he's very thoughtful and meticulous, especially with dates

he'll plan for a while and make sure it's something you'll love

since he works such terrible hours, he really likes his quality time so he expects to come home to you and do nothing but cuddle or maybe do something like read together

this is random but i feel like he would be a massive critique for no reason

he's the type of guy that would say "wear what you want, i can fight." period.

he loves to talk- a professional yapper, if you will- but you love it

he talks your ear off about his hobbies (gambling) and some stupid people he may have had to deal with that day

he's pretty nonchalant in general and doesn't try to stress a lot over trivial stuff which means fights wouldn't last long

i get kind of a vibe that he would smoke some herb from time to time but he wouldn't shove it in your face if you don't want him to

he would love to share a coffee with you in the morning, and would probably order you both breakfast

i feel like with dates he's totally going to go with the flow but he loves new things so there's always something for you guys to do together, whether it's movies, or clubs.

honestly if i were to guess, i think he would show his partner love by telling them. very directly.

He's not too much of a cuddler but he'll do it immediately upon your request

He has a dry sense of humor, so dry that no one really knows if it's a joke or not

i think he is more outwardly protective of you than most- so if he catches anyone staring he'll yell at them to 'fuck off!'

I also don't think he would hold his opinions back just to make people happy so if you ask, "how do you think i look in this?" he'll say exactly how he feels- not really in an a insulting way, ever-more truthfully than hurtfully.

he likes to do things that you enjoy, like shopping and he'll help you pick out outfits

he, himself, would probably suggest dates that are calm and intimate, like picnic dates, stargazing, and maybe going out for smoothies/boba

i feel like he would love to try boba after you tell him about it, because he likes sweet things over bitter (like coffee)

i could imagine him being the type to grab your waist from behind while you're busy doing anything

he also really craves your attention when you aren't near him, even if he doesn't say that.

Every other account that I see doing a pornstar au they kinda make him a asshole. Like this man isn’t just a cold heartless dude, when even seen in the game he does show compassion he just might not be the best at showing it lol. In the comics, he is a sweetheart to the ones he cares about but can easily become protective over them if necessary. He’s also just a private person and needs some help with showing and expressing his emotions and feelings (I still love him tho). I think ghost’s character is a really tricky one. in general, when writing ghost, I personally always lean towards the more cocky and confident ghost, who is using that touch of confidence as a facade to hide the fact that he sucks at letting people close, and sucks at discussing his feelings and thoughts and emotions in fear of losing those he cares about.

to me, ghost as a general character is someone who feels so much, continuously. when he loves, he loves with every fiber of his body. when he considers you a friend, he will do anything it takes for him to keep you safe. he just doesn't really know how to show all that love, or what to do with it.

that being said !! based on this general idea that I have of him as a character, what comes to pornstar!ghost, I think we’ll be seeing a lot of similarities in the way that he struggles with recognizing his feelings for the reader, and especially with discussing them to any capacity.

pornstar!ghost could literally be grinning like an idiot, his tummy full of butterflies from simply seeing that the two of you are scheduled to film together, and he’ll just think that he really enjoys his job, lmao. he does, of course, but… come on, ghost.

I think pornstar!ghost’s love languages for expressing his love for the reader will be mainly consisting of gift giving and acts of service, and what comes to him experiencing love from the reader (again, not that he realizes it) is by quality time and physical touch.

I think that’s one difference between canon ghost and pornstar!ghost: while I see canon ghost as someone who keeps a lot to himself, what comes to ps!ghost, he is constantly seeking for some level of physical touch, whether it’s his fingertips softly brushing against yours, his cock fucking in and out of you, or his lips pressing a kiss on your forehead or the back of your hand.

he’ll constantly seek for your company, too: dropping on set when you’re filming, taking you out for lunch after you’ve finished a rougher scene together, or hanging out with you when you’re getting your hair and makeup done before filming. just because being around you makes him feel warm, and grounded. happy.

