Prescriptions for each type. If I had one thing to share that would have the most reconditioning impact it would be this. Enjoy. GENERATORS → MG’s Unscheduling parts of my day as well as time in the week has provided me time to slow the f down. Which creates opportunities to hear and see what’s coming in for me to respond to. I find pausing between urges is super helpful in determining wether something is aligned or not. If after a day or so the urge remains, often a more subtle energy, it’s a go. And when I go it’s a sight to behold. COSMOS • Ever wonder what the force behind our extended life span was? It’s all in the cosmos. Not only did the discovery of Uranus usher in 9 centeredness but it also extended human life span. Technically we reach adulthood or mid age at 38-44 years young. Compared to mid life at 15 years of age. Average life expectancy for modern humans is 84 years, before you were luck to live past 30. The cosmos impact us quite a bit! Stay tuned for Part 2 + 3 of History Human Design Style.

‘Good Girl’ - all day every day. Wanna know how?
BOUNDARIES • I set clear boundaries and reaffirm them through positive reinforcement, basically redirecting energy to where I prefer it to go. Meaning I’m not about to prevent a teething puppy from biting on stuff nor would I want to quench that native instinct. So I provide her many different things she CAN chew on. When she explores and bits on things I rather her not I simply redirect her attention. Over and over again until the boundary is established. That way she gets to bite and I get a satisfied puppy that doesn’t destroy things when I’m not around.
Boundaries are hella important and only appear limiting. Unfortunately most of us never learned how to set clear boundaries or how to affirm them. It takes practice and time. Most things worth while do.
If your an expert in setting boundaries would you share a tip or two in the comments? Or dm me?
If your just starting begin small and set yourself up for success. For instance, you desire to feel better first thing in the morning, clearer and fresher. A boundary you can set for yourself is turning off blue light ie electronics 15 minutes before your desired bedtime. Slowly increasing the time by 15 minutes until you get to an hour or two before bed. Feels like a limitation yet I promise you’ll find it quite liberating and rewarding. Both my husband and I were pulled to the Pacific Ocean. And now closer than ever I’m inspired once again to create a solid morning ritual that includes these three simple yet powerful elements. SUN ☀️ EARTH 🌏 WATER 💦 I remember when we first arrived and settled, we would take a morning beach walk, like every day. And then some days come back for sunset. Why did that change? It somehow slipped into a nonessential part of life. Yet I cured my acne, I kid you not, with less screen time AND more sun kisses. I’ve been experimenting recently and there’s something here, for real. Don’t take my word for it, spend more time outside and see what that does for your life. Take your shoes off and feel the ground, lift you head and close your eyes.

Human Design makes some big claims about knowing you, like knowing you better than you know yourself. Indeed I cried when I read my own chart. There’s power in seeing your gifts and talents, that you had glimpses of though-out your life, be recognized. It literally says you are designed in such a specific way that what you desire you are destined to have. Best part is it tells you, pretty specifically and practically, how to get there.
BOOM.
How does it know that exactly? Well it combines the wisdom from Kabbalah (the Tree of Life), Hinduism (the chakra system), Taoism (I-Ching), aspects of astrology and astronomy, physics, biochemistry and energetics, to create a map of your soul. Your birth time and place creates a finger print of your soul, how I interpret it. Anyway, this finger print reveals things about yourself to yourself that you are aware of and others that you only had inclinations about. It also provides ways for you to tap into your souls life purpose so that you can live aligned and in flow with life, vs in resistance, anger, frustration, bitterness, or disappointment.

This morning I received a rare human design chart to read/analyze. A reflector. If you’re into human design you know just how rare this occurrence is. What makes this incredibly super special is that he’s a friend. Somehow I didn’t think I get the pleasure since Reflectors represent about 1% of the population. Needless to say I’m eager to guide this moon unicorn back to himself!
Gems stones, I tell ya, they are all around us, some of the most precious just under your nose.

And I’m not referring to eating organically and mainly plant based, or wearing non toxic makeup and perfume or even using alternative house cleaning - planet earth friendly - supplies. That was radical like 20 years ago. Okay?
What Rad & Blissful means to me is a life fashioned by YOU for YOU. Which might end up looking mighty different than your neighbor. Living radically is embracing the unique, the different, it’s celebrating our oneness as beings yet acknowledging our individuality. Let’s be radical in celebrating and welcoming the odd vs being intimidated or insecure by someone else’s difference. Begin by noticing when judgement pops up, stay curious and ask yourself why? The formula that brings forth new and improved things. Always learning always growing. Which inevitably means doing away with how things have been done and forging a new path. That’s why #humandesign is so intriguing. It does away with the myth that there’s nothing new under the sun, instead it advocates creation of entirely new things.
