Playboyy EP3 - Sacrificing Yourself

Just like I did last week, instead of a full commentary, we are going through some pointers, which are A LOT in this third episode.

Let's start with them, shall we?

Soong & First

We dodge the bullet of Soong being an actual psyco and jump into "problems in paradise" which FAIR, cause we've barely seen any communication between this two for this first two episodes. Mind you, it could have being off screen, this roleplay adventures had to be talked about at some point... But I feel like that was the extent of their communication.

I want to remind y'all that the Baddie Bunch is a group of young rich kids (all of them are 21), so the Playboyys are bound to have much higher street smarts and wisdom when it comes to life that the twinks. Soong, in specific, is 3 years older than First.

Why am I remarking this? Because First is clearly drunk in love with Soong but his "love" for him is purely based on them being sexually compatible. Is there anything else that they enjoy apart from rough sex? We don't know, fuck I don't even think they know!

And that's were the whole "we can have normal sex for once?!" thing comes from. Soong seems to like First back, to the point of allowing this now broke kid to stay with him even tho he can barely provide for the two of them. That's also the reason why Soong probably is taking more clients than before, even if that means spendid less time with First and paying less attention to him. First calling him a leech when First is now the leech was so ironic...

But First is so drunk on love that he cannot compute Soong not being there with him physically and mentally 24/7. Again, this kid lived in a golden cage for 21 years of his life, he thinks he knows but doesn't know shit about how real life works, even less so when you are at the lower ranks.

If they want to work out, First needs to have a reality check and grow up, learn that a relationship like the one he wants cannot be based soly on roleplay. And learn that life outside his cage is tough and requires "sacrifices".

Staying with them for another second, we need to talk about this:

Now, we are going wild. Rightfully so, this is the first hint we get that is not attached to Nont's investigation. So I wanna throw my two cents about it:

I don't think this is hinting that Soong was involved in whatever happend to Nant. You see, we have being especulating about Nant doing sex work, obviously, but I don't think he ever actually worked at Playboyy at any point. In any case, I don't think this scene hints at that.

My theory is that he probably was doing sex work in a room in the same apartment building where Soong lives. Could have being during one of the first sessions with Dog Man or maybe another client that went way too far. Either way, my two cents is that Soong probably met Nant after aiding him against a problematic client and that's why First crying in distress triggerd the memory: Nant seems like he's pleading, so maybe he thought Soong would rat him out, not knowing that Soong is also a sex worker.

He could have also asked Soong to not tell anybody about what happend, scared that his "secret life" would come out. I'm staying in that theory for now.

We don't have much about this two afterwards: Soong missing First and First being angry and heartbroken about the whole ordeal. So yeah, moving on!

Now, to the Lovebirds™

Teena & Zouey

Oh lord this was hard to watch... But let's talk about it.

Everything starts good, everything gucci. Teena is acting like a "top-tier" boyfriend see what I did there to Zouey even in front of the Baddie Bunch.

And then we get them being cute in private. You know, cuddleling, kiking about Zouey's friends where did I hear the "do you care about my friends?" line before /s. You know, boyfie behaviour... although they are not dating. Nothing wrong about that. All good.

Things start to fall apart as soon as this two sit up and Zouey goes "be my boyfriend! I'm ready to have sex now!". Oh lord.

Zouey clearly likes Teena and wants to be with him. And Teena also seems to like Zouey back. The thing is, due to the Baddie Bunch, Zouey has gotten this unspoken idea (to us) in his mind that to keep Teena, to be his boyfriend, they have to sleep together. But as much as he "thinks" he is ready, Teena and us clearly see that he is not. Teena tells him again that they don't need to have sex, that he doesn't need to "sacrifice himself" for them to be together.

But Zouey pushes through, saying that he "is in the mood", that Teena has "succeeded in making Zouey want him". Baby boy, you have been wanting this man since you first layed eyes on him, you are just cautious, which I applaud you for. But, with a second assertion from Zoueys part, we have Teena taking the lead and being sweet and slowly easing Zouey into what's about to happen:

Teena spends the whole time reasuring Zouey that he would not mock him, he knows how inexperienced Zouey is. He's making sure Zouey feels save.

Now, the downfall starts the moment Teena introduces a safe word. Which is always a good thing to have, but no to relay on solely with a first timer, buddy. also wanna point out how I kept singing red lights by skz everytime teena said red light because I'm that unserious

So, when we are "at the gates" of this taking further, hell breaks loose. Zouey asks Teena to go one step further but quickly regrets it. Now, I'm a girly that firmly believes that anything apart from a yes is a no, so Teena being a little pushy after Zouey shows discomfort already made me go nah uh buddy, but I can see where Teena is coming from...?

Zouey is freaking out, as he has done many times and is trying to make him relax again... but it doesn't work. And that's when the unfortunate phrase comes in:

" If we're going to be a couple, we'll have to do this someday. "

First of all, bullshit. You can have a serious relationship with somebody without the need of getting sexual. HOWEVER, and I can't believe I'm about to say this, I have to side with Teena here for a second.

HEAR ME OUT BEFORE THROWING STONES AT ME! Their relationship has being highly sexual from day one, period. Does that mean that the prospect of taking it all the way someday is there? It doesn't... But Zouey did start this encounter with "be my boyfriend! I'm ready to have sex now!". He's the one that put out there that if they date they will get intimate, not Teena.

