I was stopped on the way and-", you burst into the middle of Snape's class, your bag almost falling off your shoulder while the books you are holding in front of your chest almost fall to the floor after entering the room with such momentum, your tie hanging loosely around your neck since you were just tying it. At this moment, all eyes are on you, but you can't even fully excuse your mistake when Professor Snape immediately interrupts you, his gaze unrelenting.

"Ms. Y/L/N, I'm glad you still managed to grace us with your presence today. However, I wish that you didn't interrupt my lesson so disrespectfully", Professor Snape reprimands you and looks down on you, arms crossed in front of his body. "Sit down."

Immediately doing as he says, you almost trip over your own feet on the way to your empty seat and sink into your chair next to Angelina Johnson as quietly as possible. The looks that have followed you this far still remain on you and Snape also seems to have something more to add, given the expression on his face. Waiting for him to deduct double-digit points from Slytherin, you do not move and stubbornly stare back at him.

"Besides, I didn't know you switched houses", Snape remarks, an eyebrow raised as his, and everyone else's, gaze slowly moves down to your neck. Frantically, you look down at yourself and are shocked to find that the tie around your neck does not match your usual house colors - silver and green. The tie you are wearing today is a Gryffindor one, and that can only mean..

"Sir-"

"As I already told Mr. Weasley", Snape spits out his name, gaze quickly shifting to Fred, who is sitting right behind you, making you feel even smaller. "I would much prefer you in your actual house colors", he continues, embarrassing not only you but also Fred in front of the entire class. Whispers erupt around you. Mortified, you loosen Fred's tie and feel the heat rise to your cheeks, thinking back to how you even ended up accidentally swapping your ties in the first place.

Last night you sneaked into his room illegally, staying there until the early hours of the morning before making your way back to your common room, and nobody was supposed to ever know anything about you or what was going on between the two of you. Well, at least that was the plan until today but the situation right now no longer leaves any room for speculation.

Clearing your throat quietly and trying to hide your heated cheeks, you turn to your boyfriend, who, unlike you, seems to find the situation quite amusing and holds out your tie to you with a playful grin on his lips. Hesitantly, you snatch it out of his hand while he pulls his out of yours, not breaking eye contact.

"Uh uh uh, you got it, Weasley!", comes a voice from the back corner, presumably one of Fred's friends who clearly enjoys the situation way too much as well. You shyly turn to face the front again after receiving a playful wink from your boyfriend, avoiding Professor Snape's blank stare as you wrap your own tie around your neck.

"Now that we have sorted that out, I don't want to hear any more about it. Turn to page 394", Snape instructs and thunderous rustling follows. You absently open your own book, but the words on the pages make no sense to you, your head is overflowing with thoughts about what will happen next, especially concerning your relationship with Fred.

As Snape writes something on the board using magic, your attention is caught when a small dragon made of paper lands on your book in front of you. Looking around carefully and making sure Snape is not looking at you, you open the message inside. Written on it in scraggly writing, that you can immediately identify as Fred's, is:

Your cheeks immediately turn a deep shade of red again, but your heart also beats faster because Fred knows you so well that he immediately knew what was happening in your mind. And suddenly it does not feel too bad anymore that your secret is out. You no longer have to hide, even if you are still a bit worried about other people's reactions. A Gryffindor and a Slytherin? That is indeed a pretty unusual couple.

With your heart racing, you clutch the piece of paper to your chest and turn to your boyfriend, who seems to have been looking at you the whole time already. The smile on Fred's lips transfers to yours and when he stretches his hand across his table, you do not even hesitate for a second and place your hand in his.

"Mr. Weasley, Ms. Y/L/N!", Snape's voice suddenly destroys your moment and you sit up straight again, facing forward. "All right, which of your houses should I deduct points from now?"

And even though all the other students comment the final point deduction from both houses with displeasure, you can no longer suppress the smile on your lips. Finally, you and Fred can be together without having to hide and this is just the beginning of your story.

Para vocês que chegaram agora, eu vou explicar a situação. Eu tive a brilhante ideia de namorar um dos irmãos mais velhos de Gina, Fred Weasley. Ontem à noite, eu e Hermione estávamos conversando e eu mencionei que sentia falta dele, das nossas conversas. O problema é que Gina ouviu, o que nos levou a essa situação.

— Eu não quero falar sobre isso, Gina. Vou pedir só mais uma vez. Por favor. – Desço as escadas e vou em direção à sala com as meninas logo atrás de mim.

