"Cancer, Sagittarius!” Three new, small voices shouted, cutting Ciara off. “Look at what we found!”

Cancer looked behind Ciara, Ciara turning around to look as well. The Gemini twins—Solana and Luna—and Leo came running in, Leo holding something in her small paws. As soon as they saw Ciara, they all immediately stopped, all of them seemingly trying to hide behind each other so Ciara wouldn't stare at them.

Ciara awkwardly waved towards the three kids. "Hi guys." The Gemini twins timidly waved back. Leo nodded her head, keeping her hands closed.

Cancer walked forward, her many legs kneeling down in order to look the trio in the eyes. "Whatcha got for me?"

Leo very cautiously opened her hands, revealing what was hiding inside. A vibrant purple butterfly was perched on her palm, its wings fluttering gently.

"Whoa," Ciara whispered, fearing if she made any loud noises it would fly away. Sagittarius nodded, impressed.

"Very beautiful butterfly, you three." He said, watching the butterfly crawl around on Leo's hand. Then he waved towards the door. "Now set it free. We wouldn't want to trap such a pretty thing indoors."

Leo nodded, and carefully made her way outside.

"Guys! Wait up!" Yet another voice said, approaching them. "Oop, pardon me, Leo. Guys!"

A girl, seeming to be around Ciara's age, rushed into the room. She had long, curly brown hair, and was pushing herself in using a wheelchair. "Oh. Who's this?"

Solana ran up to the girl, taking one of her hands. "Auriga, this is Ciara! She's a visitor from another Astral Plane!"

"She likes the butterfly we found!" Luna said, running up and taking Auriga's other hand. "And she also has a cool sword!"

Auriga nodded, looking up at Ciara. "Interesting. And what does Leo think about her?"

"I think she's cool!" Leo said, reappearing at the doorway. "Guys, we should show her the treasure trove!"

"That's a great idea!" Luna said, Solana nodding along.

The small lion Zodiac turned to Ciara. "Do you...do you wanna see my treasure vault?"

Don't trust her, don't trust her, don't trust Leo. Ciara's thoughts ran wild, screaming at her not to take Leo's outstretched hand, crying out, traitor, traitor, TRAITOR.

Despite the rush of blood in her ears, Ciara took the girl's small hand. "Yeah. Let's go."

"Bye Sagittarius!"

"Bye Cancer!"

"Have a nice time," Cancer said, waving cheerfully as the small group departed. Sagittarius nodded in acknowledgement before turning back to the pile of swords.

"So...what's it like where you're from?" Leo asked, gently swinging Ciara's hand back and forth as they walked. The twins were walking in front of them, chattering animatedly with Auriga.

"It's uh...well, where I'm from, the Zodiacs are kings and queens. Each of them rules their own kingdom and commands their own subjects," Ciara said, pretending that the threat of civil war and invasion from demons wasn't a constant, overhanging threat. After all, how would you explain such things to a child?

"Wow! I wanna rule my own kingdom!" Leo said enthusiastically. "What's your Leo like in your world? I bet he's super cool!"

"Uh—" Ciara stopped, stark-still. "Um."

Leo, Leo, Leo, oh, what happened to you? Where did you go wrong? Why did you have to do the things you did?

"Did—did I say something wrong?" Leo asked, glancing up at her worriedly.

"No, no," Ciara said, reassuring her. "Just thinking. His kingdom is centered around theater. He likes to put on plays and shows."

Leo gasped with glee. "Like Capricorn! He has a theater! Sometimes he puts on shows for us."

"I guess like that, yeah."

The small group stopped outside an enormous golden lion statue. In the center of its chest, there was a large stone door. Leo held up a finger before letting out the loudest roar Ciara had ever heard, seeming to shake her very eardrums. The statue's eyes glowed with golden light, and it echoed back the roar, destroying Ciara's ears even more.

The great stone door slid up, opening the way to a passageway sloping downwards. "C'mon!" Leo said, running through. The Gemini twins giggled and ran after her. Auriga wheeled herself behind them.

Ciara looked up, cautiously, unsure if the door would slam down on her the second she stepped through like a guillotine. She stepped over the threshold, and thankfully, she was not guillotined.

The passageway began sloping downwards, the group's footsteps echoing on the stone path. They kept going down and down, until the floor began leveling out.