Now, it wasn't fortunate from Teena's part to be "we should just do it" as if they were treating this like it was a fear to bungee jumping.

And Zouey, again, uses words that have never came from Teena's mouth (that we know of) to express his discomfort with the situation. Yes, Teena said that they didn't need to have sex if Zouey didn't want to. But Teena never said that they couldn't date because they didn't have sex. That last part, has only happend on Zoueys head. And why? Because that's what he has being hearing from the Baddie Bunch.

The scene ends with Zouey asking Teena to leave and Teena, not wanting to upset Zouey any further, going along with his request.

The last we see on the matter is Zouey and First day drinking at uni (god, I miss sneaking beers into art school lmao) while they compare their heartbreak and talk about abuse and consent. That's a whole post on its own and I still have another two couples to talk about to we closing here.

Prom & Nont

Nont is slipping, bruh. To a degree and at a speed I'm starting to get stressed.

Almost getting caught by Captain when he's threatening Phop with penknife, asking for the wrong drink at the house, the accidental slap to Zouey and how not in control he is everytime he's with Prom when he clearly doesn't have ANY control on the situation. Honey, you pretty face and cunty ass is not going to work with Master, sorry to break this to you.

That being said, let's focus on the investigation:

Phop had Nant's laptop but is not truly clear to us where he got it since they got interrupted by Captain before Phop could spill the beans.

Nant was obviously doing webcam.

Now, tell me why Nont is adamant that the person that threw the laptop away was Nant's boyfriend? When did we stablished that Nant had a boyfriend? Nont fits right in into this friend group, another clueless boy that lived in a golden cage and is now seeing the darker side of the world.

Here we are introduced with Nuth whom let me pull my guide real quick is described as:

Nont, whom clearly has a modus operandi with his way of investigating, jumps right into creating his own account in the webcam site and getting in contact with Nuth after seeing that Nuth and Nant used to text throw the website.

"You used to hate it here", "I had to convince you to come", "I thought you've changed enough to drink wine"... Prom is us, we are Prom. We sharing a braincell with this man, whom clearly is the only motherfucker holding a braincell.

⚠️Okey this may trigger some people. But this why I don't really think Lancelot and Tristan are best buds as everyone else see them as. And other things I wanna say.

When they interact Tristan seems the only one that tries to start a conversation. Because if they were really best buds than wouldnt lancelot also try to work on their relationship? After they meet eachother after 3 years lancelot didn't even bother greeting Tristan at all and got the more important things. Meaning that he wasnt intresserad at all in Tristan.

From childhood they were best friends back than ,but nowdays they had grown apart with time. It is obvious that lancelot prefers Percival and his friends than Tristan. And cares for Percival platoon more than Tristan, it not that he dosent care for Tristan, but just not the same way. It has been proven multiple times in the story that Lancelot is 100% closer to Percy platoon.

And too add to that nobody in the Tristan platoon even likes Lancelot, they just bear with him. Lancelot also seems to bear with Tristan too. But he dosent hate Tristan tho.(Tristan stans don't come at me)

Tristan platoon is absolute infintie trash to be honest, first things first they don't act like friends more like servants to Tristan their leader. Which I personally don't really consider to be a platoon, because isnt a platoon also supposed to also act and be like friends? Because why are they even a platoon in the first place than?

Second being the the characters in the platoon. Isolde personlity only revolves tristan. Thats the truth honey every time she only screen it all about tristan... I don't have a problem with her having a crush on tristan but where is her own personlity?? And her goals/dreams?? Everything dosent have be about tristan🤦🏻‍♀️ Think about yourself for once.Besides she has so much potential both as character and strength vise her powers her powers can be more than it is currently! Or othervise isolde is good character!

Okey to Chion the only that nedds to change about chion is his attiude to others thats all. I KNOW IT FROM HIS TRUMA,SOME OF HIS ACTIONS IS A TRUMA REDOPONSE BUT some things he as done is with purpose. Like attecking percival despite knowing he was one of the four. Chion has lots of potential ! His backstory and power are interesting. He also needs a personlity of his own and a goal/dreams and a lore!

Jade...he was wasted for no reason nakaba why???😭😭 He the only normal one tbh ,he has some brain..and thinks before acting. People say he is a copy of tristan but thats bullshit! Jade needs a story of his own,goals/dreams, lore, power up! Such a wasted character, really hope he comes back...😭😭😥 Everyone misses you!

There so many things the Tristan platoon needs to work on to become better! So many things they are missing as platoon too! Compared to the percy platoon.

It is a good thing that Tristan isnt the main character. The story wouldnt had been the same ,and it would had follwed up with the thing of the former mcs son has become the new mc in theirown story..which is boringggg....glad nakaba deside to wake up one day and say lets make a new main character!