I think Mikey doesn't cheat because he's lazy. The kinds of relationships he likes are ones of great emotional depth and the actual physical steps required to find someone suitable, hide it from you or eventually break it off is too much. Doesn't have the mental capacity for that level of espionage, the emotional strength to lie to someone's face like that. Toman Mikey does not have that dog in him, Draken has taught him too well. Bonten Mikey has no problem fucking other people however! Not a sad thought in his mind or tear in his eye, might even think about you while he's going at it and wonder if you'd notice the taste of someone else on his lips when he gets back to ya. Sanzu seems like a hopeless romantic with obsessive and possessive tendencies. I don't think he'd cheat but he also has high expectations and probably strict rules for a partner. Doesn't like overly friendly touches and certain attitudes.

Respectfully, I think Bonten Sanzu fucks other people and will laugh in your face about it. But his inclination to do it more rests solely on the idea of it bothering you; he likes making you upset and to some extent grows irritated with the idea he's so invested in you emotionally that a chunk of his pleasure is derived with tormenting you in such a way, but it's a vicious cycle... He finds a soft body to indulge in, but can't help but think of you while doing it.

Nahoya fucks man. I mean.. like I don't think he really pursues concrete relationships in the first place. He likes something ambiguous he can't put a name to, the fun of it is the attention, you know? It's the assurance of something he can come back to, because if nothing ever starts it can't end.

Souya is the complete opposite of his brother. Sometimes he can put in a lot of faith in little time, and he can turn up with the shit of the stick right - and it's the worst, because he can't help but be so genuine. He's just not a liar, doesn't have it in him really.

I think Draken is very loyal. I don't think he'd cheat like cheating on Emma with you or vice versa.

He's very reliable, he's sticking around just because he thinks it's the proper thing to do. Even if he was in love with someone else entirely, if he has an obligation to a partner he will honor that first and foremost.

I think that Baji is… questionable? It's not emotional cheating he'd participate in, I just feel like he's a simple-minded, high sex drive kinda guy. He'll feel... bad about hurting you so much, but also has trouble comprehending why it might hurt. He loves you, isn't that more important? If you don't care that he has sex with other people, y'all should be cool.

Kazutora is possessive above all. I think he considers you less and more about how he needs to keep you close to him more, and he really does like you, just works harder and not smarter.

I think takemitchy is very loyal.. but idk .... I feel like ....

He's only loyal to Hina because she's the only girl interested in him. I feel like if he had Catherine situation - like there was a girl trying to seduce him away from Hina, he'd eat some shit like that up. He's brainless. Not entirely a dick-thinker but he doesn't always use the right head you know???

Mitsuya and Chifuyu are pretty straight laced. Their dedication to people is obvious in canon relationships and I don't think much changes beyond that! I think they differ in their demonstrations of affection, however:

Mitsuya performs acts of service and is a huge gift giver, especially after he gets into design and fashion in his later years. Too often though, sometimes he can neglect a good old fashioned 'i love you' in favor of grandeur and extravagance. He hopes that in any case, you'll love the things he gives you - knowing he didn't get gifts a lot growing up, it's more important to him than you'd think.

Chifuyu is an opposite to him. He is very open with saying I love you to the point where he'll say it in front of other people and follow it up with a kiss (or six), and most regularly he can be overbearing with his PDA - forgoing gifts to emphasize spending time with you and physically being there for you.

CROWS AND LOVE LANGUAGES

Physical touch.

Am I surprised this one came on top for Jesper? Not at all.

In the show, Kit plays Jesper as someone who's VERY TACTILE and sensual at his core; experiencing the world primarily through bodily sensations.

His signature move? The pat on the shoulder. He does that to people he doesn't know that well (Arken). He also has no misgivings hugging strangers (Markus the circus guy).

He pats Wylan on the shoulder several times as they get to know each other, even holds his hand for the whole “Jesper Fahey, are you worried about me” conversation.

And when he and Wylan are figuring out their relationship, whenever Wylan's within touching distance, Jesper has an arm around his shoulders. When they first arrive in Shu Han, and Wylan is upset about Jesper finding out he can't read, you can tell how much the physical distance between them pains Jesper. Physical touch is a big part of how he seeks and gives reassurance and comfort, and not being able to do that makes him anxious. At the same time, he’s able to respect boundaries, and as much as I’m sure it must be difficult for him, he's able to refrain from touching Kaz.