"Whoa," Ciara said as they entered an enormous room, lined with shelves of jewelry and racks of weapons. There was also, inexplicably, an enormous pile of gold coins stacked in the back of the room. Everything seemed to radiate with golden light.

"What do you think?" Leo asked excitedly, as the Gemini twins oohed and aahed over the trinkets.

"So...shiny," Ciara simply said, awestruck. "I don't think we have anything like this, not even in Virgo's kingdom."

"Does your Virgo keep a lot of treasure?" Solana asked. "Our Virgo handles law stuff! Or something like that. Luna, do you remember what Virgo does?"

"Uhhh, she does the court cases?" Luna half asked, half said, shrugging. "A lot of boring adult stuff. Libra helps her."

"Law enforcement," Auriga said, placing a tiny crown on Solana's head and then doing the same with Luna. "She and Libra are the only overseers of justice in an...otherwise lawless land."

"Huh. Virgo and Libra actually don't talk that much in my world," Ciara said, picking up a stray gold coin and idly flipping it up into the air. "Usually, the earth Zodiacs and air Zodiacs don't like each other that much. Oh, except for Gemini and Virgo. They're like mother and daughter."

"Really?" Luna asked, looking up from the necklace she was fiddling with.

"What are we like in your world?" Solana asked, twirling a small bracelet around her finger. "What do we do?"

"Um. In my world, you're one person." Ciara sheepishly waved her hands back and forth, not quite knowing how to explain it. At the twins' confused looks, she elaborated further. "So, like, imagine you two, right? Smush your souls together. That's my Gemini. Two souls in one body. And the two souls combine to make one, bigger soul."

"Ohhh." Both twins nodded in understanding.

"And my Gemini's pretty awesome. She's like my big sister." Ciara fidgeted with the snake tooth necklace Gemini had made for her.

"I wanna meet her!" Solana said enthusiastically. "She seems so cool."

"There is a way to get from our world to your world, right?" Luna said, sitting up straighter. "After all, you're here, right? There's gotta be some way to travel between realms."

"Uhhh...we'll see." Ciara shrugged. I don't even know if there is a way to get these guys to my own realm. It was a miracle I even ended up here.

Luna pointed to Auriga, who was sitting in the corner and admiring the large stack of gold coins. "What about Auriga? What's she like in your world?"

"Auriga is Aquarius' younger brother, and her charioteer. I don't really talk with him, though. But he's a nice guy." Ciara squinted at this Auriga and the intricately designed wheelchair she was sitting on. "Is your wheelchair like your chariot? Cause that's pretty cool."

Auriga nodded. "Mhm! It can also go into racecar mode. I use it to roam around. But I also mostly rescue these rascals." She nodded towards the twins.

"Our Auriga's our companion constellation!" Solana said. "She's like our big sister!"

"Sometimes I feel like I'm your babysitter, if I'm being honest." Auriga chuckled.

"Noooooo! We love you!" Both twins scrambled over to give Auriga a hug, all three of them laughing.

"Leo? Leo? Oh, there you are!" A small voice shouted, heading towards them.

A smaller, paler lion was running down the passageway. He was wearing the thing Egyptian pharaohs wore—it was called a neme, which was one of the few pieces of information that Ciara retained from eighth grade world history—and he was carrying a tiny crook.

"Mini!" The tiny lion ran into Leo's arms, and she patted his head affectionately. "This is Leo Minor, but I call him Mini for short."

"Awww." Ciara was unable to stop herself from leaning forward and petting Mini's soft head. "So cute!"

"I'm not cute!" Mini pouted, looking up at Ciara. He barely came up to Ciara's waist, and looking at the small lion made Ciara laugh even more.

"I'm one of the main keepers of this vault!" Mini said, wriggling away from Ciara. "I'm very important!"

"Can you tell me about the relics in this vault then?" Ciara asked, genuinely interested now. She was a sucker for any relic infodumping.

"Ooh, I can!" Mini ran around on his stubby legs, pointing to the relics that were labeled. "These guys are actual constellations. This is Crater, the cup. And this is Caelum and and Sculptor, the chisel and sculptor's tools."

"Interesting. What about those two?" Ciara asked, pointing to a set of two crowns.

"Oh! That's Corona Borealis and Corona Australis, the southern and northern crowns! Very important, those two are."