Spider-Man 2, rly liked the first one and the Miles Morales games and this one just continued on the story and whatever, it improved on a lot of things over the first game and I think it ended up just being more enjoyable overall, plus like, 19 inches of Venom and whatever, villains maybe weren't as good as the previous game but there was some rly good gameplay sections with some of them, tho once again i felt like the sidequests fell a bit short but they did at least have boss fights and more villain stuff in them so that was good, good game 👍

Pikmin 4, and no i'm not editing this picture thank u, pretty much the best one in the series? just good overall and even tho i didn't 100% it i'm pretty sure the bonus mode you get is just a mini remake of the original game so that's cool, overall really good, definitely dragged near the end tho and kinda felt like it was going on too long, but still good, this was also like the only major Nintendo release of this year i played for more than like, an hour lol, outside of one dlc game 3 be:

Final Fantasy 16, this one is weird because I both loved and hated it at the same time, not rly much to say about it other than its the worst 10/10 video game i've ever played, it has some of the highest highs in anything i've ever played and its offset by some of the most boring shit in the world that made me want to eat my own head at times, it's good but it's also shit, it also runs like absolute ass for no reason and square enix were convinced it was totally 100% fine and didn't need to be patched and even when they did it still didn't fix it, there's literally no way I can sell anyone on this game, play Asura's Wrath instead 👍 okey i guess 4&5 are kinda gonna be rolled into one so:

Dead Space and Resident Evil 4 Remakes, both really good remakes of really good video games, but at the same time don't really replace the original versions? there's both no reason to play these over the OG releases but they're also different enough that it's fine for both original and remakes to exist, so worth playing if you like the original releases, i guess the only complaint i have is they cut out operation Ada and seperate ways from RE4 remake and then sold it back to us as dlc, but its actually more complete than the original version and worth the price i think, still annoying but hey, modern videos games babey

ok i guess next is like "non triple A games" and weird games that I enjoyed, not all of these are indie games but they're not triple A stuff so? 🤷

Robocop: Rouge City, its basically Robocop 2.5 the movie the video game, it's kinda jank, it's kinda slow to be expected but it's pretty fun and funny just seeing Robocop interact with people and then like, grab people off their motorcycles and throw them into exploding barrels, it's dumb it's good it rly captures the 80s jank of Robocop pretty well 👍 next is technically a game that didn't come out this year but it did because literally no one uses apple arcade so

Air Twister, this is probably the fucking weirdest game i've played in a very long time, i went in expecting to play a modern Space Harrier instead i got a lock on style shooter with a soundtrack that is just some band emulating Queen songs, no joke, i was just blown away the whole time at what was happening, it wasn't until i died and ran out of credits that i ended up in the games main menu which had so much stuff i was just clicking menus for about 20 mins and kept discovering more and more video game nonsense to play and unlock, SUPER weird, pretty fun, Yu Suzuki why did you release this on apple arcade originally and WHAT were you on when you made this sir, good job next i guess is

Graze Counter GM, an updated/sequel to Graze Counter, one of the first Shmups i've gotten in to and it's just really fun, loads of characters, about 8? stages to play, good basic gameplay mechanics, bunch of different difficulties and options to play with and it's just a lot of fun for a 20 min ish run through the game, def inspired me to play more shmups and get better at them, good game next we finally got some FPS games

Warhammer 40k Boltgun, classic boomer shooter style game, very stompy and heavy feeling but also really fast and fun, really enjoyed how colourful the game is and the fact there's a dedicated taunt button that does nothing by make you crack your knickles and yell things, only major complaint i had was there wasn't enough boss variety and one of the is kinda straight bs some of the time, but for the most part it was a lot of fun, also corvus helmet best helmet 👍 more FPS gamign which was a semi recent release?

Sprawl, it's currently on sale but its cheap anyways, from the banner art alone you can tell the dev is a MGS and Ghost in the Shell fan, and playing the game you can tell that too somewhat, really fun really gritty and pretty fast paced, has controllable slomo bullet time which is now something I love in games?? soundtrack is good and yeah, it's just good, really cool aesthetically has that very gritty industrial kowloon walled city cyberpunk look and feel to it and very satisfying to play, really good. last thing for games this year is a DLC

I really like the Xenoblade Chronicles series, and the XB3 dlc is a really good final wrap up of the game, lots of fanservice in the good way and just plays well and is fun, ties up a lot of story junk you'd want to know, I still think the XBC2 dlc is the best playing XBC thing but this is very good and just very fun, can't say too much without spoiling anything in the series lol but I enjoyed it a lot after finishing off XBC3 ok halfway there (joke) :^) next is games that didn't come out this year but I did play and really liked sooo

I got into racing games i guess around this time last year, I picked up Gran Turismo 7 in maybe January or February and played it a lot since, not the most exciting game or best or feature full but it has stuff that I like, and as a result has gotten me more into cars, car games and just made me better at it, had a lot of fun and the big update they did semi recently has just made the game better yehaw time??

not really much to say about Evil West other than it's what a new xbox 360/PS3 era action game would be like, just without the jank and with more convenience, not afraid to be cheesy and dumb its just a standard level based action game where you're a techno cowboy kinda guy fighting vampires, it's good it's fun and it's not that hard 🤠 nya:

one of the first games I played this year was Stray cuz i got it in an early sale, I had no real idea what to expect and I enjoyed every moment of it, really good aesthetics and design and an interesting post apocalypse style world you get to explore, you really end up caring about all the robot people and the cat and everything, also you get a meow button so its good 😺 more FPS game

I'd always seen this game just never picked it up, I think Severed Steel is one of my favourite FPS games ever now, the main story/campaign is only about 3 hours long, i beat it in one sitting and i think my face hurt when i was done because i was just grinning and laughing like an idiot the whole time because of how fun it was, there's also a bunch of extra modes to keep playing, the music is good and just everything about the game is fun which was my main takeaway from it, i didn't care that it was short I cared because of how much fun i had, highly recommend if you like sliding into guys, stealing their weapons and blasting them with it before they hit the ground, and with controllable bullet time if you want that too 👍👍 in a similar vein to the above, i guess the oldest game on this list is:

Outrun 2006: coast 2 coast, its the home port of Outrun 2, which includes Outrun 2 and a bunch of extra stuff, similar to Severed Steel this is just the most fun I've had with a racing/car game, it doesn't matter that i'm not super into Ferraris or that it's not realistic or whatever, it's just pure fun, and I don't have to spend a million dollars at the arcade to keep playing, so that's good woa you made it to the end!!!!!!! but wait!!! I played a lot of games this year, and even tho what I said about the previous ones was true, it was kinda hard for me to pick an actual game of the year, i did enjoy a lot of stuff but it didnt feel like anything stood out to me SO much that it deserved a "best game of the year" position for me, so the closest thing to that was:

Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, hit a lot of plus points for me, I liked that I had to play the game 3 different times for different endings and a true end type thing, i did get frustrated early on but i kept coming back to play more, it def felt more of an action game than a mech game but customizing and messing with builds to get through fights was fun, tank legs thank u, it was also a similar situation to when elden ring came out, and everyone was playing it at the same time and sharing tips and builds and stuff which felt rly cool and nice and added to the whole experience, my only complaint is i wish it just had an option to start a second save file and do it all again, but oh well. and that's it! there's a bunch of stuff I didn't include in this, but i think this list is good enough for now, maybe next year this'll be a youtube video instead? I hope next years games are just as good, if not better, but even if they're not there's still a lot to play and explore 🐁🐁

AHHHHH is so frustrating to stay in Mc's position!!! Can we be, like, a little rebellious b*** and doing things to hinder or worsen the institute? I mean, I dont really know how much of this… bad behavior towards (I suppose) dragons is fault of the institute or the authorities, but my Mc, lighting dragon will be like:

Are you ordering me around and deprive me my freedom? Okey, I will be doing all the things in the limits of the rules and take advantage of all the legal loopholes until you cant more MUAHAHAHA

I didn't really understood why Mc was arrested tho, probably because my reading comprehension is not that good, Mc did really enter in a illegal way or something?

To your first question: yes to a certain extent. I’ve already started implementing a tiny bit of “malicious compliance” work in the latest chapter, but the shit in the city soon turns a lot deadlier and a lot more targeted, to the degree where MC and the gang start doing work to avoid that injury, and without spoiling, you’ll be able to slowly separate yourself from the Institute as you learn more about it.

That being said, I want to introduce more of MC purposefully not doing their work, but MC can’t work the system without first knowing it, and in this situation this city is like an alien planet to them. It’s the same reasoning behind why they were arrested, nonsensical laws and restrictions that no one could reasonably know without a lot of prior research. MC’s case is an extremely disastrous and unique one though, and even with the proper knowledge there’s a lot of… worse scenarios MC could be in for sure.

My idea for a fic is where the reader and Eddie are best friends or dating, whatever is fine, reader has asthma, and they are hanging out in the woods by the trailer park at night and somehow Jason and the other jocks are there too. They start bothering eddie and the reader and in the midst of the argument they break the readers inhaler. Reader panics and starts having an asthma attack and eddie freaks out. He takes her back to his house and his uncle drive them to the hospital or something like that.

Catch My Breath

The lights from the trailer park shine threw the forest in dark yellow rays. They barely illuminate the old wooden picnic table Eddie and you sit at. His fingers drum absentmindedly on the top of the table while he works on rolling a blunt. You look at him and frown. You feel like after all the time you’ve spent together, he should remember.

“You know you can’t smoke that around me, right?” You ask.

Eddie eyes flick from his work to your face. They catch just enough of the light to have a warmth to them. He cracks a smile.

“Yeah, I know.” He replies, “I can’t believe you thought I would forget.”

“Well, just in case you do forget.” You quip.

You pull out your inhaler from your pocket and set it on the table. Eddie gives a quick laugh. Your eyes wander over his curls. Your chest feels tight and its moments like this that make you want to confess to Eddie. You want him to hold you and be with him, but you constantly have to remind yourself of your role. Friends. Nothing more. Despite how badly you want it to be.

He meets your eyes, “What are you thinkin’ about?”

“Uh, getting food?” You lie.

Eddie leans across the table and looks deeper into your eyes. His hair shifts forward as he does, blocking out bits of the light. He stares at you and his lips part slightly. Your breath becomes shallow. He is so close that you can see the small cracks in his lips.

“You, are a terrible liar.” He says with a snap as he sits back down.

“Dude, what the fuck was that?” You yell.

Eddie laughs, “You should have seen your face. You totally thought I was going to kiss you.”

Your cheeks heat up. You couldn’t believe he was being such an ass, and how it just made you want him more. You put your hands on the table and stand up.

“You know Munson, I can’t-.” You are cut short by a familiar voice from behind you.

“Well, well, well, what do we have here?” Jason calls out.

You whip round to see Jason and his group staggering towards Eddie and you. He has a beer in one hand and the other wrapped around one of the other boy’s shoulders.

He points at Eddie, “A freak,” and then to you, “and a reject.”

The group erupts into laughter. You grip the edge of your table and try to steady yourself.

“Hey man, just leave us alone.” Eddie says calmly.

“Ya know, I don’t think I will.” Jason retorts.