Harry, Ron e Hermione já conseguiram dormir, eu estou olhando o céu pela janela do quarto há algum tempo, o estresse da luta contra os comensais e a preocupação não me deixaram dormir. Eu me levanto e desço as escadas, talvez consiga esvaziar a mente mudando de ambiente e verificando se os gêmeos estão bem.

George havia adormecido no sofá e Fred jamais deixaria o irmão sozinho, então eles dormiram nos sofás da sala. Assim que cheguei no final da escada, percebi que um dos meninos estava acordado.

— Ei – chamei a atenção dele em um tom baixo para não acordar os outros.

— Ei, não conseguiu dormir? – Era George. Ele fez menção de se sentar, mas eu cheguei até o sofá antes.

— Não precisa levantar, você tem que descansar e não, não consegui. – Uso minha varinha para limpar a faixa em volta da cabeça dele. — Ainda dói?

George olha para mim com um sorriso provocador. — Esqueceu quem eu sou mulher? Um arranhão desse não pode me derrubar.

Reviro os olhos e realizo um feitiço de cura para ajudar com o ferimento, coloco minha varinha na mesa de centro e me sento ao dele no chão. Ficamos conversando assim por algum tempo, talvez mais de uma hora, um George sonolento fazendo piadas mesmo em um momento ruim, eu apoiada no sofá e os dois tentando segurar as risadas para não levarmos bronca da Sra.Weasley.

— Ei... Sinto muito pela nossa amizade ter ficado estranha, é só que... eu não sei, não sabia como agir depois do término de vocês.

— Tudo bem. Eu senti falta de poder conversar com você. – Nas últimas semanas, sempre que eu e os gêmeos estávamos na mesma sala, um silêncio desconfortável se instalava.

— Também senti sua falta idiota, e sabe... – Vejo George indicar com a cabeça na direção de Fred. — Eu não fui o único.

— Ah, é? Ele te falou isso? – Pergunto cética, desviando o olhar. George se levantou e sentou ao meu lado com um sorriso brincalhão.

— Sim, mas não conte a ele que eu te disse.

Meu coração acelera com o pensamento de Fred admitindo sentir minha falta, mas não adianta muito se ele não admitiu isso para mim. George estava tentando abafar uma risada quando se encolheu do meu lado e soltou um grunhido de dor.

— O que foi Georgie? – Pego minha varinha e sussurro um “Lumos”, iluminando a sala.

— Hum, foi só uma pontada de dor – Alguns ruídos podem ser ouvidos atrás de nós, George olha por cima da minha cabeça e dá um sorriso amarelo, acompanho o olhar dele e vejo um Fred confuso e recém-acordado. — Oh te acordamos, bela adormecida? – George zomba enquanto Fred se senta no sofá, deixando o cobertor cair no chão e resmunga um confuso "Que horas são?"

— Vocês que estão fazendo barulho? Por que estão acordados a essa hora? – Ele pisca algumas vezes, ainda se acostumando com a claridade na sala. De repente, os olhos de Fred se arregalam, e posso dizer que qualquer vestígio de sono que ele tinha desapareceu. — George está bem? Aconteceu alguma coisa?

— Sim, não se preocupe, eu não consegui dormir então estávamos conversando. Desculpe pelos barulhos – Posso ver Fred relaxando lentamente. Se eu fiquei preocupada quando soube sobre George, imagine ele.

— Tudo bem, eu já dormi o suficiente – Ele se inclina para pegar o cobertor do chão e se cobrir novamente. Dormir, até o momento eu não tinha percebido o quão cansada estava. Não parece uma má ideia dormir aqui. — Daqui a pouco vai amanhecer... O que vocês estavam fazendo? Tipo, vocês estão juntos aqui a quanto tempo?

Um brilho podia ser visto nos olhos de George antes dele responder. — Ah o pequeno girassol aqui estava cuidando de mim, ela é uma ótima doutora.

Eu não consegui realmente acompanhar a conversa, aparentemente Fred fechou a cara com o comentário de George. Agora eles estavam se irritando e rindo mais alto do que deviam.

Fred's POV

Um brilho travesso passou pelos olhos de George antes dele soltar — Ah, o pequeno girassol aqui estava cuidando de mim, ela é uma ótima doutora.

Sem perceber, franzo o cenho, assistindo a interação entre eles. 'Pequeno girassol'? 'cuidando de mim'? — Você já é um homem crescido, não consegue se cuidar sozinho não? – A risada dele ecoava pela sala.

— Não precisa ficar assim, eu deixo você cuidar de mim também.

