Ngl, a bit sad we don't have as much as excitement for this year's Gromversary but I kinda understand, hiatus, the impending possible ultimate end of the series on the Horizon, w.worms (hm.), and it has been 2 years. But still. Grom was and still is a big deal!

It's been said a lotta times before but Grom was like legitimately a mark in history. We still had a fairly good sized fanbase but after Grom, it exploded! And with good reason to. I know some will complain about how it attracted more annoying fans but ultimately it was for the better!

It's why TOH has had the biggest online fanbase of disney cartoons ever since Grom and Agony of a Witch. Hell, we just got data from some network thing that it ranked 3 on children's most demanded television broadcasting!!! 3!!! Only outranked by Seasame Street and SpongeBob!!! That's huge!!!!!

It seriously is like Steven Universe's fanbase at it's prime, which is saying a lot for since SU had multiple con panels, an entire podcast dedicated to it, 3 full scale video games with 2 being on the Switch (also other consoles but ey c'mon) and so much more, and that was partly in due to how much fan support it got.

Grom may not be the best episode (well, to yall, I'm built different, dont ask me whats my fav tho), but it's presence should be respected, especially as a disney show, even if ya hate the show. Which. There are a lot of lmao. Including disney.

I guess I'm also trying to say that everyone should keep supporting the show in anyway possible! Make fanart, post theories and meta commentaries, keep up the random memes and video compilations of your favorite moments, make cosplays and any kind of fanmerch, tune into the PostHoot, literally just support the show in anyway possible!!!

I don't even usually like canon, already established ships much, even if they're sapphic. I mean I wouldn't hate them, I'm always happy for more rep! But I dont usually fixate over them. There truly is something more to be desired when it comes to non-canon side ships. So I honestly wouldn't have minded if Chaggie weren't the most popular. But to see so much hate over it is the frustrating part. They coulda just ignored the ship. Why is there any need to be so vocal about their hatred of it?

Personally I'm puzzled how people could hate them so much for being wholesome. That's their best charm to me specifically because of the kind of show they star in. Such a pure love between an angel and demon who both reside in Hell of all places is both ironically funny and utterly romantic to me.

i'm so impressed by how he got blindsided by a Full Lore Mode angry q!bad and kept his cool, and worked to communicate, and admitted when qbad had a good idea about the voting (qbad could NEVER), and went and got Cellbit when he realized the language barrier was too much. absolute king shit over there. like here he is trying to legit make the server better on a meta level and gets blindsided by q!bad's lore problems and he rolled with it so so well. he's doing legit such a good job for the server

and this is like- me being a bad fan, and i know it was an accident, but im very grateful to him for how that shook out. every time bad starts to get a little lore moment or something dramatic for his storyline, it fizzles out or gets overtaken by something else. cc!bad has been doing a great job with his storytelling/roleplaying and building up a narrative of feeling unappreciated/like a helping object instead of a person (and i could GUSH about the parallels between qbad and qforever and how they recognized those feelings in each other) but!! the point is that cc!forever did it. even accidentally. he created a catalyst event that could finally get my favourite little cubito off of his rocker (FINALLY), and bad is a good person to get off of his rocker. this is going to be a gorgeous little storyline that i am going to enjoy so so much. forever wanted to do good for the server and the story and by god he has done it