Eddie gets up from the other side of the table and puts his things into his lunch pail. He puts his hand on your shoulder. His fingers dig firmly into your skin and he smooths his thumb over your shoulder blade.

“Let’s just go back to the trailer.” Eddie says under his breath.

You shift backwards in to Eddie and try to reach for you inhaler. Black spots start to cloud your vision as you fumble trying to grab the inhaler.

“Just leave it.” Eddie says firmly.

Jason lunges toward you clumsily clearing the table and finding himself laying in leaves on the other side. In his hand his holds his prize your inhaler. The outer casing was cracked from Jason’s stunt. You inhale sharply.

“Jason, give it here.” Eddie commands.

“Look what I got boys!” Jason shouts

You can’t get enough air. Your chest tightens again. You reach out and grab Eddie’s arm.

“Jason please,” You cough out weakly.

Jason turns it over in his hand and smiles.

“It looks like it’s broken,” Jason sneers, “Why don’t I throw it away for you.”

The boys howl with laughter.

“Jason, No.” You wheeze.

He throws it in to the woods and you collapse against the table gasping for air.

Jason is rolling in a fit of laughter.

“I have fucking had it.” Eddie yells.

He grabs Jason’s shoulders and slams him against the ground knocking the air out of him. Jason coughs and gasps as he tries to grab at Eddie’s face.

“Get off me, man!” Jason shouts.

“No, not to you apologize.” Eddie demands.

He brings down his fist on Jason’s nose and it sounds with a sickening crack. Blood starts spewing forth like a spring. Jason snatches a fist full of Eddie’s hair and yanks him into the bench of the table. Blood trickles from his temple. In response, Eddie sends his elbow in to Jason’s jaw.

“Jesus, fuck, Munson,” Jason howls, “Get off me.”

“Apologize!” Eddie screams.

You can hardly see what’s going on. Your head is spinning and you feel like vomiting. You can’t get in air.

“Eddie, help me” You barely whisper.

Eddie shoves his hand over Jason’s face and holds him down in to the dirt. He turns to see you holding on by a thread.

“Shit.” Eddie breaths.

He scrambles to his feet and puts his arm under you. He starts to drag you back to the trailer park.

“This isn’t over Munson!” Jason screeches.

Eddie ignores the boy threat and continues to hall you toward the light.

“You got to stay with me,” Eddie pleads.

You tap against his arm in response. Eddie desperately pulls against the ground trying to get you across the gravel.

“Wayne!” Eddie shouts, “Uncle Wayne, please, I need help.”

Wayne burst through the trailer door and then spots Eddie and you, “Shit!”

He comes up and hoist up your other side. You can breathe just a little bit when he lifts you.

“Come on let’s get you to the truck.” He says.

He throws open the truck door and they both shove you in there. Eddie climbs in after and Wayne rushes to the other side and tries starts the truck. The first two times the is just sputters, but the third try the engine loudly growls. Wayne hands Eddie his handkerchief from his back pocket.

“What is this for?” Eddie asks as Wayne peels out of the gravel drive.

“To stop your head from bleeding.” Wayne responds plainly.

Eddie reaches his fingers to his head and feels the thick ooze. He presses the cloth to it. You cough from the middle seat. Eddie puts his free hand on your leg and grips it firmly.

“Hey, you got to stay with us okay.” He asserts.

You mumble incoherently.

“Come on,” he urges, “I can’t do this with out you. I can’t live without you.”

You come to in a hospital bed. The lights are bright and you have a mask covering your face. The smell of a lidocaine burns your throat.

“Woah, thought we lost you for a sec.” a nurse jokes.

You sit up and see Eddie slouching in a chair with a bag of ice on his temple. His face is heavy with exhaustion and his eyes have a hollow look to them. He perks up a bit when he sees you are coherent.

“Hey, you scared the shit out of me.” He complains, “Don’t ever do that again.”

“Or what you?” You cough lightly.

The nurse leaves the room. You pull the breathing treatment from your face for a second trying to get some less damp air down before readjusting the oxygen mask over your nose and mouth.

“Or, I’ll, fuck, I don’t know, man.” Eddie’s snarky comment crumbles under his feelings.

Eddie sets his ice pack in his lap and scoots his chair toward your bed. He still has blood matted into some of his curls.

“Man, Jason really did a number on you.” You say pointing to his wound.

Eddie laughs, “You missed it, but this was actually the side of a picnic bench.”

“You fought valiantly, brave knight.” You mock.

Eddie cracked a smile finally and it makes you laugh too. It made you feel like you would get through this no matter what. He was always a comforting presence.

“Of course, I did” Eddie replies, “I was fighting for someone I love.”

You heart stops in its tracks. Eddie looks up at you meeting your eyes. He reaches for your hand and kiss the back of it softly.

“Maybe, I could kiss you once you catch your breath.” He says with a smile.

Ok, first at all, i genuinely don't understand how many people on this relisting are—upset? With Jon reaction towards Martin, in one part i can understand on how, even in much later on the series is never fully discussed Jonathan's heated to Martin, some people are ignoring the fact our protagonist aren't exactly on a healthy mindset on this point, our guy is paranoid, is tired and has recently discovered he's into something so much bigger than just Prentiss incident, is volatile, has flaws as everyone on tma, some are forgetting that this show on its core, is broken people.

I don't excuse or something like that his character, but understand that on his situation: is on point, has sense on the narrative.

