This might be a bit of a strange question, but do you have any recommendations for wlw media? I’ve seen & enjoyed revue starlight, but do you know of anything with older lesbians?

unfortunately i don't know a ton off the top of my head in general, or any specifically with older characters :[.

recently i read Foundryside by robert jackson bennett, which was the first book in a trilogy and enjoyed it thoroughly. gay MC i liked her a ton, havent read the rest of the trilogy yet but i really want to. the character is a younger woman although i dont believe she is a teen, if memory serves.

chrono jotter is super super gay and a really fun and off the wall time. the characters here are mostly teens though.

i've heard from reputable sources that clear and muddy loss of love by PDL, who is a chinese f/f novelist, is a good read. that one's on my list but i haven't gotten around to it yet. no idea how old the characters are.

the tv show yellowjackets, which i've only seen a couple of episodes of but have been LOVING isn't exactly f/f media but there is at least one character in the main cast who is married to another woman. it's a show about a girls soccer team getting stranded in the wilderness, and then living with the Results of that i think like 20 years down the line. so it alternates between them as adults and flashbacks to them as teens. even if its not like a lesbian love story its very much about girls and their relationships to each other

here's a twitter thread i bookmarked awhile back of f/f manga/manhua recommendations that i haven't looked into myself yet because i. don't really read a lot of comics but keep pretending like i'm going to.

the flower that bloomed nowhere has a gay mc who is like grad school aged. this is an ongoing, unfinished story though and the mc's romantic life is really not the Point of it although there is some tasty stuff happening there

in general i think i dont know a lot of f/f media because push comes to shove im really not someone who enjoys romance as a genre, and for the most part romance tends to be the main sell for those kinds of stories. and its just not something i look for. hope any of this gives you somewhere to start, sorry thats all i got for you!
