will be punishment.

TOP 3 OBEY ME FAVES, RN, GO (pls for the love of god, i have had like an on off hyperfixation on obey me for YEARS, back before covid, but i kept losing my god damn progress (which pissed me off and caused the off bits of hyperfixating cuz i was mad i wouldnt have the cards i previously had-) cuz i kept breaking my phones and forgetting my password to transfer my progress, and none of my friends like obey me bc they preffer like mystic messenger so like i can talk with them about it but they like....dont UNDERSTAND anything im saying even if i SHOW them- ILL GO FIRST MINE ARE LUCIFER DIAVOLO AND BARBATOS (not in that order, i love the 3 of them equally i cannot choose between them, im feral for all 3 of them-) is it sad that ive had obey me since like FOREVER and i still havent gotten to lesson 50?

I played mysme ages ago! Gave up midway through Yoosung bc it was just so damn hard, it was too demanding for me to be rushing to the game every hour so I wouldn't miss the chats :( never completed it tho I know all the storylines

AND YEAH WHY ARE THE LESSONS SO DAMN HARD!! It's me one complaint with om! but it's just such a huge problem tell me why I'm grinding for ages only to have to do it all again when I get to the next battle???