His friendship with Inej also involves a lot of physical affection : hugging, face touching, forehead kissing. It’s also true in the books. I remember a scene, much like the one in the series, where Kaz wishes he could be like Jesper and spin Inej around in his arms. Jesper is about as tactile as Kaz isn't.

I’d argue that physical touch is also a big part of who BookJesper is. Let’s remember that in trying to figure out romantic chemistry between him and Wylan, a lot of it was riding on how it would feel to kiss Wylan (“it’s the kiss he’s been waiting for. It was prairie fire…”)

Words of affirmation

I marked that this one would come in third ; the poll put it in second place.

A love language is how you show love, and also how you want others to show you love. And I think Jesper craves words of affirmation. What makes me say that? His bragging and his cockiness.

He says : “I'm so handsome” because he wants to hear “you're handsome, Jesper.”

He says: “I’m fantastic” cause he wants to be told he's indeed fantastic and a good friend.

He says: “you're going to tell me you can't do this without me” because he wants Kaz to tell him “I can't do this without you because I value your skills and I love you like a brother”.

I'm not saying Jesper has low self-esteem, or confidence issues as such. He just wants to feel loved and appreciated through words. He's known to be a flirt, and seemingly good at it, so that means he has some talent when it comes to complimenting people. I persist to think, however, that in Jesper's case, his actions tend to speak louder than his words.

Acts of service

I thought acts of service would come in second place. As it turns out, it comes in third.

I think acts of service are a big part of Jesper's personality. He's very loyal, and he'd do anything for the people he cares about.

In the show, it transpires in his friendship with Inej. He offers to follow her to the Menagerie to watch her back. He agrees to kill someone for her, because she asks him to. Sure, he whines about it, but you know he's gonna show up when you need him to.

In the hallucination sequence, his mother tells Jesper “you risk your life for your friends all the time” and he replies “but they never ask me to”. And that's the definition of an act of service : giving something without the other having to ask, and not expecting anything in return.

I also think that giving Wylan a key to his room was much more about an act of service (providing a space where he'd feel at home) than about the key as a physical gift in itself.

Gepard

Earnest, earnest Geppie

I think his primary love language is probably acts of service

His entire life is about doing things and that probably extends to you

He's not a verbally expressive person and unfortunately he doesn't have as much time to spend with you, but he's always doing stuff in the time he does have

helping with dishes, making you breakfast before he leaves

If you have long hair, he braids it before bed

It's subtle, but there's no way to mistake his love for you

Sampo

Bastard (/half affectionate)

As much as I think he'd be a very touchy person, always hanging off your shoulders, playing with your hair, that's not his primary love language

No, the guy is always giving you gift, and usually in the most obnoxious way possible I mean it's Sampo we're talking about

This wouldn't be a issue, but this is Sampo we're talking about. 90% of his gifts (like pretty much anything else in his life) was scammed, conned, or all but stolen from someone else

Physical contact and maybe acts of service

The guy is not fully sane, so he's not very good at the other love languages

So he tends to be very touchy and a little possessive. If someone is teasing you, expect him to come up behind you, wrap his arms around you and glare at whoever the offender is

He doesn't say as much, but your touch makes him feel a little more human. When you touch him, he doesn't feel the need for Kafka's compulsion power as much--which makes Kafka very happy. She seems to be pretty fond of Blade after all.

What he also doesn't say is that thinking about coming home to your arms and your gentle hands makes him want to survive a little bit more

But as much as he doesn't say it, you can see it in the soft smile when he sees you and the way he leans into your touch

So if every now and then you have to tell him to back off--and he usually does--then it's worth it seeing him improve because of your presence

More tanthamore hcs to get you through the hiatus

- Jades love language is acts of service and kits is physical touch I think the show backs me up on this one.

- Kit is very pro PDA/ wants to touch Jade all the time, and Jades knightly duty instincts tell her it’s absolutely unacceptable to be seen doing that with the princess (but also like she totally wants to). So basically it balances out into the perfect amount of PDA, little touches, flirty looks, just being comfortable in each others presence. Like painfully obvious but not overbearing.

HOTD HEADCANNONS

---

I would like to note I haven't exactly finished got or hotd, but I do know the spoilers.