"I remember those two!" Leo said. "Libra said that they used to be kept in the mausoleum until...something bad happened?"

"Someone stole something," Luna said. "Something important. A mirror, I think?"

"Urania's mirror," Auriga said. "Really important relic."

"I thought we moved the relics because they were getting corrupted?" Solana asked, confused now. "Not because they were getting stolen?"

"Corruption? Cassie explained that to me..." Gears began to turn in Ciara's head. "Wait...she said that corruption was caused by Void magic...Scorpio's somehow connected with Void magic...is that why you all don't like Scorpio? Cause he somehow messed up something important with his Void magic?"

Everyone stared at her.

"That...that sounds really similar to what the adults say," Leo said in a small voice. "All we know is that Scorpio did do something bad with his Void magic and now he spends all his time out in the Voidlands."

"What does he do there?" Ciara asked, her eyebrows drawing together.

Solana shrugged. "We don't know. Well, the adults do, but they don't tell us much about Scorpio and what he's looking for."

"I saw him go into the Voidlands with a bunch of weapons one time," Luna said. "I think he's doing some dangerous stuff in there."

"None of us know much about what Scorpio does," Auriga said. "He's...much of a loner. Some of the older Zodiacs have their suspicions about him." Mini nodded in agreement.

Ciara looked down at the coin laying in her palm. She clenched it in her hand, the pain helping to anchor her to reality.

She began to think that this world wasn't quite what she thought it was.

Would you be willing to put together a character birth/zodiac chart for Quinn? I don’t think her birthday is ever explicitly stated in the show, so I usually just go with it being February 1st, but I think it varies from person to person. Also, I have no idea if she really seems like an Aquarius or not, but I feel like a few Aquarius traits might be fitting.

in my opinion, Quinn's chart would be dominated mostly by air and water sign.

again, I’ll mostly focus on the big 3 + venus.

birthday: September 29, 1993 (in the show, she's born early 1994)

sun sign: libra

Quinn, for sure, is an air sign, and i highly considered gemini, but in the long run, i think libra is the most fitting.

libra individuals strive for harmony, balance, which is what for me makes Quinn a libra, a constant character arc for her is trying to find a balance between different aspects of her life. She's even willing to restore to methods like lying and manipulation to get that.

there's a lack of directness and her apparent inability to take a stand. An expert at avoiding being the one to blame. (and i mean this in the nicest way possible), always looking for the "best" way or the "right" way to live

there's a need to belong, to be part of something, someone who enjoys socializing, she gives in easily to peer pressure.

moon sign: pisces

for those unfamiliar with zodiacs, your moon signs is your inner self, emotions, mood.

this one kinda came as i sorted the big 3, and i think it matches Quinn, as a firm gay!quinn believer, i don't think we got to witness her being properly in love (except the hookup with Santana and the pining over Rachel), so i took liberty in this aspect.

despite Quinn being over-the-top with her relationships with guys in canon, i think she would be the opposite in a relationship where she is actually romantically interested.

She would be hesitant, shy, but coy, dedicated, would pay attention to details, a great listener. Her flaw perhaps that she attempts to criticise as a way of flirting. Not the one for grand gesture, she shows her love through lingering physical affection and act of service.

for the employees of five novelty bars that make up “the long crawl” , the party never stops. only problem is: they’re not the ones partying. banded together by a route established by drunken college students over a decade ago, our bartenders have no choice but to try get along if they want to survive wave after wave of rowdy tourists and hipsters. what is there to do when it feels everyone is moving forward but you ? can these crawlers break the cycle they’re stuck in and find a way to join in the fun, or will they embrace the never ending road that is THE LONG CRAWL ?

THE RULES/OVERVIEW

muses should be 21+. fcs should be 19+. follow the age +5/-5 rule. we can discuss in some cases. please refrain from using problematic face claims. muns should be 18+. there will be adult themes throughout. right now there are spots for roughly 10 muns, but we have plenty of space to expand if there’s demand.

NOTE: you are allowed to apply with two muses. they cannot work at the same bar, just so we can spread stuff out better. people can apply only as bartenders or dancers (only in the case of venom) just to keep everyone on equal ground and discourage power imbalances. managers will be npcs.

this is a very low stakes plot. there will be events and such but be prepared to focus more on character & relationship building ! ic drama is totally encouraged. ooc drama is not. i expect us all to be adults and communicate with each other. do not force shipping. please respect everyone’s boundaries. if you purposefully cause problems, you will be booted.

please try to be active ic OR ooc at least every three days. interest checks will be posted to ensure people keep their roles. no one will be kicked unless 1) there’s severe inactivity (over a week) 2) they don’t react to keep their role within the 24 hour time frame. and even then i’ll speak to you beforehand to make sure.

