Item I made for my character Aster who is a psionic caster; but I modified it for other people to use if they would like!

The ------ Promise

Uncommon

This hair stick is designed to harbor the spirit of a coatl inside of it. As an item given as a token of love and promises, a sure way to never lose communication with that person; it is truly a gift. Made of gems and hardened colored glass, it chimes softly like a wind chime, offering comfort on your journeys that you're one message away from those important to you.

Activate the bonus to this item by speaking to it and naming the recipient. This coatl shifts to what seems like life. Separating from the perch on the hair stick and flying to the clouds where it disappears into the atmosphere. The message will arrive in your voice in which the person may respond. This functions quickly, giving you an answer as soon as it can once the person has responded.

Or if you deem you want to send a message in private, rather than speech; write a letter and speak its chosen term. It will then shift to its life like form as it does with the other but deliver the letter as well. Also, returning as soon as the letter has been received and if they have a response to bring.

The final bonus is a +1 or 2 (depending on dm) to your casting slot list.

Horny Potion

Potion, rare

A shimmering potion with dull colours. Smells like mint and is mostly tasteless, though some vague notes of grass and lemon can be found.

Effects: turns the drinker into a random horned animal for 1d4 hours. This effect takes 10 minutes to kick in. Roll a d20 on the horny table to see which animal the drinker turns into. Drinking multiple potions at once allows the effect to be prolonged with 1d4 hours for every potion drunk. Drinking a horny potion while already under the effect of a horny potion resets the effect: 10 minutes after the second potion is drunk, the drinker will once again turn into a random horned animal for 1d4 hours.

Cloak of Daggers

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a rogue)

A foreboding cloak that has many sharp edges available at a moment’s notice. There is very little that is subtle about the appearance of this cloak. It’s made for the utility of those that do their best not to be seen in the first place. One thing is for sure, while you’re wearing one of these, the tools of a rogue’s brutal trade are never far away. While attuned to this cloak, you can retrieve a spectral dagger from it at any time during your turn. You can do this a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus. Spectral daggers grant a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with them. These spectral daggers stay magically stuck in enemies when you hit with an attack with them and cannot be removed until they vanish 10 minutes later. While wearing this cloak you can use an action to spin in place, whirling the daggers on the bottom of the cloak outward. All creatures within 5 feet of you must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw taking 1d4+1 magical piercing damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. If a creature has one of your spectral daggers stuck in them, they also take magical piercing damage equal to your sneak attack damage and the spectral dagger then vanishes.

As an action you can spend one charge to make a creature you can see within 30 feet make a DC 13 charisma save or invert it's alignment for 1 hour. If the target passes the save or the hour ends then they are immune to this effect for a full day.

Ash & Dust

Scythe (Finesse, two-handed), Very rare (Requires attunement)

Damage. This weapon does 1d8 slashing damage. 

When you attune to this finely crafted scythe, you are considered to be proficient with it. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While attuned to this weapon, your skin becomes pale and your face turns gaunt. You gain advantage on Intimidation skill checks. When you hit with an attack with this weapon, you can choose to do necrotic damage instead of slashing. 

Ashes to Ashes. If a creature is below half of its hit point total when hit with an attack with this weapon, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 4d6 necrotic damage. 

Dust to Dust. When you hit a creature with an attack with this weapon roll 2d100. If the results of the rolls are the same number, the creature hit with this attack dies instantly and cannot be resurrected by any means other than a Wish spell.

Simply referred to as drop among alchemists, this potion is brewed by exposing the contained magical liquid to a droplhorse's luminescent light. Described as being mentally uplifting and often used for amusement purposes, the drop bears the danger of quick dehydration while bestowing the ability to smoothly fly and swim alike.