And before someone's says this, no, im not invalidating your own thoughts on this episode, but this is my personal take.

Set this aside, now /the actual thoughts/

"All I know is, these days I can almost smell the blood coming off them." We can now put Trevor on alignment char, Hunt guy :")

Out of context but before doing my own relistings motivated by this blog, i got my boyfriend started listening to tma and he can't still get away this guy is named Trevor and is a hunter, vampire hunter. . . Sounds familiar with certain saga of games, huh🤔

"The fact that I was able to kill normal people reassures me that the creatures I hunt are real. Do you understand?" you sure that is justified, my fine homeless sir?

"Heroin is calm. It’s a small chunk of peace in a world that’s full of nothing but hard edges[...]" On now, random information about drugs: Heroin is an opioid drug made from morphine, a natural substance taken from the seed pod of the various opium plants, so indeed, one of the normal reactions on the effect is this sense of calm

"Perhaps if my mind hadn’t been so fogged with brown I might have beaten it out, or perhaps if I hadn’t been so dead eager to kill another vampire[...]" Our Hunt guy khows very well something's off, not with the world around, but with this thirst on hunting down, on killing, at least is a realisation.

" After that I spent over a decade in a very serious spiral. I don’t remember much of it[...]" Fuzzy feeling and memory gaps are part of getting out of the hunt? 🤔

First, worm paranoid lady and now we have human disguise to spiders !! Amazings costumes tho

"She was still standing upright, but from the open mouth, I could see that her body was completely hollow, save for a few cobwebs that I could just make out under the streetlights." Okey but guys, TRY TO imagine this scene, is the most raw thing ever.

MARTIN: I was 17, my mum, she had – she had some problems and I ended up dropping out of school trying to support us. –> I always forgot this fact that Martin lived really an unpleasant family situation, there's in the whole series just hints on his more personal life, but always give me the most sad ideas:(

I get where you're coming from and I get where other people come from. Different people react differently to Jon's outburst and that's perfectly valid, this podcast has dark themes that touch people personally in different ways, especially when it pertains to the characters they love and sympathize with <3

anyways. foul legacy comfort brainrot. on the flyyy lets goooo

okey so imagine you come home to foul legacy. he's waiting ever so patiently on the couch for you of course <3 purring softly as he sees you enter the door. usually you're bursting with excitement because who wouldn't be happy to see him!! but today, you give him a half-smile n settle down on the couch with him.

not right next to him, head on his shoulder, as he expected, though. he whines in confusion as he watches you settle into the opposite corner, hands wrapped around your knees. and you aren't consciously aware of your body so tense he can practically feel the anxiety radiating off of you.

our favourite fluffy moth boi isn't quite sure how to react. what could possibly be wrong? should he hug you? would that make it worse? do you want to talk about it, if you even can? or would you rather he kiss you, make it all go away by trying to fluster you? he pushes these worries away, instead asking in a low, guttural voice: "rough day?"

you nod slowly, trying to fight the tears threatening to spill up out of nowhere. "i'm... fine..." you manage, fighting off everything else you want to say. you can't find the strength in you to say anything else, lest you accidentally spill out all your troubles and worries to him. after all, how dare you even think about bothering him with things that don't mean a thing. too little, small, to be worthy of attention. it'll be okay. you'll be okay. you'll make it through, somehow, and even if you don't, as long as you don't bother him with such minuscule things -- even worse, how could you be so weak as to let these things bother you? -- he'll be okay. you'll be okay as long as he's okay.

foul legacy reaches across to gather you in his arms. "i know you're not okay," he whispers softly into your hair. "it's okay. tell me about it, i want to help you. <3"

your eyes widen in surprise, and then slowly, begin to let it out. the smaller stuff first. the things that don't really matter, so he won't worry too much. but before you know it, you're already talking about the things that really have you so anxious and tense and you stop midway through your sentence. ".. oh my god i'm sorry i don't want to make you worry.. i didn't mean to.." you mutter, eyes fluttering close, anticipating a negative reaction.

instead, his arms tighten around you and you feel a low purr start from deep inside his chest. it cracks the tiniest of smiles on your face, and he can feel it. you've always appreciated the way you try to mimic the apparent healing properties of a cat's purr in his own way. "it's okay, y/n. i'm always here for you. everything's going to be okay. you're going to be okay. i'll make sure you're okay."

this is so relatable tho oh my moon and stars- it's exactly what i needed to be told thank you so much <33

the way he holds you, the way he gently strokes your hair, the way he tries his best to speak for you, even though you both know how difficult it is in Foul Legacy- it reminds you of how he would comfort you when he was still human, and perhaps Childe knows this from how he keeps murmuring to you, even though you can hear his voice growing horse. some part of you wants to tell him to stop, that you don't want to trouble him anymore than you already have, but he squeezes your arm gently like he knows what you're thinking and the words die in your throat. instead you simply turn and cling tighter, burying your face in his fluff, and you hear him purr contentedly.

