Megan have Lilith in the 1st house + Moon Square Pluto so she will experience women trying to drag her down and compete with her to the point of crazy. She will alslo be competetive with other women herself. She also have Sun in the 10th house Square Pluto so she stands out and she will experience issues with men too, especially ego clashes with men.

Her Moon is conjunct Mars and her Mercury is conjunct MC and Uranus so she will say whats on her mind and her words hit hard. She wont be scared to call people out.

I also think their synastry is kinda horrible which is why they clash so hard. Nickis Mars is conjunct Megans MC so a public attack was to be expected here.
