So I'm weak, and I love Cody so much, and he and Obi-Wan are so cute together that I cannot resist, so there will be codywan in the modern au. And I'm not sorry.

Jango is a police officer, that's why Cody and Rex become polices. Dex is one of Jango's informant. And yes, since Cody was a child he helped Jango with the police reports. He was (and still is) really good on that.

Anyway Rex is a great brother, he deserves a trophy for waiting so many years for his brother wedding. And Cody, he deserves a trophy too, because he has been waiting for his wedding since he was 10.

The funny things is that every Fett sibling used to joke about Cody's crush (he saw Obi-Wan in Dex some times and then they stop seeing each other when Obi-Wan started college) and the Fett thought, well is finally over, Cody has overcome his teenager crush. Until 1999, when Obi-Wan and Cody finally reunite and meet as adults and started having real conversations because the Skywalker has moved to the same building as the Fett. And then, then was the moment when the Fett knew that wasn't just some crush, no, Cody was totally in love with the posch guy. And somehow that was even worse.

i've quite literally been searching for twenty minutes for a post i know (thought?) i made and it verbatim said "you ever make a summer camp au so in depth it gets way too complicated and takes over your entire soul?" so yeah can't find the post but i found the fic i never finished that i wrote that about and here's that

Rex doesn’t know a lot about her, if you asked, but he knows so much in his own little ways. If he had any artistic ability he could draw every curve of Ahsoka's face and the shape of the scars on her cheeks, forehead, and neck. She has her box braids weaved into two larger plaits most days, but when she wears sweatpants and comes in with coffee (usually after a failed attempt at an all nighter), they’re put into a bun on the top of her head. Her laugh is long and loud, and sometimes she snorts when trying to keep it in, which is all the cuter. Something about her just sticks to him. He doesn't know why, but nor does he try to stop it.

so yeah this summer camp au has my entire heart for another two weeks before i forget it exists

You know that scene in LYAML where I had Rex tend to Caleb’s wounds? Yeah, I drew it smh. It’s the part where Rex is patching up his back. Also, can my art style fucking pick what it wants to be? ❤️

‘“Aright, c’mon now. I know you’ve got one on your back too…know he shoved you into a damn cabinet.” He slowly puts an arm around Caleb’s shoulders to get him sitting, then scoots the nineteen year old in between his spread legs, Caleb’s back pressed to Rex’s front. He finally gets to see it fully now. It’s mostly just a long, horizontal line of a bruise at the top of Caleb’s back just below his shoulder blades, but it’s bleeding at one of the knots of the older male’s spine. Rex takes in the freckles, just a tad bit darker than Caleb’s hair color and all over his body—a nice detail that he has never noticed before.

“Rex, ‘m tired, man.” Caleb slurs, his day rolling through his thoughts. It was a long one.

“I know, give me one second and I’ll be done, then you can have my bed tonight.” The blonde nods, his skin forming goosebumps at the featherlight touches of Rex’s hand holding his uninjured side, and a stray curl brushing against his back every so often when the Aussie turns his head.

After every cut and puncture on Caleb is dealt with, Rex stands and walks over to his dresser that he shares with Cody, pulling out a shirt that’s a little too big on himself and walking back over to the bed. Caleb is back to laying down, and Rex snorts. “

Star Wars Modern AU 2020 the Animal Crossing Era

So during 2020 they played Animal crossing new horizons a lot. Except Cody, although he played sometimes with Obi-Wan or watch him play (they live together).

Obi-Wan, Anakin, Luke and Leia are always in each other game or playing in the same room.

Same with Han, Lando and Lumpy.

So in case you didn't know, hello! Sometimes I do art sometimes I regret it but today is not that day! Here is the wave of excitement I went through while reading the fic The Valley of the Mythosaur by @hannah-schooler, @armchairaloof, and @melting-houses-of-gold

Anyways I made three (3) pieces as I read this fic and I want to share them with the world! They're not as good as they could be, seeing as I've only become involved in digital art in the last year or so, but I'm way too excited not to share. My style is going THROUGH IT my dudes

As always, PLEASE DON'T REPOST MY ART WITHOUT PERMISSION! I cannot stress this enough. It causes me stress. I am too stressed as it is I don't need the stress of trying to take down someone's Pinterest post lol

Number one! Posting chronologically by the fic (rather than how I made them lol) we have Ahsoka's gala look!! I'm so excited by this one and I'm actually submitting it for my AP art assignment on fashion design hehe

I basically went off the most common trends and such of the twenties, including but not limited to, Marcel waves, pearls, and that one style of dress we all know and can't decide if we hate or not, with as much of an "Ahsoka style" as I could. This one is my personal favorite, mostly for the dress design and pearls and such.

Next up! Meeting Rex on their way to Cairo! I just could not get vaguely dusty, wearing men's clothes Ahsoka out of my head. This was the first one I drew, and it started it all.

This one's lower quality because, well, it was only ever meant to be a sketch lol, but I wanted to include it anyway. We love dusty musty Ahsoka who has more sass than hair on her head.

And last but not least, Ahsoka in her (not yet soaking wet) nightgown! I am so obsessed with the ref image the authors used and I could not get it out of my head. Spent way too long on this one because I cannot for the life of me find the copy-paste tool on my art program. rip.

I had a few ideas for text to go with this one, but I decided on the quote, “I knew it was you by the fastidiousness of your knock," that I have not yet gotten over.

Mandos who use stickers on their armor but in a ‘don’t tell mom I got a tattoo’ sorta way. Someone gets a bumper sticker on their ass armor that says dumptruck and ba’buir is so mad for no reason. ‘Check out my newest piece it’s scratch and sniff.’