Childe smiles when you hide you face in his lilac fur, because he can feel the tension, pulled taunt like a worn string, drain from your body as you let out a weary sigh. it's so nice to make you feel safe, feel cared for, after you've done so much for him. you've always been so stubborn about not "troubling" anyone, especially him- luckily Childe's just as stubborn in getting you to spill your worries, because even just talking about them will ease some of the pain. gently, he pats your hair and purrs louder, resting his chin on your head. he knows you'd go to the ends of Teyvat for the people you care about, yet won't even spare yourself the time of day, and Childe wants to change that so, so badly.

but it's hard, see- hard to accept help or acts of service or even just an open ear after so many years of rejecting them, and he knows you're trying your best but it's a long process. that's okay, though, Childe is patient, having learned from the many hours he'd spend waiting for you to come home, and he's especially patient for you, like you are for him. he'd help you grow and accept that it's okay to take breaks, it's okay to need a rest, or to vent or cry. it's okay to be something other than happy all the time, because your troubles mean just as much to him as his own do to you, and he's not about to let you forget that.

I think the M9 are just one big nd queer friend group (yes this is because irl me and my best friends make a purely ND + queer friend group) and I love thinking of how they would adjust to the comfort of that over time. Like leaving stim toys out to share (I think jester would have a big horde to share), using each other to casually pressure stim, automatically adjusting for each other's sensory issues and stuff. I also think they would all know sign language, I hc Molly would have learned and then taught yasha (who totally goes nonverbal), and beau and Caleb would have learned on their own (Caleb because he's autistic like yasha and beau because she wants to understand her loved ones). I think cad would have invented a different basic sign language with his siblings or something....sibling bond you know? I see cad, Caleb and Yasha as like. The super autistic trio. Caleb got diagnosed young and taught them about it and cad is like oh there's a name for that in my family nobody questions it....*goes back to organizing tea* and Yasha would be like. Oh I'm not a freak for that I thought I was just clinically weird....*goes and sits in a corner and doesn't say anything for 3 days*. Jester and fjord are absolutely an adhd t4t bi couple I don't think that needs an explanation. Beau is adhd too for sure and maybe also autistic. Veth and Molly idk I could see veth as any combo and Molly is. Molly. Maybe the token nt idk lol I was never that attached to his character lol. Ok that's it for now but I literally think of nd m9 all the time like every day, campaign 2 is my second biggest spin so these are my favorite headcanons to read and think about 🙂

wa yea,, tmn totally are queer + nd friendgroup solidarity. also i think they'd share some stimtoys, but also have their own too, like jester (token rich friend) buys them cool ones, colour coordinated and everythign :-3 she bought cad a chewy necklace thats purple n a gemstone like the amethyst on his staff and he thinks its so epic cool, now his hair doesnt get crunchy from chewing, and his sleeves dont get weird-smelling.

also ye!!! they all sign for sure. theres a bit of a mix-up in the beginning tho because some of them only know certain signing, especially cad.. his family use their own one based on sylvan signing (headcanon they speak sylvan at home too, and giant, then common after those two) and things made up by him and his siblings too. caleb probably knew a zemnian version of signing but its similar enough to wildemount common signing that its ok, plus he's good at memorising and learning the new things anyway. him and beau also end up learning sylvan signing to help communicate with cad if he cant talk and sounds are too much. also for sure think molly n yasha have some signing variation they used, though maybe they made it up together, especially when molly showed up and couldn't speak yet. and it just went on from there and ended up being very useful. also i think molly goes between not being able to speak and speakign 100mph, like often its one or the other lol. (headcanon molly had the fantasy magic version of a traumatic brain injury, caused by souls leaving and being dead and things. fantasy magic, astral sea, brain attacking, things)

also agree abt caleb having known he's autistic for a loooong while, diagnosed as a kid because he arranged everything into rows and only wanted to read like 1 book over and over and hid from noises. yasha definitly just went through life thinking she's weird,, i mean, canon. lol. and ye!! thats a cooll idea abt cads family having a name for it.. he's like, oh, this is [word for it in sylvan or somthing], me and belle and my mam are it (probably more or all of th clays but ,thats jsut an example).

okie okei, last bit. bullet points. speed round akjdna then bed time. adhd t4t fjorester so true. i think veth has nd girl swag for sure, but im not sure between adhd and autism, besides other things bc i could totally diagnose tmn with all sorts of neurodivergencies not just those two. (caleb ocd moments, beau bpd momence, cad quiet type bpd, if you may, as a treat)...... also nt molly is a funny idea 2 me. i think he's nd for sure. not autistic, he's too spontaneous n theres nothing in canon rly i can turn to autism..... so, i shall have a think. definitely brainweird for sure. oh ! oh molly psychosis haver for sure. molly cad and caleb all psychotic. euhh h yeah i think thats all this is long ramble now i should go to bed

✧ Albedo is kinda the opposite of you... he can pull off mant sleepless night for the sake of finishing his project and you apparently can't live without at least one nap during the day?

✧ he doesn't mind that tho. All he does is prepare some comfy surface and get fireplace going so you with freeze there

✧ but it there's situation when you need to be awake and your eyes are closing on their own... it gives him a little push to make some potion that might help you out with that

✧ of course it's you choice if you accept it or not, he'll completely understand if you'll prefer to get some proper sleep instead if lying to your body with potion

✧ believe it or not, he won't mind carrying you to bed at all! He's used to carrying Klee on his back so you shouldn't be a problem either

✧ but don't try using it because trust me, he knows when you're really tired and when you just have want to be carried. But its not like he can say no to you either way so maybe it doesn't matter after all...

✧ maybe he doesn't take as much of them as you do but everyone probably just have different energy and need different amount...

