A hefty first batch of new character references!! I feel that might be in order first and foremost. Just because it’s gonna be a novel doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop drawing these dudes >:0 I’m actually hoping to maybe put some visuals into the novel itself to further flesh it out and make it stand out among its contemporaries-- But we’ll see. I’m excited to show you guys how it all turns out!

And yeah this is all my own art now!! I’ve taken the past year or so to learn how to draw and I’m pretty pleased with the results so far. 

More of these fellas coming soon, though don’t expect them all to be in these big batches in the future heheh. I’ll want to start posting these guys as SOON as they’re finished.

Hey folks! Been a while, hasn’t it?

Yeah, I’m sorry about the radio silence for the last (few?) months, but all that time has been dedicated to getting this next chapter finished for the world to see! If you’ve been following my Instagram you probably knew by now that we’ve been steadily releasing teaser content on there as well as the actual pages on our Patreon. If ya didn’t know, uh..Well, now you do! 

I’ll be honest, I’ve never kept a Tumblr up before, so the experience needed to remember posting on here is little to none. I can hardly keep up with posting on Twitter in all honesty! Again, if you all would like much more frequent updates, please feel free to hop onto Instagram and follow the project there! As for Tumblr, I’ll do my best from now on to keep y’all in the loop, but with classes starting now and crunch time really kicking in to get this thing released...Well, ya know. 

Really hope to begin the public release of this next chapter soon enough! I’ve been debating whether or not to post in one-page-a-week incriments now or to wait until the whole thing is done so I can post three per week and not have to worry about keeping up with the pace. I’ll get back to you guys soon about that.

I just wanna remind folks that I'm a LOT more active with the comic updates on my Instagram and patreon! If you'd like more of a day-to-day play-by-play of how things are going, I very much recommend checking those out!

Otherwise, I don't want to flood this page too much with updates as it's supposed to be the CLEANEST for folks who just wanna read the comic.

In either case, chapter 2 is about 15% finished now! It's almost twice as long as chapter 1, and I'm very excited to start showing it to everybody, but it's going to take some time yet. Got a full time job on top of doing all this, ya know. I keep rolling though here with progress updates every now and then, but bear in mind that it won't be quite as active as my other accounts until the chapter releases!

Began rough sketches for chapter two last night! Without spoiling too much, I just wanted to share with y'all some frames we're looking forward to in particular.

Featuring Drew, resident Tumblr sexyman. Hoping to skyrocket in popularity by having this angsty dickhead as the main antagonist

Of course, when the full chapter is released, we'll release some progress videos on patreon 👀 from storyboards-sketches-lineart-color-finals! It'll be a lot of fun to work on!

Alright! This first chapter’s all done! Thanks for all your support!

So since this was the first chapter and honestly my first time putting a comic together, I think I’ve learned quite a lot. Chapter two should be finished by the end of the year, so expect to see us releasing it around that time! I am very very excited to release it, as so far, while writing it out, the plot’s there, there’s an actual conflict and high stakes, and best of all, I figured out ow to do text bubbles and spacing things out properly lmao

I’ll attempt to give you guys some updates every now and then of course. Thanks you guys! See you soon!