I just have a hard time watching shows for a long period of time, but I will eventually get to it until then. Here's my gender neutral reader headcannons on HOTD characters thus far.

Also, I'm very conflicted on some characters ermm (daemon and aegon ii) turns around. But in the faith of you guys... I guess I'll engage. If some of your favorite characters aren't here, just request them!!

Reader is non-specific, and no pronouns are used within this! It's implied that the reader is of a Noble House (ex. lannister, stark, mytrell, baratheon, etc)

ALICENT HIGHTOWER

Alicent would sure be a devoted and lovely wife. She puts her trust in you, does her duties, and is a very witful person.

Very religious to the faith would want a partner to at least respect her faith between the new gods.

Her favorite nicknames for you would be "Dove, Sweeting, Jewel and Darling"

Brings a very soothing maternal presence, it feels like you can tell her anything, and she would give you advice without judgment.

Presses gentle kisses onto your face if you were to leave to do training or something of the sort.

Very protective over you as well, even if she's not equipped with weaponry well. If she has to defend you, she definitely will.

Even if she's upset with your decisions, she would always be there and treat you no differently.

Her favorite sound is your laughter. Her love for you brightens every time she hears that laugh of yours.

She is not the best at expressing herself when it comes down to feelings, but she tries.

Her love languages would be acts of service and words for affirmations. She cares more about kind words and gestures than gifts.

AEGON II TARGARYEN

Oh boy.. Aegon is a quite difficult one to especially with all of the drinking and brothels he devotes his time too.

It definitely will not be an easy time being his lover. His issues strive from the pressure and weight of being the rightful 'king' (ermmm okay aegon) mainly steming from his mother (love u Ali tho) and grandsire.

He only really thinks you're there for a way to either gain power or his cock which (let's be fr nobody want all that) Sex is one thing, love and trust is whole other thing.

I feel like he would be pretty needy stemming from how his father neglects him.

He has his moods and his moments, I bet you could console him quite easily although.

A very tactical lover always has to be touching you in some way. He craves to be held while you're in bed together, but he will never admit that.

Alicent would have to give him advice on how to treat you properly cause Lord Save us all he would not be a good partner.

Will not be faithful to you.. sorry not sorry

HELAENA TARGARYEN

Helaena has her quirks nonetheless, but that doesn't stop her from being a genuine good soul. She's a sweetheart in all honestly.

Helaena is a very curious girl. If you haven't originated from King's landing, I'm sure she would love to hear about your heritages.

She just needs someone to listen to her, about her bugs and about her riddles.

I believe she would tell you all about insects, I also think she would embroiderate insect brooches for you to wear proudly onto your coats.

I also believe she would tell you what insect really reminds her of you. Explaining why, in all detail, why she sees you as such.

I believe she would go to you to reconcile her about her visions as you're the only real one to understand her dismay.

I would suggest giving kindness back and start to court the princess.

I also would like to believe she's a huge bookworm, especially about mythology or nature.

Her love languages would be gift giving and quality time. She appreciates your company even if you both have nothing to say.

Patience is very key here. She doesn't like physical touch, and when she wants it, let her initiate it first. She doesn't like sudden loud noises or touches it makes her overwhelmed.

I believe she might be a poet as well from all of her riddles. She might journal to explore her dragon dreams and her other thoughts, respectively.

Over time, I think she would be the one to initiate small touches such as hands brushing against each other, small hugs, gentle kisses upon the cheeks, forehead, and lips.

bestest girl to you and will always be willing to listen to your thoughts and feelings.

AEMOND TARGARYEN

Aemond will not be easy to love. After losing his eye, he had changed. He wasn't the sweet boy of his mother it was like he did a whole 180.

He will form a bond with you, and it will be VERYY slowburn.

He spends his time training, sparing, reading, and educating and doing all of the things Aegon doesn't do. (Which is a lot thx egg ig) I don't think he would be fond of you first it's like hes a thorn in your backside.

I feel like I would relate him to Daemon in the way that love doesn't come too easy for him.

He is quite wary of people, and at the beginning, you'll never see him without his eyepatch. It takes a lot of time for him to trust you with seeing his abnormality. He finds himself disgusting, I think only time will get him to find that his eye isn't ugly.