✧ he's usually not gonna carry you so whenever he sees you tripping a bit, he'll look for someplace to sit down and let's you sleep there

✧ but if you're tripping and there's absolutely no space to sit down... he'll do his best to carry you comfortably and find something comfy

✧ when you're in public, he'll give his shoulder or lap for you to rest without second thought! In private he does that too but it's usually with some thought that lasts one second because how fan he decline?

✧ sometimes he actually joins you on your naps! It happens quite rarely and only when you're in private around afternoon... if he's feeling a bit sleepy, might as well take a nap with you!

✧ he's not necessarily sleepy person but he simply pulls many all nighters making him tired during the day

✧ he doesn't always get the opportunity or time to take a nap but when he does, he'd gladly take one

✧ as for sleeping in public... as much as he doesn't mind it, there are lots of thief's in Sumeru so he's just worried you'll get yourself robbed someday

✧ he usually goes to the city with you and when he sees you young trippy, be will carry you unless his hands are full of files

✧ but if they aren't... he'll take you to closest restaurant where he orders something to drink for himself and sketches while you lay on his lap

The reason why I, and many more artist hate AI art genereters is capitalism. When most people who are into those AIs find out that the good part of art is creating it, and they get board, it's too late already. Because corperetions are heard about it from them, and now everything is AI genereted art. And puf one of the oldest form of comunication, that we were able to convay our dreams, passion, love, fears, and sad ess is gone. And I don't think making capitalism go away would help. I'm from a country that suffer a lot because of the opressiv communist rule of the Soviet Union. Here people starvd, and suferd because of it. I don't like capitalism eather, but it's eather capitalism, or the sistem that we had a faild revilotuon against. Okey playing around with AI could be fun, but defending it as something harmless is the worst chose.

...Firstly, there's more forms of socialism/leftism than just Stalinist/state-capitalist authoritarianism.

Like, I understand and sympathize with your experiences, but there very much are more than just a choice between Stalinist and Capitalist oppression, we have other options.

Secondly... beyond the usual vague easily-disproven emotional talking points (AI art has a surprising amount of process to it I will say), I think this ask demonstrates how a lot of the animus of the hatred of AI art comes from a deep pessimism.

Like, I think a lot of artists do think the ideal solution would be to expand arts programs and Guaranteed Basic Income so that everyone could have a chance to make art and displacement via automation wouldn't be a death sentence.

But they don't think it's possible, so better to defend what you have with circling the wagons to defend the status-quo even if it has horrifying long-term results than trying to imagine better.

But that's because they've never seen better. Like how OP hasn't seen a form of socialism in practice that isn't... well, Soviet enforced imperialism.

And I think that, well, we all need to dream a little bit bigger. Tho god knows I find it hard to after the burnout of the past decade, as do all of y'all probably...

Okey dear fnaf people so,,, there's a fnaf fan project I want to do but I also want to see people's opinions.

So like a little backstory, around a year ago I created EXTREANLY like litearly book lenght fnaf fanfiction in like a one month. I was crazy fast, just writting what came to my mind on the spot for the whole day beacuse I was feeling really down at that moment and that cheered me up. So that fanfiction turned out to be so so bad like really. But it became a fundation to my own weird fnaf au/rewrite thing and basically I've been working on it ever since.

It doesn't follow fnaf canon or fnaf canon that strictly really (it's not that far off eighter but if you're one of those people that get angry if au chamges something that was said in the books, then you're going to hate it), I was trying to mostly do my own thing based of that fanfiction and overall story tropes I personally like. It's most evident in ms Afton who's so far from the typical fandom Clara it's insane. But it's not really out of the spite, I just didn't follow fanon tropes and evolved her my own character basically.

Overall the story is really slow paced, like we spend quite a lot of time before the bite of 83, or even with just baby Mike. It's mostly beacuse I'm more interested in studying all the characters instead of going as fast as possible to the "interesting events". So if you're here just for the plot, then it wouldn't be feally your thing.

I want this project to take form of ilustrated fanfiction, every one of these would take form of one longer or few shorter stories from the lifes of characters in chronological order. It would also be organised into arcs, and we would see stories from the eyes of many characters. I wanted it to be a comic, and I even tried making it but I don't think comic format would make it a justice. It's due to the fact that after writting a lot more one shots to this au, I realised that internal dialogue is really freaking important, like there's this one one shot from William's perspective where what's happening on the outside is really normal, wholesome even but the fun comes in his internal dialogue wich is really fucked up and disturbing and- yeah it's basically what makes me enjoy that one one shot so much.

Okay so here comes the deal breaker. English is not my first language, and I never wrote a fanfiction in english before, nor I did publish a fanfic. So if I start making it, and it gains any traction, I'll need to recruit some native speaker to check for any mistakes and overall correct my spelling errors and stuff. I kinda want to do everything alone, but I would need that form of help.

I also have to warn you, even tho that's not a ship comic, some characters might form romantic couples for a longer or shorter while. I wouldn't consider those ships tho, since I won't be writting them to be cute and adorable, just as another mean of expanding the characters. So if you eighter feel uncomforatble with fnaf chatacters dating eachother or fnaf characters dating eachother yet not being cute and wholesome but kinda toxic tbh then,,, you wouldn't enjoy this.

So um yeah that's about it??? If anyone finds the idea of a kinda unique version of fnaf stories not really that inspired by other fnaf fanon stories in form of ilustrated fanfictions, then please tell me!!
