Surfing the internet isn’t always a waste of time. I was looking for something when I ran across the image of an old painting, namely ‘Gothic Church Ruins’, painted by Carl Blechen in 1826. Was built in 1876.Church was too damaged in time of World War2.You still can notice the bullet marks on the walls. After the occupation the soviet union closed a lot of churches. This Church was closed too.
