Back on my human au ideas...

More about Asmo, I think he's still obsessed with clothes & makeup, is a social media abuser, & tries to get Satan to wear something other than professor jackets with elbow patches. He's mildly TikTok famous for posting high quality videos of him doing amazing drag looks and makeup tutorials.

He often tries to join Beel for workouts on the farm, but doesn’t have Beel’s stamina & gets tired halfway through. Makes them both protein shakes. Helps out at the farmer’s market.

Mammon is a mechanic. He has to be because that's a human au situation I've always loved for him. Like yeah, he could own a casino and all that, but I want to focus on something a little different for him. And I love the idea of him being a mechanic who owns his own car repair garage, but it specializes in super expensive cars. Like all your Porsches and Maseratis and so on. And of course he has a couple of his own that he drives around. He likes to drive out to Beel's and he'll take any of his brothers for a spin if they want.

Regularly picks up Asmo from various places in customer's cars just because it makes him feel special.

He probably does a little illegal street racing, just because this is Mammon we're talking about.

He's in on Satan's rare bookseller connections. Turns out he's really good at finding such rarities, too, so when he does, they sell them together. That's if Satan can even manage to part with whatever Mammon finds lol.

Beel won't let Mammon into the corn fields, though. Man attracts too many crows for some reason. When they first discover this, Mammon feels so bad about it that he spends several days building Beel multiple scarecrows. They're still scattered through Beel's fields.

Mammon will also take Belphie for midnight drives out to places that have good views of certain celestial bodies. He loves to drive and he loves to see his little brothers doing what they love, so it's a win-win.

And of course, Mammon still does modeling occasionally. He won't do it full time because of the work involved, but if the price is right, he'll accept an offer or two.

One time Asmo gets really into making a marketing campaign for Mammon's garage which involved Mammon modeling with various expensive cars. Most of the pictures were a little too risque to use lol.

I had an idea for a one-off Rise episode plot and just wanted to quickly sketch up some visuals for it.

The plot goes as follows: Donnie attempts to invent a cloning machine and, due to some kind of science-y mishap, ends up cloning himself...a lot. But there's a catch to this - the clones aren't exact copies of Donnie, they each possess just ONE of the various facets of his personality (i.e. brainy, broody, sarcastic, passionate, dramatic, mischievous, etc.) and a small portion of his mystic powers. Don tries his darnedest to keep the whole situation under wraps while he searches for a way to fix it, but some of the more rambunctious Donnies quickly escape and begin stirring up trouble in the Lair, so it doesn't stay a secret for very long. To make matters worse - the real Donnie starts to slowly disappear (something having to do with his existence being divided among the Donnies or blahblahblah fake science explanation). So, while he and the scientist Donnies continue to look for a way to reverse the cloning effect, his brothers and Co. set to work gathering up all the other Donnies so they can put them back where they belong and keep Donnie Prime™ from vanishing.

Hilarity, wholesomeness (and some mild angst) ensues.

(Note: I meant to include April in that second-to-last image, but ran out of room. Just know that she, Splinter, and probably Casey Jr. are all there, as well.)

I have complained about this before and I'll complain agai #Before we get into the sad stuff with Yungmeng Jiang in the PD-MDZS comics lets have some lighthearted fun!#Remember that if anything bad happens to these Jiang disciples in the canon comic - they are happy in this AU B'*)#I think one of the funniest things about the teenxian dynamic is how WWX accidently finds things that get LWJ to feel flustered.#My guy wwx goes 'I'm going to lightly bully/tease this nerd 'cause his reactions are funny.' and LWJ goes “My god. He's everything to me.”#Part two of the fun part of this dynamic is that LWJ is ever so lightly self aware enough to LOATHE THIS CRUSH.#Hence why I have been marinating on this 'Accidental Lan headband miscommunication' concept.#This is how LWJ assumes that WWX knows what the band means in this AU. This will be relevant later.#And YES! I am still going to be making comics for this AU. I have so many ideas I simply can't hold onto forever.

Neopets is so funny right now. It's a 24-year-old website and half its pages haven't been updated in 15 years. Its ostensible audience is children. The core active audience appears to be nostalgic 20-40-year-olds. Old code means no accounts or pets can ever be renamed. The virtual pound is full of virtual pets named after Justin Bieber. It has an economy and inflation is rampant. New ownership is combating this with the stimulus of random super-rare items via daily quests and events, while the equivalent of Neopian Upper-Crust complain that their investments are deflating. You can't say seaweed or grapes.

the way i see it, colin has three options for handling the repercussions of kissing michael on the pitch in front of everyone:

gatekeep: by some miracle no one caught the kiss on camera so colin's sexuality is kept between him and any fans who happened to be on the pitch near him. the safest option.

girlboss: keeley gets the pr challenge of a lifetime handling the story of the first active premier league player to come out as gay. rebecca is tall and powerful and intimidating in the press room making it clear that richmond stands behind colin one thousand percent. the most realistic option.

gaslight: straight-up blatantly lying. not because he's ashamed or because he thinks he can actually convince anyone that the kiss didn't happen, but just because he refuses to let it be a big deal. acts like he has no idea what anyone is talking about if asked anything related to his sexuality. he doesn't claim to be straight, mind you, he just pretends to be extremely confused about why they're asking because he never kissed anyone in the middle of a football pitch at the end of an internationally-televised game? when presented with photo and video proof of the kiss he says that was some other richmond player named hughes who wears a number 12 jersey. you don't know him, he goes to another school. the funniest option.

#colin literally standing in front of michaels house unloading a moving truck: i have no idea who that man who kissed that richmond player is #weird that he looks exactly like the guy standing in the doorway behind me! oh well life is full of mysteries #the tabloid reporter who ambushed colin goes home that night and contemplates a change of career #ted lasso #ted lasso spoilers #the more i think about it the less bothered i am by them not addressing the repercussions in the episode #because i love open endings and hate flash-forward endings that give you all the answers (part of why i hated the montage)#and i'm having so much fun imagining all the ways the aftermath of The Kiss could have played out #over 1k

Considering that Ratio's design is clearly Greek-themed, that in mythology peacocks are the symbol of Hera (the goddess of fidelity, family and marriage) and that everything Ratio says during his stay in Penacony is meant to deceive Sunday, I cannot help thinking that every time he compares Aventurine to a peacock, what he really means deep down is "This man is husband material, and I will marry him one day."
