"Stop controlling my life nana!!! You can't control what I do and who I hang out with all the time!" Y/n yelled. His nana was trying to force him into the festival happening downtown when all he wanted to do was go to the crybaby hangout with Wade and his friends. He didn't fit in with the rich square life. There was just no appeal to flaunting his money to people. especially the drapes.

Y/n was well known in the drape community as Wade's boy. They've been together from thick to thin. The drape community knew how much those boys loved each other. It's to the point where if they broke up, people would think that true love never existed.

"You're going to that damn festival and I'm not hearing otherwise!" nana yelled back. Like most squares, she didn't want her grandson hanging around those "devilish drapes" as she says. Allison has been trying her hardest to get through to him but he is standing firm.

After his nana yelled at him, he grabbed his jacket and left the house. He ran to the first place he could think of, the walker home. He knocked on the door and waited for it to open. About 5 seconds passed before momma walker opened the door. She saw the tears streaming down his face before she pulled him in a nice hug.

Y/n hadn't been hugged like this in a while. His nana never hugged him unless it was for appearances and Allison, his own sister, never even gave him the time of day. He squeezed momma walker before he broke down in her arms. She walked him inside the house and sat on the couch.

Alarmed by the sounds downstairs, Wade and his sister Penny, made their way downstairs to see what the problem was. Upon seeing his boyfriend crying in his mother's chest, he ran up to him. "What's wrong?" he asked in a soft voice. Y/n lifted his head to see the sunkissed face of his boyfriend. Y/n got up and hugged Wade as tight as he could. When he let go, he told Wade everything that was going on.

After he heard the story, Wade had a single tear roll down his right cheek. No words were spoken as Wade lifted Y/n up the stairs to his bedroom. Wade walked to his bed and laid himself down with Y/n on his chest. That's how they spent the rest of the night, safe in each other's arms as they drifted off into the world of dreams.