Also, a very jealous person, quick to anger to quick to act with emotions.

However, once you catch his eye. He'll come a bit possessive yet passionate towards you.

I feel like he would be very grateful if you were to meet Vhagar for the first time as Vhagar is almost like his second home.

He isn't used to kindness that doesn't come from his mother and sister.

A very observant lover loves to study your body language as he admires your features.

Paranoid that you'll find him ugly without his eyepatch on. He will mostly hide his scar the best he can, even if it's unbearable, or he will continue wearing it while he's aching.

RHAENYRA TARGARYEN

She would be the most loving partner, Even with all of her duties as Heir/Queen, she will always make time for you and her family.

I feel as if her love would be very maternal in a way(?) Honestly, like she would check up on you and make sure you're doing well. After a long way, she would lay with you, her hands gently massaging your scalp, and she reads a book.

I believe she would want someone who would not only protect her but her children as well. Not that she needs protecting. It's just a loyalty sort of thing.

Speaking of children, I feel like she would want for her lover to not only accept the boys in open arms but to be a parent figure of sorts.

Extremely loyal in the sense of defending your name.

I believe her love languages would be: physical touch, words of affirmations, and acts of services.

She's a very passionate and romantic lover. She tends to you when she can and makes sure to check in with you a lot.

I feel like she would talk about rumors and stuff going on in court with you, wanting to hear how you would approach the situation and your thoughts about it in general.

DAEMON TARGARYEN

Daemon is a very complicated man in general. Gaining his trust will be one thing. His love? Another.

He is known for preferring old valyria descendents, he has a common way of going to brothels and fucking whores. A marriage or love between him will not be an easy one.

The Rogue Prince is known to be unpredictable and harsh with his methods. I would use this to your advantage.

Your marriage/love will not be perfect as the blood of the dragon is strong. He might be yours, but he's a dragon first.

I feel like he would hold walls to withdraw from the emotions he deems as weak. Cracking these walls is a task end of itself. However, patience will be key. You might have to muster some dragonfire from yourself, I think he prefers to have someone who can manage his fire, but who can also light fire themselves.

He is a very difficult man with strange needs, I think it's best to meet with his roots. Learning High Valyrian, meeting 'The Blood Wyrm', conditioning old valyrian values. That's the best bet to really gain structure into this relationship.

He will not be tied down by marriage duty. He craves excitement and bloodshed. You will have to acknowledge that.

The best way to bond with him is to sit down into bed and let him read to you of his heritage. He's very proud of it, and nothing will stop that. I think another way to strengthen the relationship is to take flights with him and caraxes.

Once you worked past the walls, he had bulit. I think he would shower you in gifts when he returns from whatever blood 'The Dark Sister' craves. Since it's Daemon, I would probably think sex too ..

His love language will definitely be physical touch. He craves of you at his side, his favorite thing to map out the little 'imperfections' by roaming his hands across your body, spreading sweet kisses as he whispers sweet nothings in high valyrian into your ear.

His favorite nicknames for you would be "my love," "Perzītsos (little flame)," "jorrāeliarza (beloved)"

He's definitely not an easy man, but he will go to hell and back for you. He has odd ways of showing his gratitude and love. However, that will never stop him from unconditionally loving you.

I also assume he would be possessive and easy to anger. Don't get me started on his jealousy. This man does not like other lords or ladies even looking at his beloved.

JACAERYS VELARYON

This boy is a splitting image of his mother. He's a very loyal man towards his partner. He devotes his time to his duties as heir and as well to spend time with you.

He is quite the gentleman, and assuming you're betrothed to him, he will willingly court you generously.

He showers you with love and loyalty, making sure you're comfortable with him and will never pressure you into something you don't wish to endure.

He showers you with gifts and always listens to your thoughts and feelings.

He wants to spend as much time as he possibly can with being heir, wherever you go he follows.

His gaze always lingers onto you. This man stares at you like you're a part of the gods. He always admires you.

He LOVES to give compliments about your appearance and outfits all the TIME. He loves to praise his beloved, and he makes sure you know how much you mean to him.

Is always touching you in some way, even if it's as simple as your hand brushing against his.