VENOM (1/4 SPOTS TAKEN) a vintage vampire themed strip club/burlesque. high concept, but not unwelcoming. equipped with a main room, where most people on the crawl stop to drink, and an entertainment room, where the dancers and performers work. inspirations: maison derriere (of the simpsons fame), elvira, the titty twister (from dusk til dawn).

COLONEL ANGUS (1/4 SPOTS TAKEN) the local gay bar. tongue and cheek, pastel and candy colored, thriving on comedy and camp. caters to all members of the lgbtq community with sapphic/feminine leanings. inspirations: but i’m a cheerleader’s production design, the works on john waters and david lynch, fans of the criterion collection.

CHEAT CODE (1/4 SPOTS TAKEN) a barcade with everything from vintage selections to brand new vr tech. expect theme nights and big screen super smash brothers games. retro-futuristic and completely neon & led lit. almost another planet. inspirations: the arcade from stranger things, super mario world in japan, scott pilgrim versus the world.

THE DOGHOUSE (1/4 SPOTS TAKEN) a cowboy bar. styled after old saloons and equipped with a trusty mechanical bull. home to square dancing nights and live country music. a welcome relic. inspirations: wherever the fuck beiste took schue in that one episode of glee, coyote ugly, western nostalgia.

I’m going with a good ole meet cute

When Osamu was in his final year of university, he needed one last class to meet the requirement for the amount of credits he needed, so he decided to take an Intro to Architecture class for an easy A. ‘It’s just buildings, how hard can it be?’ He thought. He figured out he was wrong.

During the first day of class, he learned just how boring he thought buildings were and he fell asleep. At some point during the lecture, he felt multiple jabs in his arm. He slowly looked over at the person with dark brown hair, brown eyes, and rounded, black glasses. He wasn’t sure if it was the morning light hitting them just right, or if it was the sleepy daze he was still in, but he thought they were the most beautiful person he’d ever seen. That person was me. It’s me. I’m hot.

“Yeah?” He grumbled, slowly adjusting his eyes to the bright, disorientating light.

“Class is over.” They responded with an unimpressed look plastered over their face.

“Oh, thanks.” He slowly got up and put his things away before looking back over to the person next to him. “Do you mind if I borrow yer notes?”

“Normally, I would mind. But I see those onigiris in your backpack and they look really good. If you give me two onigiris, I’ll send you my notes.”

Wanting to pass the class, Osamu gave two out of his five onigiris to the stranger in exchange for notes. An upside for him was that he got a hot girl’s number.

Me. I’m the hot girl. And the hot guy. I’m the hot being.

Slowly but surely, the two of us became best friends. We did everything together.

From walking around town to going to Atsumu’s games to cooking at three (3) in the morning.

Our first kiss was a year after we met.

It was after the grand opening for Onigiri Miya and the twins’ birthday.

He was walking me back to my apartment and it was just one of those nights. One of those nights where everything seems perfect. When your stomach is empty but you aren’t hungry. When you’re full of laughter and every time you try to stop laughing, it makes you laugh even harder. One of those nights where the night sky is full of stars, the air is the perfect temperature, and everything seems just right. A night Goldilocks would be jealous of.

When we got to the door, he looked at me the way you look at the cutest dog you’ve ever seen. His eyes were filled with pure glee and adoration. He adorned a charming, bright smile that could bring Queen Elizabeth to her knees. He was absolutely stunning.

As the gap between us slowly closed, it all seemed right.

Just being there for him, telling him that everything will be okay. Atsumu and him have had many ups and downs, but at the end of the day, they’re each other’s literal other half. They need each other.

Atsumu somehow made a copy of the key to our shared apartment???

Waking up after Osamu has already left and walking into the living room to find Atsumu sitting in his training clothes watching cartoons.

Idk how accurate that is, but I absolutely love the idea of it.

Much like Suna, I record everything. My Snapchat memories is long and full of embarrassing moments. Especially Atsumu’s embarrassing moments.