Solto um "idiota", incapaz de segurar a risada. George se levanta do chão devagar e volta a deitar no sofá. Meus olhos vagam pela sala e vejo que o “pequeno girassol” está quieto demais, um sorriso ilumina meu rosto quando percebo que ela está dormindo, apoiada no sofá em uma posição um tanto desconfortável.

Me levanto e passo um braço ao redor das suas costas e deslizo o outro por debaixo das pernas, tentando não perturbar o sono tranquilo dela. Com cuidado, eu a ergo nos meus braços e ela se aninha contra mim, descansando o rosto na curva do meu pescoço.

Sua respiração suave faz meu próprio fôlego travar por um momento. Congelo no lugar, percebendo agora o quão perto nos estamos. Me viro devagar e coloco ela no sofá, assim que tenho certeza que ela está em uma posição confortável, me sento em frente ao sofá sem conseguir tirar os olhos dela.

Ela se mexeu um pouco e sem pensar duas vezes, estiquei a mão para afastar alguns fios de cabelo de cabelo que tinham caído em seu rosto.

De repente, um grito ecoou atrás de nós, George e eu nos levantamos apressadamente, tentando localizar a origem do som...

The scenery at the burrow is up to you but I just wanna add this little thing- she and Arthur get along well since she's a muggle. Atleast for an hour each time she's there she introduces Arthur to her mini muggle toys (lego, race car kit, UNO) and they play til she has to go home

Coming back to the Burrow - Fred's home - has developed into one of your favorite things to do since the beginning of your relationship

It always feels like coming home, even though it technically isn't your home

The first time, you were extremely stressed out

Fred had to assure you at least a hundred times that his parents and siblings will love you and that you have nothing to worry about

He was correct, however, entering their Gryffindor household as a Slytherin made you freak out

Usually, you are very laid back and there is not a lot that can stress you out, but that day turned you into the complete oppositie of what you thought you were

The more you went there, the more you were integrated into the family

Now, you are seen as an equal member and an integral part to the weasleys

It warms your heart every time when Fred's mother, once again, cooks the most delicious dinner for her big family, always considering your likes and dislikes as well

She even went ahead and bought you your favorite muggle snack

How she knew that? You have no idea

All you know is that it's not only you who loves the snack, but Arthur Weasley does so too

And whenever he gets the chance, he will ask you about everything related to the muggle world

What is a spork? Why do you have signs across the street for cars? Or what even is the real use of a broom?

You heard all of these questions before and you were always more than happy to answer every single one of them

Seeing Arthur being this interested in your world makes you feel kind of proud

And it makes you feel appreciated in some kind of way

In addition, he always seems really happy whenever you can bring some light onto the mysterious things the muggle world produced, thus you gladly tell him everything you know

That one time Fred thought his father was asking you enough questions, but he didn't even listen to him and just kept asking why rubber ducks are such a big deal in the human world

A different time, you even got Arthur a Hot Wheel and he couldn't stop talking about it the whole evening, making every single one of his family members - including you - play with it at least once

He was so fascinated and since you made him happy with it, it made you happy in reverse

You don't know what you did in your previous life to deserve to have these amazing people in your life

But you couldn't be more glad

And you are sure that you will never leave this family

Enxergo o Andrew como uma pessoa carismática e popular, não por ser o mais bonito ou mais pegador, mas pela animação, o sorriso largo e contagiante, as festas que dava na casa dos pais, e por simplesmente ser extrovertido e ser bom em lidar com as pessoas. Ele pode ter perdido um pouco disso com o tempo, após o envolvimento com drogas e, possivelmente, pessoas que levaram ele para esse universo, mas imagina que sempre houve uma centelha de um magnetismo que ele tinha em chamar atenção e conquistar as pessoas. Sua irresponsabilidade e sua inconsequência eram seus piores defeitos na época de escola, na visão dos pais, professores e até alguns amigos. No entanto, ele aprendeu a ser um pouco mais consciente com a maturidade e a obrigação de se manter em um emprego, por mais que o trabalho envolvesse algo que ele adorava: festas. O problema foi quando voltou a ter recaídas em seu vício em drogas - era difícil se manter limpo frequentando certas festas em Nova York. Teve problemas no trabalho, mas nada que sua confiança e boa lábia não resolvessem, a sua impaciência ficando mais evidente com a abstinência, e só haviam duas pessoas no mundo com quem realmente se importava: a namorada e a irmã. Alexandra, inclusive, por pouco não se tornou uma inimiga, não fosse pelos comentários dos próprios pais, que mais pareciam querer torná-los rivais do que amigos.