After moving in with each other, we adopt and adorable dog from the shelter.

We named him Akira.

Akira and Osamu love being active. I don’t.

And yet, I still get dragged into going on runs and hikes with them.

But we love Akira.

Why did you create the blog: I actually created it to read about the spoilers and the theories that the fans had about what would happen next of the Manga and Anime that I followed back them (basically One Piece and Naruto). I loved the fan art too.

How did you come up with your URL name: Ir comes from the Anime One Piece, there’s a character called Nami and one the crewmates calls her Nami-Swan. So it’s my nickname Merche with the Swan 😅

Tina’s parents had one child, Esther. When they struggled to conceive a second, they chose to adopt Tina rather than keep trying.

Tina does not know much about her birth parents, and tends to romanticize the idea that they met some tragic fate. (In reality, she was the product of an out of wedlock union between a male English teacher and a Korean girl he met in a club during his year teaching abroad).

Tina’s parents send her to “Asian camp” every summer in an attempt to keep her connected to her Korean heritage.

Tina became friends with Michaela Chang at Asian camp, and Michaela even encouraged her to try out for Cheerios. When Tina didn’t make the squad, though, she took to ignoring Michaela at school and only really spends time with her during the summers.

Tina was a shy kid, and in an effort to help her make friends outside of school, her parents signed her up for dance lessons at an early age. Although Tina still didn’t make many friends, she did fall in love with dancing, and enrolled in more and more different types of classes as she got older (although she prefers to fade into the background at her recitals and has never made any effort to vie for the spotlight).

Tina loves reality TV, and it was watching American Idol as a kid with her older sister that made her realize her love of singing.

Tina loves watching Raphael Berry’s singing videos on TikTok, and she even records her own -- secretly. Her TikTok profile is private and she’s never let anyone at school hear her sing.

Tina began faking a stutter in sixth grade to avoid a class presentation; she kept the ruse up through the end of middle school before deciding she wanted to reinvent herself for high school.

Although Tina has never been in a relationship herself, she’s always been a big fan of love and romance. When she’s at home, she’s often sneaking in vampire and other romance novels in under her parents nose. She’s also still a huge Twilight fan (Team Edward forever).

Tina’s goth phase ninth grade was a product of her rejection from the Cheerios (feeling the need to ‘lean in’ to the fact that she does not fit in with the popular kids) and of arguing with her parents the summer before she started high school. These arguments mostly stemmed from jealousy towards her sister (who was her parents biological child) as well as wanting to know more about her birth parents.

Tina doesn’t make her own clothes, but she does enjoy ‘altering’ them to suit her style when she buys things.

Tina is a top student in her year and would love to become valedictorian someday.

Instead of hanging out with other kids on the playground when she was younger, she tended to wander off and daydream, or find bugs on the playground to play with. Tina likes most animals (except hamsters), and has considered becoming a veterinarian when she’s older, since she’s too shy to pursue her real passion of performing.

Tina had hamsters named Bella and Edward when she was younger, but they escaped from their cage once and the way they scurried around her room and bit her when she tried to catch them terrified her. After that, she had nightmares about them escaping on a frequent basis, and she hates to admit that she was relieved when they passed away. Tina has not had another pet since.

Tina’s favorite phone game is still Angry Birds, even though that hasn’t been the cool thing to play for like 10 years.

canonically Kurt is a Gemini, and as far as sun signs go, I don't think it's the most fitting for him. I could see his rising sign being an air sign though.

I'll mostly focus on the big 3 + venus.

sun sign: virgo

I personally think Kurt is the embodiment of a virgo in many ways, he comes across as closed off, judgmental, with tendencies to want things to be done in a certain way he thinks it's right.

Detailed oriented, he's anxious, an overthinker, skeptical at times, someone who brushes off compliments but seeks reassurance and being appreciated, and in any situation, he's quick to think of all the way everything could go wrong and fears underperforming which leads him to attempt to control all areas in his life.

tend to be picky, may seem self-centered, but in fact, he's merely conscious, can be very health-conscious, and must be cautious not to fall into hypochondria.

However beneath all the perfectionism, he's someone who's loyal, hardworking, honest, helpful, protective over his loved ones, the type of friend you could count on in a messy situation, and once he feels comfortable, the cold exterior melts to a cynical sense of humor and a good heart.
